건축물 디자인 평가를 위한 평가체계 및 평가항목개발에 관한 연구 - 중소형 건축물을 중심으로 - (A study on the Development of Assessment Category and Items for Building Design Evaluation - Focused on the Small and Medium Building -)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation category and items for architectural design assessment in attempt to improve design of small scale buildings within Se-Jong City. Some of the domains in existing design assessment are building design, function, environment, and technology. The category and items developed in this study however, is composed to aim for the building's qualitative design assessment. Therefore the architectural assessment tool in this study includes design assessment of the building. Also, assessment category was comprised to verify the design expression used in improving the function and environmental condition of the building. The study was enforced by extracting raw data from existing architectural design related cases. Classification system and assessment category was developed and presented through combination of expert advice, survey, and sample test. In result of this study, the composition system required for design assessment can be divided into five large classifications ; public and harmony, access, form, environmental design, and space. Total of 24 assessment categories are developed and presented. The assessment category and standard presented in this study reflects the distinct regional characteristics and originality of Se-Jong city, creating one of a kind design assessment tool.

대학시설관리를 위한 평가분류체계 및 평가항목 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of the Assessment Category and Items for University Facility Management)

  • For university facility and space management to be public, and to increase the administrational efficiency, this research suggests an efficient as well as an objective evaluation system/index to allow national and university finances to contribute towards higher education. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into two categories; quality and space management. First, quality management is subdivided into three groups in order for quantitative management, school site and building area, secured building, and financial affairs and expense management. In order for an effective and appropriate space management, the second category of space management proposes seven subdivisions. Based on these subdivisions, quality management on university facility contains 10 evaluation items with marking system which allows perfect score of 50 points. The space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. Therefore, this study developed total of 29 evaluation items for university facility management with marking system that allows perfect score of 150 points. The suggested evaluation system and items will be used as a valuable foundation for efficient and objective university facility management.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the assessment category, items and a detail standard for environmentally friendly evaluation on the School. The results of this study brings on promoted environmentally friendly appreciation, energy and resource conservation, reduction of contaminant, accordance in and around building, etc. For this purpose, analysis of domestic and foreign environmental friendly architectural citation screening system-BREEAM(1991), LEED 2.0(2001), GBTool(2002), KICTEAC (2000), KOEAM(2000), etc.-was preceded, and through interview, survey and forum with professional group, developed evaluation item was verified and reappraised. Developed evaluation item were composed of thirty four basic evaluation items and nine addition items.

  • 본 연구에서는 기존의 차량 및 보행환경의 평가에 있어서 종합적이고 통합적인 접근방식에 한계가 있다고 진단하고, 이를 고려하는 평가 방법 개발에 중점을 두었다. 여기에서의 통합적인 평가라 함은 차량환경과 보행환경에서 쓰이고 있는 수단별 평가 지표에 대한 통합과 더불어, 공간적 개념에서 선/축의 평가방식을 포함한 면적인 차원의 평가라 할 수 있겠다. 본 연구에서는 통합 평가를 위한 이론적 배경으로 Grey System Theory(GST)를 적용하였으며, 대상지역은 보행우선구역 시범사업지로 하여 차량 및 보행환경에 대한 평가를 수행하였다. GST에 의한 종합평가 및 분석결과, 같은 서비스수준 또는 상대적으로 차량 및 보행환경의 운영지표상(도로용량편람)에서는 보다 양호한 상태라 할지라도 관측된 데이터가 Grey Category 범위에 따라 통합 평가시에는 평가지표 간 가중치 등이 고려되어 산정되었기에 Category 상에서의 종합점수는 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 점을 종합적으로 고려해 볼 때, 도로운영상의 지표들이 상대적으로 좋다고 하더라도 안전상의 지표들이 나쁠 경우에는 그에 따라Grey Category상의 점수들도 변화하는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 본 평가방법을 통해 향후 도시가로 형태별로 현재 상태를 진단할 뿐 아니라 노선별(축별), 면적인 개념에서의 평가와 더불어 평가지표간 통합평가가 이루어 질 것으로 기대하고 있다.

Analysis on Sanitation Management Practices in Restaurants in Seoul using the Sanitation Grading System Evaluation Index

  • This study evaluates the effectiveness of the "Seoul Sanitation Grading System Evaluation Index" developed earlier and to analyze sanitation management practices in restaurants in Seoul, Korea. The categories evaluated were the food management standard, facilities/equipment standard, and essential checking items specified in the law. These items were graded and classified into A ($100{\sim}90$), B ($89{\sim}80$), C ($79{\sim}70$) and Score (less than 69) based on the criteria set by the present researchers. We randomly selected 56 restaurants in five local cities (Jung-gu, Seocho-gu, Jongno-gu, Songpa-gu and Yeongdeungpo-gu) and investigated each by actually visiting the site of business. The achievement rate for food management standard was 80.8%; as for the specific items in the category, it was the highest in food ingredients at 77.1% and the lowest in food storage at 62.1%. For the facilities/equipment standard, the achievement rate was 77.8%; as for the specific items in the category, it was the highest for vermin at 88.1% and the lowest for operation at 70.8%. The achievement rate for overall individual sanitary management was 70.7% and in the category, the lowest score was seen in hand washing at 57.1%. The overall average score of sanitation management practices using the Seoul Sanitation Grading System Evaluation Index in restaurants in Seoul was 73.7, which fell into the C category. As for the number of restaurants in each grade category, there were 10 (17.9%) in each category of A ($100{\sim}90$), B ($89{\sim}80$) and C ($79{\sim}70$) with 30 (53.6%) scoring higher than 70, whereas those scoring less than 69 included 26 (46.4%). The average scores for those restaurants designated by local governments (exemplary restaurants, general restaurants, best Korean restaurants in Seoul) were not significantly different; however, they were higher in franchises than those small restaurants ran by individuals.

주택성능등급표시제도의 활성화를 위한 가변성 성능범주의 현황 및 개선방안연구 (A Study on Improvement of Flexibility for the Activation of the "Housing Performance Grading Indication System")

  • The purpose of this study is a proposal about the flexibility of the performance category to revitalize the "Housing Performance Grading Indication System". This system consists of 5 main performance parts, 14 performance categories and 20 detailed performance lists. 5 main performance parts are Noise and Acoustics(Light-weight impact sound control, heavy-weight impact sound control, sound control of toilet, sound control of party wall), Long-life(flexibility, remodeling & maintenance, durability), Landscape & Indoor Environment(landscape, formaldehyde control& ventilation, daylighting, thermal environment), Welfare & Barrier-free(playground and community center, welfare space, barrier-free design), Fire Safety(fire safety, safe place, fire-resisting quality). The flexibility of the performance category is conformed to Long-life housing related grading and can realize the Long-life housing in response to resident needs about the space rearrangement. Now, The flexibility of the performance category is limited to the evaluation of the private space, that is, the Skeleton evaluation. This study would suggest alternatives to improve uppermost limits through analyzing 60 examples from January 9th 2009 to October 30th 2008. The flexibility of the performance category is possible to estimate not only the Skeleton evaluation but also the Infill evaluation in response to social changes.

범주 기반 평가를 이용한 검색시스템의 성능 향상 (Improving Performance of Search Engine Using Category based Evaluation)

  • 정보에 대한 공간 복잡도가 높은 현재의 인터넷 환경에서는 사용자가 원하는 정보를 정확히 제공하는 것이 검색엔진의 목표이다. 그러나 대다수 검색엔진이 활용하는 내용 기반 기법은 현재의 인터넷 환경에서는 효과적인 도구로 사용될 수 없다. 내용 기반 기법은 어휘의 형태적 특성을 이용하여 웹페이지 가중치를 결정하기 때문에 웹페이지에 대한 변별력이 우수하지 못하다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하여 사용자에게 효과적인 정보를 제공하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 범주 기반 평가 기법을 제안한다. 범주 기반 평가 기법은 질의어를 의미관계로 확장하여 웹페이지와 유사성을 측정한다. 웹페이지 가중치 적용에 있어서, 범주 기반 평가 기법은 웹페이지 검색에 대한 사용자 반응과 질의어 범주를 가중치에 활용함으로써 웹페이지에 대한 변별력을 증가시킨다. 본 논문에서 제안한 기법은 사용자가 원하는 정보를 검색엔진을 통해 효과적으로 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 다양한 실험을 통해 범주 기반 평가 기법의 활용성을 확인하였다.

브랜드 개성 평가를 통한 선도브랜드의 전형성 분석 연구 (Analysis for Typicality of the Leading Brand by Evaluation of Brand Personality)

  • 본 연구에서는 특정 제품군 내 선도 브랜드가 가지는 전형성을 브랜드 개성 평가를 통해 분석하였다. 사전조사를 통해 인스턴트 원두커피가 분석 대상 제품군으로 선정되었고, 일반 매장 판매 브랜드인 '카누', '루카', '수프리모' 세 개의 브랜드가 분석에 사용되었다. 연구결과, 선도 브랜드인 카누가 해당 제품군을 대표하는 브랜드 전형성을 확보하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 카누의 경우, 진실, 능력, 성공, 세련 등 제품군이 보유하는 4가지 개성 차원을 동일하게 가지고 있었다. 루카의 경우, 능력, 진실, 세련 등 세 가지 개성차원이 공통적인 것으로, 수프리모의 경우는 세련과 능력 두 개의 개성차원만이 공통적인 것으로 나타났다. 각 개성차원을 구성하는 구성개념에 있어서도 카누의 경우가 다른 경쟁 브랜드들에 비해 상대적으로 높은 공통성을 보이고 있었다. 연구를 통해 브랜드 개성 평가를 바탕으로 한 브랜드의 전형성 평가에 대한 가능성도 확인할 수 있었다.

초등학생의 자유 탐구 활동 보고서의 평가 준거 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Evaluation Criteria for Free Inquiry Activity Reports of Elementary School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop criteria for evaluating final reports of free inquiry activity and to apply developed evaluation criteria to free inquiry activity reports. 323 inquiry reports submitted to internal contests in the elementary schools as well as 189 award-winning ones from the inquiry competition for students in Seoul were collected. Nine categories and 18 sub-categories of evaluation criteria were derived by collecting reports analysis, literature reviews and interviews with 15 elementary school teachers. Criteria for each sub-category were organized into three steps and 12 elementary school teachers assigned scores for each sub-category, which were averaged. 132 including both award-winning and general reports were evaluated based on the developed evaluation criteria. The content validity and the reliability across scorers were significant. Furthermore, award-winning and general reports were significantly distinguished by the developed criteria in terms of all sub-category scores. The developed evaluation criteria will be an effective tool to asses student's free inquiry activity.

지방공기업 경영평가와 경영품질모형의 통합화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Integration of Local Public Enterprise Evaluation(LPEE) and Malcolm Baldrige Model(MBM))

  • The purpose of this study is to contribute to escalation of a management quality of local public enterprise through integrating local public enterprise evaluation(LPEE) and Malcolm Baldrige Model(MBM). In order to achieve the purpose, I suggested that develop an integration model of LPEE and MBM criteria and use AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) as a technique posting weight value to criteria. Of two suggests, it is the former to date or discuss seriously. Therefore the integration model is redesigned for leadership/strategy category(leadership, strategy), management system category(customer management system, business management system, measurement/knowledge management system), and management result category(business result, customer satisfaction result, human resource management result, financial management result).
