본 연구는 공공도서관에서 운영하는 프로그램의 성과를 측정할 수 있는 시스템의 구축을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 로직모델을 기반으로 개발된 도서관 성과측정 프레임워크를 적용하고 사서가 직접 KOLAS에서 데이터를 반출하고 성과평가 시스템에 업로드하여 성과를 측정하고 결과를 출력할 수 있도록 시스템(LibOutcomes system)을 구축하였다. 연구 결과, 성과평가 시스템을 이용한 성과 측정은 시각적으로 결과를 확인하기에 유용하였다. 또한 웹 기반 시스템으로 구축함으로써 접근 및 이용의 용이성을 확보할 수 있었고, 향후 KOLAS의 한 기능으로 확장할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.

In recent years, the design has formed and operated convergence education in conjunction with many other academic fields, and ABEEK also encourages the participation of convergence engineering programs. The purpose of this study is to require design and software convergence major to operate program that accord engineering education certification criteria to develop a program outcomes evaluation system and examine its validity. The program outcomes evaluation system was developed in accordance with development research methods and procedures. As a result, developed evaluation system program outcomes for convergence-based program outcomes: convergence ability, creative thinking ability, entrepreneur ability, and design ability. Finally, it revised and supplemented them through expert validity examine. Expert validity review included 9 experts in engineering, IT engineering, education technology, and design. The validity, usefulness, intelligibility, universality, and explanatory power of the evaluation system were reviewed. The results of this study are expected to provide practical tools for operating ABBEK of convergence programs between design and engineering.

본 연구는 출연(연) 성과향상을 위한 기관평가시스템의 발전방안 논의의 일환으로 출연(연) 기관평가시스템이 연구기관 구성원들의 평가결과에 대한 수용성 정도에 미치는 영향과 이로 인한 연구기관 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 분석결과 경제 인문사회연구회의 출연(연) 기관평가시스템은 연구기관 성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 평가결과 수용성은 연구기관 성과에 관련성이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 성과가 높은 기관들은 전반적으로 기관평가시스템에 대한 긍정적 인식과 함께 평가결과 수용태도도 높다는 점을 확인 할 수 있었다. 그러나 출연(연) 기관평가시스템의 전반적 취약점들에 의해 평가결과에 대한 수용도가 높지 않고, 정부 및 연구회 차원에서도 평가결과의 적극적인 활용에 제약이 있음도 알 수 있었다. 끝으로 이러한 연구결과에 따른 개선점을 제시하고, 향후 연구방향과 한계점에 대하여 논의하였다.

사회복지 서비스 부문에서 최근 상호조직간 네트워크의 필요성이 증가하면서 상호조직간 네트워크 사업이 활성화되고 있다. 이와 함께, 네트워크 성과에 대한 책임성의 요구도 증가하고 있다. 네트워크 성과를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 성과에 관한 상호조직 간의 공통된 이해의 틀을 갖추는 것이 필요하며, 성과 개념에 관한 합의 도출이 이루어져야 한다. 따라서, 본 연구는 사회복지 실천현장에서 각기 다른 이해관계에 놓인 조직들이 네트워크 성과측정을 기획하기 위한 기초 작업으로서 성과의 개념적 틀을 개발하고 개념적 합의를 도출할 수 있도록 돕는 concept mapping(개념도 연구법)을 적용한 사례를 소개하고 실천현장에서의 활용가능성을 모색해 보았다. 개념도 연구법을 적용한 결과 협력적인 수행과 지속적인 의사결정 과정 속에 놓여 있는 네트워크 조직에서의 성과측정 기획을 위한 실천적 함의를 발견할 수 있었으며, 사회복지 실천에의 적용 유용성을 향상하기 위한 대안들을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 공학교육인증제를 운영하는 정보보호학 프로그램에서 교과 기반의 학습성과 평가 체계를 활용하여 프로그램의 재학생들이 졸업 시점에 갖추어야 하는 핵심 성과인 프로그램 학습 성과에 대한 달성도를 평가하는 방안을 제안한다. 본 논문의 교과 기반 학습 성과 평가 사례에서는 프로그램의 교육 목표에 부합하는 프로그램 학습 성과를 설정하고, 교과 기반 평가 자료를 포함한 직간접 평가 도구를 이용하여 프로그램 학습 성과 평가 체계를 기술한다. 그리고 교과기반 프로그램 학습 성과 평가를 위한 루브릭 및 평가 절차, 수행 준거의 설정, 이수 체계에 따른 프로그램 학습 성과에 대한 기여도가 높은 탐침(Probe) 교과목의 선정, 탐침 교과목에 대한 교과목 학습 목표의 설정 및 성취 수준을 측정하기 위한 평가 도구별 루브릭을 설명한다. 이어 탐침 교과목의 학습목표별 필기시험 및 프로젝트 평가 도구의 문항을 기초로 교과기반 학습 성과 평가를 수행하고, 평가 결과로부터 성취도 수준의 분석과 개선 사항 도출하는 과정을 보임으로써 제안하는 교과 기반 학습 성과 평가 방안의 효용성을 입증한다.

This paper proposes learning modules as a kind of integrated instruction model for soft skills program outcomes to enable CEA. Learning modules consist of course learning objectives(outcomes) described in detail, learning content(elements), learning activities(teaching learning methods), evaluation methods, evaluation rubrics so that they can be evaluated based on the performance criteria of the program learning outcomes. The unit of time for the learning module is 50 minutes. If this learning module is applied, it is expected that the soft skill program outcomes can be evaluated in the technical course. As a result of the expert feasibility study, the positive answers were much higher than the negative answers in most of the questions about the composition of the learning module or the method of managing the class.

This paper is concerned with education courses operating practices for basic computer literacy training. In this study, we propose an example for students to effectively measure and evaluate the achievement of defined ability in the performance measurement and analysis, learning objectives and learning outcomes set in operation throughout the course. Through research and development use case presents the tools for teaching method and effective and objective measurement of the related subjects. And based on the results, we propose the possibility of utilizing NCS-based course operation and education certification. In this study, the measurement process is based on the association with the objective of the development and operation, and measurement tools, measuring tools for measuring learning outcomes associated with the curriculum design methods for the measurement and evaluation of the case of the operation of the course units of learning outcomes and the method proposed.

공학교육인증제를 운용하는 공학교육 프로그램에서 프로그램 학습성과는 학생이 졸업하는 시점까지 갖추어야 할 지식, 기술 그리고 태도를 말한다. 일반적으로, 프로그램 학습성과 성취도를 측정하는 평가도구로 캡스톤디자인을 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 프로그램 학습성과 평가에 참여한 수요지향 평가자들의 평가 결과의 신뢰도를 측정하기 위해 급내 상관계수(ICC)를 계산한다. 즉, 같은 평가도구를 이용하여, 여러 명의 평가자가 학습성과를 평가하게 하고, 그 결과를 이용하여 평가자의 ICC를 구한다. ICC는 단체로 수집되거나 단체로 분류된 데이터에 대한 신뢰도의 등급을 측정하는 데 이용된다. ICC가 1에 가까우면 평가자 간 신뢰도가 높다고 판단할 수 있다. 이러한 방법을 지난 2년간의 4년제 대학 컴퓨터공학과 PO 평가 결과에 적용하여 평가도구의 신뢰성을 측정하고 분석하였다. 그리고 이 결과를 이용하여 평가자 간 ICC 측정값을 이용하면, 객관성이 부족한 평가도구를 찾아 보완할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, PO 평가체계에 대한 개선방안과 PO 수행 지침을 도출한다.

공학교육인증제는 공학 교육의 질적 향상을 통해 국제 경쟁력을 갖는 공학기술 인력의 양성을 목적으로, 공학교육인증 프로그램의 학생들이 졸업할 시점에 달성해야 하는 학습 성과를 프로그램의 교육목표에 맞게 설정하고 적합한 절차에 따라 성취도를 평가하도록 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 호서대학교 정보보호학 프로그램에서 설정한 프로그램 학습성과를 달성하기 위해 수행 준거, 평가 체계, 문서 체계 및 순환형 자율개선 체계 등을 포함하는 성취도 평가 시스템과 이러한 평가체계에 따라 성취도를 측정한 사례에 대해 연구한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a program outcomes assessment system based on Course Embedded Assessment for nursing education. Methods: This study was conducted in accordance with the procedures of the developmental research method. Results: The major results are as follows. 1) The program outcomes were measured according to the Analytic Hierarchy Process. 2) The Course Embedded Assessment matrix was made according to program outcomes' weight, the curriculum-organizing principle, and achievement levels. 3) The Course Embedded Assessment rubric was developed in logical process, and consisted of a performance criterion, and rating scale. The content validity index of the Course Embedded Assessment rubric was 0.85. 4) An evaluation guideline and 12 documents were developed to facilitate the performance of the assessment system. 5) The average content validity index of the Course Embedded Assessment-based program outcomes assessment system was as high as 0.89. Conclusion: A Course Embedded Assessment-based program outcomes assessment system is more suitable for accreditation of nursing education than previous studies. Because this system evaluates the process of achievement as well as program outcomes, the results can also serve as immediate feedback to improve the educational process. Above all, this system facilitates that students check their achievements and strive to acquire core competencies in nursing.
