공동주택 성능등급 표시제도 상의 음성능 표시기준 고찰 (A Study on the Acoustic Performance Indication Standards of Apartment Housing Performance Grade Indication System)

  • The government has enforced Housing Performance Grade Indication System (Article 21, Paragraph 2 of Housing Act) starting January 2006 for the purpose of giving users in hope of toying an apartment opportunities to select housing based on personal preferences by providing information on housing performance at the time of tenant recruitment announcement as well as securing desirable environment (comfort) by encouraging construction companies to build housing of the indicated performance level. The acoustic performance indication items include three items such as floor impact isolation performance(light weight impact sound, heavy weight impact sound), bathroom noise and insulation performance of boundary walls between households. This paper explains the background, the basis of creation and evaluation method focused on the acoustic environment performance helping for the developer of technique and a staff in charge of construction business who cope with this system.

당뇨교육자료 자료의 이독성과 적합성 평가 (Readability and Suitability Evaluation of Educational Materials on Diabetes Mellitus)

  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the readability and suitability of patients' education materials on DM. A total of 34 materials on DM from public health centers, general hospitals, and internet web sites were evaluated for readability by 'graded system of vocabulary', and suitability by 'The Korean version of SAM(Suitability Assessment of Materials)'. On the average, 28.3% of 1st grade reading level words, 27.1% of 5th grade level and over were included in educational materials. For suitability, 6(17.6%) were judged superior, 20(58.8%) adequate, 8(23.6%) inadequate. The reading level of the materials was higher than the recommended reading level(6th grade reading level). For suitability, most of materials were inadequate in some of items such as 'summary or review included', 'context given', 'interaction used'. It is proposed that in the development of patients' educational materials, health literacy of target population should be considered.

요양병원 입원 노인을 위한 신체 억제대 프로토콜의 수용개작 (Evidence-based Clinical Practice Protocol of Physical Restraints by Adaptation Process for Patients in a Geriatric Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study was to develop an evidence-based clinical practice protocol of physical restraints by adaptation process for patients with a geriatric hospital. Methods: Protocol adaptation process was conducted in accordance with manual for guideline adaptation version 1.0 by ADAPTE collaboration. Results: The adapted physical restraint protocol was consisted of 3 domains and 37 recommendations. The number of recommendations in each domain were: 7 nursing assessment, 19 nursing intervention, and 11 nursing evaluation. More than half (56.8%) of the recommendations were rated as grade B, 37.8% as grade C, and 5.4% were rated as grade D. Conclusion: The adapted physical restraint protocol is expected to contribute as an evidence-based clinical practice protocol for healthcare workers in geriatric hospitals for reducing and improving efficiency of appropriate physical restraints use.

  • This study is a fundamental research for recycling waste vinyl in asphalt concrete mixture for roadway pavement. The mixing method and proper content of waste polyethylene(PE) film were determined through preliminary mix design. This study was performed mix designs using 2 type graduations of aggregate and used two types waste PE film. The asphalt concrete mixture was satisfied with the specification of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation. Its showed that dense grade asphalt concrete mixture containing waste vinyl were higher performance in comparision to other mixtures(common dense grade mixture and gap grade mixtures). From results of this study, it was confirmed that addition of waste vinyl improved on quality of asphalt concrete mixture.

  • This study was carried out to evaluate off-shore water quality and to draw marine pollution map to Southern sea in Korea by bioassay using gametes and early development system of Asterias amurensis. From the bioassay, it was determined that the water qualites of Southern sea maintained the grade II, because development of A. amurensis were moderately inhibited. However, Sunchon, Kwangyang, and Jinhae Bay belonged to grade III, because development of A. amurensis were strongly inhibited. This could be due to the inflows of several river systems and poor water circulation. The water quality at Yosu island was the grade I, because A. amurensis were not inhibited in its early development.

시판 카스테라의 점탄성 계수 (The Rheological Properties of Castella on the Market)

  • This study is carried out in order to investigate to the physical property of Castella. The material is 19 kinds of Castella on the market in Kyushu area.As an result of the sensory evaluation for Castella, it could be classified into 3 types ; a) high grade, C) low grade, and B) midium grade.The results are summarized as follow. The water content of 3 type Castella was most 26-30% but Korea's was more lower . ΔE of A an dB type Castella was similiar , but A and C types was very different. in the Creep test, 3 types are all the 6-element Voigt model, consisting of Hookean body , Newtonian body and two sets of Voigt body. Eo of A type is 13-36% higher than other types. The parts of retardation strain of A type are 21-41% lower than B type, 8-13% higher than C type, respectively.

Korean EFL University Students' Evaluation of Peer Review Interactions: A Social Model for Evaluating the Writing Process

  • This study investigates the feasibility of incorporating student evaluations of peer review interactions into the course grade for an EFL writing course. The use of such evaluations offers a way to grade the process of writing more directly than using writing portfolios alone. Moreover, evaluating peer review interactions highlights the social aspect of writing, which is valuable in the current post-process climate in writing instruction. The 18 members of a semester-long EFL writing course at a Korean university were trained in peer response for one half of a semester; then performed evaluations of peer review interactions during the second half of the semester as part of their writing course. Student evaluations were examined to reveal whether any bias occurred due to relative age, gender, major, or question type. The results revealed no such biases. Therefore, it is suggested that students are capable of providing fair evaluations of peers, which means the evaluations can be factored into the course grade in order to evaluate the social aspect of the writing process.

Value of Perfusion Weighted Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the Diagnosis of Supratentorial Anaplastic Astrocytoma

  • We report perfusion weighted imaging (PWI) findings of nonenhanced anaplastic astrocytoma in a 30-year-old woman. Brain magnetic resonance imaging showed a nonenhanced brain tumor with mild peritumoral edema on the right medial frontal lobe and right genu of corpus callosum, suggesting a low-grade glioma. However, PWI showed increased relative cerebral blood volume, relative cerebral blood flow, and permeability of nonenhanced brain tumor compared with contralateral normal brain parenchyma, suggesting a high-grade glioma. After surgery, final histopathological analysis revealed World Health Organization grade III anaplastic astrocytoma. This case demonstrates the importance of PWI for preoperative evaluation of nonenhanced brain tumors.

동종 아킬레스 건을 이용한 후방 십자 인대 및 후 외방 구조물 재건술 (Reconstruction of Posterior Cruciate Ligament and Posterolateral Structure with Allo-Achilles Tendon)

  • 목적: 이 논문의 목적은 후방 십자 인대와 함께 후 외방 구조물을 동반 재건한 경우의 결과를 분석하여 보고하고자 함이다. 대상 및 방법: 동종 아킬레스건을 이용하여 후방 십자인대 및 후 외방 구조물을 동반 재건하였던 10예를 대상으로 하였으며 평균 추시 기간은 25개월 이였다. 각각의 경우에서 수술 전 후방 불안정성의 정도를 측정하기 위해 KT-2000 관절계, 후방 전위 검사을 실시하였으며 후 외방 구조물 동반 손상에 의한 회전 불안정성을 진단하기 위해 경골 외회전 검사를 실시하였다. 환자의 주관적 평가는 Tegner, Lysholm score를 측정하여 최종 추시 시의 측정치와 비교하였다. 결과: 수술 전 KT-2000 측정치는 평균 7.1mm, 후방 전위 검사는 모든 예에서 Grade 3이였으며 경골 외 회전 검사상 슬관절 30도 및 90 도 굴곡 상태에서 모두 양성 반응을 보였다. Lysholm score는 평균 65.9. Tegner score는 평균 3.1이였다. 최종 추시 시 KT-2000 측정치는 평균 2.2 mm, 후방 전위 검사상 Grade 0이 2예, Grade 1이 4예, Grade 2가 3예, Grade 3가 1예였으며 경골 외회전 검사상 슬관절 30도 및 90 도 굴곡 상태에서 모두 양성으로 측정되었던 예는 1예였으며 90도에서만 양성으로 측정되었던 예는 2예였다. Lysholm score는 평균 87.6, Tegner score는 평균 5.7로 수술 전에 비해 주관적 객관적 평가 모두에서 호전되었다. 결론: 동종 아킬레스건을 이용한 관절경하 후방 십자 인대 및 후 외방 구조물은 재건은 후방 및 후 외방 회전 불안정성이 있는 환자에서 좋은 수술적 치료 방법중의 하나로 생각된다.

컴퓨터학부 기초전공 수업에서 팀 활동에 대한 자기평가와 동료평가의 활용성 연구 (A Study on Availabilities of Self-evaluation and Peer-evaluation of Team Activities in Computer Science Basic Classes)

  • 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터학부 기초전공 수업에서 팀 활동에 대한 학생평가의 활용성을 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 동료평가, 자기평가, 학업성취도 사이의 관계를 알아보고자 상관분석을 실시하여 이들 사이에는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있음을 알아냈다. 이어서 동료평가 점수와 자기평가 점수의 차이를 분석하였다. 일표본 t-test를 실시했을 때 그 차이 값은 매우 유의미한 것이었다. 그러나 그 차이의 정도는 두 클래스에서 다르지 않았다. 즉 학생들은 학년에 상관없이 본인 스스로에 대한 평가 점수가 동료들로부터 받은 평가 점수보다 평균적으로 후한 경향이 있었다. 마지막으로 동료평가, 자기평가 점수의 차이와 학업성취도와의 관계를 분석하였을 때, 점수 차이와 학업성취도 사이에는 유의미한 상관관계가 없었다. 즉, 학업성취도가 높은 학생이든 낮은 학생이든 동료평가와 자기평가를 하는 경향성은 다르지 않았다. 이와 같은 분석 결과는 팀 기반 수업에서 학생평가가 개인별 평가에 활용될 수 있음을 보여준다. 자기평가 점수와 동료들로부터 받은 점수 사이에 높은 상관관계가 있는 것은 학생평가의 객관성을 나타낸다. 비록 자기평가 점수가 동료로부터 받은 점수보다 평균적으로 높은 것은 분명하지만 그것이 학년이나 과목에 따라서 또는 학업성취도에 따라서 달라지지 않으므로 객관성 면에서 더 활용가치가 높다.
