Kano 모델을 적용한 의료관광교육서비스 품질개선에 관한 연구 (The Quality Improvement of Medical Tourism Education Service Applying Kano Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve the quality of medical tourism education services in Korea. Methods: This study used a method of conducting a survey of students who have completed medical tourism education and customer satisfaction coefficient and potential customer satisfaction index were calculated by applying the Kano model. Results: The results of this study are as follows; First, Eight medical tourism education service quality factors were classified as an attractive quality attribute. Second, Thirteen medical tourism education service quality factors were classified as an one-dimensional quality attribute. Third, Online education operation factor was classified as an indifferent quality attribute. Fourth, Instructor quality factor and physical environment quality factor showed relatively high better and high worse coefficients. Finally, According to the PCSI index, it was found that the scope of improvement was the largest when focusing intensively on the quality factors of instructors. Conclusion: This study suggests strategic implications for nurturing excellent professional manpower through quality improvement of education services by identifying the quality factors of major medical tourism education services perceived by students.

토양 위해성평가 지침에서 피부흡수발암계수 및 비산먼지농도 인자 개선 (Improvement of Dermal Absorption Slope Factor and Suspended Particle Concentration for Soil Risk Assessment Guideline)

  • A risk assessment on the heavy metals including arsenic (As), cupper (Cu), lead (Pb), and zinc (Zn) was investigated by setting exposure routes in agricultural fields. Moreover, the factors requiring improvement in risk assessment were also discussed through a review of the dermal absorption slope factor (SFabs) and total amount of suspended particles (TSP) in the current risk assessment guidelines. Assessment results show that the total cancer risk (TCR) of As through crop and soil ingestion was 1.51E-03 in adults and 6.37E-4 in children, which indicated a carcinogenic risk (exceeding 1E-05). On the other side, the harzard index (HI) was 3.37 in adults and 1.41 in children, which was evaluated as having a non-carcinogenic risk (>1). The carcinogenic purification targets for As were calculated to be 6.84 mg/kg in adults and 6.86 mg/kg in children, while the non-carcinogenic purification targets were calculated to be 13.43 mg/kg for adults and 22.54 mg/kg for children. When applying SFabs 61 of the current guidelines, it appears that there is a carcinogenic risk even though the As exposure concentration is below the area of concern 1 standard (25 mg/kg), which suggestes that additional research on this factor is required for the risk assessment. In order to apply the measured suspended particle concentration to risk assessment, TSP should be derived from PM10 using an appropriate correlation equation. As a result, it is suggested to improve the risk assessment guidelines so that the mesured PM10 value measured in the field can be used directly.

Model and Field Testing of a Heavy-Duty Gas Turbine Combustor

  • The results of stand and field testing of a combustion chamber for a heavy-duty 150 MW gas turbine are discussed. The model represented one of 14 identical segments of a tubular multican combustor constructed 1:1 scale. The model experiments were executed at a lower pressure than that in a real gas turbine. Combustion efficiency, pressure loss factor, pattern factor, liner wall temperature, flame radiation, fluctuating pressure and NOx emission were measured at partial and full loads for both model and on-site testing. The comparison of these items in the stand and field test results led to has the development of a method of calculation and the improvement of gas turbine combustors.

부산의 주거정비사업 추진에 미치는 영향요인 분석 (An Analysis of Locational Factors to Affect Residential Improvement Projects in Busan Metropolitan City)

  • 부산지역 내 주거정비사업들의 추진이 매우 부진한 실정이다. 도시 및 주거 정비 기본계획상 정비예정구역의 지정 시 사업추진을 고려하지 않은 채 예정구역을 지정함으로 발생된 문제로 인식된다. 본 연구에서는 부산의 입지적 요인들이 사업추진가능성에 영향을 미친다고 가정하여 영향요인변수를 위치적 조건, 지형적조건, 규모적 조건, 입지유형적 조건, 규제적 조건 등 5개의 조건으로 구분하고 12개의 항목을 선정하여 이들 요소들이 사업추진에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는 지를 규명하였다. 판별분석한 결과 재개발의 경우 사업추진에 크게 영향력을 미치는 변수로는 사업용적율, 정비유형, 면적이 대표적인 요인으로 작용하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 재건축의 경우 사업추진에 미치는 영향력이 큰 변수로 사업용적율, 정비유형, 전면도로폭, 경사 등으로 분석되었다.

주거이동의 동기와 영향변인 분석 -진주시 집합주택을 중심으로- (A Study on Motives and Effective Variables of Residential Mobility)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the motives of residential mobility and variables which effect it through surveying questionaires of 240 housewives who lived in a tenement house. The analytical methods adopted in this study were factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, multiple regression analysis. The SPSS+ program was used in analysis. The major findings were as follows: First, the motives were composed of 6 factors ; housing improvement, housing policy, accumulation of property, comfortable residential environment, educational environment, traffic convenience. Second, there were a significant differences in residential mobility according to socio-demographic and housing variables. Third, in analysis of variables which effect residential mobility, a housing improvement influenced by socio-demographic variables, an comfortable residential environment influenced by housing variables and also family life cycle was a variable that effect factors such as housing policy, accumulation of property, educational environment and traffic convenience.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the handicapped facility in residential outside area, to found how to improve the law in analyzing the residential area and to suggest consideration factor in design phase. To concentrate the study, the objects of case study are selected carefully, also case study method is selected as well as objects. After observing the summary of objects, the checklist is made accordance with the improvement law of facility. The checklist has the general and detail factor about outdoor residential area, and the detail factor is based on the improvement law of facility and is used to examine and analyze.

중.고등학생의 배경 변인에 따른 요인별 수학 불안의 차이 (Difference in Mathematics Anxiety of Middle and high school students per Factor according to Background Variables)

  • 본 연구는 수학 교육의 가장 큰 이슈 중 하나인 수학에 관한 정의적 영역에서의 향상에 기여하고자 중 고등학교 학생들의 수학 불안에 영향을 미치는 배경 변인에 관한 연구를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 중학교 학생들은 고등학생들보다 더 높은 수학 불안을 나타냈는데, 특히 '외적 요인'과 '학습 방법 요인'에 따른 불안 수준이 높았다. 또한, 여학생보다는 남학생들에게 전반적으로 높은 수학 불안이 나타났으며, 두 집단의 학생들 모두 '외적 요인'과 '학습 방법 요인'에 따른 불안 수준이 더 높게 나타났다. 그 외에도 사교육 시간이 증가할수록 학생들의 수학 불안 수준은 증가하였으며, '시험 및 성적 요인'에서는 자기주도적 학습 시간이 낮은 집단이 나머지 두 집단에 비해 수학 불안의 수준이 높게 나타났다. 수학 불안검사의 4가지 하위 요인 중 학생들은 전반적으로, '시험 및 성적 요인'에 대한 불안이 가장 낮게 나타났고, '수학 외적 요인'에 대한 불안이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.

공원 내 물리적 환경인식이 건강증진 목적의 공원이용에 미치는 영향 - 대구광역시 수성구 근린공원을 대상으로 - (Influence of Physical Environment Perception on Park Use for Health Improvement - Focused on Neighborhood Parks in Suseong-gu, Daegu City -)

  • 본 연구는 건강증진 목적으로 공원을 이용할 경우, 물리적 환경에 관한 인식이 이용자의 만족도 및 공원이용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구대상지는 대구광역시 수성구의 근린생활권 근린공원으로 설정하였으며, 총 143부의 설문지를 분석에 활용하였다. 먼저 공원의 물리적 환경에 대한 인식평가에서는 거주지로부터 공원까지의 접근 및 보행환경에 관한 항목들이 4.04로 높게 평가된 반면, 수공간과 공원 내 볼거리에 관한 항목들은 각각 2.32, 2.66으로 낮게 평가되었다. 다음으로 22개의 물리적 환경 인식요소들을 대표 요인으로 유형화하기 위해 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 안락성, 이용성, 쾌적성, 시설편의성, 시각성 등 5개 요인으로 유형화되었다. 이를 토대로 만족도 및 공원이용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 공원이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 안락성, 이용성, 쾌적성, 시설편의성으로 나타났으며, 이 중 쾌적성이 0.315로 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 공원이용에 영향을 미치는 요인은 이용성과 쾌적성으로 분석되었으며, 이용성이 0.396으로 쾌적성 0.293보다 더 높은 영향성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건강증진 장소로서 공원이용 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 충분한 녹지면적 확보, 수목 및 시설 관리를 통한 쾌적한 환경 조성이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 공원이용을 활성화시키기 위해서는 거주지에서 공원까지의 보행환경 정비, 산책로 개선 등의 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study is to evaluate T-apartment housing located in Inchon by the occupants. The purpose of the study is extracting the design guideline to improve the physical environment in apartment housing from understanding and analyzing the residents'satisfaction and their needs. In this study, the strategy for environmental improvements is suggested to raise the occupants'overall satisfaction from finding the improvement priority. The results of this study are as follows: - The satisfaction level of the occupants is above the moderate level (3.31/3.00). - The construction quality is the 1 st factor in the improvement priority. - The characteristics of the occupants in this survey are that they are conservative in their present physical environment, but that they also need new trends in the unit plan.

  • There are high recognitions on the importance of comforts in Elderly living environment, but the circumstance is that studies on seniors facility space itself are approached only in planning level, and studies on lighting environment which is significantly associated with the comfort in the indoor environment of seniors where they actually spend the majority of their time are not that active. This study was intended to deduce cozy bedroom environment to which existing elderly care facility can be improved by using light shelf the lighting system with the advantage of being able to serve both as building sun visor and lighting window simultaneously in order to analyze the interior environment of bedroom space of elderly care facility the indoor space where the aged spend the majority of their life and examine the directions for the improvement of existing building lighting system through remodeling and renovation. In this study, lighting performance analysis was done in a way that the windows of the bedroom unit in existing facility were set in southbound direction based on two standard types and were put under initial simulation with the use of Autodesk Revit 2011, and after the simulation results were converted to Green Building Studio gbXML file to be used in ECOTECT, Daylight Autonomy a dynamic simulation and static natural lighting simulation the existing method of calculating daylight factors were deduced through Ecotect Analysis 2011. In conclusion, exiting standard model was found in such a condition that the daylight factors for both type A and type B were above 5% the proper standard value, and required improvement. In case light shelf the natural lighting system was attached, the daylight factor was improved to proper standard value for type A, and also was improved above existing facility for type B.
