University Students go through the development process of expertise in a single field based on theoretical knowledge they have learned in the university. Their plans to develop their careers could lead to a shift in business as they choose to find jobs and start businesses throughout their lives. The attitude of career decision making process has been changed from learning in the form of receiving and memorizing existing knowledge to learning in a more proactive and autonomous manner, and there is a growing need for informal learning. In this study, the informal learning is investigated to clarify the impact on the employment competency and entrepreneurial intention. New implications are deduced by the introduction of start-up business to the traditional approach based on the employment ability. In addition, the importance of team-work has been increased in the field of eduction and business. The impact on the employment competency and entrepreneurial intention is studied based on the satisfaction level of team-based learning. Survey was conducted on 163 university students in North Chungcheong Province from March to June 2019 and the results of the study were summarized as follows. First, it has been confirmed that the informal learning of university students has a significant impact on their employment competency, but not on their entrepreneurial intention. Second, the employment competencies have perfect mediating effect on the informal learning and the entrepreneurial intention. Third, the satisfaction on the team-based learning did not have a significant impact on the employment competency of university students by informal learning, but it had a positive effect on the dependency between employment competency and entrepreneurial intention. In these days, start-up education at universities has been strengthened. Throughout this research, the need for informal learning is confirmed to enhance the employment competency and entrepreneurial intention of the university education program. In addition, team-based learning is introduced actively to utilize a variety of information from the university students.

When asked about the success factors of successful entrepreneurs and celebrities, he says he was lucky. The remarkable fact is that the attitude about luck is different. However, despite the fact that the belief that we believe is lucky is actually a dominant concept, there has not been much scientific verification of luck. In this study, we saw good luck not being determined randomly by the external environment, but by being able to control luck through the internal attributes of individuals. This study is significant that we have empirically elucidated what kind of efforts have gained good luck, whereas previous research has largely ended in vague logic where luck ends up with an internal locus of control among internal entrepreneurial qualities and efforts can make a successful entrepreneur. We introduced the concept of good luck belief to avoid confirmation bias, which is, to interpret my experience in a direction that matches what I want to believe, and used a good luck belief questionnaire in previous studies and tried to verify that those who have a good belief can increase entrepreneurial opportunity capability through planned happenstance skills. The reason for choosing the entrepreneurial opportunity capacity as a dependent variable was based on the conventional research, that is, the process of recognizing and exploiting the entrepreneurial opportunity is an important part of the entrepreneurship research For empirical research, we conducted a questionnaire survey of a total of 332 people, and the results of the analysis turned out that the belief of good luck has all the positive impacts of planned happenstance skills' sub-factors: curiosity, patience, flexibility, optimism and risk tolerance. Second, we have shown that only the perseverance, optimism, and risk tolerance of planned happenstance skills' sub-factors have a positive impact on this opportunity capability. Thirdly, it was possible to judge that the sub-factors of planned happenstance skills, patience, optimism, and risk tolerance, had a meditating effect between belief in luck and entrepreneurial opportunity capability. This study is highly significant in logically elucidating that people in charge of business incubation and education can get the specific direction when planning a training program for successful entrepreneur to further enhance the entrepreneurial opportunity ability, which is an important ability for the entrepreneur's success.

This exploratory study focuses on ascertaining the cross-cultural differences in the perception of entrepreneurial orientation among university students in Korea, China, and Japan. Total 670 university students from the three culturally diverse environments were administered questionnaires designed to determine the differences in individual entrepreneurship orientation(IEO). Data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 version. ANOVA was used to test the established hypotheses. Statistically significant differences were found among the three groups of university students in IEO. China displayed the highest level of IEO followed by Korea and then Japan. Japan is less likely to be committed to entrepreneurial activity than Korea and China. The finding implies the sociocultural effect may come into play when young people forms positive attitude on entrepreneurship, that is identical to the arguments of prior studies. This study, however, has contributed to the literature by adding empirical evidence first time on different perceptions of IEO sub-scales by Korean, Chinese and Japanese university students. Theoretical and practical implication have been presented, where the importance of nurturing pro-activeness was stressed for Korean university students, most of all.

Commercializing universities' R&D outputs is a major management challenge and there are limited studies to describe this phenomenon from the perspective of companies' management. Experiences of six small and medium size and four large companies' management's respondents are gathered through semi-structured face-toface interviews. Twelve critical success factors revealed by the respondents, namely R&D product and market readiness, good partnership with university, researcher's motivationand commitment, availability of resources, government support and motivation, control and ownership of intellectual property rights, university's management support, entrepreneurial culture in the university, an open communication and trusting relationship, researchers' skills, a risk taking attitude, and existence of performance measures as important to commercialize the universities' R&D outputs in Malaysia. The different views from the management of small and medium size, and large companies are also discussed in this study.

This research examines the characteristics of incubating organizations of hi-tech ventures in the information technology industry. In particular, it attempts to investigate incubating conditions under which entrepreneurs obtain their management abilities and market information, locate business partners and prepare the prototypes of their new products. For the empirical test, three incubator organizations, two universities (Seoul National University and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology ) and a government research institute (ETRI: Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute) are compared in terms of incubating conditions. It is found that two universities are not different in terms of lab members' demographic characteristics and their attitude towards venture creation. However, the entrepreneurial environments of incubator organizations are different between the universities and ETRI. The universities have more favorable environments than ETRI in terms of management know-how or capabilities, while ETRI has more favorable environments than the universities in terms of the information about markets, distribution channels or customers. The results of this study would provide many policy implementations to administrators of incubator organizations as well as government policy-makers in making effective venture-creation policies.

Global waste has become a global issue and we can see the new trend of discovery businesses established to focus on solving the waste problem using new renewable energy technology and the circular economy business model. This paper aims to study factors that impact green entrepreneurship in Thailand, such as environmental concern, organizational environment, founder demographics, education background, entrepreneurship awareness, as well as external factors of a business. The study analyzes the data from three qualitative in-depth interviews with green entrepreneur founders who started the businesses in polymer up-cycling, waste management, and renewable energy. The study finds overseas educational background to be one of the key main drivers for the entrepreneurial courage to decide to pursue a new business venture. By having the exposure toward the different culture, three entrepreneurs hands-on experiential learning through three key drivers who are composed of the can-do attitude, the willingness to be self-employed, and the way of seeking for the freedom to express their passions.
The significance of this study is to see the influence of experience environmental education program on youth's environmental consciousness due to climate change. An experience environmental education can provide an opportunity to make cooperative interaction with friends and can give interest in surrounding environment. Also in this study, it reveals that experience education played an important role in changing of attitude and awareness to environment and nature. As climate change is very important through all countries, these positive effects suggest that experienced environmental education lessons are important for the future generation's awareness on climate change and environmental consciousness.

Outsourcing enables firms to use external resources in efficient and effective manner by adopting the best practice of industry. It also helps firms improve their business process which may result in seizing or creating new business opportunity. Collaborating with outstanding BPO(business process outsourcing) providers offer a great deal of advantage that could access to new knowledge, technology, intellectual and material resources that firms do not own. This study was designed to provide in-dept understanding of key elements that may affect the attitude towards BPO of entrepreneurs using 99 samples comprised SME & Venture business owners. Specifically, this study aims to test and analyse the relationship between attitude towards BPO and 4 independent variables including cost reduction, core competence, specialized resources and quality improvement. The analysis results show that core competence, specialized resources and quality improvements have all positive relationships with the attitude towards BPO. However, exceptionally cost reduction is not associated positively with the attitude towards BPO which was against our expectation. Theoretical discussion and practical implication on the analysis results are provided.
The purpose of this study is first to analyze the effects of university students' autonomous motivations to start a business on their attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, second to analyze the effect of university students' attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurship intentions, and third to analyze the moderating effect of entrepreneurship education for university students on entrepreneurship intention. Based on the previous research, a research model and a research hypothesis were established. 251 questionnaire responses were collected through a survey of university students in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province and empirical analysis was performed using SPSS 24 and AMOS 23. As a result of the analysis, first, the autonomous motivation was found to have a positive effect on attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. In addition, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control all showed a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention. Entrepreneurship education for university students was found to control the effect of subjective norms on entrepreneurship intention and the effect of perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurship intention in the positive direction. The results of this study can contribute to the establishment of more effective educational policies and startup support program planning that can increase the entrepreneurial intention of university students.
In the digital economy praising innovation, entrepreneurship has been strongly admired because it works as a foundation for successful innovation. In this paper, I will focus on the entrepreneurial attitude within an organization because the purpose of this paper is to clarify the organizational mechanism to facilitate the career starters' entrepreneurship in the digital age. From a psychosocial perspective, career starters seem to be so vulnerable and unstable because they are in their 20s as the most turbulent period during lifetime. For this reason, entrepreneurship for career starters needs to be reconsidered in terms of the uniqueness of young novice workers. While hierarchical organizational structure such as "atelier" is suggested in this paper, trustworthy leadership should be a basis of teamwork between veterans and novices.
