In conventional probability-based quality evaluation of products with qualitative characteristics, many factors that affect the evaluation are not easily represented quantitatively, because the relation between reliability of human evaluator and each of these factors is not clear. In order to evaluate the quality of product with qualitative characteristics quantitatively, in this paper, the relation is represented as the shape of possibility distribution function of fuzzy set on the interval [0,1]. Furthermore, fuzzy reasoning is used to obtain the estimates of quality characteristics. And, it is supposed that many quality characteristics affected by the above factors are connected with the final characteristic through hierarchical structures. Finally, using the estimates gained from the final evaluation, qualitative characteristics are evaluated by use of concept of pattern recognition.

Presently, there are some means of voyage estimations such as Hire base, Charter base, and Anticpated income and expenditure statement of voyage. The former two are the means of estimation for profit of a ship's voyage per a deadweight tonnage adn a month, and it is well used in the case of chartered ships. But it is somewhat meaningless for the shpowner who runs his ships for himself. The latter means for estimation is mainly used in western shipping, and do not set forth simpler way of comparing profit with another voyage or with another ship's employing in other route. And this paper has yielded an index of ship's voyage profit evaluation by building a model of ship's voyage evaluation formula, and the index may be used in evaluation of the new investigation of shipping as well as setting out a shiop in a voyage. The model has yielded a break even curve which may be used for deciding the amount of demurrage and the period of ship's port time for a specific voyage contraction.

The importance of usability evaluation is increasing in developing a new system and product. The current approaches for usability evaluation are: the comparative evaluation to measure usability, and the iterative user interface design to find usability problems. This paper pressents three types of characteristics and a set of criteria for usability evaluation. The methodology for criteria-based quantitative analysis of user interface usability is investigated with a view to measuring usability. The fuzzy weighted-checklist method with linguistic variables is used for quantitatie analysis. This analysis provides a quantitative measure, which reflects the degree of excellence of user interface usability during the design and development phases.

Purpose Lately, in accordance with the increasing interest about Healthcare accreditation program and International laboratory accreditation scheme, requirements about the instrument quality management are gradually taking shape. In nuclear medicine In vitro laboratory, the most typical instruments are multi detector gamma counter and automatic dispensing system. Each laboratory continue with the quality control adequate for circumstances. The purpose of this study is to application and establish the new Calibrator[I-125]Set which is efficient at standardization of equipment quality management. Materials and Methods Deviation between detectors were measured with 12 solid samples of the Calibrator[I-125]Set. their activities differ from each other by less than 1%. Multi detector gamma counters are GAMMA-10;Shinjin medics. Inc, Goyansi, Korea(Gamma counter A), SR300;Stratec biomedical systems AG, Gewerbestr, Germany(Gamma counter B) and COBRA II; Packard Instrument Co. Inc, Meriden, USA(Gamma counter C). Evaluation of two automatic dispensing system used A, B liquid tracer of the Calibrator[I-125]Set. After dispensing and counting, calculated using the ratio of the measured value and proposed value. We used solution A for 20, 25ul and solution B for 50, 100ul. Method of data analysis and reference range was provided by kit documentation. Furthermore, we could calculate our counter efficiency indirectly. Results The CV(%) of measured values by Gamma counter A, B, C are 0.34, 0.70, 1.30. Calculated value are 1.05314, 2.10419, 4.08485. Provided reference range is less than 3. A dispensing system's calculated values are 0.986, 0.989, 1.023, 1.017 and B are 0.874, 0.725, 1.021, 0.904. Provided reference range is from 0.95 to 1.05. Also, counter's efficiency are 74.18, 72.79, 74.32% at counter A, B, C and efficiency of the one detector counter is 79.26%. Conclusion If using this Calibrator[I-125]Set after verifying whether quality assurance, is applicable to equipment quality management on behalf of the role of gold standard.

데이터 마이닝을 요구하는 전자상거래, 전자정부와 관련된 문서 처리 시스템 등에서 XML 문서의 버전 관리에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대량의 XML 문서를 장기적으로 유지하면서 XML 문서의 이력 정보를 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여, XML 버전을 생성하는 변경 집합을 정의하고 변경 집합을 이용한 XML 문서의 저장 방법을 제안한다. 변경 집합은 변경 연산집합과 시간지원 차원을 포함하고 있으며, 변경 연산 집합은 스키마 변경 연산과 데이터 변경 연산으로 구성된다. 변경 집합을 이용한 세가지 XML 문서의 저장 방법을 제안한다. 세가지 저장 방법은, (1) 변경 집합을 모두 저장하는 방법, (2)변경 집합과 버전을 주기적으로 저장 방법, 그리고 (3) 저장 적합 시점에 변경 집합 모음과 버전을 저장하는 방법이 있다. 또한, 기존의 저장 방법과 제안한 저장 방법들 사이에 성능을 비교한다. 성능 평가를 통하여 저장 적합 시점에 변경 집합모음과 버전을 저장하는 방법의 성능이 다른 저장 방법보다 우수함을 보인다.

DEA(data envelopment analysis) is a technique for evaluation of relative efficiency of decision making units (DMUs) that have multiple input and output. A DEA model measures the efficiency of a DMU by the relative position of the DMU's input and output in the production possibility set defined by the input and output of the DMUs being compared. In this paper, we proposed several DEA models measuring the multi-period efficiency of a DMU. First, we defined the input and output data that make a production possibility set as the spanning set. We proposed several spanning sets containing input and output of entire periods for measuring the multi-period efficiency of a DMU. We defined the production possibility sets with the proposed spanning sets and gave DEA models under the production possibility sets. Some models measure the efficiency score of each period of a DMU and others measure the integrated efficiency score of the DMU over the entire period. For the test, we applied the models to the sample data set from a long term university student training project. The results show that the suggested models may have the better discrimination power than CCR based results while the ranking of DMUs is not different.

공동주택의 비중이 점차 확대되고, 고층화되는 추세에 따라 공동주택 유지관리의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이러한 필요성에 의해 최근 기존 건축물의 종합성능 평가모델이 개발되었으나, 업무의 분석이 미흡한 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 공동주택 유지관리 성능평가의 기반이 되는 유지관리 업무를 분석하여 성능평가 대상항목 도출을 목적으로 한다 유지관리 성능평가 후보항목은 기존문헌과 업무체계를 분석하여 도출하였고, 학계 전문가 및 주택관리사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 성능평가의 용이성, 체계성을 보완하였다. 최종적으로 결정된 성능평가 대상항목은 운영적 유지관리 성능평가 항목 14개와 기술적 유지관리 성능평가 항목 15개 항목이다.

이 연구는 국내외에서 대학도서관을 대상으로 제안된 평가(성과)지표의 현황을 개관하고 비교·분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 지금가지 제안된 지표들 중에서 국제기구(IFLA, ISO)와 관련단체(미국의 ALA/ACR·LARL, 영국의 LA·HEFCE·CERLIM, 일본의 대학기준협회·사립대학도서관협의회, 한국의 대학교육협의회·도서관협회)의 모형을 중심으로 주요 특징과 내용, 장점과 한계를 분석하고, 함의와 시사점을 논급하였다. 대부분의 모형은 전통적 도서관의 양적 지표에 이용자의 인식가치를 포함시키고, 전자형 자료와 서비스를 수용하는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 그럼에도 각각의 지표에 대한 실효성은 불확실하고 미진하고, 계량화가 불가능한 것도 적지 않으며, 평가도구로 사용하기에 부적합한 것도 있다. 게다가 가장 중요한 구비조건인 가중치가 배정되지 않았거나, 부여한 경우에도 그 논리적 근거가 불분명하다. 따라서 전통적 및 전자형 대학도서관의 투입-과정-산출을 종합적으로 측정·재단할 수 있는 평가지표(명칭 및 구성의 최적성, 가중치와 척도의 적절성 등)의 개발이 필요하다.

For the problems in executing rural development, recent recognitions are that discovery, preservation, and utilization of area-unique resource are unsatisfactory, that participation of local residents was neglected, and that approach to gradual refurbishment of houses and common space of town in consideration of existing spatial pattern of the town was not adequate. Especially, neglect for exact investigation, analysis and evaluation on rural local resources is bringing about social problems such as mass production of uniform rural area and loss of local identity. In this study, rural resources were listed and resource evaluation items was designed in order to establish development direction of rural village. According to these results, for the efficient and reasonable drive of the resource evaluation system, following items are required; A premise of local development by participation of local people, Development of diversely appliable resource evaluation clauses, Establishment of development type in connection with resource evaluation clauses, Systematic management of local resource through spreading DB resource. This research was loused on unearthing direction development of rural village and theme. However, what should be reconsidered through continuous study is that resource evaluation clauses are somewhat general and not concretely illustrated. Therefore establishment of characterized development is expected through clarifying local identity and presenting direction of local development, with the importance of resource and systematic analysis in planning on rural village in the future.
