Flow analysis and performa nce evaluation have been performed for a ventilation axial-flow fan with different positions of the motor. Two different positions of motor have been tested; one is in front of the impeller and the other is behind the impeller. Flow analyses are performed by solving three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations through a finite-volume solver. Preliminary numerical calculations are carried out to test the performances of different turbulence models, i.e., SST model, k-$\omega$ model, and k-$\varepsilon$ model with and without using empirical wall function in the flow analysis. The validation of numerical analyses has been performed in comparison with the experimental data. The numerical results for the performance characteristics of the ventilation axial-flow fan with two different positions of the motor have been presented.

Each ADS must have a validation and evaluation scenario for ODD. This requires a large number of scenarios, so a scenario library must be developed. In order to effectively utilize the scenario library, a system that supports testing in the ODD of the user's choice is required. In other words, in order to develop a scenario library, it is necessary to build a database on actual driving road conditions (geometry, etc.). Accordingly, in this study, we establish a domestic driving environment database based on HD-Map for driving safety testing, design a system that can search test target sections in connection with the ODD of the scenario, and present the implementation results. In the future, it is expected that the domestic driving environment database will be able to create scenarios through linking with the scenario library and directly utilize them for scenario-based evaluation of various demand sources.
This paper aims to analysis on evaluation factor for success of port innovative cluster. This paper is divided three factors such ac policy, source and operation In addition, three factors are divided into the twelve detail factors. From a total of 30 survey cases, 50 percent randomly selected as the training group and the other 50 percent as the validation group. cases in the training group were used in the development of the Kohonen Network The validation group was used to test the performance of this model. The major findings may be summarized as follows; The prediction accuracy rate is $73.33\%$ The weight of real root and detail factors is calculated by Kohonen Network At the result, success prediction group of port innovative cluster, this paper places the priority on the source factor.
In this study, the reliability and validity of the retrospective pre-post test were analyzed in order to solve the problem of traditional pre-post test including response shift bias. Samples of the study were 162 elementary school students who are studying at the S university gifted education center in Seoul. Before completion of the field trip, we conducted pre test of science-related attitudes. After completion of the field trip, respondents were asked to compare their responses of pre and post science-related attitudes to quantitatively analyze the commonalities and differences of the two tests. To find out more characteristics, qualitative data such as daily records and interview were also gathered and analyzed. The major results of the study are as follows. First, for the paired t-test, there was no statistically significant difference between separate pre-test scores and retrospective pre-test. There was a very high correlation between the separate pre-test scores and the retrospective pre-test. Second, there were significant differences in all seven sub-factors of science-related attitudes between the retrospective pre-test and the post-test. Third, the separate pre-test scores showed a slightly higher tendency than the retrospective pre-test scores. This suggests that the response shift bias appears when it is performed the separate pre-test in affective domain. As a result of the interview, it was found that the evaluation standards of separate pre-test did not match with those of post-test. Forth, internal consistency reliability of the retrospective pre-test was higher than that of the separate pre-test. However, there were significant differences in six factors of science-related attitudes excluding the 'social implications of science' between the separate pre-test and the post-test. Based on these results, the retrospective pre-post test design provides simplicity and convenience to both respondents and investigators, as it is done with one test. The retrospective pre-post test design can be regarded as a valid design for the self-report measurement of affective domain on a single experimental group.

Among class quantitative tests for the credit rating systems, the credit rating tests for calibration are to test the class homogeneous differences between observed and predicted probabilities. For one time period, binomial test and chi-square test are included, and normal test and extended traffic lights test are also contained for several time peroids. In this work, we consider real data in which there exists correlation among variables, so that these test methods could be applied to the credit rating systems as well as various kinds of the class data such as BWT data and FSI data.
This study intented to standardize the method for total polysaccharide, which is a functional marker for aloe vera gel in Korea. We used four lyophilized raw materials and commercial aloe gel products, certified as Health Functional Food by Korea Food and Drug Administration, including powder, solution, jelly, tablet and capsule, to optimize the analytical condition of dialysis and phenol-sulfuric acid reaction in polysaccharide analysis. The optimal conditions for polysaccharide analysis included 1 L water for dialysis and change 3 times for 24hr against 25 mL prepared sample solution. Validation test showed lower than 5% of coefficient of variation(CV) in intra-, interday validation in lyophilized raw materials and 4 types of commercial products. In inter-person and inter-laboratory validation with 4 persons from 4 different laboratories, CV(%) were 5.50 and 6.64 respectively. The linearity of polysaccharide analysis was assessed using 5 serial concentration of lyophilized raw materials(0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5%(w/v)). The results showed $R^2{\geq}0.995$ of high linearity. In the commercial aloe vera gel products, the results of reproductivity showed lower than 7.08% and revealed that the standardized method from this study ensured high precision for polysaccharide analysis.
Purpose: This study presents a translation, cultural adaptation, and psychometric evaluation of two instruments of the Fertility Awareness and Attitudes Towards Parenthood (FAAP) questionnaire (Conditions and Life changes) for use in South Korea. Methods: This methodological study included 166 university students for psychometric evaluation in the sixth step. The first five steps included forward translation, backward translation, committee review, assessment of content validity, and a pre-test. In the sixth step, psychometric properties, including internal consistency, construct validity, and criterion validity, were evaluated. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to identify the structure of the tool and to assess its validity. Results: The Korean version showed acceptable internal consistency. Cronbach's α was .73 for FAAP-Conditions and .83 for FAAP-Life changes. FAAP-Conditions showed a four-factor structure (social conditions, relationship with partner, external environment, and child-rearing support) and FAAP-Life changes had a two-factor structure (reward and burden). In the confirmatory analysis, CMIN/DF, TLI, IFI, SRMR, CFI, and RMSEA were satisfactory. Conclusion: This study provided preliminary evidence of the acceptability, reliability, and validity of the Korean version of the FAAP questionnaire in university students in South Korea. Nonetheless, further evaluation among Korean young adults is warranted to validate this instrument.

This paper summerizes the results of the first proficiency testing program for achieving the analytical quality assurance of anions and metal ions in air borne particles in Korea. This program covered the chemical testing of anions(Cl-, NO3-, SO42-) and metals(Fe, Pb, Zn) in qeueous solution. The exercies was conducted by the Measurement & Analysis Committee of Korean Society for Atmospheric Environment(KOSAE). Pilot lab. was Division of Chemical Metrology and Materais Evaluation in Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science(KRISS). A total of 11 laboratories participated in the program. Two samples of 100mL in low density polyehylene bottles were supplied to participating laboratories. The proficiency testing results were interpreted by two graphical methods, Youden polt and x-Charts(control chart).

Objective: This study aimed to present and evaluate a new deep learning model for determining cervical vertebral maturation (CVM) degree and growth spurts by analyzing lateral cephalometric radiographs. Methods: The study sample included 890 cephalograms. The images were classified into six cervical stages independently by two orthodontists. The images were also categorized into three degrees on the basis of the growth spurt: pre-pubertal, growth spurt, and post-pubertal. Subsequently, the samples were fed to a transfer learning model implemented using the Python programming language and PyTorch library. In the last step, the test set of cephalograms was randomly coded and provided to two new orthodontists in order to compare their diagnosis to the artificial intelligence (AI) model's performance using weighted kappa and Cohen's kappa statistical analyses. Results: The model's validation and test accuracy for the six-class CVM diagnosis were 62.63% and 61.62%, respectively. Moreover, the model's validation and test accuracy for the three-class classification were 75.76% and 82.83%, respectively. Furthermore, substantial agreements were observed between the two orthodontists as well as one of them and the AI model. Conclusions: The newly developed AI model had reasonable accuracy in detecting the CVM stage and high reliability in detecting the pubertal stage. However, its accuracy was still less than that of human observers. With further improvements in data quality, this model should be able to provide practical assistance to practicing dentists in the future.
A quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR) study was performed for the prediction of the absorption maxima of azobenzene dyes. The entire set of 191 azobenzenes was divided into a training set of 150 azobenzenes and a test set of 41 azobenzenes according to Kennard and Stones algorithm. A seven-descriptor model, with squared correlation coefficient ($R^2$) of 0.8755 and standard error of estimation (s) of 14.476, was developed by applying stepwise multiple linear regression (MLR) analysis on the training set. The reliability of the proposed model was further illustrated using various evaluation techniques: leave-many-out crossvalidation procedure, randomization tests, and validation through the test set.
