Purpose: Korea is also one of the markets that is growing significantly in the wine market. Due to this influence, Korean mainstream franchises are also increasing the proportion of wine sales. This study aims to examine the sustainability of wine brands from the perspectives of environment, organic farming, and ecological protection, and to verify the influence of these factors on consumer attitudes and intimacy. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from 306 wine purchasers aged 20 or older and analyzed with SPSS 25.0 and SmartPLS 4.1. A total of 311 questionnaires were collected, and 306 were used for analysis after excluding 5 incomplete questionnaires. Result: The findings showed that the environment, organic, and ecological protection positively influence intimacy. In addition, organic positive influences attitude, but the environment and ecological protection did not influence. Intimacy positively influences attitude and loyalty, and attitude also positively influence loyalty. Conclusions: First, this study explained consumers' perception of the sustainability of wine brands through self-identity theory. Second, wine brands need to develop wineries into eco-friendly regions. Third, marketing should focus on the environment of the winery region. Fourth, wine franchises need to market their wine brands' organic farming.
Purpose - In the airline industry, an airport plays an important role. There are a lot of employees who work at an airport, and most of the workers experience restraints regarding leisure activities. Thus, there is a need for studying the internal marketing in the airport to better serve the worker. Although there is a lack of well-structured research regarding the restrictions and satisfaction factors experienced by the airport employees for their leisure activities, this research studies how the restrictions and satisfaction factors influence each other in relation to the internal marketing in the airport. The purpose of this research is to provide a detailed, real time research method for studying the restrictions and satisfaction factors in relation to the internal marketing that are experienced by the airport employees regarding their leisure activities. Research design, data, and methodology - This survey was conducted for airport employees working in two shifts. The questionnaire is 152 copies. The analysis method was used as SPSS statistical package 21.0 and Netminer 4.0 program. Social networks were analyzed for leisure satisfaction and leisure restrictions. Results - As a result of analyzing the linkage between variables for leisure satisfaction, most of the variables of leisure satisfaction are satisfied with "psychological factor" and "social factor". However, "educational factor" and "environmental factor" are not satisfied. In order to improve the leisure satisfaction of airport workers in the future, it is necessary to have an environment where leisure activities can be performed and related education. As a result of analyzing the linkage between variables of leisure restrictions, most of the variables in leisure restrictions are "personal factors" and "temporal factors". However, there are few restrictions on "cost-efficient" and "environment-friendly". Conclusions - In the future, in order to reduce the leisure restrictions of airport workers, they need to reduce work stress, psychological time and leisure allowance for leisure activities. However, it is difficult to solve these problems due to realistic problems including the specificity of working at the airport. This research presents an interdisciplinary analysis of how the restrictions and satisfaction factors influence each other in order to further advance the understanding of the constraints and satisfaction that are experienced by the airport employees.

This study is based on the ecological design method related with the Building Landscape in Coastal Area, basically Building Landscape design theories are affected the visual distance and visual area. The results derived of this study are as follows. First, We established design method of Building Landscape in Coastal Area in consideration of Ecological Environment that is purposed by means of the Normative theory study analysis and contents analysis related with Landscape and Architecture planning theory. Second, We can define 'Micro Landscape', 'Urban Landscape', and 'Wide Landscape'. 'Micro Landscape' are 'Near view'. 'Urban Landscape' are related 'Middle-distance view' and 'Long-distance view'. 'Wide Landscape' are related 'High & Long-distance view'. Third, We can also define 'Ecological Mode', 'Formal Aesthetic Mode', 'Psychological Mode', and 'Semiotical Mode' by the dimensions of macro scale. finally, we define 48 detailed factors types of 3 visual Area of Building Landscape in Coastal Area by the dimensions of micro scale.
This study analyses characteristics of space to facilitate community centering on cases of collective houses in Japan and uses the results as basic data to activate collective houses as an alternative form of housing in our country. To identify the characteristics of space for active communities with collective living space, this study conducted a theoretical examination on collective houses and housing, derived territoriality, accessibility, comfort and safety as factors of community activation and analysed various cases, and the results are presented as follows: First, territoriality is a necessary condition for formation of community, and a confined and physical space. It indicates the proper size of a space and diverse spacial areas which meet the needs of residents with the proper size and amount of space (space which can accommodate diverse generations including women, the aged and the young, flexible space which changes according to the purposes and program, space which supports leisure and hobby activities, and space which can accommodate outsiders). Second, accessibility indicates an environment which supports residents' easy use of space. As the more accessible it is, the higher the frequency of its use, spatial factors (piloti, backyards, benches and tables) should be provided, community space should be arranged in a central or decentralized way and community living space should be made for each floor. As for exits, accessibility should be considered in every way; entrances connected with community spaces, open entrances and entrances accessible from outside or individual living spaces. Third, comfort satisfies the physical and mental needs of residents through separation of floors and flows between the community and individual spaces for privacy and formation of eco-friendly spaces including vegetable gardens, gardens and plant arrangements. Fourth, safety should be considered for a higher quality environment with psychological stability and comfort, for which the following are recommended: installation of hand-rails, removal of thresholds, spacial design for the socially weak, duplex and open type structures for community space, open stages and halls, as well as indoor and outdoor openness through the use of windows.
An ecological learning center is defined as a place which can establish the correct relationship between human and environment. Human can learn ecosystem and importance of environment throughout observation of nature and participation in program of ecological learning center. The most important aspects of ecological learning center planning are to reflect on user's demand and preservation of ecosystem. The prime goals of this study is to analyze user's characteristics in the Young Wheol Mulmurigol Ecological Learning Center. The second goal of this study is to find out the satisfaction model based on user's perceived performance of each program and facility in the center. For this study, questionnaire survey with 204 individuals was completed. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed statistical method by SPSS. There are several significant results from the study as following First, this ecological learning center as a newly operating facility is used not for educational purpose but for resting and relaxation purpose. It is due to that the most of users in this center are package tourists with historic scenes. Second, user's perceived performance evaluated by 23 attributions of programs and facilities, and these attributions could be classified by 5 factors such as environment friendly design, educational function, preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top and provision of resting area. Third, the user satisfaction model indicates that user satisfaction is depended on various factors such as preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top, provision of resting area. Among these factor affecting the satisfaction, provision of various bio-top is the most influence on user satisfaction.

This study focused on the fact that changes of policies have influence on housing culture of Korea and analyzed changes in apartment houses planning since the deregulation of the price ceiling through newspaper advertisement. The research compared and analyzed advertisements of apartment houses sales appeared in the 'Gwangju Il-Bo' daily newspaper from 1990 to 2003 by planning factors. : The results are as follows. Reliability and economy were important factors in deciding apartment before the deregulation of the price ceiling policy, but as apartment houses were merchandised after the deregulation of the price ceiling policy, brand of enterprise and image of apartment houses were highlighted more. In the environment of apartment complex, the concerns of location after the deregulation of the price ceiling policy were more increased than before its policy and it means emphasis on living environment for better life. The apartment housing unit and building showed change of the apartment housing unit plan considering residents, high quality of interior design and high-tech and differentiation of equipment since the deregulation of the price ceiling policy. The ground space has been parked or afforested and the underground space is used for parking lot as a part of environment-friendly in the apartment complex planning. The deregulation of the price ceiling policy made brand, image, high-grade and differentiation, and got many changes in the planning side of the apartment sales advertisement.

Residential land development projects are tending upwards recently. However, an indiscreet residential land development has tended to damage environment by destroying existing green lands and trees of target lands and generating many cut slopes with transformation of its topography. There are Prior Environmental Review(PER) for district designation and Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) before approval on development plans. PER is implemented after developing a residential land development plan and EIA is implemented after completing a detail design. As the result, many of residential land development projects are passive to reduce potential environmental problems on the designated sites. Object of this study is to construct an evaluation system on alternatives in the early step of site designation for implementing residential land development projects with environment-friendly and sustainable way. For this, alternative evaluation model is constructed by using Fuzzy Inference and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method based on Environmental Evaluation Factors of residential land development project, which are proposed in the precedent research. If a decision maker evaluates environment damage by ten-point method, the point is transformed Environmental Performance(EP) by Fuzzy Inference, and then, applying weight that is already calculated by AHP method, Total Environmental Performance(TEP) is calculated. After all, an alternative with the highest TEP is selected as the best one. Using this evaluation system, more than two alternatives of residential land development project site, which can hold location appropriateness in the early under undecided land use plan, can be evaluated quantitatively. As environmental damages, which can be generated by implementing a residential land development project, can be detected in the early step, environmental damages can be removed or reduced at the source.
It is essential to investigate the structure and the main characteristic of Home USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network) technologies in built ubiquitous environment while designing bio-sensors. For this study, Thermistor elements and Thermopile black body have been selected to implement ubiquitous technologies for bio-sensors and wireless network such as WiBro has been used to transfer sensing data to the BSN (Bio-Sensor Network) gateway. It is certain that efficiency of ubiquitous space design is improved if main components of each specific sensor network are analyzed precisely in digital way and corresponding communication modules are prepared accordingly. Ubiquitous technology, in conclusion, has to be applied not only with systematical mechanism or electronic setting but in human-centered atmosphere as well, keeping with deep consideration for bio-housing service factors in eco-friendly surrounding.
Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is useful technique to join aluminum alloy with energy efficient and environment friendly. In this paper, the design of experiment with three-way factorial design was adopted for optimum conditions of welding variables in the FSW of Al 6061 alloy. Tools of shoulder diameter of 9, 12, 15 mm and pin length of 1.5 mm were used. Also the material's dimension for welding were $2{\times}100{\times}150mm$, and the tensile specimens were worked by water-jet technique. Welding variables were shoulder diameter, rotating speed and travel speed of tool. From the results of this work, the welding factor influenced on yield strength most was travel speed and the optimum condition for FSW was predicted as the shoulder diameter of 15 mm, welding speed of 500 mm/min and rotating speed of 2,000 rpm. Also the presumption range of yield strength at optimal condition of reliability 99% was estimated to $207.19{\pm}9.91MPa$.
High-rise as a building typology is gaining popularity in Asian mega-cities, due to its advantages in increasing volumetric density with limited land resources. Numerous factors contribute to the formation of high-rise urban form, from economical and institutional, environmental to socio-political. Environmental concerns over the impact of rapid urbanization in developing economies demand new thought on the link between urban environment and urban form. Outdoor and indoor climate, pedestrian comfort, and building energy consumption are all related to and impacted by urban form and building morphology. There are many studies and practices on designing individual "green" high-rise buildings, but far fewer studies on designing high-rise building clusters from the perspective of environmental performance optimization.. This paper focuses on the environmental perspective, and its correlation with the evolution of the high-rise urban form. Previous studies on urban morphology in terms of environmental and energy performance are reviewed. Studies on "parameterizing" urban morphology to estimate its environmental performance are reviewed, and the possible urban design implications of the study are demonstrated in by the author, by way of a microclimate map of the iconic Shanghai Xiao Lujiazui CBD. The study formulates the best-practice design guidelines for creating walkable and comfortable outdoor space in a high-rise urban setting, including proper sizing of street blocks and building footprint, provision of shading, and facilitating urban ventilation.
