This study aimed to draw the plan elements and characteristics that should be considered in case when developing guidelines to build up roads in rural villages. Drawing the construction elements necessary for building up roads through the advanced researches, the survey was conducted for relevant experts in order to evaluate the importance of each plan element of route plan, design & construction and operation & management. The result determined total 105 contents that should be considered in case when building up roads in rural villages. The study on building up roads in rural villages as a strategy to vitalize rural areas means universal roads that connect each village with rural amenities in various values like walking tour road, visit roads and observation roads. It is considered that the development of guidelines for building up roads in rural villages could be used as a basic data to build up roads where nature, culture and history of rural areas can be effectively experienced and enjoyed.

Development of efficient integration management system needs to operate and manage internet shopping mall for customer, sale, product, stock, account management. The purpose of this paper implements of small shopping mall logistics management system as a plan to raise efficiency of management of the Internet shopping mall which was a representative business form of electronic commerce. Logistics management system operates an Internet shopping mall, progressed with the aim of construction of the management system that systematizes a member, a product, a stock, customer management, and can efficiently manage a total stock grasp and the amount of transaction of a product based on Web environment by real time.

Recently in the construction business construction companies has been ordered to survive in the terriblly competitive environment. Aa a result, most of the project with low-priced contract needs a speedy progress during all construction period. For the last five years major incident frequently occurs and results in the death of 189 workers at major top 6 construction builders. In most recent 10 years, the cause of major incidents happened in construction company is the speedy construction work that is affecting on the safety management. To prevent these accidents in the speedy construction work, four factors were chosed and analysed such as the personnel/organization, the working budget, the subcontractor selection and the employee motivation. The head office taked the support plan and tested it at the pilot work site. It showed a reduced accident and the harmful factors can be eliminated. It should be able to apply to the field to secure safety and prevent accidents.

In this study, based on the international standard the quantitative assessment model for the level of safety, health and environment was developed. As a result of applying this model, the company(workplace) which has established improvement plan based on quantitative assessment of short-term and long-term requirements, and implemented it was acquired more higher level of safety, health and environment by more than the existing ones.

I intend to grope for the desirable outdoor color environment creation plan through researching situation of our apartment houses color environment and grasping the point at issue. The rearch was made that Ilsan(16 items) new city apartment were selected and the color seperately measured such as the dominant, the aid, the accent colors through applied color component ratio was researched by calculating square measure of matched colors and through that the evaluation of apartment complex color environment was formed. The planned construction problems were issued from comparing the planned scheme and the present carrying color status guide by investigating the color plan applied Ilsan new city. The current out apartment outdoor color environment is poor, and the color plan of the early stage has many insufficient parts and many operation errors. For the creation of desirable color environment, the color plan establishment by regional characteristics, the color environment management, though exhaustive color consultation, and the external construction technique improvement, the standard color sheet diffusion, the color understanding of architects, the public relations (P.R), the education on the importance of color are required.

As discarded fishing gear settles or floats on the seabed, it destroys the spawning and habitat of fisheries resources that causes various safety accidents and adverse effects on the environment, such as generating microplastics and causing ship accidents. In order to solve this problem, this study is intended to present an implementation plan for establishing a fishing gear deposit system in order to use it as basic data for establishing policies for fishing gear management in Korea. In order to successfully implement the fishing gear deposit system, the deposit system must be established in the form of fishing gear completed at the production stage. It was found that the marking of the object should be easy, and that determining an appropriate deposit amount to motivate the return of waste fishing gear and establishing a convenient return procedure for returned waste fishing gear were important factors. In addition, transparent management of unreturned deposits and mandatory use of fishing gear subject to the deposit system for fishermen will be necessary. The role of a specialized organization to manage and operate all of these procedures is also very important. It is necessary to establish a new mandatory provision in the Fisheries Act to require fishermen who directly use fishing gear to use fishing gear with a deposit refund mark, and to ensure the implementation of the deposit system by linking it with the evaluation items of government policy projects. Since the main purpose of the deposit system is to collect discarded fishing gear, a support plan will be necessary in accordance with the purchase project for fishing waste salvaged by local governments in 2020.

Carpinus laxiflora communities are known as the climax forest community of the temperate zone of Korea. There are three Carpinus laxiflora communities in Seoul. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of Carpinus laxiflora communities of Seoul and supply basic data for establishing of a management plan. The research sites are Sahmyook University, Mountain Dobong and Jinkwandong. This study considers investigation and the analysis of communities structure, soil characteristics and the growth increment of trees. As the result of study, we could know that the growth increment of the Carpinus laxiflora trees of Seoul is decreasing recently because of soil acidification and so on. Also the vegetation disturbance is increasing because of naturalized plant. Oak wilt disease has appeared in the oak forest around Sahmyook University that is the largest Carpinus laxiflora communities area in Seoul. For that reason the open gap was appeared in forest, and the spread of naturalized plants has been increasing in the gap. Furthermore, the Carpinus laxiflora trees are affected by the Platypus koryoensis which is a kind of oak wilt disease. And so, Unless there is a specific management plan, the survival of Carpinus laxiflora communities are uncertain in Seoul. Therefore the management plan of Carpinus laxiflora communities is necessary such as precise investigation, annual monitoring, etc. For the conservation of the Carpinus laxiflora communities, it is necessary to establish the management plan of the biodiversity for Seoul area.
