부산항을 비롯한 우리나라 항만에는 수천억원의 예산이 투입되어 장비가 운영되고 있는데 이들 장비에 대한 정보체제가 체계적으로 구축되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 앞으로 국책사업이나 신항만 개발사업에 있어 장비에 대한 의사결정자료의 수요가 급증할 것으로 전망되어 세계적으로 급속히 발전되고 있는 장비들에 대한 관련 기술 및 정보들을 수집 ·분석하여 인터넷을 통하여 정보를 이용할 수 있도록 멀티미디어 정보체제를 구축할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 보다 효율적인 정보체제 구축 방안을 제시하고. 이에 대한 경제적 편익분석을 통한 기대효과를 제시하고자 한다.

API 581 guideline provides a methodology for calculating the risks of equipments in refinery or petrochemical plant. However, especially in part of the consequence of failure, there is a major limitation of its application to the petrochemical plant directly since only a representative material is considered in calculating the risk while the equipment is composed of numerous materials. The objectives of this paper are to propose an enhanced risk-based inspection (RBI) technique to resolve shortcomings inclusive of the above issue and to assess the risks of typical petrochemical equipments. In this respect, a program incorporating material database was developed to fully incorporate the characteristics of different materials. The proposed RBI program consists of qualitative, semi-quantitative and quantitative risk evaluation modules in which toxic materials as well as representative materials were selected automatically for comparison to those in the current guideline. It has been applied to assess the risks of equipments in ethylene facilities of petrochemical plants. Thereby, more realistic evaluation results were obtained and applicability of the proposed RBI program was proven.

This research aims to take a close look at the following topics; the ground elevation of playground, equipments of playground, and equipments around playground, and to propose the improvement measure for favorable educational environment. In consideration of the needs mentioned, the following improvement measure for playground can be suggested. First, the elevation of playground should be changed. According to Environment psychology, current playground elevation should be lowered 2 stair-long height from a classroom site. This kind of elevation change can remove unnecessary stairs, and reduces inconvenience incurred by stairs and edges, which results in considerable educational finance saving. Second, the incidental equipment within a playground needs to be improved. This fact is found out at the surveyed schools; school gathering is held at classrooms (through broadcasting) or a multi-purpose auditorium in place of a playground. The results of this study make us conclude that the most important issue to be considered in the processes of selection and investigation for school playground elevation, incidental equipments and others.

동작되고 있는 고전압 기기는 전기의 독특한 특성 때문에 초음파 방출을 유발하는 특유한 소리를 방출한다. 초음파 방출이란 아킹, 코로나, 트래킹과 같은 전기적변화에 의해서 발생된다 고전압 전력 설비에서 아킹, 코로나, 트래킹은 여러 가지 장애를 일으킬 뿐만 아니라 인체에도 매우 치명적인 손상을 야기한다. 고전압 기기의 장애 요소를 방지하고 사전에 진단하기 위해 초음파 측정이 주목받게 되었지만 아직까지 기초적인 측정 데이터가 충분히 제시되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 변압기 설비에서 발생하는 초음파 이상음을 분석하고 분석한 자료를 표준 데이터화 하는데 그 목적을 둔다.

The purpose of this study is to research the actual condition of working environment, working clothes and personal protective equipments on workers at a construction site in winter. The one to one interview by questionnaire was performed with 33 males and 2 females workers of a construction site in Daegu at $1.3^{\circ}C$ air temperature, 28% R.H., 4.7m/sec air velocity. The questionnaire consisted of 21 questions including 4 personal characteristics questions, 12 working environment/performance questions and 5 working clothes/personal protective equipments questions. It was modified from the original questionnaire developed by Finnish Institute Occupational Health. We found that physical stress of workers increased and the ability of performance decreased. The workers felt the coldest at hands/fingers, feet/toes and the face part of cheek, nose and ears. They rarely wore thermal clothing for winter and answered that the thermal gloves for winter did not provided enough warmth. Even if the workers recognized the necessity of personal protective equipments for their safety, they did not wear them for efficiency of working performance. These results will be useful elementary materials for development of working clothes and personal protective equipments from the viewpoint of improving both working performance and comfort.

I think that there are few domestic enterprises that recognize standardization of logistics equipments is necessary, which causes a lot of waste in costs and also reduces their business competitiveness. The purpose of this paper is to make the companies be aware of this situation, to exactly analyze where the Korean logistics equipments status are, and further to provide practical directions of methods and activities for effective standardization. Through analysis in the study, there were some findings, as listed below. First, the standardization level of each company varies depending on its own corporate characteristics. Second, if a company adopted standardization process in logistics equipments, it would accelerate process of work efficiency or productivity. Third, when logistics equipment are standardized, it would boost efficiency in storage utilization. Fourth, the delivery services through this standardized logistics would be implemented at a higher speed than before due to the accelerated flow of materials. According to the above findings, it is confirmed that logistics standardization would greatly affect on business performance positively. For the domestic manufactures to facilitate logistics system more easily, as an easiest way, it is required to build logistics standardization teams and surveys. Then afterwards, to achieve it earlier than expected, the company-wide education and training for workers have to be followed to let them be aware of necessity and inevitability about standardized logistics.

Most of the naval shipboard equipments strongly require isolation devices to keep their performance and durability from severe noise and vibration loading. The rubber mount is well-known as one of most effective way to isolate major equipments from noise and vibration. The performance of the rubber mount is determined by characteristics of shock stiffness and vibration stiffness and the frequency range of interest is up to several Kilo Hz in navy vessels. In this study, an vibration experiment method for the rubber mount has been developed as a foundation work for assessing dynamic stiffness up to high frequency. Also experiments for a typical rubber mount has been carried out and the results has been discussed.

본 논문에서는 건축물 전기설비의 운용실태를 조사하였으며 기술기준에 준하여 시공된 국내 설비를 IEC60364에 적용할 시 문제점을 검토하였다. 국내 기술기준에 준해 시공된 건축전기설비는 TT계통과 유사하나 건물내 모든 금속도체를 보호도체(PE conductor)에 접합하여 등전위시키는 IEC60364와 차이점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 건축전기설비 중IEC60364를 적용하여 시공된 설비에 대한 실태조사를 통해 이해 부족 및 기술기준과 IEC60364의 혼용으로 인한 문제점을 도출하고 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 최근 상용화된 휴대 가능한 소형 고전압 발생기의 주요 기능과 제원에 대해 소개한다. USB 킬러는 USB 포트를 사용하는 전자기기의 과전압 입력에 대한 보호회로를 시험하기 위한 용도로 개발되었다. USB 포트에서 공급되는 5 V 직류 전압을 발진기, 변압기, 배전압 정류회로를 통해 200 V이상의 충분히 높은 직류 전압으로 변환시킨다. 고용량 커패시터에 충전된 전압을 USB 포트를 통해 역방향으로 전자기기에 충격을 가하여 전자기기를 파괴하거나 보호회로를 시험 할 수 있다. USB 킬러는 개인이 쉽게 구입하여 전자기기를 시험해 볼 수 있다. 인터넷을 통해 공개된 시험 결과들과 실제 시험을 통해 확인된 결과들을 소개한다.

In the design guideline about the existing elderly house, the equipment related to kitchen and bathroom are the most important in the secure and functional aspect. On the other hand, the present elderly house is being designed according to foreign design guideline or common housing form instead of reflecting living and physical qualities of the korean elderly. Therefore, in this study based on the guideline of the existing literature, we made kitchen and bathroom equipments and conducted an experiment in finding proper position and height for korean elderly enough to use the kitchen and bathroom conveniently and independently. Based on the guideline of the existing literature related to foreign and domestic elderly house, we made Mock-up furnished with the equipments of kitchen and bathroom. The equipments of kitchen consist of sink and shelves to be capable of changing height. The equipments of bathroom consist of different height wash bowls, toilet stools, grab bars, and a bathtub. The study was accomplished by observing and measuring the use of the elderly.
