직무자율성과 자기효능감이 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향: 스마트워크 환경에서 지식공유의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Job Autonomy and Self-Efficacy on Creative Behavior: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Knowledge Sharing in Smart Work Environment)

  • In order to solve problems in an uncertain and complicated management environment of the modern world, a creative solution that combines diverse perspectives, knowledge, and effort based on diversity within an organization is required. Smart work environment provides an opportunity to express the potential diversity of an individual, extending the source of ideas to the organization, enhancing communication, and linking and sharing information and knowledge. So, this results in increased creative behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the process of connecting and sharing information and knowledge of organizational members on creative behavior and the effect of smart work environment in the process. The purpose of this study is to identify roles of job autonomy, self-efficacy, knowledge sharing and smart work environment in creative process. For the study, 353 surveys with work use group(156 people) and unused group(197 people). Statistical analysis included validity and reliability analysis, structural model analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy and job autonomy had positive effects on creative behavior and knowledge sharing, and job autonomy had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Knowledge sharing has a positive effect on creative behavior, and mediates the relationship between self-efficacy, job autonomy and creative behavior. Particularly, knowledge sharing has a more positive effect on smart work use group. In case of smart work use group, self-efficacy and job autonomy have a relatively high influence on knowledge sharing rather than direct influence on creative behavior appear. This result implies that the achievements of smart work are revealed in terms of knowledge sharing and creative behavior.

  • Although the interaction effects of knowledge sourcing strategies vary depending on environmental conditions such as knowledge intensity, most prior empirical research have failed to prove the effects of environmental conditions on the relationship between knowledge sourcing strategies and firm performance. In order to fill this gap, this study examines how knowledge intensity affects the relationship between knowledge sourcing strategies and firm performance. The results of this study indicate the interaction effects of knowledge sourcing strategies in high knowledge intensity environment are different from the effects in low knowledge intensity environment. This study expands knowledge management research by identifying the effects of knowledge intensity on the relationship between knowledge sourcing strategies and firm performance. Furthermore, it offers valuable practical guidelines for managers in selecting successful combinations of knowledge sourcing strategies with the consideration of knowledge intensity.

중학생 자녀와 어머니의 생활자원관리에 대한 친환경 지식과 의식 및 태도 (A Study on Knowledge, Consciousness and Attitude about Middle School Students and Mothers' Environment-Friendly Life Resources Management)

  • The present study purposed to examine how the knowledge, consciousness and attitude affect life resources use of the subjects, first-year middle school students and their mothers, and ultimately, to provide basic materials for maximizing the effect of the education consciousness and attitude on environment-friendly life resource management in everyday living. The followings are the results of the analysis of the collected data. First, in the aspects of analysis of valiance in the general home environment factors of this research, there were some significance according to fathers and mothers' educational level, fathers' job, the type of a house about students and mothers' life resources use. Second, knowledge about middle school students' life resources use had negative correlations with attitude. But consciousness had positive correlations with attitude. Knowledge about their mothers' life resources use had negative correlations with attitude, but consciousness had positive correlations with attitude. The results of mothers were similar to those of middle school students. Mothers' consciousness and attitude had positive correlations with middle school students' consciousness and attitude.

  • The purpose of this paper is to identify factors that influence knowledge sharing and determine the attitudes of quantity surveyors towards knowledge sharing based on the factors. The analysis was based on an online questionnaire survey of Registered Quantity Surveyors from Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Individualism and collectivism were identified as two major factors that influence attitude towards knowledge sharing. Indicators of individualism include individual attitude, competitiveness, care, incentives and rewards; while the indicators of collectivism are trust, social behaviors and motivation. The findings show that the level of attitudes towards knowledge sharing among quantity surveyors is generally high under enabling organizational environment. However, this is a cautious conclusion as the valid sample on which the analysis is based is relatively small. Willingness to share was found to be highest when incentives and rewards are involved as well as when there is a knowledge management system to promote continuous learning and sharing of knowledge.

  • This study analyzed the effects of learning participation motivation and collaborative self-efficacy on knowledge sharing behavior in an online learning environment. Collaborative learning in the online learning environment took the initiative in team formation, learning topic selection, learning planning and execution, and reflection. Collaborative learning was operated as an extracurricular program, and a survey was conducted targeting students who finally completed all learning activities. The results of the study are as follows. First, goal-oriented motivation and self-Efficacy for group work, showed significant influence on knowledge sharing behavior. Second, activity-oriented motivation did not show a statistically significant effect relationship. Interpreting the analysis results, it can be judged that the higher the goal-oriented motivation and self-Efficacy for group work of students who performed collaborative learning in an online learning environment, the higher the willingness to share knowledge, skills, and information they know. This study explored the outcomes of collaborative learning conducted in an online learning environment. It is meaningful that the learner's learning participation motivation was identified and the effect of self-Efficacy for group work, which can be expressed in collaborative learning situations, on knowledge sharing behavior, which is a necessary behavior for group performance, is significant.

However, little has been done in the literature regarding under what conditions that organizations should develop knowledge internally or acquire knowledge from outside. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effects of some key factors such as environment and organizational climate, on the organization's decision to knowledge sourcing. Our findings suggest that organizations are more likely to acquire knowledge from outside if the environment is complex, munificent and dynamic; if they possess higher levels of goal-oriented and autonomy.

  • In the rapidly changing business and economic environment, environment-equipped appropriate capacities should be used to adapt to the changing environment and the smart environment. First of all, it is important for the company to understand what kind of acceptance attitude it shows according to the consumers' tendency toward the mobile convenient payment system that users are increasing and deal with it accordingly. In order to analyze the market according to the individual personality factors of consumers, a model based on the integrated technology(UTAUT) and the regulatory focus suitable for the mobile environment was constructed and analyzed with the structural equation through PLS. As a result of analysis, it was found that neuroticism, openness to experience, and conscientiousness among consumer personality factors had a significant influence on accommodating the mobile convenient payment system according to the tendency of promotional focus. This study provides a direction for establishing a mobile convenient payment system for smart environment through data analysis of the propensity and personality of consumers from the viewpoint of knowledge management.

  • This article investigated the effects of students' knowledge, beliefs, and attitudes about environment on environmental issue-based environmental problem solving in secondary school students. This article also investigated whether these factors are related to the environmental problem solving. Therefore, we first developed the test instruments to measure secondary school students' environmental knowledge, environmental beliefs, and environmental attitudes. Then, we developed the environmental issue-based teaching materials for secondary school students. The subjects participated in a environmental issue-based approach that consist of 3 lesson over an three weeks period. The results of this study presents that environmental knowledge and environmental beliefs are effective for the environmental problem solving in middle school environment class. First, secondary school students knew well ecological knowledge about environmental problem, and was entertaining most ecological beliefs. Second, secondary school students were having attitude which is most pro-environmental behaviors. Third, secondary school students are referring necessity of development partially about environment point at issue of country level. But, they were retaining situation of preservation about environment point at issue of area level. It's not easy to generalize these results because of many different variables, but the results suggests that teachers should make an effort to improve student's environmental problem solving ability applying environmental issue-based learning. And it's necessary to develop many kinds of environmental issues and teacher's instruction method to enrich problem solving ability in the process of environmental issue-based learning.

  • 이 연구는 학부모의 에너지절약 인식 및 행동이 유아의 친환경태도와 환경보전지식에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2013년 6월 10일부터 30일까지 충남 N시의 농어촌형 어린이집에 다니는 유아와 부모 160명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 학부모의 에너지절약 인식이 유아의 친환경태도에 미치는 영향은 학부모의 환경보전의식, 에너지 전략의식이 유아의 친환경태도에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 학부모의 에너지절약 행동이 유아의 친환경태도에 미치는 영향은 학부모의 일반행동, 선택행동이 유아의 친환경태도에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 학부모의 에너지절약 인식이 유아의 환경보전지식에 미치는 영향은 학부모의 환경보전지식, 에너지 전략의식이 유아의 환경보전지식에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 학부모의 에너지절약 행동이 유아의 환경보전지식에 미치는 영향은 학부모의 일반행동, 선택행동이 유아의 환경보전지식에 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 연구결과 학부모의 에너지절약 인식과 행동은 유아의 친환경태도와 환경보전지식에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 유아의 친환경태도와 환경보전지식을 긍정적으로 높이기 위해 학부모의 바른 에너지절약인식과 행동의 중요함을 시사해 준 것이라 할 수 있다.
