A simple and convenient method of detecting N, N-dimethy laniline (D.M.A.) residues in ampicillin trihydrate (A.T.) was established. D.M.A. was extracted by chloroform from the chloroform presaturated N/10-ammonia water solution of A.T. and chromatographed on silica gel G thin layer. Blue spot appeared in 15minutes after spray of 2, 6-dichloroquinonechlorimide solution was compared with the blue spot of reference concomitantly processed. The developing solvent was prepared by mixing equal volume of cyclohexane and chloroform. To quantitate the amount of D.M.A. in A.T., T.L.C. was performed with the Eastmann Chromatogram sheet, then color density was measured by Cosmo Superclick densitometer. The developing solvent at this time was cyclohexane-chlorofonn (3+7) mixture. The peak areas obtained with the amount of D.M.A ranging from 0.05 to 2.0 .mu.g were linear to color density. Better sensitive results would be available with the densitometer equipped with monochromator.

Nowadays various organizations, such as hospitals, workers, students and families are requesting a model sample of standardized Korean meal plan to meet their nutritional requirement with daily food intake. Practical application of nutritional requirement in Korean meal is not yet established. This mainly comes form the lack of the research works on experimental cookery for the right amount of recipes of Korean meal , and no effect was ever paid for this angle by many specialist. Therefore, it is urgent to research and construct the standardized meal plan for Korean people. Contents of the present research are as follows ; 1) Standardization of recipes and the amounts : Various kinds of daily foods were selected for the purpose of recipes. The standardization of the recipes and the right amount were continuously attempted. 2) Research on the construction of nutritional meal plan : The method of constructing harmonious meal plan based upon the requirement, were studied. And the meal plans were constructed according to the different units of ages. Special meal plans were also constructed for the pregnant women and lactating women. 3) Evaluation for the nutritional adequacy were followed after the setting the various recipes.

An analysis on thermal buckling and postbuckling of composite laminated plates reinforced with a low amount of graphene platelets is performed in the current investigation. It is assumed that graphaene platelets are randomly oriented and uniformly dispersed in each layer of the composite media. Elastic properties of the nanocomposite media are obtained by means of the modified Halpin-Tsai approach which takes into account the size effects of the graphene reinforcements. By means of the von $K{\acute{a}}rm{\acute{a}}n$ type of geometrical nonlinearity, third order shear deformation theory and nonuniform rational B-spline (NURBS) based isogeometric finite element method, the governing equations for the thermal postbuckling of nanocomposite plates in rectangular shape are established. These equations are solved by means of a direct displacement control strategy. Numerical examples are given to study the effects of boundary conditions, weight fraction of graphene platelets and distribution pattern of graphene platelets. It is shown that, with introduction of a small amount of graphene platelets into the matrix of the composite media, the critical buckling temperature of the plate may be enhanced and thermal postbuckling deflection may be alleviated.

This paper has reviewed the China Sericulture history in the 20th century. On the basis of the current sericulture production, sericulture area distribution, problems and challenges, it has been forecasted that China sericulture will be developed as following points: 1) On a stable basis, cocoon production increased gradually to a suitable amount; 2) Quality cocoon production bases established to form a regionalized, industrialized and specialized sericulture structure; 3) With increase of householding rearing capacities, rearing facilities improved; 4) Production efficiency raised and silk product quality improved through technical innovation; 5) New and diversified products developed from Sericultural resources with new and high technologies.

Operation of experimental site on the rural water is necessary to research on the effective development and management of agricultural water. Hydrological data on the watershed runoff, reservoir storage, irrigation and drainage are measured and accumulated. For the monitoring system of the experimental site, four rainfall gauging stations and twenty-six water level gauging stations are established and operated. Analysis of measured data are processed for rainfall amount and intensity, water level and discharge.

Springback after forming is the critical factor affecting the product quality. It is very difficult to predict the amount of springback not only because of complex geometry and material characteristics of the stamping product but because the methodology has not been established. In this study springback mechanism is introduced and experimental tryout and computer simulation are carried out for die design of automotive rear side frame. Futher springback was verified by comparing the result of computer simulation with the measured tryout result.

This study is to find the optimal work plan of robot welding in the subassembly process of shipbuilding and to verify the found solution through 3-D simulation. The optimal work plan was established by evenly distributing the work amount to each stage and finding the shortest work sequence. The shortest work sequence was found by using the genetic algorithm. The result was compared with the practically adopted case and verified through the 3-D simulation.

The performance measurement and evaluation system is required on automotive engines to analyze engine characteristics. In this study, data acquisition is established by installing various sensors of temperature,pressure, gas amount, RPM, Torque,.etc to engines, and the modeling of evaluation system is suggested. Also a data base management system is developed for verifying the quality of automotive parts which effect engine characteristics and the output module is presented to be used as certification sheets in automotive and part manufacturer.

Many pumping station of Maehang-ri of Hwasung city are established for irrigation water supply, and brine permeation phenomenon is happening thereby. Proposed optimum pumping fluid amount conclusion model that use tidal efficiency and Ghyben-Hertzberg theory so that brine does not permeate in pumping station hereupon and applied this in study area.

In this study, the operation(heating) period of heat source(boiler) machineries in apartment building for periodic heat load analysis has been established by investigating their heat source machineries actural operation period, energy consumption, the capacity of heat source machineries, and their building element. Thus, the purpose of this paper is at bring up the various pre-estimate expression for energy conservatiove, efficient operation and amount of water supplied.
