농촌지역 주거약자를 위한 주택 리모델링 지원사업 개선방향 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement related with the House Remodeling Support Program for Underprivileged Group in Rural Area)

  • In rural areas, in spite of the development projects of town and houses has been performed after the New Community Movement, due to rapid industrialization and urbanization, which lasted until the 2000s from the 1980s, out-migration to the cities, changes in the industrial structure, rapid aging was carried. As a result, the gap of housing environment between urban and rural areas became more serious. The meantime, the housing problem is recognized only to the problems of the big cities, mostly urban public housing policy oriented. However, when you check the indicator of the housing environment, such as the percentage of aging housing, rural environment has become a relatively poor compared to the city. In addition, due to a decrease in income and aging of the population living in rural areas of existing infrastructure to improve the living environment is weakened. And inside of the rural areas, changes in the housing environment and polarization phenomenon is becoming increasingly serious. Therefore, in this study, there is a purpose to be presented the improvement direction for efficient implementation of house remodeling support program for underprivileged group in rural areas and requires immediate attention improvement of housing environment. Previously, House remodeling support project in rural areas was carried out at the initiative of local governments and government mainly. For this reason, it is difficult due to limited institutional, to reflect the necessary parts directly to the real life of the residents. And, the demand for improvement of housing environment need modifications to solve the inconvenience of life of residents directly in many cases. It is considered that community-based house remodeling support project is to be carried out through the participation of local residents.

선원 고령화에 따른 해기교육 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Maritime Education by Aging Seamen)

  • 우리나라는 2000년 고령화 사회에 진입한 이후 2019년 현재 고령사회로 분류되고 있다. 이에 따라 고령선원의 수는 해를 거듭할수록 증가하는 추세이고, 고령선원의 해양사고 건수도 해마다 증가하고 있다. 도로 교통분야에서도 운전자의 고령화가 해운분야와 동일하게 나타나고 있다. 하지만, 도로 교통분야에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하려는 연구와 정책 등이 해운분야에 비해 활발하게 진행되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도로 교통분야에서 고령운전자에 의한 교통사고 발생원인을 줄이기 위한 노력 중 교육분야에 한정하여 살펴보고 이를 해기교육에 벤치마킹하였다. 국내·외 도로 교통분야에서는 인적요인 등의 발생원인을 줄이기 위한 방안의 하나로 고령운전자 교통안전교육을 시행하고 있다. 고령화에 따른 교육분야 문제 현황을 분석하고 도로 교통분야의 해결방안과 접목하였으며, 그에 따른 해기교육 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문적인 면허취득교육을 시행하는 방안이다. 둘째, 고령선원의 면허갱신 시 직무 보수교육을 시행하는 방안이다. 마지막으로 고령선원 연령전환 교육을 시행하는 방안이다. 다만, 본 연구는 선원고령화에 따른 해기교육분야의 개선방안에 한정된 연구인 만큼 향후 다양한 분야에서의 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

실물대 모형을 이용한 고령자 주거공간의 생활행위별 조명환경 평가에 관한 연구 (Evaluation of Lighting Environment of Residential Space for Senior People by each Life Behavior with Mock-up Model)

  • The purpose of this study is to execute evaluation experiment to know the evaluation property of lighting environment of residential space for senior people, considering visual characteristics along aging, and finally provide basic data for the lighting plan to ensure the visual amenity. Processes of this study are as follows;1) Analyzed the variation property of visual sensibility and visual ability of senior people along aging. 2) Selected 3 types of life behavior(rest, conversation and reading) after checking life behavior in residential space for senior people based on advanced study. 3) Made the Mock-up Model that Dimming is possible, actual furnace to model. 4) Executed sensitivity evaluation experiment about lighting environment. 5) Analyzed evaluation property of lighting environment of residential space for senior people. Results of this study are as follows, 1) With lens-filter, we got comfort and amenity in bulb-color lamp which has similar color temperature with red of lens filter. 2) Lighting environment tests during conversation : With lens filters, they felt comfort on bulb color in case of higher illuminance than 850lux and daylight color in 500lux. 3) Lighting environment tests at reading : With lens filter, bulb color got better score in brightness and appropriateness than daylight color.

장기운용항공기 구조물의 잔여 피로수명예측 기법 (An Evaluation of Fatigue Life for Aging Aircraft Structure)

  • Aging aircraft structures are inevitably exposed to environment for a long time facing many potential problems, including corrosion and wide spread fatigue damage, which in turn cause the degradation of flight safety. In this study, the environmental surface damages on aging aircraft structures induced during service were quantitatively analyzed. Additionally, S-N fatigue tests were performed with center hole specimens extracted from aging aircraft structures. From the results of quantitative analyses of the surface damages and fatigue tests, it is concluded that corrosion pits initiated during service reduce the fatigue life significantly. Finally, using the fracture mechanics and the EIFS (equivalent initial flaw size) concepts, the remaining fatigue life was predicted based on actual fatigue test results.

Atrazine의 토양 흡착 및 탈착에 미치는 접촉시간의 영향 (Aging Effects on Sorption and Desorption of Atrazine in Soils)

  • 토양과 유기화합물의 접촉시간은 흡착과 탈착의 특성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 atrazine의 토양 흡착과 탈착에 미치는 접촉시간의 영향을 연구하였다. 등온 흡착실험을 수행하여 토양과 수용액 사이의 분배계수를 구하였고, 탈착에 대한 동력학 실험을 수행하고 three-site desorption모델을 이용, 회기분석 하여 탈착속도 계수들을 추산하였다. atrazine과 토양의 접촉시간은 2일에서부터 8개월까지 변화시켰다. 2일 흡착에 대한 atrazine의 흡착등온 곡선은 거의 선형이었고$(r^2>0.97)$, 흡착분배계수는 토양의 유기탄소 함량과 강한 양의 상관관계를 가졌으며 사용한 모든 토양에서 접촉시간이 길어질수록 증가하였다. 흡착곡선에서의 비선형성은 Houghton muck토양을 제외하고는 접촉시간에 따라 증가하지 않았다. 탈착실험 분석으로부터 접촉시간이 증가함에 따라 equilibrium site분율은 감소하고 non-desorbable site 분율은 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 사용한 모든 토양에서 토양유기탄소 함량으로 표준화한 경우 desorbable sites 에서의 atrazine농도는 접촉시간에 따라 비교적 일정한 것에 비해 non-desorbable site에서의 atrazine농도는 접촉시간이 증가함에 따라 증가하였다.

노후불안인식 영향요인: 연령집단별 비교 (Study on Variables Affecting Aging Anxiety: Comparison among Age Groups)

  • 본 연구는 노후불안인식의 수준과 노후불안인식에 영향을 주는 요인을 각 연령집단별로 살펴보고, 노후불안을 낮추기 위해 사회적으로 어떠한 대안이 마련되어야 하는지 탐색하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. "2017 연령통합 설문 조사" 자료를 사용하였으며, 총 1,017명의 조사대상자를 청년층 307명, 중년층 357명, 노년층 353명의 3개 연령집단으로 구분하여 노후불안인식 영향 요인들을 비교분석하였다. 각 연령집단 간 노후불안인식의 정도에 차이가 있는지 분산분석을 통해 살펴보았으며, 노후불안인식에 대한 각 변수들의 영향력을 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석해 보았다. 분석결과, 각 연령집단별 노후불안인식에는 차이가 없었으나, 그에 영향을 미치는 요인에는 집단 간 차이가 있었다. 노후불안인식에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석한 회귀분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 노인낙인은 모든 연령집단에서 노후불안인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 근로가능연령은 청년층과 중년층에서 노후불안인식에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 사회공정성인식은 중년층과 노년층에서 노후불안인식에 영향을 주는 요인으로 분석되었다. 연령통합인식과 고령친화적 환경 변인은 노년층에서만 노후불안인식에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 본 연구는 노후불안에 대해 사회적 관점에서 접근하고자 하였으며, 노년기에 대한 인식과 사회 환경에 대한 인식과의 연관성을 통해 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

  • A series of images were displayed on an OLED display placed within a digital still camera body to characterize the aging of the OLED display in a realistic environment and with an image set that matches actual consumer usage as closely as possible. The aging characteristics of the OLED display were measured and shown to meet the requirements of a digital still camera application by a wide margin.

고령화 사회에 있어서 거주환경과 주생활에 관한 조사연구 - 노부모와 자녀간의 거주형태의 실태 및 동향 - (A study of residential environment and life for aging society - The condition of the living relationship between parent and child and its trend -)

  • This research studies the residential environment of the elderly and its trend. Our main focus is on the residential condition and its type between parents and their child/ren in korea which has already entered the aging society. The results are as follows: (1) This paper finds that the residence type of the households with elderly people becomes multifarious, as in a two-generation household, a couple and their single child, a couple family, etc. (2) The parents living separately from their child/ren account for 63.3%, which is becoming predominant in the residence type of the elderly. On the other hand, those living with their child/ren take up merely 24.5%. Thus, we can infer that the number of the parents with the former type is on the increase. (3) The residence type in reality is different from the one intended by elderly people, so we can estimate future change in the residence type. (4) The residence type varies, as in living together with young family, living separately from young family, separation at a distance, etc. In conclusion, we need appropriate living programs for each various residence type between elderly people and their children.

고령화 사회에 따른 국민임대아파트 1층 공유공간의 계획방향에 대한 연구 (A study on Design Planning of the National Rental Apartment's Community Space Located on Ground Level Floor for Aging Society)

  • Lower birth rate and higher elder people are serious social problem in Korea. In 2003, the total birth rate is 1.19 per person, that record is lowest among OECD country. In 2005, Korea has been the aging society with 9.0% in aged population rate. Increasing of aged population results in elder estrangement and confliction with other generations. The social problem can be solved in some degree by improving housing environment and many kinds of welfare program. This study suggests a solution of the problem by applying community space located on ground level floor. The ground level floor of apartment has many physical benefits like connection to the earth, extension, safeness for the aged and child. in case of the National Rental apartment, small residential area and high rate of elder, child, the disabled make the ground level floor useful space for community. According to case study, almost the National Rental apartment hasn't enough facilities supporting various generations and don't supply comfortable environment. So, this study presents how to design the National Rental Apartment's community space located on ground level floor.

Sequestration of Organic Pollutants in the Environments: Implications on Bioavailability and Bioremediation

  • For the last several decades, the fate of organic pollutants has been extensively studied in natural environments with emphasis on sorption and desorption phenomena. Although the mechanisms involved are not clear yet there is a consensus about the existence of hysteresis in the sorption and desorption of organic pollutants. Furthermore, it is found that hysteresis is the outcome of slow nonequilibrium sorption of organic pollutants, which results in the formation of desorption-resistant fractions of the pollutants. Desorption-resistant fractions may increase as a function of the residence time of the pollutants in the environments. Field monitoring data show a slow but continuous decline of chemicals applied to soil, followed by little or no subsequent disappearance. One plausible explanation for such resistance to biodegradation, desorption, or extraction can be attributed the gradual movement of organic pollutants to less accessible remote sites inside the matrix with time. This phenomenon has been termed sequestration or aging. The fact that some pollutants are sequestered in soil with time may have a great impact on bioremediation and risk assessment, Some portion of the resistant pollutants may still be present in the environments after bioremediation. It requires vigorous means to completely remove the aged portion that may not be further bioavailable. However, precaution should be taken since aging is not always evident. Aging seems to be soil and chemical specific.
