Smart grid is a representative convergence new technology in the era of the 4th industry revolution that deals with three broad security areas consisting of control system, the power grid, and the consumer. As it is a convergence new technology of the 4th industrial society, it is true that it can have a positive effect on the country's technological development, growth engine, and economic feasibility in the future. However, since the smart grid is expected to cause enormous damage in the event of a security accident, energy-related organizations must prepare various security measures to predict and respond to the latest security incidents. In this paper, the current status of domestic and foreign smart grids, trends in security standards, vulnerabilities and threats, and prospects for smart grid security technologies are to be considered.

Recently, due to the development of AI and big data technologies following the advent of the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the emerging metaverse industry is emerging as a new business, and in particular, from this point of view, this paper analyzes the history of metaverse and the pros and cons of "Geppetto", which is the most popular in the Korean metaverse market, and aims to give an appropriate direction for future development based on this. In order to carry out this study, we first used SWOT analysis techniques as an initial enterprise analysis method to examine the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threat requirements, and derive the status of each factor. Based on the factors in each of the subsequent derivatives, we wanted to explore the TOWS development strategy and present significant implications based on this.

For modern people living in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, appearance management and consumption behavior are very important factors not only in personal values but also in human relationships. It is used as an important means of competitiveness with skin beauty and fashion. It is used as an important means. Therefore, we compared and analyzed professionally from the aesthetic point of view about the makeup of the eyebrows, eyes, eye line, cheeks, lip make-up, and skin tone of Woohee, who appeared in the movie and Miss Korea in 1989. As a result of the study, other aspects were analyzed in the common denominator of a somewhat exaggerated makeup technique. Accordingly, through this study, it is possible to explore multiple angles for developing novel makeup patterns and items, and at the same time, it will help to establish a foundation for makeup beauty education. In addition, this study intends to contribute to the practical development with competitiveness by building a more aggressive marketing strategy in the makeup market.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the age of artificial intelligence, the development of ICT technology is having various effects on the online and offline educational environment. The universal access of online education changes the educational paradigm and converts it to a learner-centered service. At the time when a new educational environment is required to change, interest in flip learning is increasing. Even adult learner's online learning needs is also shown very high. The purpose of this study was to investigate how repetitive learning activities through flip learning for middle-aged online learners of K-Cyber University has a relationship and structural relationship between the effects of learning immersion and learning interest on learning satisfaction. Through this study, there is significance in research to suggest direction for learning satisfaction based on flip learning. For further studies, if a model of analysis of various factors that can be measured is specified and applied, it can be used as a research background that can maximize learning satisfaction based on flip learning.

With the development of ICT, as the era of the 4th industrial revolution arrives, the amount of data is enormous, and as big data technologies emerge, technologies for processing, storing, and processing data are becoming important. In this paper, we propose a system that detects events through monitoring and judges them using hash values because the damage to important files in case of leakage in industries and public places is serious nationally and property. As a research method, an optional event method is used to compare the hash value registered in advance after performing the encryption operation in the event of a file leakage, and then determine whether it is an important file. Monitoring of specific events minimizes system load, analyzes the signature, and determines it to improve accuracy. Confidentiality is improved by comparing and determining hash values pre-registered in the database. For future research, research on security solutions to prevent file leakage through networks and various paths is needed.

In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution when ICT and convergence are emphasized, companies want talented people with a wide range of complex problem solving competencies, system competencies as well as major knowledge. This study examined the difference in perceived competency needed for future accounting officers using 166 valid questionaries prepared with 4 factors based on previous researches. The result shows that the workers, who majored in accounting and have more than 5 years of company experience, and the CEOs think the social competence is the most important while the accounting professors think the major competence is the most important qualification. These results indicate that, in order to reflect the industrial needs, the colleges should change their accounting major curriculums to provide various competences such as the social competence in addition to the basic major competence.

In order to implement smart cities that will become living spaces in the fourth industrial revolution era, detailed privacy information such as residents' living information, buildings and facilities information must be collected and processed in real time. While city functions and convenience for individuals are being facilitated, threats to personal information exposure and leakage are also likely to increase at the same time. Therefore, the design concept for personal information protection should be considered and accordingly reflected from the stages of smart city design, technology development and operation planning of intelligent information (AI) facilities. The results of the analysis show that for activation of smart cities and operation of data-driven cities, the concept of Privacy by Design (PbD) has already been introduced in the institutional, industrial and technological aspects, particularly in the cases of European countries and the US. In order to strengthen the local and global competitiveness of smart cities and the country, Korea also needs to actively deploy PbD as a strategy to secure a data-driven economy, which is the core strategy for smart cities. Therefore, the study suggests policy implications focused on approaches to legislative improvement and technology development support, which reflect the basic properties of PbD as defined in the study.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine news articles and analyze trends and key agendas related to artificial intelligence(AI). In particular, this study tried to compare the reporting behaviors of Korea and the United States, which is considered to be a leader in the field of AI. Design/methodology/approach This study analyzed news articles using a big data method. Specifically, main agendas of the two countries were derived and compared through the keyword frequency analysis, topic modeling, and language network analysis. Findings As a result of the keyword analysis, the introduction of AI and related services were reported importantly in Korea. In the US, the war of hegemony led by giant IT companies were widely covered in the media. The main topics in Korean media were 'Strategy in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era', 'Building a Digital Platform', 'Cultivating Future human resources', 'Building AI applications', 'Introduction of Chatbot Services', 'Launching AI Speaker', and 'Alphago Match'. The main topics of US media coverage were 'The Bright and Dark Sides of Future Technology', 'The War of Technology Hegemony', 'The Future of Mobility', 'AI and Daily Life', 'Social Media and Fake News', and 'The Emergence of Robots and the Future of Jobs'. The keywords with high centrality in Korea were 'release', 'service', 'base', 'robot', 'era', and 'Baduk or Go'. In the US, they were 'Google', 'Amazon', 'Facebook', 'China', 'Car', and 'Robot'.

As the 4th Industrial Revolution unfolds rapidly, it is important to re-light the intrinsic mission given to universities from a system theory perspective as a condition for the university to survive. In this study, the university was prescribed as a fifth service industry that creates high value-added through higher education services, and attempted to provide a new and novel perspective to various university officials for the scientific rationalization of university management by re-describing it based on the Multidisciplinary perspective based on business administration, but in particular on the theory of service operation management. To this end, the primary purpose of this study is to classify the nature of educational organizations, research organizations, service organizations, and support organizations to properly perform the university's essential mission of education, research, and service, and to explore concepts and techniques for performing management activities that are appropriate to them. In addition, after identifying the university from an academic and practical point of view as a fifth service industry that creates high value-added through higher education services, but more specifically, to provide a new perspective and means for the scientific rationalization of university management by re-identifying university administration based on the business administration theory, in particular the theory of service operation management, and further reflecting a recent trend to view the university president from the CEO's point of view, the specific purpose of this study is to look at this academic system. Through this, we sought the ideal form of a systematic and scientific university management organization that can respond to new environmental changes.

Recently 4th Industrial Revolution era has come up and autonomous vehicle gets a huge attention for its commercialization as well as development. To this end, many countries such as US, UK, Germany are looking into laws and policies related to autonomous vehicle making a new law system, laws, policies or at least modifying the existing ones. Korea is also facing commercialization and development of autonomous vehicle yet it's law system, laws and policies are far beyond comparing to those of advanced countries. This paper details current law system comparison of several countries providing differences and characteristics for the purpose of success of auto drive vehicle industry. On top of that we suggest a new law system, laws and policies and then provide directions as steps for mature implementation. In addition, we discuss how the new laws and policies can bring out successful commercialization as well as industrial success of autonomous vehicle at the points of consumers, vehicle makers, insurance companies, and government.
