비기술적 혁신의 고용 효과 분석 : 제조업과 서비스업 비교 (An Analysis of Employment Effects of Non-Technological Innovations: Manufacturing vs. Service Firms)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 비기술적 혁신 활동이 고용증가에 미치는 효과를 실증 분석하였다. 2016년 한국기업혁신조사의 제조업과 서비스업 자료를 이용하여 조직혁신과 마케팅혁신이 기업의 고용에 미치는 효과를 추정하였다. 추정결과에 따르면 조직혁신과 마케팅혁신의 세부 유형별로 고용효과의 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 조직혁신의 경우 업무수행방식의 변화와 업무조직의 변화는 제조업과 서비스업 모두에서 고용증가에 유의한 효과를 발생하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 외부조직과의 협력은 제조업에서는 기업의 고용을 증가시키는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마케팅혁신도 제품수요와 연관이 있는 새로운 홍보방식과 신규 판매전략은 제조업의 고용을 증가시키는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 서비스업에서는 마케팅혁신이 추가적인 고용효과를 발생하지는 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구에서는 기존의 선행연구를 바탕으로 학업스트레스가 취업 불안감을 초래할 것이라고 가설을 설정한 후, 자기효능감과 자존감이 학업스트레스와 취업 불안감 간의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는지 여부를 검증하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학업스트레스가 증가할수록 취업 불안감도 커진다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 학업스트레스와 취업 불안감과의 관계에서 조절역할이 없는 것으로 나타났으나 자존감은 조절역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과로부터 자기효능감은 조절역할은 하지 못하지만, 자기효능감이 증가할수록 취업 불안감은 감소된다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 자존감은 일반적으로 취업 불안감을 감소시키지만, 학업스트레스를 받는 상황에서는 취업 불안감을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다.

가구조사를 통해 본 고용형태와 작업관련 손상 경험 (The Type of Employment and Occupational Injuries - Based on Household Survey -)

  • This study was planned to analyze the effect of the types of employment on work-related injury experience. The types of employment may have influenced on working conditions including the exposure to risk factors. Korean Working Conditions Survey have collected the various working conditions as household survey with structured questionnaire. The probability of work-related injury of self-employed is more than that of regular worker. But there is no difference of probability of work-related injury experience between regular and irregular worker controlled by general characteristics and the exposure to risk factors. Authors have found that the type of employment have indirect effect on work-related injury experience via the exposure to risk factors. The result of this study may be heuristic one because of data limitation as cross sectional survey data. In future, well designed survey data can evaluate the effect of the type of employment on safety and health status.

전공의 적성진로부합도와 취업전망도가 졸업태도와 중도탈락의도에 미치는 영향: 학년의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Major Aptitude and Career Fit, and Employment Prospects on Graduation Attitude and Dropout Intention: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Academic Year)

  • In this study, factors affecting undergraduate students' dropout intentions consisted of aptitude and career fit of student's major, employement prospects of student's major, and graduation attitude were presented in the structural equation model and the moderating effect of academic year on the path coefficeint presented in the research model was verified. Undergraduate students are grouped into senior year (3rd and 4th grades) and junior year(1st and 2nd year) by the year in the university, As a result of analyzing 454 undergraduate students (105 in the junior group and 349 in the senior group), it was found that graduation attitude had a negative (-) effect on the dropout intention in both junior and senior group. The effect of employment prospects, and major aptitude and career firt on graduation attitude was not found in the junior group. However, in senior group, the effect of employment prospects, and major aptitude and career firt on graduation attitude was found to have a positive (+) effect, indicating that moderating effect of academic year does exist.

OECD 15개국 중고령 남성의 취업률 결정요인 (The Factors Determining on the Employment Rate of Men Aged 55~64 in 15 OECD Countries)

  • 본 연구는 1980~2005년 OECD 15개국 중고령 남성의 취업률 추이 및 취업률 결정요인을 분석하여 중고령 남성의 노동시장참여를 지원할 수 있는 방안을 살펴보고자 한다. 자료는 OECD, ILO, LIS이다. 분석은 노동시장참여의 상태의존성과 패널개체의 이질성을 반영한 동적패널모형으로서, 도구변수를 사용한 Arellano and Bonds(1981)의 차분 GMM으로 하였다. 분석결과, 55~64세 남성의 취업률은 1990년대 중반까지 감소하였으나, 그 이후 증가하고 있다. 둘째, 1980~2005년 기간동안 중고령 남성의 취업률은 상태의존성이 강하게 작용하였고, 정적인 기간효과가 나타났다. 공적 연금의 유인효과는 크게 나타나지 않았고, 노동시장의 배출요인이 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 1996~2005년은 노동시장위험완화요인인 임시직 비율이 중고령 남성의 취업률에 기여하였고, 빈곤이 노동의 메커니즘으로 나타났다.

청소년의 개인변인과 청소년이 지각한 가족변인이 문제행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Individual and Family Relational Variables Perceived by Adolescents on Adolescents' Problem Behaviors)

  • The purpose of this study was to show general trends in the psychological environment of family and problem behaviors perceived by adolescents and examine possible changes in such trends in accordance with the individual variables of adolescent, and then find out the effect of these variables on adolescents' problem behavior. The subject were 1374 adolescents of middle school in Busan(male 698, female 676). The main results were as follows : (1) General trends in the degree of parental monitoring showed that girls had more high than boys, and in the degree of family discord, boys showed more high than girls. In the degree of openness of parent-adolescent communication perceived by adolescents showed that girls had more open communication with mother than boys. Such trends in problem behaviors indicated that adolescents had the attention problem most. According to gender, girls had more problems in withdrawal, somatic complain, anxiety/depression, thought problems, attention problems, destructivity/identity, internalizing problems, total behavior problems in comparison to boys. Boys did delinquent behaviors more than girls. (2) For boys, the monthly income of their family, family discord, and the mother-adolescent communication have a significant direct effect on internalizing problems, externalizing problems and total behavior problems. Besides mother's employment and the type of family have a significant indirect effect on behavior problem. For girls, mother's employment, parental monitoring, family discord, and father-adolescent communication have a significant direct effect on internalizing problems. Mother's employment, family discord, mother-adolescent communication have a significant indirect effect on externalizing problems and total behavior problems. Bisides mother's employment, grade, the type of family, dating have a significant indirect effect on behavior problem. (3) The variables to have a significant influence on the parental monitoring showed as the monthly income of their family, dating, mother's employment, the type of family, the family discord showed as mother's employment on the parent-adolescent communication showed as the type of family. (4) Family discord was the most powerful predicator of problem behaviors of middle school students.

노동환경 만족도가 정주의사에 미치는 영향: 주관적 고용안정성의 매개효과 (The Effect of Working Environment Satisfaction on Settlement Consciousness: Mediating Effect of Subjective Employment Stability)

  • 본 연구는 2021년 강원도 사회조사 자료를 활용하여 주요 노동 인구의 노동환경 만족도가 정주의사에 미치는 영향과 주관적 고용안정성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 노동환경 만족도는 근로소득 만족도, 노동여건 만족도, 지역생활 만족도 3가지 하위영역으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 노동환경 만족도의 3가지 하위영역과 주관적 고용안정성은 정주의사와 모두 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 그리고 각각의 노동환경 만족도의 3가지 하위영역이 정주의사에 영향을 미칠 때 주관적 고용안정성이 부분매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 노동환경 만족도와 주관적 고용안정성이 정주의사에 미치는 영향을 밝힘으로써 지방 인구유출 예방을 위한 실증적 자료를 제공한 데 그 의의가 있다.

2007년 비정규직법의 고용효과 분석 (Effects of the 2007 Act on the Protection of Fixed-term and Part-time Employees on Employment Levels)

  • 본 논문은 2007년 7월부터 시행된 비정규직보호법이 고용규모에 미친 영향을 분석한다. 비정규직을 객관적으로 식별하기 위해 본고는 "경제활동 인구조사의 고용형태별 부가조사" 자료를 사용한다. 내생성을 통제하기 위해 우리는 분석 표본을 만 55세 주변 연령대의 남성으로 제한하여 이중차분법을 사용한다. 본고의 추정 결과에 따르면, 비정규직법의 고용효과는 시간에 따라 U자형의 모습을 보인다. 법이 시행된 지 1년쯤 후인 2008년 8월경 총고용에 미치는 부(-)의 효과가 가장 크다. 비정규직법 발효 초기의 고용 감소는 주로 정규직의 감소에 의해, 그리고 13개월 이후의 고용 감소는 주로 비정규직의 감소에 의하여 설명된다. 비정규직법이 총고용에 미치는 부(-)의 고용효과는 2009년 8월, 2010년 3월경에는 대부분 사라진다.

항공서비스전공 대학생의 항공안전 인식이 전공인식, 전공몰입, 취업효능감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Aviation Safety Perception among College Students Majoring in Aviation Service on Major Recognition, Major Commitment, and Employment Efficacy )

  • In recent years, the competition for employment among college students has become more intense. It is also the time when strong personal beliefs and will to develop careers are required for successful employment through stable major study. Therefore, in this study, we tried to find out the effect on major attitude and employment efficacy according to the level of aviation safety perception, which is an important issue in the aviation industry. For analysis, survey is conducted targeting college students majoring in aviation service who are enrolled in universities in the metropolitan area and Chungcheong area. To verify the hypotheses of the study, demographic characteristics are identified based on questionnaires, reliability and validity of measurement items are verified, and structural equation model analysis is performed to verify the hypotheses. The analysis results are as follows. First, it is found that safety knowledge and safety consciousness, which are sub-factors of aviation safety perception of college students majoring in aviation service, have a positive (+) effect on subject recognition, learning process recognition, and career recognition of major recognition. Second, subject recognition, learning process recognition, and career recognition, which are sub-factors of major recognition, are found to have a positive effect on major commitment. Third, it is found that major commitment have a positive (+) effect on employment efficacy. Based on the research results, practical support plans and strategies for effective major study and successful employment are presented.

정규직 및 비정규직 근로 형태가 주관적 건강상태에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Regular Workers and Non-regular Workers on the Subjective Health Status)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to examine the effect of employment status upon the subjective health status. Methods: The data of the study were from the 11th Korean Labor Panel Data, obtained by using a face to face interview method. These data were analyzed by ANOVA, t-test and multiple regression using the SPSS program. Results: There was a significant, statistical difference on the subjective health status according to employment status. The subjective health status of non-regular workers was lower than that of the regular workers. The significant predictors of the subjective health status of all subjects were economic status, age, gender, education, marital status, drinking, employment status, and egular work time. The significant predictors of the subjective health status of workers were age, economic status, gender, and education. The significant predictors of the subjective health status of non-regular workers were age, economic status, marital status, gender, education, and regular work time. Conclusion: These results indicate an association between the subjective health status and employment status. The subjective health status may be affected by instability of temporary employment. The additional research to clarify the role of employment instability is recommended. Research on social policy to resolve health inequalities is recommended.
