  • q-Volkenborn integrals ([8]) and fermionic invariant q-integrals ([12]) are introduced by T. Kim. By using these integrals, Euler q-zeta functions are introduced by T. Kim ([18]). Then, by using the Euler q-zeta functions, S.-H. Rim, S. J. Lee, E. J. Moon, and J. H. Jin ([25]) studied q-Genocchi zeta functions. And also Y. H. Kim, W. Kim, and C. S. Ryoo ([7]) investigated twisted q-zeta functions and their applications. In this paper, we consider the q-analogue of twisted Lerch type Euler zeta functions defined by $${\varsigma}E,q,\varepsilon(s)=[2]q \sum\limits_{n=0}^\infty\frac{(-1)^n\epsilon^nq^{sn}}{[n]_q}$$ where 0 < q < 1, $\mathfrak{R}$(s) > 1, $\varepsilon{\in}T_p$, which are compared with Euler q-zeta functions in the reference ([18]). Furthermore, we give the q-extensions of the above twisted Lerch type Euler zeta functions at negative integers which interpolate twisted q-Euler polynomials.

  • In this note, the $q$-extension of the twisted Lerch Euler zeta functions considered by Jang [Bull. Korean Math. Soc. 47 (2010), no. 6, 1181-1188] is further investigated, and the generalized multiplication theorem for the $q$-extension of the twisted Lerch Euler zeta functions is given. As applications, some well-known results in the references are deduced as special cases.

  • In this paper, we give relationship between Bernoulli-Euler polynomials and convolution sums of divisor functions. First, we establish two explicit formulas for certain combinatoric convolution sums of divisor functions derived from Bernoulli and Euler polynomials. Second, as applications, we show five identities concerning the third and fourth-order convolution sums of divisor functions expressed by their divisor functions and linear combination of Bernoulli or Euler polynomials.

  • The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the q-Apostol type Frobenius-Euler numbers and polynomials. By using generating functions for these numbers and polynomials, we derive some alternative summation formulas including powers of consecutive q-integers. By using infinite series representation for q-Apostol type Frobenius-Euler numbers and polynomials including their interpolation functions, we not only give some identities and relations for these numbers and polynomials, but also define generating functions for new numbers and polynomials. Further we give remarks and observations on generating functions for these new numbers and polynomials. By using these generating functions, we derive recurrence relations and finite sums related to these numbers and polynomials. Moreover, by applying higher-order derivative to these generating functions, we derive some new formulas including the Hurwitz-Lerch zeta function, the Apostol-Bernoulli numbers and the Apostol-Euler numbers. Finally, for an application of the generating functions, we derive a multiplication formula, which is very important property in the theories of normalized polynomials and Dedekind type sums.

  • Recently, Alzer and Choi [2] introduced and studied a set of the four linear Euler sums with parameters. These sums are parametric extensions of Flajolet and Salvy's four kinds of linear Euler sums [9]. In this paper, by using the method of residue computations, we will establish two explicit combined formulas involving two parametric linear Euler sums S++p,q (a, b) and S+-p,q (a, b) defined by Alzer and Choi, which can be expressed in terms of a linear combinations of products of trigonometric functions, digamma functions and Hurwitz zeta functions.
