To investigate the degree of individuals' concept and awareness of insects, a survey study was conducted with students and adults living in Korea. The misconception rate for insects was about 50% for both students and adults, but it was lower for students and people who had experienced insect-related events than for adults and those who had not. The highest misconception rate was obtained in answer to a question about the basic structure of an insect. Most people had a high awareness of insects. Significant differences and correlations for the awareness of insects were found between students and adults, men and women, people who had experienced insect-related events and those who had not. The experience of an insect-related event most influenced awareness of insects. These results suggest that increasing people's interest in insects and utilizing insects in treatment situations may be beneficial for the field of mental healthcare.

The purpose of this research is to study motivation of freshmen in Environmental Education Department for choosing their major, and their environmental awareness in overall. The subject for this research is twenty freshmen, majoring Environmental Education at Korea National University of Education in 2007, and methods of the research include survey through questionnaires, reviewing literature of the field, and conference with experts in Environmental Education. After the research, six freshmen's motivation for choosing Environmental Education as their major changed positively. Awareness of the environment in residential area changed somewhat negatively, while awareness of the nation's overall environment changed positively. Subjects' recognition for the need of Environmental Education was generally negative in both the first and second surveys whereas that of sustainable society changed more remarkably throughout the surveys. Most subject thought that the most important issue Environmental teachers should teach is proper attitudes towards and reasonable actions for the environment.

Project-based learning is an innovative approach to learning that teaches a multitude of strategies critical for success in the twenty-first century. Students drive their own learning through inquiry activity, as well as work collaboratively to research and create projects that reflect their knowledge. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of eco-friendly school project activity which is applied from one of project-based learning approach on learning outcomes of students in ninth-grade environment course in middle school. The participants were given a questionnaire before and after the environmental project activities. In solving the school environment issues themselves, students have practiced invaluable problem solving skills. This study indicates that school students' awareness about the environment has positively changed by experiencing the eco-friendly school project. In addition, this project affects students' variety of environmental awareness. This project could be applied to school environmental education programs and to environment lessons, developmental activities or club activities for a positive impact on students' environmental awareness.

This study of the living environment for rural residents to identify the relationship between perception and satisfaction are as. Jeollabukdo rural residents survey and SPSS 18.0 statistical program utilizes improvement of rural environment and living conditions were discussed. The main analysis results are summarized as follows. First, rural residents use the facility convenience and accessibility, economic burden, there was a tendency to recognize the important, good natural environment or their children / relatives for the distance was a low awareness. Second, the location and land a job for men, the women have a higher awareness of the use of public transportation inclination showed less than 50 age group showed higher awareness. Third, the rural living environment of residents' satisfaction with 3.544, and overall satisfaction with village life showed a high propensity men have higher satisfaction than women. Finally, the living environment for the perception and satisfaction with the relationship between residential stability and economic awareness of a higher living environment was found that high satisfaction. These findings further improve the rural environment, improve satisfaction in that you can plan the basis for an effective strategy can be. More sustainable in the future, including the analysis of various parameters in progress by being linked to policy measures that will be provided.

The purpose of this study is to analyze environment-friendly consumption behaviors and consumption value of adolescent consumers, and to analyze the effects of environmental knowledge, environment and experience, perception of environment, the awareness of consumption and environmental pollution, and consumption value on environment-friendly consumption behaviors of them. The data were collected by 999 adolescent consumers in Jeju Province. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s multiple range test using SPSS 12.0 Program . The results are as follows. Economy had the most cause and effect influence on environment-friendly purchasing behaviors, followed by experience of environmental activities, eco-friendliness, esthetic sense, enjoyment, and awareness of consumption and environmental pollution. Regarding the environmentfriendly consumer behavior, economy is the most influential factor, followed by eco-friendliness, awareness of consumption and environmental pollution, experience of environmental activities, environmental knowledge and monthly average allowance. Eco-friendliness had the most cause and effect influence on environment-friendly disposal behavior, followed by awareness of consumption and environmental pollution, economy and experience of environmental activities.

The study was conducted with statical analysis of data (828 data in 2010, 752 data in 2012, 648 data in 2014) in order to evaluate laboratory awareness difference of research employees working in different types of universities. Results of the study were as follows: First, university institutes in the order of polytechnic colleges, university, and junior college showed the highest laboratory safety awareness in 'awareness and education of laboratorial safety regulation' and 'awareness in laboratory risk factors'. Second, the difference in safety awareness of universities by year(years that conducted current status survey) was the highest in year 2014, then in 2010, and in 2008. Third, the difference of research employees working for laboratory safety management by year(years that conducted current status) showed that university had the highest laboratory safety awareness in year 2010, but it changed to polytechnic colleges in year 2012 and 2014. Through this study, we could recognize the difference in safety awareness of research employees working in university institutes.

최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 발전과 함께 유비쿼터스 환경에 적용할 수 있는 상황인식 모델에 대한 연구 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 자동차 공간을 위한 매트릭스 기반 상황인식 모델을 설계하고 구현하였으며, 상황인식 모델링을 위해 5W1H와 CAM 수식을 이용한 매트릭스 구성 방법을 제안하였다. 개인 식별과 위치 확인을 위한 Zigbee 모듈과 GPS의 현재의 공간과 시간 정보를 위한 네비게이터를 이용하여 제안된 모델을 이용한 시스템을 구현하였다. 시험 결과 제안된 모델이 유용 가능함을 보였다.

The aim of this study is to find out the solutions for an improvement of residential environment through the relation between satisfaction of residential environment and amenity awareness of the local residents in Chonnam Mokpo city. For this purpose, it is conducted a questionnaire survey of 203 local residents on the attributes of residential environment. The satisfaction factors of residential environment consist of 8 types of factors such as housing structure, stability, green tract of an avenue, convenience, housing environment, sanitary conditions, waterside facilities, and familiarity. It is analyzed that there is a great difference of the satisfaction between new town dwellers and old town dwellers in three satisfaction factors of a housing structure, convenience, and housing environment. The attributes of amenity awareness consist of 6 types of factors such as fitness, comfort, intimacy, vitality, naturalness, and brilliance. The new town dwellers have a high satisfaction in fitness and vitality factors, and the old town dwellers have a high satisfaction in naturalness factors. Through the analysis to the importance on the satisfaction factors of residential environment related to amenity awareness, it is founded that intimacy factor have importance in order of stability, familiarity, green tract of an avenue and sanitary conditions. Naturalness factor have importance in order of stability, waterside facilities, familiarity and green tract of a avenue. Fitness factor have importance in order of housing structure and sanitary conditions. Comfort factor have importance in order of stability, housing environment and sanitary conditions. And vitality factor have importance in order of housing environment, convenience and green tract of an avenue. Therefore, it is needed that the development plan of residential environment take into consideration in accordance with the importance on the satisfaction of residential environment in Mokpo city.

본 연구에서는 IPA를 이용한 물리치료사의 감염관리 의식과 수행능력을 분석하였다. 4개 영역은 손위생, 개인관리, 진료실 환경, 감염관리 교육으로 구분하고 인식과 실천에 대한 설문조사를 하였다. 일반적인 특성은 빈도분석하고 인지도와 수행도는 대응표본 t-test와 Pearson's correlation를 통해 분석하였다. 손위생은 둘다 높았고 감염관리 교육은 수행도는 높으나 인지도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 치료실 환경의 수행도는 높았으나 인지도가 낮았고 개인관리의 둘다 낮았다. 따라서 본 연구를 바탕으로 감염관리 교육은 인지도를 개선해야 하는 정책 치료실 환경은 수행도를 개선해야 하는 전략, 개인 관리는 수행도와 인지도를 동시에 개선해야 하는 전략이 필요하다.

환경문제의 심각성이 확산되면서 컨벤션산업에서도 친환경적인 경영활동이 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 이러한 현실을 반영하여 국내외 정부기관 및 컨벤션 관련 조직 등에서 친환경 컨벤션 운영을 위한 가이드라인이 제시되고 있으며 연구자들에 의해 다양한 관련 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 주로 주최자와 공급자의 관점에서 이루어져 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 컨벤션 최종 수요자인 참가자의 관점에서 접근하여 컨벤션 참가자들의 환경문제에 관한 인식수준을 파악하고, 환경인식수준에 따른 친환경 컨벤션 속성에 대한 참가자의 수용도와 참여의도를 밝히고자 하였다. 실증분석결과, 컨벤션 참가자들은 전반적으로 환경문제에 대해 높은 인식수준을 가지고 있으며, 친환경 컨벤션 운영을 위한 구체적인 실천방안 수립의 필요성을 가장 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 참가자의 친환경 컨벤션 속성에 관한 수용도는 '개최장소>참가활동>교통수단>식음료>현장운영' 순으로 나타났다. 아울러 환경인식수준이 높은 집단은 낮은 집단에 비해 친환경 컨벤션 속성에 대해 모두 높은 수용도를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 친환경 컨벤션 속성이 참가자의 참여 의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서는 두 집단 사이에 약간의 차이가 있으나 '교통수단', '참가활동', '현장운영'은 공통적으로 참여의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
