음성 통화 저장 기능을 제공하는 고속전철용 Event Recorder 연구 (Study of Event Recorder with Recording Voice Communication)

  • A event recorder system stores a train speed and the related information for train operation in real time. Using those information, we can analysis the train operation and the reason of train accident. Currently the event recorder only manipulate the data related the train operation mechanically and electrically. In this paper we propose the event recorder to record the voice communication between the manager in the control center and train operator. By recording the voice communication in the high speed train, the correctness of analysis of train accident can be increased. The system architecture of the event recorder with voice recording is studied and interface between other equipment is proposed. And the software architecture of new event recorder is developed. We study the method of converting analog voice signal into digital data and compressing method. Also the architecture of memory to store the compressed voice data and regeneration of original analog voice are studied.

  • Continuous on-line temperature monitoring allows corrective measures to be taken to prevent upcoming failure. Continuous temperature monitoring and event recording provides information on the energized equipment's response to normal and emergency conditions. On-line temperature monitoring helps to coordinate equipment specifications and ratings, determine the real limits of the monitored equipment and optimize facility operations. Using wireless technique eliminates any need for special cables and wires with lower installation costs if compared to other types of online condition monitoring equipment. In addition, wireless temperature monitoring works well under difficult conditions in strategically important locations. Wireless technology for on-line condition monitoring of energized equipment is applicable both as standalone system and with an interface with power quality monitoring system.

  • For safety railway vehicle movement, analysis and recoding of railway vehicle speed and driving information has written by law. nowadays, base in europe, these system is spread of various advanced country. In this paper, We implement an event recorder which record the driving and breaking information of running railway vehicle. For the event recorder, We designed the data structures with data analysis tools and a protocol between Event recorder and data analysis tool. The verification of Analysis tool was tested by to made data by Event Recorder's emulator and information of real railway driving recording.

평창동계올림픽 사후관리를 위한 기록화전략 제안 (A Recording Strategy Proposal for the Post-Management of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2018년 2월 개최된 평창동계올림픽 사후관리를 위한 기록화전략을 제안하는 데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 평창동계올림픽 사후관리 기록의 가치와 기록의 유형을 파악하고 국내와 국외에서 진행된 메가 스포츠이벤트 사후관리 사례를 선정하여 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 평창동계올림픽 사후관리를 위한 기록화전략으로서 3가지를 제안할 수 있다. 첫째, 기록화 대상과 주체, 주제별, 계층별 범위를 명확하게 설정한 후 사후관리를 실시해야 한다. 둘째, 제한적인 문헌기록의 보완을 위해 구술기록을 통한 사후관리를 실시한다. 셋째, 홈페이지와 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 서비스시스템을 구축하여 사후관리에 활용해야 한다. 본 연구결과는 향후 평창동계올림픽기념관 건립과 국내 메가 스포츠이벤트의 사후관리를 위한 기록화 전략 마련에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

ESP : 녹화 및 검색 기능 향상을 위한 DVR전용 파일 포맷 (ESP : A DVR File Format for Enhanced Recording and Searching)

  • DVR(Digital Video Recorder)시스템은 기존의 아날로그 테이프 저장 시스템과는 달리 영상 입력을 디지털 신호로 변환하여 압축 저장하는 장치로서 기존의 실시간 감시, 녹화, 검색 기능의 개선은 물론 워터마킹, 무선 감시 등의 부가기능 추가 및 응용이 가능하게 되어 아날로그 테이프 저장 장치를 대체해 가고 있다. DVR 시스템에서 녹화 및 검색용 동영상 파일 포맷으로는 AVI 포맷이 가장 널리 쓰이고 있다. 그러나 AVI 포맷은 구조적인 문제로 DVR의 녹화와 검색을 위해 최적이라 할 수 없다. 일부 DVR 업체에서는 AVI 포맷을 대체하기 위한 자체 포맷을 개발하여 사용하고 있지만 공개된 파일 포맷은 없는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 DVR 전용 파일 포맷인 ESP 포맷을 제안한다. ESP 파일 포맷은 AVI 포맷의 문제점을 해결하면서 AVI 포맷의 장점들은 최대한 적용하였다. ESP 포맷은 다중 스트림 녹화 및 이벤트 녹화도 지원하여 기존 DVR 시스템의 녹화 및 검색 기능을 개선시킨다.

온도센서를 이용한 전력설비의 온라인 상태 감시 (On-Line Condition Monitoring of Electrical Equipment Using Temperature Sensor)

  • Condition monitoring technologies allow achieving this goal by minimizing downtime through the integrated planning and scheduling of repairs indicated by condition monitoring techniques. Thermal runaways induced by conduction problems deteriorate insulating material and cause disruptive dielectric discharges resulting in arcing faults. Therefore, having the ability to directly measure the temperature of the contacts while in service will provide more information to determine the true condition of the equipment. It allows connective measures to be taken to prevent upcoming failure. Continuous temperature monitoring and event recording provides information on the energized equipment's response to normal and emergency conditions. On-line temperature monitoring helps to coordinate equipment specifications and ratings, determine the real limits of the monitored equipment and optimize facility operations. Using wireless technique eliminates any need for special cables and wires with lower installation costs if compared to other types of online condition monitoring equipment. In addition, wireless temperature monitoring works well under difficult conditions in strategically important locations. Wireless technology for on -line condition monitoring of energized equipment is applicable both as stand alone system and with an interface for power quality monitoring system. The paper presents the results of wireless temperature monitoring: of electrical equipment at a power plant.

교통사고 사례를 통한 자율차 사고기록장치 방향성 연구 (Study on the Direction for Event Data Recorders of Autonomous Vehicle through the Analysis of Traffic Accidents in Korea)

  • The event data recorders (EDR) have been used as a device to help understand traffic accidents. With the recent development of autonomous vehicle (AV), it has become important to prepare the new EDR for AV. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose the direction of EDR-AV recording. First of all, the recent EDR data elements and the data elements of AV under discussion at UNECE WP29 EDR/DSSAD (Data Storage System for Automated Driving) were analyzed. The consumer complaint database in Motor Vehicle Recall Center in Korea was analyzed in order to utilize cases of domestic traffic accidents related to advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Consequently, problems with existing EDR were identified through unclear accident cases related to ADAS. In the future, it was proposed to record images in which the ADAS perception systems recognize the surroundings of the accident site as an EDR-AV recording item.

스포츠이벤트 프로세스 관리시스템 표준 프레임워크 개발 (The Development of the Standard Framework of Sports Event Process Management System)

  • 스포츠이벤트의 운영 환경은 크기, 종류, 지역에 따라 다양하고, 단위업무별 업무가 독립적이지 않고 상호 유기적인 관계를 이루고 있으며, 복잡한 이해관계자가 매트릭스구조로 이루어져 있어 일반화된 운영 모델을 구축하는 것은 결코 쉬운 일은 아니다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 스포츠이벤트 관리의 개념 및 프로세스의 지침을 제공하는 '표준'을 제안한다. 표준개발을 위해 산업분야 및 활동의 품질경영을 위한 국제 표준 규격인 ISO 9001:2015에서 제시하는 프레임을 따라 표준화를 진행하였다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 표준의 구성은 적용범위, 인용표준, 용어와 정의, 조직의 상황, 리더십, 계획수립, 지원, 운용, 성과평가, 개선으로 구성되어 있다. 이 연구에서 제시하는 스포츠이벤트 프로세스 관리 시스템 표준은 스포츠이벤트의 형태 또는 규모에 관계없이 스포츠이벤트를 유치하고, 준비하여, 운영하고자 하는 모든 조직에 적용될 수 있다. 또한, 스포츠이벤트의 생애주기 단계별 프로세스 관리에 초점을 맞춘 접근방법을 시도하여, 프로세스와 프로세스 간 상호 관련성과 의존성을 관리 할 수 있도록 하였다.

사고기록장치의 기록 시점에 대한 사례연구 (Case Study on the Time Zero (T0) of Event Data Recorder)

  • On December 19, 2015, as Article 29-3 (Installation of Accident Recording Devices and Provision of Information) of Motor Vehicle Management Act came into force, In Korea, the EDR (Event Data Recorder) reports are often used for the analysis of various traffic accident cases such as multiple collisions, traffic insurance crimes, and sudden unintended acceleration (SUA), and the others. So many investigators have analyzed the driver's behavior and vehicle situation by comparing the time zero in the EDR report to the actual crash time in dash-cam (or CCTV). Time zero (T0) is defined as the reference time for the record interval or time interval when recording an accident in Article 56-2, Enforcement rule of Performance and Standard for Automobile and Automotive parts. Also in the EDR report, time zero (T0) is defined as whichever of the following occurs first; 1. "wake-up" by an air-bag control system, 2. Continuously running algorithms (by monitoring of longitudinal or lateral delta-V), 3. Deployment of a non-reversible deployment restraint. We have already proposed the "Flowchart & Checklist" to adopt the EDR report for traffic accident investigation and the necessity of specialized institutions or courses to systematically educate or analyze the EDR data. Therefore, in this paper, we report to traffic accident investigators notable points and analysis methods based on some real-world traffic accidents that can be misjudged in specifying time zero (T0).

주파수 통과대역필터가 작업 기억 관련 사건관련전위 P300에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Frequency Band Pass Filter on the P300 Event-related Potential in the Working Memory)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the frequency band pass filter on the P300 event-related potential in the working memory. Methods : The subjects were 20 women in their 20s who applied for participation in the experiment. Event-related potentials (ERPs) were elicited using 3-back tasks for the working memory, and were recorded from Fz, Cz, and Pz scalp electrodes. The high-pass filters were set to 0.01, 0.1, and 0.3 Hz for analysis purposes, and the low-pass filters were set to 30 and 15 Hz. The 3-back task was presented for a total of 100 times, among which 30 times were designated for the target stimulation (a matched number) and 70 times for the non-target stimulation (an unmatched number). The temporal interval between each stimulation was set at 1 second, while each time duration was randomly presented between 2 to 4 seconds. ERP were analyzed for the P300 recorded from Fz, Pz and Cz scalp electrodes. Results : Latency and amplitude had no significant interaction effects in both the high- and low-pass filters. For the main effects, the latency and amplitude of the P300 event-related potential had no significant difference in the high-pass filters, but the latency had a significant difference in the low-pass filter of Fz, and the amplitude had a significant difference in the low-pass filter of Pz. Conclusion : The results of this study showed that the less than 0.3 Hz high filters had no effects on the differences between the latency and amplitude of the P300 event-related potential in the working memory. The 30Hz low-pass filter, however, was found to be useful for recording the P300 event-related potential in the working memory.
