The purpose of this study was to explore and investigate: the direct impact of training on entrepreneurial performance and self-efficacy, the direct impact of leadership attitudes on entrepreneurial performance, and self-efficacy, the direct impact of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial performance, self-efficacy as a mediator of the effect of training on entrepreneurial performance, and self-efficacy as a mediator of the effect of leadership attitudes on entrepreneurial performance. This study purposively involved 131 entrepreneurs in Village-Owned Enterprises, Kuningan, Indonesia. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The data obtained was analyzed using Path Analysis with SPSS statistical software. This study has several findings. First, training has a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance and self-efficacy. Second, leadership attitudes have a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance and self-efficacy. Third, self-efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance. Fourth, self-efficacy mediates the effect of training on entrepreneurial performance. Fifth, self-efficacy mediates the effect of leadership attitudes on entrepreneurial performance. The findings demonstrated that using self-efficacy-based training and leadership attitudes can enhance entrepreneurial self-confidence and assist them to improve their performance.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of entrepreneurial motivation, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of Mongolian entrepreneurs. Design/methodology/approach This study collected data from a survey on 236 entrepreneurs in Mongolia and investigate research hypotheses by empirical analysis. Findings It was found that entrepreneurial motivation (independence, opportunity-driven, achievement motivation) had a positive effect on the startups' performances, and necessity-driven motivation did not have a significant effect on the startups' performances. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial orientation had a positive effect on performance of startups. There are differences by gender on the relationships between entrepreneurial motivations and startup performances. Research implications or Originality This paper investigates the effects of entrepreneurial motivation, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of startups in Mongolian.
Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and self-efficacy on the positive effects of new firm creation are well developed in past research. However, marketing self-efficacy has not received enough attention on the prediction of entrepreneurial intention despite marketing and entrepreneurship are crucial when creating a new firm. Moreover, resilience has a central role in entrepreneurship research while present study aims to explore the impact of psychological factors on new venture creation but scholars have not begun to uncover specific mechanism through which marketing self-efficacy, resilience and entrepreneurial intention. The purpose of this study then was to examine resilience as mediator in the marketing self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention relationship. Questionnaires were employed to collect data from major universities of future entrepreneurs in Korea. A total of 315 completed questionnaires were returned. Results showed that marketing self-efficacy and resilience had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Further, resilience had a significant mediating effect on the marketing self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention relationship. These results suggest theoretical and practical implications as an important factor to stimulate entrepreneurial intention.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among such variables as self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention in the public sector. In order to achieve the purpose, this study had specifically questions as follows: The first was to examine the effect of the self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial motivation in the public sector. The second was to examine the effect of the self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial intention in the public sector. The third was to examine the effect of the self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial intention according to the entrepreneurial motivation in the public sector. The fourth was to examine the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurial intention in the public sector. A questionnaire was used as the research instrument. A total number of 257 employees in the public sector responded to questionnaire. In order to estimate the hypothesized structural equation model, the collected data were analyzed by AMOS 17.0, a statistical program for structural equation modeling. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, the self-efficacy was found to have a direct effect on the entrepreneurial motivation in the public sector. Second, the self-efficacy was not found to have a direct effect on the entrepreneurial intention in the public sector. Third, the indirect effect of the entrepreneurial motivation between the self-efficacy and the entrepreneurial intention proved positive in the public sector. Fourth, the entrepreneurial motivation was found to have a direct effect on the entrepreneurial intention in the public sector.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention. Further, the paper aims to study the moderating effect of regulatory focus in the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. As per regulatory focus theory, individuals have different goal attainment approaches and underlying motivations; this posits two distinct orientations: promotion focus and prevention focus. Consequently, we hypothesize that the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention would differ depending on the individual's regulatory focus, either promotion or prevention. In order to test the hypotheses, we select a random sample of 494 entrepreneurship students at six universities across the country. The analysis includes a survey of 309 students. The results indicate that students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive effect on their intention to become entrepreneurs. Further, regulatory focus moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. Specifically, the impact of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention is greater in promotion-focused students than in prevention-focused students. The results highlight the need for education methodology that enhances students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy and specialized entrepreneurship education for prevention-focused students.

This study develops the model to estimate the links between social capital, social entrepreneurial self-efficacy, perceived desirability and social entrepreneurial intention. Besides exploring the direct impacts of social capital, social entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and perceived desirability on social entrepreneurial intention, this study also focus on discovering the mediating roles of perceived desirability and social entrepreneurial self-efficacy on this relationship. Throughout adopting measures from some previous studies, the authors design the questionnaires and distribute to students in Vietnam. The study presents some demographic information of 289 students, who are studying at university and colleges in Vietnam. Then, the validity and reliability of scales are assessed using the value of Cronbach's alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). In addition, by utilizing the structural modeling structure (SEM), the authors show that social capital plays the important role in shaping social entrepreneurial self-efficacy, perceived desirability, and social entrepreneurial intention. Interestingly, besides the direct effects on social entrepreneurial intention, perceived desirability and social entrepreneurial self-efficacy also mediate the correlation between social capital and social entrepreneurial intention. Also, with the interesting findings of the study, the authors propose several recommendations for policy-makers, educators and academics to promote the social entrepreneurship and innovation among Vietnamese students.

This study aimed to identify the factors that influence young entrepreneurs' desire to start a smart farm business. Young entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurial opportunity recognition were modeled structurally, and the mediating effect of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition was investigated. Data were conducted from 159 usable questionnaires. The following are the findings of this study. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, but entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition were found to have a mediating effect on entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, the preparation of training programs to encourage entrepreneurship or the dissemination of pertinent information to identify opportunities should take precedence over immediate startup.

The government's various support policies have helped Korea's SMEs and startups to grow from the beginning to the end, from domestic companies to exporters. In particular, direct business support policies such as financial support, R&D projects, and export support have been effective in helping a large number of entrepreneurs and startup companies to establish themselves in the market and have achieved tangible results every year since the establishment of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. As such, the government is making significant efforts to create and promote various types of support policies and to help companies utilize them in their business. However, this study aims to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of government policies and the achievement of managerial performance from the companies' perspective and to suggest the purpose of government support policies and the direction companies should take. Specifically, this study categorizes entrepreneurial self-efficacy into marketing, innovation, management, risk-taking, and financial management, using the relationship model of self-efficacy and collective efficacy to ultimately lead to practical results for SMEs and startups support policies. It uses perceived firm efficacy as a variable to reveal the influence relationship. In addition, the direct and mediating effects of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and policy satisfaction on managerial performance were analyzed to determine what SMEs and startups support policies should do. The results showed that, first, among the five components of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, innovation, and risk-taking efficacy positively affected perceived firm efficacy. Second, the specific components of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, marketing, and financial management efficacy positively influenced policy satisfaction. Third, we found that perceived firm efficacy positively influenced policy satisfaction and managerial performance, which are factors of SMEs and startups' policy performance. Specifically, perceived firm efficacy positively influenced policy satisfaction managerial performance. Fourth, we found that policy satisfaction positively influenced managerial performance.
Entrepreneurial resilience is one of the core competencies that young entrepreneurs should own. However, compared to its importance, related studies about this topic are rare, especially in Korea. Therefore, this study, for empirical analysis, included resilience to the research model expanding existing research. The purpose of this study is to identify the direct effects of perceived norms of young entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial resilience on entrepreneurial intentions, and to identify the mediated effects between perceived norm, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. The data used in this research were collected through questionnaires from 443 potential young entrepreneurs. Our experimental result show that social norm and entrepreneurial self-efficacy were positively related to entrepreneurial resilience. Moreover, personal norm, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial resilience were statistically significant on intention of entrepreneurial. As a result of the indirect effect, entrepreneurial resilience mediates the relationship between social norms, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. Finally, this research has significant meaning because it shows the importance of entrepreneurial resilience to entrepreneurial intention of young entrepreneurs. However, the limitation of this study relates to the restriction of sample in certain regions and universities.

As university students' job seeking stress and entrepreneurial intentions increase, the importance of variable research that can be applied to both concepts. However, recent studies researchers looked at only the influence variables in each concept. So they thought about the difference between entrepreneurship and employment. To solve these problems in this study was to verify the moderating effects of core-self evaluation in the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, job-seeking stress of university students. The data of 349 university students in korea were collected for the study. The collected data were analyzed with multi-regression modeling. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 21.0 The findings of the study were as follows. First, results showed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy affect entrepreneurial intention directly. Second, core-self evaluation affect job-seeking stress of university students. Finally, it was also found that there was moderating effect of core-self evaluation in relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and job-seeking stress of university students. On the other hand it was found there was no moderating effect of core-self evaluation in relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. Based on what has been learned through the analyses, The results of this study suggest that an educational system and institutional are needed to increase entrepreneurial efficacy. And It can be seen that the recognition of core self-evaluation is effective for the job seeking stress. Also, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.
