Chung-ju enterprise city was selected as a model enterprise city in 2005, and the city is planned to finish the construction in 2020. The main purpose of this study is to suggest the developing strategy and activation plan for Chung-ju enterprise city based on the enterprise city of developed countries. Chung-ju enterprise city will grow into well-being self-sufficient city due to the cutting edge knowledge, industry-centered cluster which is the new growth industry of Chungchungbuk-do and the surrounding excellent nature. For the success of Chung-ju enterprise city, the cooperation between developing agents such as companies, universities, local government, and central government is important. The leading companies and researching facilities should be attracted as well. Also, non-profit exclusive organization must be installed. The successful development of Chung-ju enterprise city means the success of balanced region development policy which will solve overpopulation of capital region and unbalance of Korea.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of business ethics and ethical leadership on business performance and social performance. For this purpose, we surveyed 173 social enterprise workers in Chungnam and Sejong area. The main results are as follows. Among the sub - factors of ethical management of social enterprise, ethical leadership has a statistically significant effect on social performance and social performance of social enterprise. In other words, as employees' perceptions of ethical leadership of social enterprise managers increase, business performance and social performance increase. In addition, the results of the study show that the work performance of the workers in the social enterprise providing social service is increased. The results were the same as the effects of ethical management on corporate performance in general commercial enterprises. The results of this study confirm the necessity of strengthening social entrepreneurship which has been emphasized in social enterprise. In order to introduce ethical management into social enterprises, the concept of ethical management suitable for social enterprise and application plan should be prepared.

An Enterprise Architecture (EA) Framework is a tool which supports implementation of the Enterprise architecture that is used to enhance the interoperability of the IT components. In this paper, we propose a framework named as ENAE (ENterprise Architecture Framework) which combines enterprise architecture unit (AU), reference model, and association relationship between domain model. Architecture Unit is defined as a minimum set of a business process and its associated components such as application system and technical components. An EA can be designed and implemented by the aggregating the related AUs including association relationship between Architecture Units. Because UML model has limitations to describe business domain semantics because it is designed for general purpose, we adapt the DSM (Domain Specific Modeling) concept. We describe association relationship between Architecture Units designed by Domain Specific Modeling through Topic Map. Session 2 describes related works about Enterprise Architecture frameworks, Domain Specific Modeling, and Topic Map, while Session 3 explains components of the ENAF. Finally Session 4 shows the case study for implementation of the new Framework called ENAF.

EJB(Enterprise JavaBeans), the cornerstone for J2EE(Java$^{TM}$ 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition), is a server-side component standard model. Recently, development of supporting tool for this component model becomes important and there are many tools for developing EJB. In this paper, we purpose to design Enterprise Beans by component model, and perform design and implementation of code generator which generates skeleton code for Enterprise Beans automatically. We also implement EJB deployer for deploying these on application server. The code generator can make a JAR file automatically. This JAR file is deployed on application server by EJB specification as well. Using this tool, developer can create and deploy of Enterprise Beans more fast and exactly.y.

GIS has been rapidly developed since 1995 when the Ministry of Construction and Transportation started the First National GIS Construction Project and built large scale topographic map at local governments level. From that time local governments have been built several application system such as road management system, waterworks management system, sewer management system, underground facilities management system, and urban planning information system, etc. However, the construction of GIS application system at different department level brings the problem of data sharing and overlapping database construction. To overcome this environment Enterprise GIS concepts has been introduced. In case of Seoul Metropolitan government Spatial Data Warehouse have been constructed. However, Seoul Metropolitan government still have the problem of inactive use of GIS system and adaption to the rapidly changing information environment. This study aims to present Strategic plan to uggrade Enterprise GIS concenpt from data centric to service centric architecture at local government level.

With the globalization of economy, industries are facing increasingly greater challenges. Business integration, both internally and externally, is undoubtedly an important topic. However, how does an enterprise create its own value will be the key to an enterprise's success in the future. Therefore, this study bases on the evaluation of company value to assess the key factors and competitive strategies of an enterprise. Yet, only with stable enterprise performance can the company value be correctly evaluated. This will be an important issue for enterprise performance and business strategy. Subject of this study are mainly small and medium-sized (enterprises (SMEs). Model construction for SME value assessment is established through the system dynamics approach. Scholars' opinions on literature validation and application of Delphi Method are explored through literature review on local and foreign studies, in order to compile the relevant perspectives and indices for enterprise value creation. Hence model construction of the value creation system is established, and the correlation between the perspectives and related factors is explored to understand the overall dynamics model of SMEs' value creation system. Consequently, a research method based on the system dynamics perspective is provided for the study of enterprise value creation is provided, as policy reference for improvement of decision-making and value creation.

Economy of Ukraine is characterized by the rapidly increased level of financial failures at a corporate level. Conditions of doing business in Ukraine become tighter year after year and it should motivate the business owners not only to watch more accurately the state in which their business is but also to introduce new, more precise, more tight systems of crisis management and economic security. The experience shows that in order to stay afloat and not to suffer losses companies should pay more attention to different areas of economic security, such as production potential, financial indicators, logistics, staff, etc. For this purpose companies should use a system of valuation of the most important for their activity indicators and transform their values in an integral one in order to use this assessment in making managerial decisions. Such a valuation is one of the components which the article presents. The article also reveals the key points which characterize crisis management as an integral part of enterprise development and economic security. There are specified the essence and problems of crisis management and proposed the ways of raising the level of economic security of a company based on the example of an industrial and commercial enterprise. The key focus of the enterprise's economic security management is defined as constructive responses to threats from the external environment and, as a result, ensuring stable functioning and effective realization of untapped potential in the future. The current assumption is to explain the scheme of strategic management of an industrial and commercial enterprise and to calculate the methodology of an express assessment of the level of enterprise economic security, taking into account the components of crisis management. To assess the level of economic security of the enterprise, it is proposed to use the method of point assessment, which is based on a multi-level system of indicators, which covers the main areas of the enterprise's activity.

This paper aims to propose the strategy making in social enterprise for ensuring organizational sustainability and governance of social enterprise from systems thinking's perspective. Based on previous reviews on organizational sustainability and theories of governance currently advocated in the social enterprise literature, we use 'Holon Dynamics' approach, which is a synthesis of System Dynamics and Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), offers the problem-solving method for dealing with social contexts and "ill-defined" situations. To do so, a researcher carried out the interpretive action research using 'Holon Dynamics' approach from September, 2009 to August, 2010. The outcomes of research are summarized as follows. Firstly, systems methodologies are useful to offer a strategic choice that makes to achieve an organizational sustainability in the case of Korean social enterprise; 'the Rediscovery of Korea'. Secondly, systems thinking offers an alternative concept of system, which is known as an 'appreciative system' that is evolved from the mental constructs amongst participants in given situations. Lastly, the paper delineates the usefulness of systems thinking and the process of inquiry, which deal with social contexts (including cultural and political factors), are contributed to making the necessary conditions for organizational legitimacy and the appropriate strategic choice for social enterprise within combined functioning of the two roles of social and commercial activities from systemic perspectives.

The aim of this article is suggesting the training system of social enterpriser through the discussion about the promoting of social enterprise to meet the demands of the times. The part of discussion about the promoting of social enterprise addresses the social background, a fundamental concept, directivity, the present condition of social enterprise and the current social enterpriser's training program. The part of proposal about the training system of social enterpriser gives two areas that support social enterprise's establishment and conversion with supply a basic knowledge of social enterprise and deal with expert knowledge and management strategy making preparations as a social enterpriser. These suggestions introduced in the training system should go ahead in phases through the government aids.

Smaller enterprises begin on practical use to form integrated informational system on the inside of company according to development of internet and information techniques. The past days, it was managed mainly information system for the inside of enterprise, but in the present time, e-business between enterprise and enterprise, enterprise and customer, country and enterprise, ERP system, etc are activated. To construct the integrated informationalized system, smaller enterprices use the informational process strategy methods to analyze and evaluate the level of enterprise, construct the information infra and informationalized system. In this paper, 1 introduce the informationalized process strategy method about implimentation of the integrated informationalized system for smaller enterprice, do the modelling for one smaller enterprice by proposed method.
