  • This study aimed to analyze the effects of handbills from the food-service industry on the marketing performance. In this study, an independent variable was one of the evaluation factors of handbills while performance variables were general satisfaction of handbills and repurchase intention. For the analysis methods, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed with SPSS 12.0. As a result of analyses, it was revealed that general satisfaction of handbills by advertisement evaluation factors was partly significant. Second, it was found that a product purchase intention by advertisement evaluation factors was not mostly influential. Even though the findings of this study, it is expected that this study, which attempted an exploratory study on handbills of the food-service industry, will be used for future advertisement analyses of the food-service industry and as basic information on the advertisement effect.

  • This study examined the correlation between a handle evaluation of cosmetic puff textile and a sensory evaluation. The KES-F system was used to analyze the main mechanical factors for the handle evaluation and a statistical method was used for the sensory evaluation. The results revealed different mechanical properties and handle values of the tested cosmetic puff textiles. A material type and structure of the cosmetic textile affected the handle property of the material which is the most important factor for a cosmetic purpose. Particularly, the physical properties of textile material are likely to be important factors for the sensory property of cosmetic material. In addition, the sensory evaluation also revealed different sensory characteristics of the cosmetic efficiency according to the cosmetic puff textile. No close relationship was observed between the mechanical properties and sensory evaluation on the cosmetic puff textiles. The sensory evaluation of a cosmetic efficiency is not only decided by the physical and mechanical characteristics of the cosmetic textile material. Overall, when using textiles used for the cosmetic purposes, it is important to consider not only the proper mechanical properties of the textiles but also the use and sensory satisfaction. Development and selection of the cosmetic textiles should be focused on both the material function and consumer satisfaction.

In order to examine the proposed hypotheses, descriptive statistics analysis, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure analysis were undertaken using SPSS(10.0) and AMOS(4.0) to explore the relationships among variables. The results showed that core-self evaluation had a significantly positive effect on service recovery performance. In addition, service recovery performance had a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction, while there was no evidence of relationship between service recovery performance and turnover intention. The data of 2,785 public officials who used the flexible work system in the Korea Institute of Public Administration (2022) data set were analyzed using SPSS 28.0. and PROCESS macro's Model 4. The main research findings are as follows. First, organizational cultures that respect individuality and cooperation, supports management, and aims for work autonomy all positively and significantly affect satisfaction with the flexible working system. When ranking the size of influence by the type of organizational culture, work autonomy, respect for individuality, and a cooperative organizational culture had a positive impact in that order, with work autonomy being the most influential factor. In addition, the public officials' age, job preparation period, self-evaluation of workload, and overtime working hours are significant antecedents of satisfaction with the flexible work system. Second, when examining consequential factors, a high level of satisfaction with the flexible working system affects job satisfaction (+), work performance (+), organizational commitment (+), turnover intention (-), and quality of life (+). Job satisfaction was an especially valid mediator between satisfaction with the flexible working system and other consequential factors, including work performance, organizational commitment, turnover intention, and quality of life.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting satisfaction and dissatisfaction of e-learning learner students using Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient. The results of the analysis showed that firstly, the students are highly satisfied when it is convenient to learn visually and audibly, when the students can ask questions at any time, and when the professor was interested in the students. Second, the rational criteria and accurate evaluation of grades and assignments were confirmed as factors that should be satisfied. Third, unlike the results of the basic study that the students use e-learning due to the convenience of learning time and learning space and the ease of learning process, it is no longer an attractive factor to use e-learning. The results of this study suggest that it is possible to present effective directions for the development of e-learning education and strategic application of each factor classified by the two-dimensional recognition method.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for planning and designing Village Parks in Seoul in the future, which result from analyzing post-occupancy evaluation. For conducting this study, 10 Village Parks among 45, built between 1996 and 1997, were selected and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. The degree of satisfaction of 10 Village Parks in Seoul has been evaluated on a scale of 10, to be a 6.68 average. This result means that the most respondents are satisfied with the existing Village Parks in Seoul. The correlation of the degree of satisfaction with major planning factors for 3 types of Village Parks shows that accessibility is the most important factor. As for future directions of planning and designing Village Parks, many kinds of sitting, leaning and resting place need to be provided. It is also necessary to improve the visual quality of the parks with various spatial elements. The research also shows that various facilities for people's use should be provided in Village Parks.

  • The decision making procedure of consumer's post purchase is important because post purchase evaluation function is the physiological variables in repurchasing. The previous studies of post-purchase decision making showed that consumer compared the expectation of pre-buying with the performance of the product of post-buying. After consumers evaluates the products, consumer is satisfactory or dissatisfactory with products. And the satisfaction effects repurchase intention. The criteria which consumer didn't consider can be important to consumer after buying. Therefore the research problems are as follows; 1. To reveal the consumer's post-purchase clothing evaluative criterita and to indentify the dimensions of post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria. 2, To examine a causal model of the repurchase intention by post- purchase clothing evaluative criteria, satisfaction and brand attitude, A questionnaire was developed and administered 530 women living in Taejeon, and social daytime wear was selected as a clothing item for the study. Consumer's post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria were composed of six dimensions; Fit, Utility, Management, Transformation, Wearing/sewing, Esthetic factor. The main causal model of repurchase intention is that post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria - satisfaction - brand altitude - repurchase intention. Finally we found that the post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria were important because the repurchase intention depended on post-purchase clothing evaluation, too.

  • The purposes of this study are to investigate the dimensions of the sensibility towards a spatial environment perceived by the general public and to present the characteristics of various spaces through empirical analyses. A set of words are selected to describe visitors' perception of a spatial environment based on previous studies, and then they are arranged according to the degree of understanding and suitability. The results of the survey on the sensibility measurement can be summarized as follows: Factor analyses and cluster analyses are conducted on the indicators measuring the general public's perception of the exhibition hall of the Deoksugung Museum, and the following five dimensions are obtained: spatial value, spatial aesthetic, spatial affinity, spatial freshness, and spatial materials. The satisfaction level of visitors regarding the space of the exhibition hall under study is also investigated. A regression analysis is conducted to find a relationship between the satisfaction level of visitors (DV) and the five dimensions (IVs), and the analysis shows that there is a significant relationship. Among the five factors, the 'Spacial Value' and 'Spacial Affinity' are found to Significantly affect visitors' satisfaction. The results of this empirical study show that visitors' affinity towards the exhibition hall of the Deoksugung Art Museum along with the surrounding garden, as well as visitors' appreciation of the social, historical, and cultural value of Deoksugung Palace, are found to greatly affect visitors' overall satisfaction with the spatial environment of the museum.
