Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine trends in duplicate publication in Korean medical articles indexed in the Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System(OASIS). Methods: We searched the list of papers published in Korean medical journals by using OASIS. We randomly extracted 10% of total articles (n=1,162). We searched using OASIS by entering keywords from the title and names of the first and last authors of each indexed article. After the librarian selected the candidates of duplicate publication, three authors reviewed the full texts of the articles independently. When their opinions were not in agreement, reconciliation was made by discussion. The patterns of duplicate publication, such as copy, salami slicing (fragmentation), and aggregation (imalas), were also determined. Results: A total of 1162 articles were evaluated, 24 (2.1%) index articles of which were duplicate articles. Among 24 index articles, Two were triple publications and 22 were double publications. The patterns of duplication publication were as follows; (1) copy (n=8, 33.3%); (2) salami (9, 37.5%), (3) imalas (5, 20.8%) (4) others (2, 8.3%). Conclusion: Duplicate publications have appeared in Korean medical journals in a small proportion. Education on publication ethics and authors'ethical awareness is needed.

지방공사·공단은 「공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률」과 「지방공기업법」에서 규정하는 공공기관이자 지방공기업이다. 지방공사·공단의 사업은 지방자치단체의 업무 일부를 위탁 받아 공공시설 및 공공시설물 관리 등을 담당하고 있기 때문에 무엇보다 책임 있는 행정 운영이 중요하다. 이러한 지방공사·공단의 특성과 함께 조직운영에 있어서 윤리경영과 지식경영의 중요성이 대두되고 있기 때문에 조직 활동의 정당성과 공정성을 확보하기 위한 수단으로서 체계적이고 전문적인 기록관리가 수행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 전국의 지방공사·공단을 대상으로 하여 기록관리 업무현황과 더불어 기록관리 업무발전 가능성에 대한 인식도를 파악하여 개선방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 문헌연구와 함께 전국 지방공사·공단 중 50개 기관의 기록관리 담당자로부터 받은 설문조사 응답을 분석하였으며, 응답자 중 18명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 국가기록원의 기록관리 업무지원 역할강화, 지방공사·공단 차원의 기록관리 업무개선, 유사기관 간 협력체 구성 및 활성화를 개선방안으로 제안하였다.

본 연구는 간호사의 전문직 자아개념과 윤리의식이 환자의 개인정보보호 실천도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 K도에 소재한 종합병원에 재직 중인 간호사 196명으로, 2018년 6월 1일부터 7월 5일까지 전문직 자아개념과 윤리의식 및 환자 개인정보보호 실천도를 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 전문직 자아개념은 4점 만점에 2.62점, 윤리의식은 4점 만점 중 2.93점, 환자 개인정보보호 실천도는 5점 만점 중 3.69점이었다. 환자 개인정보보호 실천도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 윤리의식, 전문직 자아개념으로 확인되었으며, 이들 변수들은 환자 개인정보보호 실천도를 30% 설명하였다. 따라서 병원 간호사의 환자 개인정보보호 실천도를 높이기 위해서는 간호사의 윤리의식을 높이고 전문직 자아개념을 향상시킬 수 있는 신규간호사를 위한 교육과 경력간호사를 위한 주기적인 재교육 프로그램이 마련되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

최근 ESG 투자는 전세계적으로 증가하고 있으며, 환경, 사회, 지배구조 등 ESG 위험성에 대한 인식이 높아지고 투자 결정시 이와 같은 비재무적 투자를 고려하는 추세이다. 최근 코로나19 사태를 겪으면서 환경에 초점이 맞추어지며 바이오와 헬스 관련 투자가 인기를 얻고 있는 반면 석탄 관련 사업 분야에서는 신규투자가 전면 중단되고 기존 사업은 순차적으로 사업을 종료하거나 철수하는 방향으로 의사결정이 이루어져 기후변화와 지속가능성을 투자 포트폴리오 최우선 순위로 설정하는 운용사가 증가하고 있다. 그 결과 투자환경 변화에 대한 효과적인 대응 방안을 제시하고, 리스크 관리체계의 구축에 도움이 될 수 있는 투자체계의 대응 및 준비에 노력을 기울일 필요가 있다. 따라서 동반성장과 호혜를 고려한 ESG 투자 동향을 간략히 살펴보고 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 노인여가복지시설 종사자들의 슈퍼비전과 직무소진의 관계, 그리고 자아효능감의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 대전과 충남의 노인여가복지시설 15개소의 종사자 275명을 대상으로 우편 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석방법은 빈도분석과 상관관계분석 그리고 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석 등이다. 분석결과, 노인여가복지시설 종사자들의 슈퍼비전이 직무소진에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자아효능감의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 분석결과를 참고하여 노인여가복지시설 종사자들의 직무소진을 감소시키기 위한 방안들을 제안하였다. 노인여가복지시설 종사자들에 대한 슈퍼비전을 개선하기 위해 교육적·평가적 슈퍼비전의 강화, 슈퍼바이저에 대한 교육훈련과 개별화된 슈퍼비전의 제공, 시설평가에 슈퍼비전 포함 등이 필요하다. 종사자들의 자아효능감을 향상시키기 위해 역량강화프로그램과 정서적 지지 서비스의 제공, 윤리의식을 향상시키기 위한 교육·행정적 지원, 셀프리더십의 함양 등이 요구된다.

본 연구는 합리적 행동이론을 바탕으로 중국 전자상거래 CSR 활동에 대한 소비자의 인식과 기업-소비자 동일시, 기업의 신뢰가 구매의도에 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 조사하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서 가설을 검증하기 위해 설문조사하였으며 최종 분석에는 총 240부 유휴설문지를 사용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 보면 전자상거래 CSR의 네 가지 차원에서 자선적 책임을 제외하고, 경제적 책임, 윤리적 책임, 법적 책임 순으로 구매의향에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 기업 신뢰와 기업-소비자 동일시가 소비자의 CSR 인식과 구매의향의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 소비자의 CSR 인식이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 현재의 이해를 높이는 데 유용한 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

This thesis discusses a performer's unpredictability and immediacy as a prerequisite quality and/or ability to facilitate his/her professional identity as a doer on stage. To examine the key principles and approaches, this research focuses on addressing a specific aspect of the performer's transformative experience from those, directors, and practitioners' concepts that inform and enhance the performer's passive readiness on stage. To be precise, this research attempt to interrogate and articulate the place and role of a performer's internal readiness and/or that of inner looking. The performer's inner intensity as seed of action signifies that his/her body is being in a state of listening to every tiny moment with his/her heightened awareness which in turn lead the performer's body to meet the demands of theatre, the whole-body engagement. Here, this thesis argues that the key principles of acting/training underlies the importance of a performer's ethical attitude and at the same time his/her responsibility for what the performer's choices and experiences within the performative involvement, that is, a process of preparation, are not technical matter but rather, the concepts, and/or approaches from those theatre artists' practical assumptions highlight a process of thorough encountering and/or listening to his/her body. Inhabiting and/or obtaining the principles through the performer's body means being free from his/her unnecessary trait(s) which in turn initiate and then move the whole body according to what is happening in the series of moment(s) on stage. What is more, such an appropriate psychophysical order reminds us of the significance of the nature of human/performer's body, namely, to being in a state of one's 'own' body as oneness. From this perspective, this thesis further argues that the performer's body necessarily need to be affected and/or triggered in a sense of responding to the given circumstance where the performer is working on in the here and now.

스마트폰의 보급으로 인터넷이 학생들에게 일상화되어 역기능들이 발생하고 있다. 그러나 이에 대한 연구가 부족함을 발견하고 다각도에서 인터넷 윤리의식을 비교하여 향후 영재교육은 물론 정보통신윤리 교육의 방향설정에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구는 경기지역에 소재한 초등학교 학생 278명을 대상으로 하여 수행되었으며 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영재학생의 정보통신윤리지수가 일반학생에 비해 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 정보통신윤리지수의 성별에 따른 유의미한 차이는 없었으며, 농어촌에 비해 도시지역이, 저학년에 비해 고학년일수록 낮은 지수를 나타냈다. 셋째, 유해콘텐츠 접촉 경험에 대해 10% 내외의 학생들이 경험이 있었으며, 사이버 가해 경험에 대해 1% 내외의 학생들이 경험이 있다고 응답하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 초등 고학년 단계에서 정보통신윤리 교육을 체계적으로 실시함으로 학교폭력예방, 정보통신문화 개선, 미래 직업윤리 강화 등을 도모할 필요가 있다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

The purpose of this paper is to make a critique of racial aspects of Caribbean literature more ethical through a constant concern with history and political philosophy. The first step I take for this purpose is a comparative reading of C. L. R. James's view of Toussaint L'Ouverture's position and Frantz Fanon's view of race and class in the historical context of the Caribbean power-relations. In so doing, I examine how Toussaint's and Fanon's wills to negotiation were thwarted in the New World history. To elaborate upon this ethico-political approach, I have recourse to the so-called later Derrida, focusing on his books, such as The Politics of Friendship, Of Hospitality, On Cosmopolitanism and Forgiveness, etc. Taking an up-close look at Derrida's thought, I argue that his political contemplation of ethics is as effective as his deconstruction of "otherness" in dealing with the nature of ethnic clashes in both the real world and minority literature. In the second half of my paper, I reexamine the issues of race, gender, and class in the three novels of Jamaica Kincaid - Annie John, Lucy, and The Autobiography of My Mother. It is conceivable that from the feminist perspective Kincaid's fiction has been read as a postcolonial Bildungsroman. In my supplementary attempts to this criticism, I reveal that the teenage narrator's precocious awareness is still under the colonial influence in the Annie John section. My analysis of Lucy contends that the reasons why the white woman fails to make friends with the young black woman should be sought in the long history of the U.S. racial politics. In the section of The Autobiography of My Mother, I discuss how difficult it is for a minority woman to liberate from the spell of history insofar as she is engaged in the issue of identity. In closing, I pose a need of consolation that literature may grant us by becoming able to produce a different interpretation on all the bleaker reality.

본 연구는 중환자실 간호사들의 DNR에 대한 윤리적 문제의 인식과 태도를 파악하여 DNR 환자간호에 도움이 되는 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도하였다. G광역시 상급종합병원 1개소, 전라 남 북도 700병상이상 종합병원 각각 1개소 중환자실에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 2014년 8월 1일 부터 9월 5일까지 설문조사하여 154부를 최종분석 하였다. 첫째, DNR 결정 태도는 치료를 거부하는 환자의견에 반대, 예후가 좋지 않은 환자라도 생명의 연장에 찬성, 환자가 원했을 경우 어떠한 상태라도 DNR 미실시, 보호자의 요구에 의한 치료와 가망 없는 환자의 CPR실시에 반대하였다. 둘째, 환자가족에 의한 인공호흡기 및 다른 치료의 적극적 실시에 반대, 보호자의 중환자실 입실에 대립적인 입장을 보였다. DNR 환자에 대해 의사의 인공호흡기의 소극적 사용에 찬성, 환자의 신체적 심리적 안정을 위해 기본적인 간호도 줄여야 하고, 무균술을 지키지 않은 처치에 묵인하는 입장이며, 가족에 의한 환자의 상태변화를 주치의에게 여러 차례 보고하는 것에 반대하였다. 셋째, 의사의 관심감소를 인정하고, 이에 보호자의 항의가 있을 때 의료팀을 옹호하며, DNR 결정을 주치의가 내린 것에 대립적인 입장이며, DNR 지침에 따른 결정에 반대하였다. 예후가 좋지 않은 환자에게 그대로 설명하는 것에 반대 또는 중립적이며, 환자나 보호자에게 환자상태를 있는 그대로 설명하는 것과 사망에 가까운 경우 환자나 보호자에게 상태를 그대로 설명하는 것에 반대하였다. 결론적으로 DNR 주체는 환자이며, 환자의견이 충분히 반영 되어야 하며, 의료행위의 범위와 결정과정에서의 갈등을 최소화하고 환자중심의 윤리적 의사결정이 되도록 DNR 결정에 대한 표준과 지침이 필요하며, 충분한 설명을 근거로 한 동의가 이루어 져야하겠다.
