지역사회 문제해결형 R&D 효율성 및 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Efficiency of Community Problem-solving Type R&D and Influencing Factors)

  • This study analyzed the efficiency and influence factors according to the main research institute type of R&D Program for the local community problem-solving. This study applied data envelopment analysis (DEA) method and Tobit regression analysis by using 20 institutions that participated in R&D Program. The results are summarized as follows. First, Analysis results according to the research institute type of R&D project, Efficient DMUs showed more regional innovation institutions than social economy enterprises. But regional innovation institutions were the lowest in the CCR and BCC model. However, efficiency dose not differ between regional innovation institutions and social economy enterprises. Second, as a result of the analysis relation between efficiency and allocation characteristics of R&D input, the participation of regional innovation organizations as participating organizations has a negative effect on efficiency. It was found that the higher the proportion of government subsidies and the higher the employment rate of the vulnerable, which is a social achievement, the positive effect on efficiency. The implication of this study is that the participation of social economy enterprises as the main R&D institution and government R&D support can provide social economy enterprises with opportunities to accumulate R&D capabilities and experience successful commercialization.

Empirical analysis of strategy selection for the technology leading and technology catch-up in the IT industry

  • R&D strategies of companies with low and high technological levels are discussed based on the concept of technology convergence and divergence. However, empirically detecting enterprise technology convergence in the distribution of enterprise technology (total productivity increase) over time and identifying key change factors are challenging. This study used a novel statistical indicator that captures the internal technology distribution change with a single number to clearly measure the technology distribution peak as a change in critical bandwidth for enterprise technology convergence and presented it as evidence of each technology convergence or divergence. Furthermore, this study applied the quantitative technology convergence identification method. Technology convergence appeared from the separation of total corporate productivity distribution of 69 IT companies in Korea in 2019-2020 rather than in 2015-2016. Results indicated that when the total technological level was separated from the technology leading and technology catch-up, IT companies were found to be pursuing R&D strategies for technology catch-up.

  • Nowadays, a lot of enterprise completed the ERP implementation and these ERP-based enterprises consider the construction of WMS or already have done it. However the enterprises which Implemented WMS linked with ERP have many problems In the warehouse management and the reason ran be summarized In two poults First. In the integration point of view, only Interface issue between ERP and WMS was taken into account, therefore it was hard to reflect the phased process change. Second, a large number of WMS functions were tried to implement at the same tune and these attempts caused confusion and Instability which Is Interpreted as a main reason of the WMS failure. This paper presents the phased construction method for the successful implementation or WMS and in the integration point or view, the phased process change appears naturally

연구개발에서의 생산성 향상을 위한 전략적 접근 (Strategic Approach to Enhance the Research and Development Productivity)

  • The R&D productivity has the same meaning as that of general meaning. Its input includes budget, facility, schedule, idea and target, and its output includes patent, paper, technological innovation and revenue increase and technology accumulation influenced by these factors. The choice of R&D item which will have the large effectiveness after customization, resource input of proper level, application of efficient development schema, effective usage of development output, objective appraisal for the R&D output and extension for the future project are the main factors for which is suggested to enhance the R&D productivity. The management's expectation for R&D can be represented as the innovativeness of output and potential influence to outsiders. The speedy output, even if incremental investment more than planning happens, will eventually result in the productivity enhancement of the enterprise, and managers must not encounter the opportunity loss in return for the excessive investment control.

  • In today's rapidly changing business environment, quality of responsiveness to customer requirements for short order cycles and on time delivery is becoming more important and considered as one of critical success factors in supply chain management. Yet despite its importance on reducing transportation cost and improving customer service, little attention has been given to the transportation planning system in Korea SI industry. In this paper, we present development of transportation planning system especially to deal with vehicle routing problem which has the goal to minimize the costs of daily transportation operation and to maximize customer delivery service. The system architecture with other enterprise application is presented and real-world constraints are well incorporated into the system by combining constraints programming and meta heuristics.

  • Mobile Internet 개념인 WiBro Data Service는 최근 무선 데이터 통신의 규모는 스마트 폰이나 WiBro 서비스 등의 보급에 힘입어 최근 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 이에 따라 무선 인터넷 분야에서 무선구간 보안성 확보 문제와 네트워크 구간의 보안성 확보 문제 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제에 대한 해결 방안으로 기존에 구현되어 있는 기술들을 결합하여 Public 망 개념인 WiBro Network에서 기업 가입자의 보안성 확보를 위한 Mobile-VPN구축 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

  • 최근 정부에서는 창조경제 실현을 위해 IT, 과학기술의 융합과 혁신을 지속적으로 추진하고 있으며, 이에 중소기업이 성장하고 소상공인이 행복한 창조경제를 구현하기 위한 창조경제 생태계를 조성하고 있다. 최근 IT 변화를 주도하는 모바일의 확산에 따라 모바일 앱, SNS, 빅데이터 등 모바일 관련 다양한 융합기술 개발이 추진되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정부의 창조경제 실현을 위해 중소기업이 상상력과 창의성을 기반으로 모바일 융합 기술개발을 통해 새로운 부가가치 시장과 일자리를 창출할 수 있는 체계적인 육성방안을 제안하였다.

산업별 기술혁신패턴에 따른 기업의 R&D 역량 비교 연구 (Analysis of Corporate R&D Capability with Industrial's Innovation Trend)

  • 본 논문에서는 각 기업의 혁신(R&D) 활동에 의한 산업별 특징 차이와 산업별 혁신(R&D)활동의 비교우위 행태를 살펴보았다. 분석방법은 기업을 공급자지배산업, 생산집약산업, 과학기반산업으로 분류하고 그 산업들 각각의 특징과 기업의 R&D 역량에 대한 산업별 비교우위를 한국직업능력개발원의 HCCP(인적자본기업패널) 자료를 사용하여 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과 R&D 역량의 과학기반산업 쏠림현상과 공급자지배산업의 비교우위 부족현상이 나타났다. 과학기반산업의 R&D 역량 확대에 치우친 경향은 특성화되어야 할 R&D 역량의 발전 속도가 늦어지고 있다는 것을 의미하며, 이에 따른 정책적 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, R&D 역량이 저조한 공급자지배산업에 특성화된 R&D 역량 지원이 필요하다. 둘째, 정책적 차원에서 R&BD(사업화 연계 기술혁신 지원)에 대한 지원이 강화되어야 한다. 셋째, 중소기업에서 산업별 R&D 역량의 하향 평준화를 보완해야한다.

  • Recently, the level of uncertainty in R&D investment for an enterprise has increased due to technological development and industrial changes. Accordingly it is necessary for an enterprise to forecast the future or foresight the future technologies. But, the fact that the methodology used in predicting future technology is suitable for large project makes enterprise difficult to forecast the future technologies or trends. Thus, this study seeks for available methodology for future technology foresight from enterprise standpoint. The methodology proposed in this research is based on the scenario model, especially focused on the customer needs and future society change.

스마트 제조기술 수준에 따른 인력 양성 방안에 대한 탐색적 연구 (The Exploratory Study on the Manpower Training Plans by Smart Manufacturing Technology Level)

  • 본 연구는 국내 스마트제조에 활용되는 주요 기술의 현(現) 발전 수준을 파악하여 스마트제조 R&D 인력양성 정책 수립의 객관적인 근거자료로 활용코자 함이 목적이다. 제조강국인 미국을 비롯한 독일, 일본, EU, 한국, 중국을 대상으로 스마트공장을 구축하고 운영하기 위한 핵심 선도 25개 주요 기술을 선정한다. 그리고 각 국가별로 스마트제조 기술별 수준(%) 및 격차(년) 등을 알아보고자 한다. 그 결과를 토대로 스마트제조 기술별 한국의 R&D 인력양성 현황을 점검하고 R&D 인력양성의 정책적 제언을 제시함으로써 향후 한국 제조업의 글로벌 시장경쟁력을 강화하는데 기여할 것으로 사료된다.
