The whole world is emphasizing 'creativity' as the core competence of the future society that global talents should have in the 21st century. Korea is also actively promoting the development of creative and convergent talents by recognizing these times and social needs. It is also required to improve the physical environment, which is an essential condition of education. As a result, the curriculum is being implemented as an institutional method for creative education since 2009, and there is a need for continuous research for effective operation of the curriculum system in relation to the establishment of the facilities of credit school system introduced from 2022 to be. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the indoor environment from the viewpoint of creative environment and to suggest the improvement direction for the improvement of the satisfaction of the education space for the students. The subjects of this study were three middle schools operated by the advanced classroom in Busan Metropolitan City. The results of this study were as follows; First, the satisfaction of autonomy and sociality was relatively high and the satisfaction of comfort was the lowest among the characteristics of creative environment. Second, it was found out that a priority should be given to ways to enhance sociality in space so as to support smooth communication and interaction between teachers, students, and students in the environmental plan for creative classroom classroom.

Present communication and network environment have been moving rapidly toward wireless and mobile base from existing wired internet base. This change of trend influences greatly on business methods accordingly. Therefore many enterprises are trying hard to adopt mobile business in order to gain competitive edge of their products and they are in need of more effective and stable mobile solutions. However, the method of establishing optimal mobile computing environment and how to handle existing business process and use vast amount of database are still needed. Therefore this paper tries to realize a mobile middleware system as a mobile business establishment supporting tool that could link various computational resource on wired internet with wireless LAN, mobile phone network, and mobile devices. To accomplish that specific goal, this paper provides a powerful tool of mobile and wireless application data access that could expand the line of business already set up in general enterprises easily and rapidly into mobile environment. When this suggested solution is applied in the field of industry, it can economically change legacy business process into mobile environment without having to change existing logic and resources at all.

For a long time, mathematics education institutions such as NCTM(National Council of Teachers of Mathematics) have emphasized the essential role of writing, and recent surveys by the Ministry of Education report a decline in foundational academic skills in the post-COVID19 period. The purpose of this study is to redefine the significance of mathematics writing in mathematics education, focusing on competencies highlighted in the field, particularly in the areas of problem-solving, communication, and reasoning. The research findings indicate that writing in problem-solving enhances cognitive organization, fostering the ability to grasp concepts and methods. Writing in communication builds confidence through the meta-cognitive process, and writing in inference allows self-awareness of step-by-step identification of areas lacking understanding. Particularly in the future society where artificial intelligence(AI) is utilized, changes in the learning environment necessitate research for the establishment of authenticity judgment through writing and the cultivation of a proper writing culture.

While various artistic trends coexisting in the 20th century, media arts that formed with the medium of a material attempts in various ways to induce the establishment of the artwork through the public communication. The visual arts that use the media satisfy both the artistry and the popularity in the area of popular culture as the form of variable. Moreover, visual arts stimulate a playful sense of human to maximize the public satisfaction that works here. This paper aims to discuss the potentials and the trends in the contemporary art by understanding the conceptual and principle background of the contemporary media art which shows the active employment the playful sense of human nature in the work in order to establish the effective communication with the public. Consequently, as the digital environment and advanced network technology which were thought to be the key elements of the popularization of media art were reached its limit, media artist, Tony oursler's artwork which was created based on human playful nature and interactive artwork that supports the audience to interact with artwork and its space are proven to be the useful devises for the public communication.

In recent, researchers in the field of Bioinformatics need to analyze thousands of genome sequences efficiently according to introduce of new analysis methods and technologies such as genome expression microchip. This rapid growth in the field of bio-engineering needs computing resources to analyze rapidly for genome sequences, but it does not introduce the computing resources due to an enormous investment expense. The core factor of this study is integrated environment based PC-Cluster system & high speed access rate up to 155Mbps, continuous collection system for bio-information at home and abroad. The results of the study are establishment & stabilization of information and communication infrastructure, establishment & stabilization of high performance computer network up to 155Mbps, development of PC-Cluster system with 32 nodes, a parallel BLAST on Cluster system, which can provides scalable speedup in terms of response time, and development of collection & search system for bio-information.

Hospital medical services are making great efforts to provide prompt medical services to patients or improve the quality of medical services by convergence patient's healthcare information. However, recent research suggests problems about safety and efficiency when trying to transmit patient's healthcare information to hospital server via radio and wireless. In this paper, we propose a color model - based patient authentication key establishment protocol method to securely transmit patient healthcare information. The proposed method extracts randomly three color information used in the color model and vectorizes the extracted arbitrary information to obtain the key information required for user authentication as the sum of orthogonal vectors to improve the efficiency. In addition, the proposed method can securely generate key information used for user authentication without using an additional encryption algorithm. In performance evaluation result, proposed method shows that the server processing time of the sensed information is 8.1% higher than the existing method and 7.7% lower than the existing method.

This article is devoted to the problem of national and patriotic education of young students by means of digital technologies in the conditions of distance learning environment. It is emphasized that national and patriotic education is a powerful means of strengthening the unity and integrity of Ukraine. It is proved that national and patriotic education will be effective under the condition of systematic and purposeful activity on formation of patriotic consciousness in youth, sense of national dignity, necessity of service of ideals and values of the country. Various forms of educational work of national and patriotic orientation at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, which were conducted by digital technologies: online thematic lectures, educational classes, round tables, workshops, guest online meetings with famous researchers of historical heritage of Ukraine, online tours of historical places, virtual exhibitions of art, participation in the national-patriotic student camp "Diia" (Action) and etc. The activity of the University Library and V. O. Sukhomlinsky State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, which has a significant impact on the formation of national consciousness and social and political activity of students by modern means of information and communication technologies. It is determined that the project "Inclusive 3D map" helps to broaden the horizons and deepen the knowledge of young students, education of a true citizen, the formation of cognitive interest in the subjects studied, motivation to study, raising awareness of Ukrainians on historical and cultural heritage. The study showed that young students take an active social attitude: they speak Ukrainian, want to live and work in Ukraine, respect their homeland, its traditions, cultural and historical past, love to travel and they are tolerant of people with special needs. Promising areas of educational work with students based on the use of a wide range of information and communication technologies, namely 3D games, TV tandems, podcasts, social networks, video resources in national and patriotic education of youth.

In South Korea, there is a growing domestic need for a biotope map which contains ecological and environmental geographic information of a city. After the production of a Urban Ecological Maps(biotope map) by the Seoul metropolitan government in 2000, Natural Environment Conservation Act was revised in 2017 to make it mandatory for a local government to draw up its own urban ecological map. The aim of the present study was to find out ways to utilize an urban ecological map as a mean of communication between natural environment planning and urban planning sectors in a preliminary stage before introducing a big framework of 'environmental and ecological planning.' The northern area of Incheon metropolitan city was selected as the target area for this study. The major research content includes a comparative analysis of special-purpose zones, urban planning zones, restricted development zones, and conservation forests with focus on biotope types and Grades 1 of 'Biotope Type Assessment.' Farmland biotopes and forest biotopes within an area designated as an urban zone (residential, commercial and industrial zones) need to be redesignated as a zone which can conserve them. Especially considering a high possibility of damage to a large scale of natural green areas, these areas need to be readjusted immediately. If the entire area designated as an urban planning zone is to be developed, it is likely to cause serious damage to natural biotopes in the area (56.2%), including farmland biotope (30.4%), forest biotope (15.0%) and grassland biotope (10.8%), and thus, readjustment is needed. In case of a conservation forest, as it can possibly be damaged by the designation of special-purpose zones, it is necessary to match the designation of conservation forests or a special-purpose zones with their biotope types. In conclusion, we present a variety of thematic maps for utilization of an urban ecological map and propose a phase-specific environmental and ecological plan. Phase 1 is the establishment of a urban plan in consideration of ecological status; Phase 2 is the independent establishment of an environmental and ecological plan by an environment department; Phase 3 is an integrated management of ecological planning system and urban planning system.

As preliminary work for the establishment of a harmonized ship hand signal standard, this paper explores the availability of hand signals as a means of shipboard work communication and considers the validity of standardization. Prior to the feasibility study, shipboard work activities that use hand signals were classified based only on ship safety managers' arbitrary decisions. This survey was carried out to measure shipboard workers' willingness to communicate with hand signals and their preferences regarding the institutional standardization of a hand signal framework if they engage in activities classified as relevant. The results of statistical analysis (a t-test and correlation analysis) showed that respondents are willing to accept harmonized hand signals regardless of both their work type (crew/safety supervisors) and work department (deck/engine room) under working situations where hand signals are an available means of communication. In addition, there was a significant difference in the extent of shipboard workers' frequency of hand signal usages between each type of work activity, indicating a significant positive (+) correlation between frequency of usage and preference for standardization. Finally, it was concluded that shipboard work communication would be effectively improved if a follow-up study is carried out to establish prioritized harmonized hand signal standards for port-related work activities, such as crane operation, windlass/winch operation, line movement/delivery and cargo hold operations.

The Moon administration has proposed three major directions for startup growth: the creation of a new environment, active investment, and the creation of a virtuous cycle in venture investment. The policy is progressive but not sufficient to create a startup innovation boom in the current Korean economic environment. ICT Startup support policies must pay more attention to the product release stage. For growth of startups and small businesses it is important to establish a close value chain to secure competitiveness in the global market. It is necessary to secure a bridgehead to advance into the global market, including technical cooperation with large companies and joint advancement overseas. The final goal of the startup policy should be the continuous growth of the national economy and the expansion of employment. The establishment of fair trade and the strengthening of the startup ecosystem are important to foster a startup-friendly environment. Funding programs requires a shift from general support to enhanced choice and focus.
