  • Super app is an application that provides a variety of services in a unified interface within a single platform. With the acceleration of digital transformation, super apps are becoming more prevalent. This study aims to suggest service enhancement measures by analyzing the user review data before and after the transition to a super app. To this end, user review data from a payment-based super app(Shinhan Play) were collected and studied via topic modeling. Moreover, a matrix for assessing the importance and usefulness of topics is introduced, which relies on the eigenvector centrality of the inter-topic network obtained through topic modeling and the number of review recommendations. This allowed us to identify and categorize topics with high utility and impact. Prior to the transition, the factors contributing to user satisfaction included 'payment service,' 'additional service,' and 'improvement.' Following the transition, user satisfaction was associated with 'payment service' and 'integrated UX.' Conversely, dissatisfaction factors before the transition encompassed issues related to 'signup/installation,' 'payment error/response,' 'security authentication,' and 'security error.' Following the transition, user dissatisfaction arose from concerns regarding 'update/error response' and 'UX/UI.' The research results are expected to be used as a basis for establishing strategies to strengthen service competitiveness by making super app services more user-oriented.

  • SNS provider's biggest interest lies in enhancing user satisfaction through user request analysis and developing services to induce continuous use of those devices. In particular, setting up management directions to develop SNS at maturity is important and it is also important to identify the functions which SNS users are pursuing for and identify what's considered unsatisfiable among the services currently provided in light of user expectations. To this end, this study further presents sociality quality and personal emotional quality reflecting the characteristics of SNS to the existing quality factors and expands to Expected Confirmation Model. This study further took into account of sociality quality and personal emotional quality reflecting the characteristics of SNS and approached to them from the perspective of quality in a comprehensive way, analyzed the degree of impact on recognition factors, and presented the factors that had an impact on the satisfaction with usage and intention to use continuously.

  • In this study, empirical studies are conducted not only to investigate the effect of the quality of accounting information system on management performance but also to study whether user satisfaction and education training achievement play a mediating role in the relationship between the quality factors of accounting information system and management performance. To this end, a research model is established to verify the mediating effects of user satisfaction and education training achievement as well as the effect of the quality of accounting information system on management performance. We conduct a questionnaire survey on users of accounting information system of companies. The results of the empirical analysis based on the survey data are summarized as follows. First, the quality of information system has a positive effect on educational performance and user satisfaction, but not on business performance. Second, user satisfaction and education training performance play a mediating role in the relationship between the quality of information system and management performance. The results of our research show that it is necessary to educate and to train the employees in order to make the accounting information systeme to contribute management performance and to control continuously the quality of the information system in order to improve user satisfaction.

  • With the spread of social networks, platform-based social commerce has grown rapidly with the use of multiple smart devices. Given the rapid growth of social commerce sites such as Coupang and Ticket Monster, it is very important to understand the user's purchase decision-making process in a social commerce environment. The purpose of this study is to develop a richer understanding of the goals of users using social commerce. Second, a methodological alternative for analyzing the user's goals is introduced. In this study, laddering interview and means-end chain analysis were used. As a result of interview conducted on 40 users who have more than 6 months of purchasing experience using social commerce, a hierarchical goal map showing the user's goal structure was derived. This map contains 22 ultimate goals of social commerce, including warm relationships with others, fun and enjoyment of shopping, accomplishment, satisfaction, financial saving, and convenience. In addition, there are various paths from activities to ultimate goals, so investigating the goals pursued by users can give us insight into understanding user.

  • The purpose of this study is to elicit influential factors on accepting IPTV services and define the casual relationship between the factors, and "user satisfaction", "re-use intention", "stranger recommendation intention", in an attempt to provide useful guidelines to IPTV carriers, contents providers and equipment makers for their forming IPTV service models and marketing strategies. For this end, the theoretical background of this study has been brought from relevant literature, and theoretical study models have been established by logical reasoning of the interrelation among diverse components. Then, the established models have been analyzed by using statistical packages "SPSS(12.0), LISREL(8.72)". Finally theoretical and practical significance and future study direction have been suggested. To make sure of effective validity of IPTV service adoption models above, empirical studies should be made continuously. And then vertical and horizontal studies at a specific point would show ever-changing causal relationship, helping to promote financial outcome of relevant companies and organizations.

  • The main objective of study was to analyze the effectiveness of transit mall. To this end, this study compared operational status of transit malls in operation (Daegu, Seoul and Busan). For the city of Busan where the latest transit mall became operational in 2015, a discriminant model was proposed to determine user satisfaction/dissatisfaction. The outcomes of comparative study showed that each city has different operational focus - Seoul has focus on traffic demand management, Busan has focus on walking environment, and Daegu has focus on accessibility to public transportation. Also, the discriminant model indicated that market sentiment, convenience of bus service, traffic accident risk, number of pedestrian, market user number have effects on user satisfaction. These results implied that, to improve user satisfaction, measures for market revitalization such as opening events and forming consultative groups need to be prepared and traffic conditions should also be improved through expansion of curfew time, linkage with subway station.

  • With the rising of the middle-class in China, the garage reserve has become an important element considered by the high-end community in improving user's experience. Taking Oak Bay, China as an example, this study aims to present a new system of storage service that can help companies achieve sustainable development of storage services. In order to achieve this goal, a customized service process is made by investigating user's need with sample visits and in-depth interviews, and finding user's key points with journey maps. The final analysis shows that this storage service system helps to expand the space and improve user's satisfaction. Therefore, this paper provides theoretical support and practical basis of garage services for other construction companies, and greatly improves the service system of community.

  • Multi-queue I/O block layer has been recently employed in Linux kernel to support fast storage devices such as NVMe SSDs, but it lacks differentiated I/O services yet. In this paper, we propose an I/O scheduling scheme that can improve the user responsiveness of foreground processes, which are closely related to user satisfaction. To this end, we redesign the existing multi-queue block layer to classify the I/O requests from foreground processes and schedule them by exploiting the feature of NVMe interface. Experimental results show that latency and launch time of the foreground processes have been significantly improved compared to original Linux kernel.
