This study aims to emphasize the necessity of strengthening the information subject through the introduction of a new concept of rights called 'digital environmental rights' and proposes an improvement in the educational composition model of the information culture section in the information subject. Through the introduction of the concept of digital environmental rights, we intend to provide a logical basis for making the information subject a required subject. In addition, we intend to enhance the competencies required for living in a digital environment by improving the structure of the information culture section in the information subject. As a study on this, the logic of the concept of rights required in the digital environment is analyzed and the concept of digital environmental rights applied to it is established. Furthermore, by analyzing relevant curricula in major countries, including the United States, Australia, and Japan, which provide the main basis for digital environmental rights, an improvement plan for the educational composition in the information and culture education sector is formulated. The results of the study are as follows: First, digital environment rights are 'rights to enjoy a pleasant and safe digital environment'. Second, the components of digital environmental rights include rights for the environment (cyberethics), rights of the environment (cybersafety), and rights about the environment (cybersecurity). Third, in the major countries studied various educational structures are being implemented with regard to information-related education contents on the digital citizenship, code ethics, and new technology security.

This study aims to find the direction of subject-divisional plan and the change of composition factors in university Library. To confront new information environment, change of service providing environment, academic characteristics of universities. and users' information needs, the collection and service of university libraries are needed to be restructured based on subject-divisional plan. To adopt subject divisional plan effectively. it is necessary to recognize necessity and reasonability of subject - divisional plan by analyzing a change of physical, intellectual, human, and user factors in the libraries from the aspect of subject-divisional plan. That is, the collection and service of university libraries should be reorganized according to the subjects along with such changes as below. First, people came to consider convenience of space and path of building inside more than past. Second, collection becomes constructed and materials are located based on effectiveness rather than logicality. Third, subject oriented service of library became active through developing the subject abilities of librarians. Fourth, users have tendency to visit libraries lot a special subject matter.

Do subject addition of existent picture reflex inside in this treatise as system that confirmation is available, do subject addition of picture reflex inside through GPS's photography position and Come on! direction angle of deviation campus to do confirmation possibility system design. Constructed each environment of Windows Operating System and embedded system environment for verification of system that is subject position of designed picture reflex also. To development environment of embedded system S3C2440A & used PXA270 processor, Camera and GPS in development baud, Come on! include deviation campus, and development language embodied in C language, and debugging environment did debugging using GCC compiler of Linux environment. PC software for verification designed system to confirm for subject position confirmation of picture reflex through Almap, Google Eartch developed verification software using visual C++. Also, groped way to utilize picture file by various field including position information within picture. Confirmed that decreased by error extent 1m within of radius 10m that is existent GPS's error extent as verification result.

Environment education, which is a principal solution to environmental problems in the world, is being practiced in Korea through the national curricula for primary and secondary schools. However, it hasn't been effective so far to practice environment education within those schools where a variety of subjects are taught. The purpose of this study is to look for the possibility of practicing environment education and thereby to make some suggestions for effective environment education in the field of English education, which doesn't seem to have a close relationship with environment education. This study first specified prospective contents of environment education by analyzing the Seventh National English Curriculum. Then, on the basis of them, the study explored how to practice environment education in the field of English education. Finally, for effective environment education, it made some suggestions and emphasized the importance of consistent efforts.

The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the recognition of students and teachers towards an influence of a subject classroom system to teacher's learning activities and student's learning attitude. The study was subjected to students and teachers at a school that has innovatively operated subject classroom system from before 2009. The results of the research are as follows. First, the result of investigation shows that the quality of class has been improved. The formats of managing class and class materials have become various. Second, there is an affirmative exchange in student's learning attitude, such as student's active participation, concentration, preparation and interest toward a class. Third, the fifty percent of teachers answered it that a block time system and intensive study system is required to manage an efficient subject classroom system. Lastly, the investigation shows that teachers and students are generally satisfied with running the subject classroom system. However, the satisfaction ratio of students is lower than the one of teachers.

Firstly, the goals and the domains of contents of environmental education was classified in order to systematize the contents of environmental education which would be taught in each subject. According to these goals and domains of contents, the contents of 10 subjects (Korean Language, Ethics, Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, Music, Arts, Physical Practicum(Technology and Heme Economics), English were analyzed. The norms in the analysis of the goals of environmental education by each subject were 4 domains: information and knowledge, skills, value & attitudes, & action and participation. The norms in the analysis of the contents of environmental education by each subject were 11 domains: natural environment, artificial environment, population, industrialization/urbanization, resources, environmental pollution, environmental preservation and measures, environmental sanitation, environmental ethics, environmentally sound and sustainable development(ESSD), and sound consumption life. As a result, it was found that all the 4 domains of goals in environmental education could come true. Furthermore, the goals of environmental education were found to be reached in the subjects of Korean Language, Music, Arts, Physical Education, Mathematics, English, etc., which had been thought to have nothing to do with environmental education. It was also found that the contents of each subject could deal with its own unique environmental contents. The result of this study can keep all subjects from overlapping in environmental contents, and can make the most of each subject's characteristics. Also, the result of this study will be referenced in developing the teaching and learning materials for environmental education according to each subject.

Calculating and predicting the thermal comfort in outdoor environment are difficult than in indoor environment because composition parameters are variable, interrelations among parameters are very complex and human activities in outdoor are diverse. Moreover, the thermal expectancy of subject in outdoor environment is different from that of indoor environment. The aims of this study are to examine the difference between indoor and outdoor thermal comfort range. With this in mind, field measurement for estimating outdoor thermal environment and a questionnaire survey with simultaneous measurement around the subject were conducted.

Nowadays, according to the interests in the environmental infinity for the housing complex, there are various studies going on for setting general ideas and plans of them. And in some of the leading places are applied by the infinity of the natural environment. So, by this study, I analyzed the classification and the system of the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater and then suggested the problems about these and the studies for the generalization of the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater based on my real investigation of the center of infiltrated facilities for the rainwater in the Kiheung, Sangal Kum Hwa Village designed and builded by the Korea Housing Corporation for building housing complex with the infinity of the natural environment. I grasped the realities based on subject investigations and designs and found out the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater in the subject. Those are the porous concretes, pebbles and cobbles. The problems in the subject are supervision of these places and a shoddy and fault constructions by the ignorance and lack of recognition for the construction. These will be solved by reconsidering of the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater. The system of the infiltration is that the rainwater of the top of the building flows into the brook in the subject through the field of the subject. There must be going to be leading studies on the effect of these facilities and influence on the environment for the generalization of the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater of natural environment.

The environment is composed of at least two components, the natural and the human-made one. Nonetheless, the environment is being used to connote the natural environment. Moreover, even though the components of environment exist in a mutual relationship as a mechanism, it is rare to study the components of environment and their system as a mechanism. With such an implication, this paper aims to identify the components of environment and their system. The components of environment can be categorized by two criteria. One is the subject of creating environment, and the other is the visuality of environment. The former categorizes the environment into the natural and the human-made one, and the latter into physical and nonphysical one. Integrating the two criteria into a framework, the environment can be categorized into the natural, the human-made physical, and the human-made nonphysical environment. The three categories of environment exist interrelatedly in a mechanism being characterized as a mutual impact. The mechanism may be called the environmental system. The environmental system can be analyzed in terms of two dimensions. One is a human-inclusive system. The other is a human-centered system. The former is a framework that includes humans as a component of environment. The latter is a framework that humans are the subject of the environment, and the others surrounding human life are the object of the environment. The former is defined as a circular system of material and energy, while the latter is defined as a mutual subjective-objective system.

Character means a person's nature and the mind and behavior to lead a desirable life personally and socially. Also character can be changed with education and environment. Therefore character education will be possible to do practice through various educational activities and life experiences in school. In other words, we think that students will get person's character required to lead a desirable life personally and socially beyond what they just learn knowledge and skill, enter the higher schools and succeed one's way. This study accepts merits of existing character education policy through subject(mathematics) education and focus on direction for character education through subject(mathematics) education for systematic and synthetic approach for practice of character education. For this, we will see applicability of the plan for character education in the whole subject education, in particular focusing on cases of character education in mathematics subject.
