The increasing popularity of the concept of technology innovation has been driven by greater international competition in a rapidly globalizing economy. Both countries and enterprises are placing more and more emphasis on it in order to gain competitive advantages. This article gives a general introduction about the research and application of technology innovation in China. At the national level, one obvious fact is that the total R&D expenditure increased rapidly during the year 2001 to year 2005 and reached Y 245 billions, and China made 2,452 international patent applications in 2005 and became the world's 10th largest user of the Patent Cooperation Treaty. At the industry and enterprise level, much progress has also been made in China. This article uses the high-tech industry as an example to introduce the industry and enterprise technology innovation respectively. Corresponding to the practice, scholars also did a great amount of research work related to technology innovation. This article sums up all the work done from the macroscopic aspect (such as national technology innovation strategy, regional innovation system, industry technology innovation) and microcosmic aspect (such as enterprise technology innovation strategy, patterns and evaluation standards). Based on the analysis, this article discusses the limitation of current work and research trend about the technology innovation.

This article deals the theory for solving an inverse problem of plate structures using the frequency-domain information instead of classical time-domain delays or free vibration eigenmodes or eigenvalues. A reduced set of output parameters characterizing the defect is used as a regularization technique to drastically overcome noise problems that appear in imaging techniques. A deconvolution scheme from an undamaged specimen overrides uncertainties about the input signal and other coherent noises. This approach provides the advantage that it is not necessary to visually identify the portion of the signal that contains the information about the defect. The theoretical model for Quantitative nondestructive evaluation, the relationship between the real and ideal models, the finite element method (FEM) for the forward problem, and inverse procedure for detecting the defects are developed. The theoretical formulation is experimentally verified using dynamic responses of a steel plate under impact loading at several points. The signal synthesized by FEM, the residual, and its components are analyzed for different choices of time window. The noise effects are taken into account in the inversion strategy by designing a filter for the cost functional to be minimized. The technique is focused toward a exible and rapid inspection of large areas, by recovering the position of the defect by means of a single accelerometer, overriding experimental calibration, and using a reduced number of impact events.

이 논문의 목적은 다양한 저작들 속에 산재해 있는 사회정책에 대한 견해들을 정리하여 칼 맑스의 사회정책론을 체계적으로 재구성하는 데 있다. 칼 맑스는 복지제도와 사회정책에 대해 체계적이고 일관성 있는 견해를 제시하지 않았다. 칼 맑스의 사회정책론에는 복합적이고 때로는 상충하는 주장들이 포함되어 있다. 이 논문의 또 다른 목적은 그러한 상충하는 견해들을 재해석하여 복지국가에 대한 칼 맑스의 진정한 입장이 무엇인지를 밝히는 데 있다. 이러한 작업을 통해서 이 논문은 칼 맑스의 사회정책론에 대한 학계의 관심을 환기시키고, 사회정책이론 분야에서 칼 맑스의 위상을 재정립하는 데 기여할 것이다 칼 맑스의 사회정책론이 그동안 학계의 높은 관심을 끌지 못하기는 했지만, 그렇다고 해서 그에 대한 연구가 전혀 없었던 것은 아니다. 몇몇 연구자들은 사회정책개론서나 이론서에서 사회정책에 대한 칼 맑스의 견해를 소개하고 있고, 일부 연구자들은 그의 견해를 보다 심층적으로 분석하고 평가하기도 했다. 그렇지만, 다양한 저작들에 흩어져 있는 칼 맑스의 견해를 종합적으로 정리하고, 복잡하고 상호 모순적인 것으로 보이는 그의 견해를 체계적으로 평가한 연구는 거의 존재하지 않는다. 이런 점에서 이 논문의 학문적 의의는 매우 크다고 할 수 있다.

이 연구에서는 복수의 신문기사를 자동으로 요약하기 위해 문장의 의미범주를 활용한 템플리트 기반 요약 기법을 제시하였다. 먼저 학습과정에서 사건/사고 관련 신문기사의 요약문에 포함할 핵심 정보의 의미범주를 식별한 다음 템플리트를 구성하는 각 슬롯의 단서어를 선정한다. 자동요약 과정에서는 입력되는 복수의 뉴스기사들을 사건/사고 별로 범주화한 후 각 기사로부터 주요 문장을 추출하여 템플리트의 각 슬롯을 채운다. 마지막으로 문장을 단문으로 분리하여 템플리트의 내용을 수정한 후 이로부터 요약문을 작성한다. 자동 생성된 요약문을 평가한 결과 요약 정확률과 요약 재현율은 각각 0.541과 0.581로 나타났고, 요약문장 중복률은 0.116으로 나타났다.

ELEECTRE is a less demanding and potentially Bffective multiattribute evaluation method for pre-editing proeedure. The method, however, was developed based on probabilistic mathematicsand its reliability has never'been emprieally tested. This article examined the reliability of ELECTRo under various conditions of linear and non-linear utility func- tions using a Monte-Carlo shnulation, and found the method eausea a considerably high rate of error. To enhance the reliability of ELECTRE, two ways of modi(ication - adjust- ment of threshold values of concordance and discordance matrices, and adjustment of the required nunlber of probably-dominant alternatives to eliminate a probably-dominated alternative - were suggested, and their effctiveness was also tesed by a Monte-Carlo simulation. The simulation result chows that these modifications cponsiderably improve the reliability of ELECTRE, and yet maintain a reasonably high level of efficiency. Through these modifications, ELECTRE can be used as an efficient and feliable pre-editing method. Ways to implement ELECTRE in the construction of plainning decision support systens were discussed. The impli(els combination of this method and other multiattribute evaluation methods will help to create more effective decision suport systems.

Radiographic osteolysis after total shoulder arthroplasty (TSA) remains a challenging clinical entity, as it may not initially manifest clinically apparent symptoms but can lead to clinically important complications, such as aseptic loosening. A thorough consideration of medical history and physical examination is essential to rule out other causes of symptomatic TSA-namely, periprosthetic joint infection-as symptoms often progress to vague pain or discomfort due to subtle component loosening. Once confirmed, nonoperative treatment of osteolysis should first be pursued given the potential to avoid surgery-associated risks. If needed, the current surgical options include glenoid polyethylene revision and conversion to reverse shoulder arthroplasty. The current article provides a comprehensive review of the evaluation and management of osteolysis after TSA through an evidence-based discussion of current concepts.

상완 신경총 손상은 상지의 가장 심각한 손상으로 정확한 진단을 내리는 것이 성공적인 결과를 얻는 데에 있어 중요하다. 기본적인 수술 전 평가에는 단순방사선 촬영, 경부 척수조영, 자기공명영상, 혈관조영술, 전기생리학적 검사 및 수술시의 평가가 있다. 또한, 적절한 수술 시기와 적응증, 수술계획과 환자의 예후에 대한 충분한 예후가 만족스러운 결과를 얻기 위한 필수적 조건이다. 저자들은 상완 신경총 손상의 진단, 수술 시의 관찰과 외상 후 상완신경총 손상 치료의 적절한 수술 계획에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

InP crystal is an increasingly important semiconductor material in the application of long-wave optoelectronic and high frequency devices. The equilibrium vapor pressure of phosphorus at the melting point of InP is so high that the synthesis process is very difficult. Liquid-encapsulated Czochralski (LEC) pulling from the melt at high pressure is a generally favored technique to grow InP single crystals. This technique involves two steps: the synthesis of polycrystalline powder and the growth of single crystal from the melt at high pressure. This article reviewed the latest development in the preparation of InP crystal and the evaluation on the crystal quality.

This article discusses the use of pulse-echo ultrasonic testing for the stress analysis of adhesive bonds between metal sheets. The method is based on the measurement of the reflection wave at the metal/adhesive interface. After describing briefly the physical aspects of the phenomenon, an index is defined to detect defective zone of the joint(both for the lack of adhesive and for insufficient adhesion); the influence of the experimental variables(variables stress...) on the measurement is discussed. By means of a control experiment it is shown that Stress Variation in Adhesive Joints are separate to be distingguished. In this paper, Quantitative Nondestructive Evaluation in Adhesive Joints are together with Ultrasonic Testing and Finite Element Method.

Reference string recognition is to extract individual reference strings from a reference section of an academic article, which consists of a sequence of reference lines. This task has been attacked by heuristic-based, clustering-based, classification-based approaches, exploiting lexical and layout characteristics of reference lines. Most classification-based methods have used sequence labeling to assign labels to either a sequence of tokens within reference lines, or a sequence of reference lines. Unlike the previous token-level sequence labeling approach, this study attempts to assign different labels to the beginning, intermediate and terminating tokens of a reference string. After that, post-processing is applied to identify reference strings by predicting their beginning and/or terminating tokens. Experimental evaluation using English and German reference string recognition datasets shows that the proposed method obtains above 94% in the macro-averaged F1.
