  • This paper proposed interface test method for performance verification of communication and broadcasting satellite between communication and broadcasting satellite payload and EGSE(Electrical Ground Support Equipment). We need ground support equipment for test them to performance verification and conform interface function of payload. This paper define tile telemetry transfer method for control payload using GSE(Ground Support Equipment) and receive telemetry data collected from GSE through bus simulator

  • Metro serves more than a basic function of transporting passengers between short distances but became a crucial part of civic culture due to the fact that citizens demand various facilities for better life style. Therefore, domestic metro cuts off train noise and air dust, provides pleasant platform surroundings by offering effective HVAC, and establishes PSD (Platform Screen Door) system to prevent falls into train tracks. To control and interlock EMU Door and PSD to avoid passenger complaint and revenue service obstructions, stability and reliability of on-board & wayside equipment are required foremost and each line needs to build optimum interface between on-board & wayside equipment. To control PSD, we would like to introduce examples of Busan Metro(BTC : Busan Transportation Corporation) which already utilizes interface between on-board & wayside equipment in various ways and consider optimum interface between on-board & wayside equipment in future PSD system.

Attributes for Developing a Database for Construction Information Interface

  • Earthwork is an operation that provides space for structures, and it takes up a large portion of the construction costs in a construction project. In large-scale earthwork, numerous types of construction equipment are used in the operation. The types of equipment should be selected based on the field conditions and the construction methods. These construction vehicles are constantly changing positions during the earthwork operation. Therefore, the equipment operators require effective communication to ensure the efficiency of the earthwork operation. All equipment operators should exchange information with the other equipment operators. Information should be exchanged continuously to support decision making and increase productivity during the earthwork operation at the construction site. This paper investigates the attributes required for an information interface between construction vehicles during an earthwork operation. This paper 1) discusses the importance of an information interface for construction vehicles in order to increase productivity during an earthwork operation, 2) analyses the types of attributes that need to be communicated between construction vehicles, and 3) provides a database that has been built for attribute control. The database built for the information interface between construction vehicles will enhance communication between vehicle operators. Table I shows the typical attributes that should be shared between the excavator operator and the dump truck operator. This information needs to be shared among the operators, as it helps them to plan the earthwork operation in a more efficient manner. A database has been developed to store this information in an entity relation diagram. A user-interface display environment is also developed to provide this information to the operators in the construction vehicles. The proposed interface can help exchange information effectively and facilitate a common understanding during the earthwork operation. For example, the vehicle operators will be aware of the planned volume, excavated volume, transportation time, and transportation numbers. As a part of this study, mobile devices, such as mobile phones and google glasses, will be used as hands-on communication tools.

  • The present study purposes to develop HMI software that runs on Windows CE .NET platform without being bound to specific HMI equipment and accesses data in PLC equipment through interoperation with an OPC-DA server. As the OPC-DA server reads data in PLC equipment, HMI system does not need to be configured differently for different equipments. In addition, when the interface environment of specific equipment changes, it does not require the application of new equipment or the change of communication protocol. As HMI system runs on Windows CE .NET platform, it can be configured using common embedded devices based on Windows CE .NET platform. HMI software reads data in PLC equipment through RS-232C communication interface. In addition, because it connects to an OPC-DA server through Ethernet communication interface, it can access data in PLC equipment as long as Ethernet is usable.

  • 본 연구에서는 전자기기의 사용이 불편한 장애인이나 노인들을 위한 새로운 인터페이스를 제안한다. 제안한 방식은 대부분의 전자기기에 적용되고 있는 물리적 스위치 방식의 인터페이스를 마이크와 3축 가속도 센서가 달린 헤드셋을 이용하여 음성인식과 모션인식을 통해 전자기기를 사용하는 방식이다. 음성인식은 마이크를 통해 명령이 전달되고 음성인식 모듈을 통해 PC의 마우스를 컨트롤한다. 그리고 모션인식은 머리를 움직여 헤드셋에 있는 3축 가속도 센서가 마우스 포인터를 제어하여 명령을 수행하게 된다. 제안한 인터페이스 방식의 유용성을 확인하기 위해 헤드셋을 제작하고, 제작된 헤드셋을 이용하여 실험실과 식당, 도서관 등에서 실험을 한다.

  • Product of technology developed in this study is an external interface for controlling the equipment of pendant key remote control system circuit board, and it is used in the electronic component test equipment system. Main control system module is in the role as a device for controlling the various control devices that make up the integrated system for microscopic examination at the request of the host computer engineers to control the inspection equipment. The pentane-key interface module to its role as a device for controlling the various control devices that make up the integrated system for microscopic examination at the request of the host computer for the engineer to control the inspection equipment. Development of the control system can be expected in the configuration of a system for efficient and accurate inspection of high-precision parts.

  • 메모리 반도체 패키지 검사 공정에서 TIS(Tester Interface Software)는 디바이스가 검사 장비에 투입 될 때부터 배출될 때까지 검사 장비가 디바이스 검사를 진행하는데 필요한 모든 소프트웨어 기능을 제공한다. 하지만, 공정에서 사용되는 장비와 장비를 제어하기 위한 컴퓨터 및 운영체제의 종류가 다양하여 동일한 기능을 수행해야 하는 TIS가 테스터 장비마다 독립적으로 개발 및 운영되고 있다. 이는 많은 시간과 비용을 요구할 뿐만 아니라 소프트웨어의 품질에도 많은 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이러한 문제는 추가되는 장비의 종류가 증가할수록 심화될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 이종 장비와 운영체제에 적용 가능한 CTIS(Cross-platform Tester Interface Software)을 제안한다.

조선해양기자재 제작을 위한 SCM 기반 실시간 데이터 인터페이스 기술에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Real-time Data Interface Technology based on SCM for Shipbuilding and Marine Equipment Production)

  • The production and procurement of shipbuilding and offshore equipment is an important competitive factor in the shipbuilding and offshore industry. Recently, ICT-based digital technology has been rapidly applied to the manufacturing industry following the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Under the digital transformation, real-time data interface technology based on SCM (Supply Chain Management) is emerging as an important tool to improve the efficiency of the equipment manufacturing process. In this study, the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of interface technologies of web-based data interface technologies were compared and analyzed. The performance was compared between theoretical evaluation based on technical features and practical application cases. As a result, it was confirmed that GraphQL is useful for selective data processing, but there is a problem with optimization, and REST API has a problem with receiving data due to a fixed data structure. Therefore, this study aims to suggest ways to utilize and optimize these data interface technologies.

생산현장의 안전성 향상을 위한 실시간 공정관리 시스템 개발 (Development of Real-time Process Management System for improving safety of Shop Floor)

  • Workers are avoiding production/manufacturing sites due to the poor working environment and concern over safety. Small and medium-sized businesses introduce new equipment to secure safety in the production site or ensure effective process management by introducing the real-time monitoring technique for existing equipment. The importance of real-time monitoring of equipment and process in the production site can also be found in the ANSI/ISA-195 model. Note, however, that most production sites still use paper-based work slip as a process management technique. Data reliability may deteriorate because information on the present condition of the production site cannot be collected/analyzed properly due to manual data writing by the worker. This paper introduces the monitoring and process management technique based on a direct facility interface to secure safety in the field by improving the poor working environment and enhance there liability and real-time characteristics of the production data. Since the data is collected from equipment in real-time directly through the SIB-based interface and PLC-based interface, problems associated with workers' manual data input are expected to be solved; safety can also be improved by enhancing workers' attention to work by minimizing workers' injuries and disruption.

무선기기 보호를 위한 ISM 기기의 방사 한계치에 관한 연구 (Study on Radiation Limit of ISM Equipment for Protecting Radio Device)

  • 본 논문은 최근 급증하는 ISM(Industrial Scientific Medical) 기기 및 무선기기의 사용 증가에 따라 ISM 기기와 무선기기가 인접한 공간에서 운용될 경우 상호간에 간섭이 예측되는 상황에서, ISM 기기와 무선기기 상호간에 간섭 없이 양립할 수 있도록 ISM 기기의 방사 한계치 산출 방법을 제시하였다. ISM 기기의 방사 한계치는 원하는 무선기기의 신호에 무선기기 보호를 위해 요구되는 보호비를 적용하고 이에 보정 요소를 고려하여 산출한다. 이어서 한계치 산출이 요구되는 시나리오를 제시함과 동시에 Matlab GUI(Graphical User Interface)를 이용한 방사 한계치 산출 S/W를 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 ISM 기기의 방사 한계치 산출 방법은 ISM 기기로부터 무선기기를 보호하기 위한 방안으로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
