A Study on Customer Satisfaction Framework for Public Library Services (공공도서관 서비스 고객만족도 평가체계에 관한 연구)

  • The customer satisfaction. which is close with the loyalty, rate of disconnection and re-purchase and the new customer creation is important in point of the enterprise performance measurement system. There have been a number of studies that applied different models in other to assess the customer satisfaction of public and non-public area. But the general evaluation models which are existing can't consider the discrimination characteristic of different types of products or services. And these models didn't reflect the quality of the Internet environment of the public library service which appears newly. This study delved into literature of library service and customer satisfaction evaluation and suggest the classification system of public library service and the evaluation model of customer satisfaction for public library.

  • The purposes of this study is development of information security evaluation model for governments to analyze domestic and foreign existing models. Recent domestic information security certification systems have several problems, because shortage of organic connectivity each other. Therefore we analysis on domestic and foreign existing models, specify security requirements, evaluation basis and other facts of models, optimize these facts for governments, and develop new model for domestic governments.

  • Analytical performance evaluation is crucial for justifying the merit of the design of Multistage Interconnection Networks(MINs) in different operational conditions. While several analytical models have been proposed for the performance evaluation of MlNs, they are mainly for uniform traffics. Even the models for nonuniform traffics have various shortcomings. In this paper, an accurate model for the performance evaluation of multi buffered banyan-type MIN's under nonuniform traffic condition is obtained. The accuracy of proposed models are conformed by comparing with the results from simulation.

  • Analytical performance evaluation is crucial for justifying the merit of the design in different operational conditions. Even models for nonuniform traffics have several shortcomings such as they only consider output buffered structure or do not consider blocking conditions. In this paper the mere accurate models than any other ones so far have been proposed for the performance evaluation of banyan-type MIN's under nonuniform traffic condition is obtained. The accuracy of proposed model is conformed by comparing with the results from simulation.

Models and Methods for the Evaluation of Automobile Manufacturing Supply Chain Coordination Degree Based on Collaborative Entropy

  • Through the analysis of the coordination mechanism of the supply chain system of China's automobile manufacturing industry, the factors affecting the supply subsystem, the manufacturing subsystem, the sales subsystem, and the consumption subsystem are sorted out, the supply chain coordination index system based on the influence factor of four subsystems is established. The evaluation models of the coordination degree in the subsystem of the supply chain, the coordination degree among the subsystems, and the comprehensive coordination degree are established by using the efficiency coefficient method and the collaborative entropy method. Experimental results verify the accuracy of the evaluation model using the empirical analysis of the collaborative evaluation index data of China's automobile manufacturing industry from 2000 to 2019. The supply chain synergy of automobile manufacturing industry was low from 2001 to 2005, and it increased to a certain extent from 2006 to 2008 with a small growth rate from 0.10 to 0.15. From 2009 to 2013, the supply chain synergy of automobile manufacturing industry increased rapidly from 0.24 to 0.49, and it also increased rapidly but fluctuated from 2014 to 2019, first rising from 0.68 to 0.84 then dropping to 0.71. These results provide reference for the development of China's automobile manufacturing supply chain system and scientific decision-making basis for the formulation of relevant policies of the automobile manufacturing industry.

  • Toxicokinetic studies are intended to provide critical evaluation of drug disposition at toxico-logical doses and help understand the relationship between blood or tissue levels and the time course of toxic events. Relatively high dose levels wed in toxicokinetics, compared to pharmacokinetics, complicates absorption, protein binding, metabolism and elimination processes. In this mini review, frequently wed toxicokinetic models such as linear compartment models, physiological models, and nonlinear kinetic mod-ec are introduced. In addition, optimization of toxicokinetic studies, their role in the drug development process, and prediction oj human toxicokinetics based on animal data by interspecies scaling are briefly discussed.

  • Strength evaluation was carried out for the cylinder liner of a low-speed marine engine. Calculation of temperature distribution, nonlinear structural analysis, material test, and fatigue strength evaluation are briefly introduced in this paper. Strengths of five liner models are compared, and the effect of materials experiencing different heat treatment is evaluated. Structural analysis including boundary and material non-linearities was performed for axisymmetric liner models. High cycle (fatigue limit) and low cycle (fatigue life) fatigue analyses are carried out. As results, localized high stress was occurred next to the mount line. Maximum stresses are varied significantly with respect to different liner models and different materials.

  • A simulation system is needed to train students and mariners in order that they can take suitable actions to evade typhoon's strike promptly and sufficiently. In order to make such kind of system, three kinds of models about the typhoon are necessary, typhoon prediction model to generate typhoon's track, wind & wave-field model to make sea conditions around the typhoon and evaluation model of trainee's action whether their actions were suitable or not during simulation. We have developed the prediction and wind & wave-field models of typhoon, but the evaluation model has not been developed yet. In this paper, after making a method for evaluating trainee's actions by seakeeping performance, we propose an typhoon avoidance simulation system for training mariners so that they can promote their abilities to evade the typhoons at sea.

  • The existing survivability measure is defined as the only ratio of survival traffic volume on the given traffic demand. In this paper we suggest a new network survivability evaluation model. Sinceit depends on the importance of traffic, we can evaluatethe affect of telecommunication disaster. With the suggested evaluation model we formulate optimization models for restoration paths and traffic assinment on them. The optimization models are represented as mixed integer programming problems, which are difficult to find exact solutions. We develop heuristic algorithms according to the optimization models and apply them to an example network with 10 nodes and 17 links.

  • The seismic performance of masonry-infilled frame structures, typical in school buildings, is evaluated through equivalent strut models. A bare frame model, concentric strut models and eccentric strut models with various material characteristics available in the literature are analyzed. Displacements and damage states at the performance points obtained by the capacity spectrum method show great differences among the models. Infill walls act positively in concentric strut models and negatively in eccentric strut models at the performance points for a given seismic demand. In addition, the behavior at the ultimate displacements shows considerably different strengths, inter-story drifts, and numbers and locations of damaged members among various modeling methods and material strengths.
