지식경영의 동태적 가치사슬 모형 구축 (Dynamic Value Chain Modeling of Knowledge Management)

  • This study suggests the dynamic value chain model, that will be able to not only show changing processes to organization's significant capital by integrating an individual, implicit, and explicit knowledge which affect organizational decision making, but also distinguish the key driver for raising organizational competitive power because it makes possible to analyze sensitivity of performance along with decision making alternatives and policy changes from dynamic view by connecting knowledge management capability, knowledge management activity, and relations with organizational performance with specific strategic map. Recently, a lot of organizations show interest in measuring and evaluating their performance synthetically. In organizations taking knowledge management, they introduce effective value chain model like a dynamic balanced scorecard (DBSC), and therefore they can reflect their knowledge management condition as well as show their changes by checking performance of established vision and strategy periodically. Furthermore, they can ask for their inner members' understanding and participation by communicating with and inspiring their members with awareness that members are one of their group, present a base of benchmarking, and offer significant information for later decision making. The BSC has been a successful framework for measuring an organization's performance in various perspectives through translating an organization's vision and strategy into an interrelated set of key performance indicators and specific actions. The BSC, while having significant strengths over traditional performance measurement methods, however, has its own limitations, due to its static nature, such as overlooking two-way causation between performance indicators and neglecting the impact of delayed feedback flowing from the adoption of new strategies or policy changes. To overcome these limitations, this study employs SD, a methodology for understanding complex systems where dynamic feedback among the interrelated system components significantly impact on the system outcomes. The SD simulation model in the form of DBSC would serve as a useful strategic teaming tool for facilitating an organization's communication process through various scenario analyses as well as predicting the dynamic behavior pattern of their key performance measures over a future time frame. For the demonstration purpose, this study applied the DBSC model to Prototype of Korea manufacturing and service firm.

피라미에 대한 보 철거 구간에서의 물리서식처 모의(PHABSIM) 적용 (Application of Physical Habitat Simulation System (PHABSIM) in the Reach of Small Dam Removal for Zacco platypus)

  • 하천환경에 대한 사회적 요구에 의해 다양한 하천 복원 및 환경개선사업이 진행되고 있으므로, 이와 같은 사업의 효과를 평가할 방법론이 제공되어야 한다. PHABSIM은 하천 흐름과 관련되어 있는 수생 생물의 수리적 서식처 적합도를 평가하기 위해 제안된 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 보 철거 구간에 PHABSIM을 적용하여, 보 철거에 따른 피라미의 물리서식처 변화와 모형의 적절성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 일반적으로 보를 철거할 경우가 존치할 때보다 물리서식처가 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 유영력이 약한 산란기의 물리서식처는 보 상류의 유속이 증가되어 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 대한 적절한 대책이 필요하다. 본 연구에 적용한 PHABSIM은 보 철거 사업을 포한한 다양한 하천사업의 평가와 필요성을 제시하는 효과적인 방법으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The Evaluation of Web Contents by User 'Likes' Count: An Usefulness of hT-index for Topic Preference Measurement

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest an appropriate index for evaluating preferences of Web contents by examining the h-index and its variants. It focuses on how successfully each index represents relative user preference towards topical subjects. Based on data obtained from a popular IT blog (engadget.com), subject values of the h-index and its variants were calculated using 53 subject categories, article counts and the 'Likes' counts aggregated in each category. These values were compared through critical analysis of the indices and Spearman rank correlation analysis. A PFNet (Pathfinder Network) of subjects weighted by $h_T$ values was drawn and cluster analysis was conducted. Based on the four criteria suggested for the evaluation of Web contents, we concluded that the $h_T$-index is a relatively appropriate tool for the Web contents preference evaluation. The $h_T$-index was applied to visually represent the relative weight (topic preference by user 'Likes' count) for each subject category of the real online contents after suggesting the relative appropriateness of the $h_T$-index. Applying scientometric indicators to Web information could provide new insights into, and potential methods for, Web contents evaluation. In addition, information on the focus of users' attention would help online informants to plan more effective content strategies. The study tries to expand the application area of the h-type indices to non-academic online environments. The research procedure enables examination of the appropriateness of the index and highlights considerations for applying the indicators to Web contents.

출혈성 쇼크 흰쥐 모델에서 경혈 지압이 혈압과 심박수 변화에 미치는 영향 (A Study for Changes of Blood Pressure and Heart Rate by Acupressure to Acupoints in Rat Model of Hemorrhagic Shock)

  • Objectives : In order to find a possible non-invasive manipulation tool for maintenance of the cardiovascular functions in hemorrhagic shock, this study was aimed at evaluating effects of acupoints acupressure on the changes in blood pressure and heart rate from an animal model of hemorrhagic shock. Methods : In adult Sprague-Dawley rats, hemorrhagic shock was induced by a withdrawal of arterial blood from the femoral artery with volume of 0.8 ml per 100 g of body weight using peristaltic syringe pump. We applied the acupressure with a pressure oscillator to tail as a control and 2 different acupoints of sobu(HT8), youngchun(KI1) under 3 different conditions : 1) normal arterial blood pressure without bleeding, 2) at the beginning of bleeding, and finally 3) hemorrhagic shock. Results : Under normal arterial blood pressure without hemorrhage, there was a significant increase in systolic and diastolic blood pressures by the acupressure to the tail, HT8 and especially KI1 for 30 sec compared with before acupressure. Under hemorrhagic shock condition, the tail acupressure had minimal changes in cardiovascular parameters. Either the HT8 or KI1 acupressure resulted in a significant increase in arterial pressure but did not heart rate. At the beginning of bleeding, tail acupressure failed to change the reduction of arterial pressure and heart rate. However, there was a significant increase in blood pressure and heart rate following either the HT8 or especially KI1 acupressure. Conclusions : HT8 and KI1 acupressure affected cardiovascular signs but tail acupressure did not in rat model of hemorrhagic shock. These experimental data suggest that a acupressure with a pressure oscillator to HT8 or KI1 can be one of alternative emergency manipulations to ameliorate compromised cardiovascular functions under hemorrhagic shock condition.

치매대상자를 돌보는 간호사의 의사소통행위 측정도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 융합 연구 (Converged Study on the Validity and Reliability of the Communication Behavioral Scale of nurses caring for people with dementia)

  • 본 연구는 집단비교법을 활용하여 치매대상자를 돌보는 간호사의 의사소통행위 측정도구의 타당도와 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 평가하기 위해 시행되었다. 대상자는 D시, U시 및 Y시 노인요양시설에서 근무하고 있는 간호사(n=67명)와 D시와 U시 일반병원에서 근무하고 있는 간호사(n=70명)이다. 본 도구를 활용하여 분석한 결과, 노인요양시설에서 근무하는 간호사의 의사소통행위 점수가 일반병원에서 근무하고 있는 간호사의 의사소통행위 점수보다 유의하게 높았으며(t=2.49, p=.014) 검사-재검사 신뢰도검사를 위한 급내상관관계는 .813으로 확인되었다. 그러므로 치매대상자를 돌보는 간호사의 의사소통행위 측정도구는 다양한 논리적 분석을 통해 치매대상자를 돌보는 간호사의 의사소통행위 수준을 평가하기에 적절한 평가도구임이 확인되어 치매대상자 간호를 위해 다양하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

과하중 트럭 운행 도로에 대한 역학적-경험적 지침 (Mechanistic-Empirical Guideline for Routine Overweight Truck Traffic Routes)

  • 본 연구의 주 목적은 최근 증가하고 있는 과하중 트럭의 운행에 대한 도로의 성능 평가에 대한 역학적-경험적 가이드라인을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 두 가지 가이드라인을 제시하고 있다. 첫 단계 가이드라인은 도로 평가 도표를 이용하여 최적의 도로경로를 찾고 그 도로에 대한 추가 실험이나 분석이 필요한지 판단하는 기능을 하고 있다. 그 다음 단계에서는 OTRA 프로그램을 이용하여 도로가 과하중 트럭의 운행이 지속된 공용 기간 동안 구조적 성능을 발휘하는지에 대한 검토를 하고, 또한 필요하다면 아스팔트 덧씌우기 층두께를 산정할 수 있는 기능을 갖고 있다.

투시 검사 시 체위 변화에 따른 입사표면선량의 평가 연구 (An Evaluative Study on ESD(Entrance Surface Dose) by Posture Changes for Fluoroscopy)

  • This study intends to investigate patients' exact exposure doses by comparatively measuring ESD (Entrance Surface Dose) with the DAP meter, which excludes scattered rays, and ESD with the Xi multifunction meter, which includes scattered rays, by posture changes for Esophagography test and UGI test. The materialwere examined through Sonialvision-SafireII SPEC overtube system. ESD was measured by using the DAP meter, and as a tool to measure ESD including scattered rays on the plane of incidence of human phantom, the Xi multifunction meter was used. The average fluoroscopic time of Esophagography test was 4.192 minutes and the average number of images was 47.7, while the average fluoroscopic time of UGI test was 6.881 minutes and the average number of images was 37.8. The ratios of the incident dose of DAP meter and the ESD of Xi meter were calculated bydividing the fluoroscopic time and the number of images by each posture change. As for Esophagography test, the dose increased by 21.6~55.5% in the fluoroscopic test and by 4.8~24.7% in the spot test. In the front spot test, however, the does increased by as little as 5.3%. As for UGI test, the dose increased by 21.1~49.5% in the fluoroscopic test and by 10.1~34.9% in the spot test. It is expected that measuring doses in consideration of scattered rays by posture changes will be an important index in evaluating and managing patients' exact exposure doses for each test above. Furthermore, it is judged that this sort of study is inevitable and desirable to reduce patients' exposure doses after all.

고준위 방사성패기물 처분장 생태계 모델링을 위한 ACBIO개발 (Biosphere Modeling for Dose Assessment of HLW Repository: Development of ACBIO)

  • 고준위 방사성폐기물 처분장으로부터 유출된 핵종에 의한 선량률을 계산하기 위한 생태계평가 코드 ACBIO를 일반적인 구획모델링도구인 AMBER를 이용하여 BIOMASS 방법론을 적용하여 개발하였다. ACBIO의 유용성을 보이고, 구획의 변화나 일부 파라미터값의 변화에 따른 구획 내 농도와 방사능, 그리고 구획간의 플럭스의 민감도도 검토하였다. 지하매질-생태계 경계(GBI)를 통해 넘어오는 핵종의 유출플럭스에 따른 선량환산인자를 각 핵종별로 구하여 결정집단내 개인의 최대피폭선량율을 선량환산인자로 얻는 계산을 수행하였다. 또한 생태계 요소의 구획모델링이나 가능한 피폭집단의 설정, 그리고 GBI의 인지 등이 생태계평가에 중요한 요소가 되는 것을 확인하였다.

지진하중을 받는 단자유도 구조물의 신속한 동적 신뢰성 추정 방법 (Fast Dynamic Reliability Estimation Approach of Seismically Excited SDOF Structure)

  • This study proposes a fast estimation method of dynamic reliability indices or failure probability for SDOF structure subjected to earthquake excitations. The proposed estimation method attempts to derive coefficient function for correcting dynamic effects from static reliability analysis in order to estimate the dynamic reliability analysis results. For this purpose, a total of 60 cases of structures with various characteristics of natural frequency and damping ratio under various allowable limits were taken into account, and various types of approximation coefficient functions were considered as potential candidate models for dynamic effect correction. Each reliability index was computed by directly performing static and dynamic reliability analyses for the given 60 cases, and nonlinear curve fittings for potential candidate models were performed from the computed reliability index data. Then, the optimal estimation model was determined by evaluating the accuracy of the dynamic reliability analysis results estimated from each candidate model. Additional static and dynamic reliability analyses were performed for new models with different characteristics of natural frequency, damping ratio and allowable limit. From these results, the accuracy and numerical efficiency of the optimal estimation model were compared with the dynamic reliability analysis results. As a result, it was confirmed that the proposed model can be a very efficient tool of the dynamic reliability estimation for seismically excited SDOF structure since it can provide very fast and accurate reliability analysis results.

부유물 충돌을 고려한 교각의 홍수 취약도 해석 기법 (Flood fragility analysis of bridge piers in consideration of debris impacts)

  • 본 연구에서는 홍수 시 부유물의 충돌하중을 고려하여 교량의 홍수 취약도 곡선을 도출하였다. 자연재해에 의해 불가피하게 발생하는 사회기반시설물의 손상 또는 기능 손실은 심각한 인명피해 뿐만 아니라 국가적으로 사회적, 경제적 손실을 불러올 수 있다. 따라서 국가주요시설물을 재난으로부터 효과적으로 유지관리하기 위해 취약도 곡선은 중요한 도구로 사용되고 있다. 특히 한국은 산지 지형이 많이 형성되어 있고 하절기에 강수량의 2/3이상이 집중되어, 홍수 피해 가능성이 매우 높다. 홍수 시 교량 파괴의 주원인으로는 부유물의 충돌과 하상세굴이 있는데, 부유물의 충돌은 여러 가지 불확실성으로 인하여 상대적으로 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 FERUM-ABAQUS 기반의 취약도 해석 시스템을 도입하여, 홍수시 부유물의 충돌에 대한 교량의 취약성을 평가하였다. 교량의 취약도 해석을 효과적으로 수행하기 위하여 한계상태함수, 손상도 지수, 확률변수, 유한요소모델, 취약도 해석 소프트웨어 시스템을 주로 고려하였으며, 가속도 및 변위 응답해석을 통하여 모델 상태를 확인하였다. 다음으로는 홍수 시 부유물 충돌에 발생 가능한 다양한 파라미터를 기반으로 교량의 취약도 곡선을 성공적으로 도출하였다.
