Both enterprise information systems and CAD utilizes the BOM (Bill of Material) as the means of collaborative integration during the product design and production since the BOM has been commonly used for design, production planning, procurement, and production works. Therefore, BOM can be the referential data when it expresses not only the part lists but also product information required by product development process. Outfitting design is one of major design works in marine vessel design since marine vessels have various outfitting systems and huge number of parts. Also, the outfitting BOM has the evolutional forms that change from the initial design to the production design. In order to express the product information and part list in the enterprise BOM and the evolutional BOMs in each lifecycle, enterprise BOM of outfitting that consists of structure BOM and display BOM is suggested. Thereafter, we have developed the prototype of enterprise BOM in which some features of the outfitting BOM are implemented.

In modern society, the importance of inter-enterprise collaboration on supply chain is more emphasizing, depending on the industrial structure is going advanced. Therefore, the studies for advancement of inter-enterprise collaboration are taking, and especially the studies about how IT systems affect those advancement are taking. However, there are a shortage of recognition to each IT systems on B2B collaboration, additionally there is not much study of its application. In this study, we analyze the Performance Model relationship between the level and the importance of IT system for B2B collaboration in small and medium-sized enterprise, and draw a priority order for improvement of IT systems for its effective practical use.

Refining the monitoring and evaluation reporting is an important thing in e-Government. Indonesia which has had e-Government roadmap since 2000, has not had the systematic mechanism to monitor and evaluate e-Government in which the report can be easily accessed by the public and used to be the best practice to improve other e-Government implementation. Enterprise architecture (EA) has the major objective to straighten an enterprise to its necessary requirements. It can be used to propose the required system and that was the purpose of this paper. It was started by reviewing the literature about e-Government monitoring and evaluation, using quality of service as the means, and understanding TOGAF as one of EA framework. The second step was comparing EA and the evaluation of e-Government in Korea and Indonesia to get the best practices. And the last step was creating EA for the monitoring and evaluation reporting system based on Korea and the literature reviewed. It is expected that the formulized EA can be a tool to improve e-Government implementation in Indonesia.

Many enterprises have implemented packaged enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions rather than system development on the promises of feasible strategic benefits. Typical feasible benefits include adoption of global standards and processes through a proven integrated system, continuous version upgrading by vendors, and thus the easiness of system maintenance. The objectives of this research are to identify what makes a post-implementation success of ERP system and to figure out the critical issues and factors for the successful upgrade of packaged ERP systems. This case study was conducted based on five different organizations that have experienced system upgrade implementation. Success factors of ERP system upgrade include (1) clear statement of upgrade goals, (2) good coordination and communication among the implementation partners, (3) thorough management of customization and maintenance history including documentation, (4) Planning of system requirements of higher version, and (5) redefinition of role between business departments and IT department.

Enterprise security management system: Enterprise Security Management (EMS) is centralized integrated management of other kind of security solutions such as intrusion cutoff system, intrusion detection system and virtual private network. With the system, it is possible to establish security policies for entire IT system through interlocking of solutions. A security system of company network is progressing as a ESM(Enterprise Security Management) in existing security solution foundation. Recently It's difficult to deal with about variety of attack. And Simple Security management have a problem. It is that they don't develop system measuring their system envoirment and have efficient attack detector, countermeasure organization about large network. Therefore, need model about enterprise management of various security system and intrusion detection of each systems and response. In this paper, improve PBNM structure that manage wide network resources and presented suitable model in intrusion detection and response of security system. Also, designed policy-based enterprise security management system for effective intrusion detection and response by applying presented model to enterprise security management system.

In implementing a computerized virtual training system, the auditory element is responsible for the human cognitive ability following visual elements. Especially, the improvement of hearing ability is closely related to the performance of the training, and it contributes to improvement of the training effect. In this paper, we propose a sound system that is necessary for constructing such a virtual training system as a test system that can use a sound source using a head related transfer function (HRTF). Functional and auditory tests were performed to evaluate system performance.

Through investigating the Socialist Enterprise Responsibility Management System, which forms the core of economic management improvement measures during the Kim Jong Un era, this article examines the changes of North Korea's state-owned enterprises management method and the tasks of corporate governance reform. The implementation of the Socialist Enterprise Responsibility Management System implies the regime's intention to institutionalize the market tendencies and at the same time increase its control of the economic sector. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the new enterprise management system and demonstrates the problems of the reform measures. This article could help in the further understanding of North Korea's recent economic situations and limitations of the state-owned enterprise reform in the Kim Jong Un era.
