철도차량의 승차감 평가방법에 대한 고찰 (A Study on Evaluation of Ride Comfort for Railway)

  • Recently“ride comfort”problem becomes increasingly important because of today's needs for train speedup The concept of term “riding comfort” is equivocal. Generally it is defined as the vehicle vibration. There are many studies on evaluation method of ride comfort for railway. But each of then recommends the different assessment method and the different guidance. So users must review whether they can apply it to their system or not. In this paper, we discuss the evaluation methods defined in the standards - ISO 2631, UIC 513 R, CEN DRAFT prENV 12299 and the ride index suggested by Sperling.

  • IT는 도입 비용이 상당히 높고, 단기간에 그 성과가 나타나지 않는다. 하지만 대부분의 IT 도입 성과 평가 모델은 단기간의 성과만을 측정하기 때문에 신뢰성 있는 예측을 하기 힘들다. 또한 성과 측정을 위해 ROI와 같은 재무적인 요소만을 고려하는 경우가 대부분이다. 보다 정확한 성과 측정을 위해서는 재무적 요소뿐 아니라 시스템 활용성, 고객만족, 기업 이미지 등 비재무적인 요소도 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 장기적인 관점에서 재무적인 요소와 비재무적인 요소 모두를 성과 측정에 반영할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 시스템 다이나믹스와 균형성과표(Balanced scorecard)의 연구 성과를 활용하였다. 시스템 다이나믹스는 장기적인 관점에서 대상 시스템의 행태를 분석하는데 유용하며, BSC는 재무적 비재무적 측면에 관한 평가를 가능하게 해 준다. 또한 본 연구의 유용성을 입증하기 위하여, 본 연구 결과를 유통 산업에 있어서 RFID 도입 성과를 측정하는데 적용해 보았다. 적용해 본 결과 RFID는 도입 비용이 많이 들기에 단기적인 관점에서는 부정적인 결과를 가져오나, 장기적인 관점에서는 기업에 이익을 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

노인요양시설의 조직문화 유형과 조직몰입도 관련요인 (The Organizational Culture and related Factors of Organizational Commitment in Long-term Care Facilities)

  • 노인요양시설의 조직문화 유형에 대한 인식과 조직몰입도, 장기요양기관 평가등급 간 관련성을 탐색하기 위해 전국 30인 이상 노인요양시설 149개소를 우편설문조사하였다. 노인요양시설의 조직문화는 관계지향 문화가 강한 것으로 나타났다. 조직문화 유형 중 관계지향(${\beta}=0.45$, p<0.001)과 혁신지향(${\beta}=0.34$, p<0.001) 성향은 조직몰입도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고, 설명력은 56%였다(F=14.83, p<0.001). 장기요양기관 평가등급이 상위기관일수록 조직몰입도가 높았고(F=7.18, p<0.001), 조직몰입도는 장기요양기관 평가등급에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다(${\beta}=0.53$, p<0.001). 이상 결과에 근거하여 다음과 같이 제언한다. 첫 째, 해당 기관의 조직몰입도 및 장기요양기관 평가등급 향상을 위해서는 구성원 간 관계를 긴밀히 하기 위한 노력을 체계적으로 전개해야 한다. 둘 째, 장기요양기관 평가에서도 조직의 관계지향성 관련 평가지표를 다룰 필요가 있다.

Nutritional approach to failure to thrive

  • Failure to thrive (FTT) is a term generally used to describe an infant or child whose current weight or rate of weight gains is significantly below that expected of similar children of the same age, sex and ethnicity. It usually describes infants in whom linear growth and head circumference are either not affected, or are affected to a lesser degree than weight. FTT is a common problem, usually recognized within the first 1-2 years of life, but may present at any time in childhood. Most cases of failure to thrive involve inadequate caloric intake caused by behavioral or psychosocial issues. The most important part of the outpatient evaluation is obtaining an accurate account of a child's eating habits and caloric intake. Routine laboratory testing rarely identifies a cause and is not generally recommended. FTT, its evaluation, and its therapeutic interventions are best approached by a multi-disciplinary team includes a nutritionist, a physical therapist, a psychologist and a gastroenterologist. Long term sequelae involving all areas of growth, behavior and development may be seen in children suffering from FTT. Early detection and early intervention by a multidisciplinary team will minimize its long term disadvantage. Appropriate nutritional counseling and anticipatory guidance at each well child visit may help prevent some cause of FTT.

태양에너지 해수담수화 실증시스템 장기 운전 열성능 (Evaluation of long-term performance for single-stage desalination system with solar energy)

  • This study was carry out evaluation of long-term performance for the decentralized desalination system with the solar thermal system and the photovoltaic power system. First operating demonstration system was set up in Cheju in 2006. These system comprises the desalination unit with designed daily fresh water capacity of $2m^3$ and is supplied by a $120m^2$ evacuated tubular solar collector, a $6m^3$ heat storage tank, and a 5kW photovoltaic power generation supply the electricity for hydraulic pumps to move the working fluids. In a clear day more than 400W/$m^2$, the daily fresh water showed to produce more than about 500liter, and from January, 2007 to October, 2008 for 2 years, solar irradiance daily averaged was measured 370W/$m^2$, the daily fresh water yield showed that can be produced about 330liter.

중소기업 수출역량강화사업의 성과지표에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance Indicators of SME's International Marketing Program)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업의 해외시장 개척을 돕기 위한 "중소기업 수출역량강화사업"의 성과관리가 적정하게 이루어지고 있는지를 살펴보고 개선방안을 모색함에 연구 목적을 두고 있다. 동 사업은 중소기업이 해당 사업을 통해 해외 진출의 기반을 갖추고 궁극적으로 홀로 설 수 있도록 하는 것을 정책목표로 하고 있다. 이에 논리모델을 기반으로 현행 수출역량강화사업에 대한 성과관리 평가 지표들을 분석한 결과 정량지표중심으로 구성되어 정성지표가 부족하며, 과정에 대한 평가가 부족하고 단기적 결과에만 중점을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 성과측정을 위한 지표는 결과와 과정에 대한 평가가 균형을 맞추고 중장기적 결과도 함께 포함하는 방향으로 개선해야 할 것이다.

고속도로 접착식 콘크리트 덧씌우기 포장의 공용성 분석 (Performance Evaluation of Bonded Concrete Overlay in Highway)

  • PURPOSES : This study aimed to evaluate the long-term performance of bonded concrete overlay in Korean Highway, and factors influencing the performances. METHODS : The evaluation for long-term performance of bonded concrete overlay is investigated based on the following study : i) The pavement distress of number of bonded concrete overlay sections in Korean highway are collected through field measurement, and PCI for each section is calculated. ii) Performance of LTPP data of bonded concrete overlay sections in U.S.A is analysed. And it is compared with bonded concrete overlay of Korean highway. iii) An analysis of the factors influencing to long-term performance of bonded concrete overlay is investigated. RESULTS : Performance analysis was confirmed that the overlay thickness was affecting significantly on the Bonded Concrete Overlay life. The comparison of LTPP data(U.S.A) and field measurement data(Korean) was showed. CONCLUSIONS : It was showed that the performance of Korean bonded concrete overlay is relatively lower than that of the bonded concrete overlay in U.S.A. The cause of lower performance can be explained by the lack of overlay thickness.

재 제조 태양광모듈의 내구성능 평가 연구 (Durability Evaluation Study of Re-manufactured Photovoltaic Modules)

  • Photovoltaic (PV) power generation is the world's best and largest renewable energy that generates electricity with infinite sunlight. Solar cell modules are a component of photovoltaic power generation and must have a long-term durability of at least 25 years. The development of processes and equipment that can be recovered through the recycling of metals and valuable metals when the solar module's lifespan is over has been completed to the level of commercialization, but few processes have been developed that require repair due to initial defects. This is mainly due to the economic problems caused by remaking. However, if manufacturing processes such as repairing solar cell modules that have been proven to be early defects are established and the technical review of long-term reliability and durability reaches a certain level, it is considered that it will be a recommended process technology for environmental economics. In this paper, assuming that a defective solar cell module occurs artificially, a manufacturing process for replacement of solar cells was developed, and a technical verification of the manufacturing technology was conducted through long-term durability evaluation in accordance with KS C 8561. Through this, it was determined that remanufacturing technology for solar cell replacement of solar cell modules that occurred in a short period of time after installation was possible, and the research results were announced through a journal to commercialize solar modules using manufacturing technology in the solar market in the future.

Computational study of the Nitrogen-16 source term in the ITER vacuum vessel cooling circuit through the coupling of system-level analysis code and CFD

  • In ITER, the evaluation of the activated water radiation source and its impact on the radiological levels is necessary to demonstrate compliance with the safety requirements. The use of simplified or conservative approaches often results in the application of expensive constraints on the installation that impact its economics, operations, and construction schedule. In this work, we propose a novel methodology to calculate the activated water source term with a higher degree of realism. The methodology is based on the coupling of a system-level code with a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) code in an explicit, one-way approach. We apply this methodology to the evaluation of the16N radioisotope within the ITER Vacuum Vessel Primary Heat Transfer System (VV-PHTS) cooling circuit in a steady-state and transient scenarios. We chose this system since previous analyses of the VV-PHTS were done with simple, ad-hoc calculations that yielded results that differed by up to a factor of five, underscoring a higher level of uncertainty. As a result, we generate a computational model of the source term that can be used to evaluate the radiological condition surrounding the cooling systems during the operations.

장기보존시험에 따른 보중익기탕 전탕팩의 유통기한 평가 (Evaluation of Shelf-life of Bojungikgi-tang by Long-term Storage Test)

  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the shelf-life of Bojungikgi-tang (Buzhongyiqi-tang in Chinese) by long-term storage test. Experiments were performed to evaluate the stability such as the selected physicochemical, pH, identification, heavy metal, microbiological experiment, and amount of marker compounds under a long-term storage test of Bojungikgi-tang decoction. The significant change was not showed in pH, heavy metal, microbiological, and identification test based on long-term storage test. Furthermore, the HPLC analysis was performed for the determinations of liquiritin, glycyrrhizin, nodakenin, and hesperidin in Bojungikgi-tang by long-term storage test. We were calculated shelf-life of Bojungikgi-tang decoction based on the amount change of four constituents. Consequently, Shelf-life by four compounds at room temperature was predicted 23 month. The suggested shelf-life would be helpful on the storage and distribution of herbal medicine.
