Recently the impact sound insulation performance is regarded as one of the most import factors in determining the quality of housing environment. In order to reduce the impact sound level transmitted through the floors and structures, establishing the standard level of impact sound insulation performance is needed. In this consideration, The effecting facts for the standard insulation level is reviewed.

In Our Country, the fire safety design is done by the standard furnace fire test. This is haphazard procedure, as the standard furnace fire endurance of structural elements has little relation to the structural element endurance in an actual Compartment fire. The standard furnace fire test results, though obtained at great cost, do not contribute to the understanding of the behavior of structural elements in an elevated temperature environment and can not be applied rationally in fire safety design. The response of a steel and reinforced concrete structure in fire is a very complex problem. Therefore, in this paper is explained about tendency of study for fire safety design in advanced nations.

In today's R&D environment, as the complexity of IT systems increases and the expected quality level for R&D outcomes enlarges, it has been critical issues for us to effectively define and improve the R&D standard processes tailored for our organization and projects. To meet this needs, we defined the R&D standard processes based on the international standards for systems and software engineering and our existing traditional work methods, and then applied them of our ongoing projects. Now, we are improving our defined R&D standard processes continuously by monitoring of the processes and products and through the feedback of the application results. In this paper, we introduce the R&D standard process model developed by our organization (E research Institute in Korea) and the requirements and approaches used for their development and improvement. We compare our defined R&D standard processes with ISO/IEC 15288 which is the international standards for systems engineering and summarize the lessons learned through their development and improvement.

Recently, the various information according to the company management is originated in the change of the rapid company environment. And the necessity of the administration,that is systematic and efficient toward the various document of a form, is gradually increased. At the same time, the efficient management ability of the various standard document obtained the specialized quality authentication system including the ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, quality 5 star, and etc., it maintains occupies the very important part as to the company management. This research suggests the standard business process of the auto part supplier for the efficient management of the standard document. In addition, by building and managing the standard management system will be able to expect the more efficient document management and the product reliability insurance.

This study is to organize the frame of measuring inventory for housing quality related to mental health in foreign literature reviews. In the first step, many housing quality contents or items are extracted from empirical studies, including housing environment quality and mental health. In the next step, extracted contents and items are classified by space scope (house and neighborhood unit) and WHO housing properties (safety & security, health & sanitation, efficiency/convenience, comfort/amenity). Almost all housing properties follow the WHO standard, but some properties, sustainability and economic characteristics, do not follow the standard. These reflect on current Korean housing environment. They are energy saving and environment friendly effort, property value and economic burden, identity expression, and school district. So they need to be added to the Korean housing quality measurement related to mental health.

This paper analyses the main cause of pollution in Beijing city-the limiting of the pollution caused by coal burning has seen important progress, and natural gas is assuming an important role in China's energy strategy as the country actively seeks new and cleaner sources of energy, since 1997 to 2007, the gas supply for Beijing was given, compared with the air quality standard above II which set up by WHO(World Healthy Organization), as a result the important relationship between the environment and gas using was found, then the percent of $SO_2$, $NO_2$, PM10, CO, $O_3$ of air was shown from August $8^{th}-24^{th}$ 2006, Which it was verified that the quality of air will be perfect within the standard of WHO during the Olympic Game 2008 China.

This paper presents, the design of a latch mechanism for wafer containers in a standard mechanical interface environment. For an integrated circuits fabrication factory, the standard mechanical interfaced wafer container is an effective tool to prevent wafers from particle contamination during wafer storage, transporting or transferring. The latch mechanism inside the container door is used to latch and further seal the wafer container for safety and air quality. Kinematic characteristics of the mechanism are established by analyzing the required functions of the mechanisms. Based on these characteristics, a methodology for enumerating feasible latch mechanisms is developed. New mechanisms with one degree-of-freedom and up to five links are generated. An optimum design is also identified with respect to the criteria pertinent to the application. The computer-aided simulation is also built to verify the design.

Various types of restaurants in Seoul city are a were assessed in terms of facilities equipped, and dining and kitchen space allocation. Facilities checklist was developed to evaluate the facilities condition of sampled restaurants. Subjective sample were randomly selected based on the distribution factors of areas, types and sizes. The facilities for the sanitary working environment were assessed as the insufficient condition. Also basic kitchen equipments and facilities, and restroom facitilities of restaurants were within the kitchen or dining room space allowance level. Space requirement and facilities standard models were developed for the guideline to improve the working environment.

In order to identify various Cryptosporidium species in environment, nested PCR-RFLP and DNA sequencing method were used. The sensitivity of nested PCR-RFLP based on 18s rRNA gene was shown to 1 oocyst. Therefore, we applied nested PCR-RFLP method to environmental samples. As a result, only 4 samples out of 8 samples confirmed as Cryptosporidium parvum by standard method of Cryptosporidium were identified as Cryptosporidium parvum by nested PCR-RFLP and DNA sequencing method. The rest of 4 samples among 8 samples were identified as Cryptosporidium muris, Cryptosporidium bailey. Therefore, in addition to standard method of Cryptosporidium, supplementary verification through nested PCR-RFLP and DNA sequencing should be needed to give more accurate information about risk of Cryptosporidium.
