미래 선도형 에코 성형 시스템 관련 기술의 동향 - 서보모터 구동형 프레스의 개발 현황

  • 지구 온난화와 더불어 화석에너지 고갈에 대한 우려로 에코바람이 불고 있다. 일본이나 독일 등 공작기계 선도국에서는 푸른 지구를 위해 에너지 절감형 기계 개발에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 프레스기계에 대한 에너지 절감 노력은 서보프레스를 통해 이루어지고 있다. 수년 전부터 프레스 관련 공작기계 전시회에서의 신기술은 거의 대부분 서보프레스에 관한 것들이다. 일본에서는 2009년부터 성형기계 저문 전시회인 MF-Tokyo가 격년으로 열리고 있으며, 유럽에서는 EuroBLECH를 통해 서보프레스에 대한 신기술 경쟁이 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 이들 전시회를 통해 보여지는 기계식 서보프레스의 기술개발 동향을 분석하고자 한다.

  • Automatic Train Protection(ATP) System is developed by ETCS(European Train Control System) CONSORTIUM for unify Europe railway system. ATP system is composed of Eurobalise and EuroATC. Nowadays, Korea construct ATP system in conventional line and new electrical locomotives also install ATP system. It is important to verify quality which form checklist during Factory Acceptance Test at beyond the seas. In this paper, review the process, test item, norm and checklist for the Balise Transmission Module, Compact Antenna Unit, Vehicle Control Unit and Communication Controller at the Plymouth Bombardier and Vasteras enics factory.

  • Though known for its connections with maritime trade at varying degrees before the rise of the Manchus and their Qing Empire, Newchwang as a fortress did not become a populous urban settlement in the nineteenth century when the Euro-American observers arrived. Through examining the history of this trade-related locale in the Qing Empire, this article explores the broader historical context, especially the Eight Banners System of the Manchus, which prevented Newchwang from developing into a port-city, and the implications behind.

  • This paper attempted to examine the characteristics of heat of hydration and calorific value of concrete according to the formwork material in Hot weather environment. As a result of the experiment, it was found that there were no problems such as temperature cracking and delay in hydration reaction when a synthetic resin form was used.

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the characteristics of heat and hydration of concrete according to formwork materials. As a result of the experiment, it was found that there were no problems such as concrete heat loss and delay in hydration reaction due to the use of synthetic resin formwork.

기록시소러스 구축지침 개정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Revision Archival Thesaurus Construction)

  • 시소러스는 분류체계의 분류명을 제어해 주고, 분류표의 색인 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 기록관리에 있어서 시소러스는 기능어를 제어하고, 검색의 접근점을 확장시켜 기능분류체계를 보완해 준다. 그런데 최근에는 정보환경의 변화와 시소러스 구축 및 활용 시스템의 발전으로 시소러스 구축에 관한 국제표준인 ISO 25964가 개정되었다. 또한 기록관리 전반에 대한 국제표준인 ISO 15489의 제1부도 2016년에 개정되었다. 또한 영국의 IPSV나 유럽의 EuroVoc, 뉴질랜드의 FONZ 등은 최근의 경향을 반영하여 효과적으로 시소러스를 구축하고 연계하고 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 체계적인 기록관리를 위한 시소러스 구축지침을 관련 표준과 사례 측면에서 살펴보고, 현재의 우리나라 기록관리 분야 시소러스 구축지침의 개선 방안을 제안하였다.

배출허용기준 강화에 따른 차속별 경유 중형트럭의 유해대기오염물질 배출특성 (Speed-dependent Emission Characteristics of the Hazardous Air Pollutants from Diesel Medium-duty Trucks according to Emission Standards)

  • This study was designed to investigate the emission characteristics of unregulated pollutants (Aldehyde, VOCs, PAHs) as well as regulated pollutants (CO, HC, NOx and PM) from diesel medium-duty trucks. The emission characteristics of unregulated and regulated pollutants were assessed based on regulation standards (EURO 4 and EURO 5) and intake weight (2.5 ton and 5 ton). The results show that unregulated and regulated pollutants remained almost unchanged at higher speeds but decreased at below 23.5 km/h. Reduction in unregulated and regulated pollutants was noticeable in vehicles of recent regulation standards and light intake weight. The analysis of aldehyde using UPLC showed that formaldehyde and acetaldehyde of aldehyde were most dominant. The GC/MS analysis showed that benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene of VOCs was over 80% followed by toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene and benzene. In addition, the analysis of PAHs using GC/TOF-MS indicated that bi- and tricyclic aromatic ring of aromatic compounds was 73% and 53% at 2.5 ton and 5 ton vehicles, respectively. The results of this study will be contributed to establish HAPs inventory.

PEMS 적용에 따른 상용차 배출가스 특성 (Study of Emission Characteristics of Commercial Vehicles Using PEMS)

  • 차량에 탑재하여 운행 중 배출가스를 측정할 수 있는 이동식 배출가스 장비(PEMS)를 활용한 결함확인검사 방법을 미국은 2007년부터 시행하였고, 유럽은 2013년 EURO6부터 도입할 계획을 수립했다. 따라서 한국도 국내의 대형차 배출가스 관리의 중요성을 고려할 때 PEMS를 활용한 실 도로 주행 특성을 반영한 측정 방법의 도입이 필요한 시점이다. PEM의 다양한 활용 방안을 위하여 도로유형, 매연저감장치 및 공회전제한장치 그리고 에어컨 작동에 따른 배출가스 평가를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 PEMS을 활용한 상용차 결함확인 검사 방법을 분석하여 국내 실정에 적합한 대형차 결함확인 검사제도 시행에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.

한국산 잡견에서의 단일 폐이식술후 조직학적 고찰 (Histologic Investigation on Canine Single Lung Transplantation)

  • We have performed 28 single lung transplantation in mongrel dogs transplanting the left lung exclusively from November 1989 to September 1991, in the department of thoracic surgery of Seoul National University Hospital. In the donor dogs, the main pulmonary artery was divided proximal to its bifurcation, and the left atrium was incised freeing the left veins with a generous atrial cuff. We used cold saline in the first 7 transplantations and Euro-Collins or modified Euro-Collins solution in the remaining 17 transplantations as a lung preservatives. The bronchus was divided at two cartilage rings proximal to the upper lobe bronchus take off. In the recipient procedure, we used a Fogarty catheter as a bronchus block. Left atrial anastomosis was performed first using 5-O prolene and the pulmonary artery was anastomosed using 6-O prolene. The bronchus was anastomosed next with 4-O vicryl interruptedly and covered with a greater omentum which had been prepared previously. All dogs received cyclosporin A and azathioprine as immunosuppressants and were divided into two group. In the 10 Group I dogs, they survived within 6 days, mean survival time was 66.8$\pm$53.4 hours. In remainder 14 Group lI dogs, they survived above 6 days, mean survival time was 9. 5$\pm$5.6 days. The cause of death were as follows: 2 cases of sacrifice, 2 cases of respiratory insufficiency during operation, 2 cases of arrhythmia immediate postoperatively, 2 cases of bleeding, others in Group I, and 6 cases of sacrifice, 4 cases of sepsis, 3 cases of bleeding, others in Group lI. Results of bronchoscopic findings were obstruction above 50% in 12 cases of 16 performance cases within 5th day. Early chest radiologic haziness were showed, and total lung perfusion defect was frequently showed in both group within 7th day. Main autopsy findings were left atrial and pulmonary arterial thrombi and bronchial obstruction The major histologic findings of Group I were pleural exudate, hemorrhagic infarct, pulmonary congestion, and interesting histologic findings of Group II were 3 cases of perivascular or peribronchial lymphocyte infiltration, 3 cases of hemorrhage infarct, 2 cases of interstitial pneumonitis. The structual change of bronchioles, suggesting bronchiolitis obliterans was not observed due to improper preparation of proximal pulmonary tissue and short term survival times.

PDB 시험에 대한 충돌 상호 안전성 (Compatibility for Proposed R.94 PDB Test)

  • Currently various safety tests are being performed in many countries with growing interest in vehicle safety. However the vehicles which have good safety performance in these tests could not secure the good performance in real car to car accident. So new test protocol using progressive deformable barrier (PDB) was proposed by EEVC in Europe, NHTSA in USA and some vehicle manufacturers, etc. The target of PDB test is to control partner protection in addition to self-protection on the same test. The proposal is to update current ECE R.94 frontal ODB test. So barrier, impact speed, overlap are changed to avoid bottoming-out in the test configuration. In this paper 3 different tests (R.94, EuroNCAP and PDB test) were carried out using current production vehicles with same structure. The results of these tests were compared to understand PDB test. As a result PDB test shows the highest vehicle deceleration and dummy injury because PDB offers a progressive increase in stiffness in depth and height. However vehicle intrusion was affected with rather test velocity than stiffness of deformable barrier. PDB deformation data is used for partner protection assessment using PDB software and it shows that the test vehicle is rather not aggressive.
