  • This Paper proposes Dual-PI controller for high performance control of IPMSM drive. Input of traditional PI control used speed error, but Dual-PI controller used two input speed error, current error and output is output is f-axis current. Dual-PI controller is Possible both speed control and current control because it used speed error and current error Therefore, dual-PI controller can is reduced current ripple. This paper is made analysis performance of algorithm and proposes result.

  • In this study, the basic motor control system had been investigated. The Discrete-Time Feedback Error Learning (DTFEL) method is used to control this system. This method is anologous to the original continuous-time version Feedback Error Learning(FEL) control which is proposed as a control model of cerebellum in the field of computational neuroscience. The DTFEL controller consists of two main parts, a feedforward controller part and a feedback controller part. Each part will deals with different control problems. The feedback controller deals with robustness and stability, while the feedforward controller deals with response speed. The feedforward controller, used to solve the tracking control problem, is adaptable. To make such the tracking perfect, the adaptive law is designed so that the feedforward controller becomes an inverse system of the controlled plant. The novelty of FEL method lies in its use of feedback error as a teaching signal for learning the inverse model. The PD control theory is selected to be applied in the feedback part to guarantee the stability and solve the robust stabilization problems. The simulation of each individual part and the integrated one are taken to clarify the study.

리니어모터 스테이지 편요오차 보상장치 제어 (Control for a Yaw Error Compensation System of Linear Motor Stage)

  • Linear motor stage is a useful device in precision engineering field because of its simple power transmission mechanism and accurate positioning. Even though linear motor stage shows fine positioning accuracy along travel axis, geometric dependent errors which relay on machining and assembling accuracy should be addressed to increase total positioning performances. In this paper, we suggests a cost effective yaw error compensation servo-system which is mounted on platform of the stage and nullify travel position dependent yaw error. This paper also provides a method of designing a sliding mode control which is robust to existing friction disturbance and model uncertainties. The reachability condition of slinding mode control for the yaw error compensating servo-system has been established. From some experimental results by using an experimental set-up, the sliding mode control showed its effective in disturbance rejection and its performance was superior to conventional linear controls.

  • This paper presents WMR modelling and path tracking algorithm using Inertial Navigation System. The error models of gyroscope and accelerometers in INS are derived by Gauss-Newton method which is nonlinear regression model. Then, to test availability of error model, we pursue the fitness diagnosis about probability characteristic for real data and estimated data. Performance of inertial sensor with error model and Kalman filter is pursued by comparing with one without them. The computer simulation shows that position error remarkably decrease when error compensation is applied.

  • For statistical process control, the process data are collected by the measurement system. But, the measurement system may have instrument error or/and operator error. In the measured values of products, the total observed variance consists of process variance and variance due to error of measurement system. In this paper, we design more practical T-s control chart considering estimated measurement error The effects of measurement error on the expected total cost and design parameters are investigated.

  • 기존의 오류 제어 방법들은 실시간 특성과 신축적인 신뢰성을 가지는 멀티미디어 통신 응용의 특징을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 재전송을 기반으로 하는 방법에 두 가지 기법을 추가하여 이 문제에 접근하였다. 첫째, 실시간 데이타의 마감 시간을 고려하여 미리 재전송을 실시하는 사전 재전송과 시간적으로 불가능하다고 판단될 때 복구를 포기하는 재전송 포기를 통한 적시 재전송 기법이다. 둘째, 요구되는 신뢰성에 근접하도록 오류가 많이 발생하였을 때만 재전송을 하는 선택적 오류 제어 기법이다. 본 연구는 두 기법을 적용한 오류 제어 프로토콜을 구현하고 네트워크 환경을 바꾸어 가며 성능을 검사하였다. 실험 결과, 제안된 오류 제어 방법은 전체적인 오류 제어 부하는 감소시키면서 오류 복구율을 높인다는 점을 확인하였다.Abstract The current error control schemes do not fit well to the characteristics of multimedia communications: real-time transmission and flexible reliability requirements. This research proposes a new error control scheme, which extends the retransmission-based error control with the following two mechanisms. First, error recovery is performed in two timely fashions: one is retransmission in advance where a retransmission is performed early enough for the deadline if an error is suspected, and the other is retransmission abort where a retransmission is given up if its recovery within the deadline seems to be impossible. Second, error control is selectively performed only when an actual error rate approaches to the threshold on a given reliability requirement. The proposed scheme has been implemented and experimented in various network environments. The performance results show that it has lower control overhead and higher error recovery than the existing schemes.

스위칭 주파수 신호 주입 IPMSM 센서리스 제어를 위한 회전 행렬 기반의 새로운 위치 오차 추정 기법 (A Novel Rotor Position Error Calculation Method using a Rotation Matrix for a Switching Frequency Signal Injected Sensorless Control in IPMSM)

  • This paper proposes a novel rotor position error calculation method for high-frequency signal-injected sensorless control. The rotor position error using the conventional modulation method can be only measured up to ${\pm}45^{\circ}$. In addition, when the rotor position estimation error is not sufficiently small, the small angle approximation in no longer valid. To overcome these problems, this study introduces a new rotor position error calculation method using the rotating matrix. In this study, the position error measurement range of the proposed method is extended from ${\pm}45^{\circ}$ to ${\pm}90^{\circ}$. The linearity between the real rotor position error and the estimated error is maintained by nearly $90^{\circ}$. These features of the proposed method improve the performance of the sensorless control. The validity of the proposed method is verified by simulations and experiments.

라운드 로빈 실시간 네트워크에서의 가변 길이 트래픽을 위한 오류제어 기법 (An Error Control Scheme for Variable Length Traffic on Round Robin Style Real-Time Networks)

  • 본 논문은 각 노드들이 라운드 로빈 형태로 매체에 접근하는 전송제어 기반 실시간 네트워크에서 시간 제약조건을 고려한 오류 제어 기법을 제안하고 성능을 평가한다. 전송제어 네트워크에는 FDDI, TDMA 및 무선 LAN 등이 속하는데 이러한 네트워크들은 실시간 전송 보장을 위해 오프라인 시에 대역폭 할당을 수행한다. 수신자는 비동기 대역폭을 통해 재전송 요청을 하며 송신자는 대역폭 할당 과정에서 불가피하게 발생한 여분의 대역폭을 이용하여 재전송을 수행하기 때문에 다른 메시지의 전송에 영향을 주씨 않고 종료시한 내에서 오류제어가 수행된다. 또 메시지 프레임들로 하여금 메시지의 길이와 순서번호를 포함하도록 하여 메시지의 길이가 주기마다 다는 경우에도 수신자가 빠르게 오류를 보고함으로써 보다 많은 오류에 대한 복구가 가능하다. 분석 결과와 SMPL을 이용한 실험 결과는 제안된 방식이 실시간 통신을 위한 오류제어 기능으로서 네트워크 오류를 극복하여 메시지의 종료시한 만족도를 증가시킬 수 있으며 이중화 혹은 중복 전송 네트워크에 비견할 만한 성능을 보임으로써 적은 비용으로 실시간 네트워크를 구축할 수 있음을 보인다.

A LOCAL-GLOBAL VERSION OF A STEPSIZE CONTROL FOR RUNGE-KUTTA METHODS

  • In this paper we develop a new procedure to control stepsize for Runge- Kutta methods applied to both ordinary differential equations and semi-explicit index 1 differential-algebraic equation In contrast to the standard approach, the error control mechanism presented here is based on monitoring and controlling both the local and global errors of Runge- Kutta formulas. As a result, Runge-Kutta methods with the local-global stepsize control solve differential of differential-algebraic equations with any prescribe accuracy (up to round-off errors)
