공중보건한의사의 진료여건에 관한 조사연구 (A Survey on the Medical Conditions of Public Health Oriental Medical Doctors)

  • Public health oriental medical doctor has played a great role in providing oriental medical treatment and oriental medical health program with public health medical services, the basic infrastructure, however, is not sufficient. In this study, the researcher surveyed the treatment working or service condition of public health oriental medical doctor. 1. The payment, allowance of doctors are fixed upon the law and guideline according to the financial status of local government. The branch of public health center has more support like an official residence with expenses. 2. The public health center mainly has assitants and ratio of full-timer is more than the branch public health center without any assistants if any, they are temporary employee 3. The public health center has 5.22 beds while the branch has 3.14 beds. The daily average number of patient for public health center is 15.01 while the branch has 8.7 More than half of outpatients are over sixties with musculoskeletal disease. 4. Regarding the traveling clinic, the public health center put into more operation than the branch. The 3rd year serving public doctor gives negative about the traveling clinic much more than 1st and 2nd year serving public doctor. The treatment service condition of public doctor of the public health center is better than the branch doctor, but we are on the point of role-changing as health promotion and preventive treatment to bring up motivation, education and competence strengthening for execution the local-bound health program.

위탁급식업체 급식안전사고 실태 및 조리종사원의 조리작업안전에 대한 인식 (Assessment of Accidents Occurrence and Cuisine Employees' Awareness of Workplace Safety in Contract Foodservice Management Company)

  • The study was conducted in two phase. In phase I, workplace safety accidents were investigated that happened from 2004 to 2008 in 52 medium-sized contract managed foodservice companies located in Seoul. In phase II, a survey was conducted to examine the cuisine employees' awareness of workplace safety. The survey was administered to the same foodservice management companies from April 12 to April 20, 2009. The final response rate was 84% (N=336), and the data were analyzed using SPSS Windows (ver. 12.0). The analysis showed that more accidents occurred in the age groups of 51~60 and 41~50 and among women. Forty-four percents of the accidents were reported by the employees who had been engaged in foodservice for 1~4 years. The majority of the safety accidents occurred in May~June of the year and the injuries were related to the 'hands and arms'. Approximately 38.5% of the injuries happened during 'movement and transportation'. More than half of the accidents were not managed as 'industrial accidents'. By type of injuries, 28.6% of the accidents were 'fractures'. In terms of the companies' actions, 44% of the accidents were dealt by companies' paying medical bills. The results of this study could be useful to develop evaluation indicators for safety education programs, decrease cuisine employees' safety accidents, protect assets, and prevent various worker and industrial accidents to create a pleasant work environment.

Assessment of foodservice quality and identification of improvement strategies using hospital foodservice quality model

  • The purposes of this study were to assess hospital foodservice quality and to identify causes of quality problems and improvement strategies. Based on the review of literature, hospital foodservice quality was defined and the Hospital Foodservice Quality model was presented. The study was conducted in two steps. In Step 1, nutritional standards specified on diet manuals and nutrients of planned menus, served meals, and consumed meals for regular, diabetic, and low-sodium diets were assessed in three general hospitals. Quality problems were found in all three hospitals since patients consumed less than their nutritional requirements. Considering the effects of four gaps in the Hospital Foodservice Quality model, Gaps 3 and 4 were selected as critical control points (CCPs) for hospital foodservice quality management. In Step 2, the causes of the gaps and improvement strategies at CCPs were labeled as "quality hazards" and "corrective actions", respectively and were identified using a case study. At Gap 3, inaccurate forecasting and a lack of control during production were identified as quality hazards and corrective actions proposed were establishing an accurate forecasting system, improving standardized recipes, emphasizing the use of standardized recipes, and conducting employee training. At Gap 4, quality hazards were menus of low preferences, inconsistency of menu quality, a lack of menu variety, improper food temperatures, and patients' lack of understanding of their nutritional requirements. To reduce Gap 4, the dietary departments should conduct patient surveys on menu preferences on a regular basis, develop new menus, especially for therapeutic diets, maintain food temperatures during distribution, provide more choices, conduct meal rounds, and provide nutrition education and counseling. The Hospital Foodservice Quality Model was a useful tool for identifying causes of the foodservice quality problems and improvement strategies from a holistic point of view.

호텔에서의 영업력 관리시스템과 직무태도, 성과와의 영향관계 (Relationship among Sales-force Control System, Salesperson's Job Attitudes, and Performance in Hotel)

  • 종사원의 선발, 교육, 보상, 그리고 평가 등과 같은 영업사원의 관리의 실행은 영업력 관리시스템에 있어서 중요한 위치를 차지하는데, 이는 종사원의 역할 모호성, 직무만족, 그리고 성과 등에 지대한 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 호텔의 영업력 관리시스템에 대한 연구가 미진한 형편이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 영업력 관리시스템(STD, 교육, 보상, 상사지원 등), 직무태도, 그리고 성과와의 영향 관계를 보다 자세히 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경로모형과 가설을 설정하고 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 호텔의 영업사원과 이들의 관리를 위한 몇 가지 중요한 사항을 제시하는데 공헌하였다. 즉, 이번 연구는 호텔의 실무책임자들과 연구자들에게 새로운 관점과 시사점을 제시할 수 있었다. 먼저, 학술적 측면에서는 영업력 관리시스템에 관한 새로운 접근 방식을 제시하였다. 둘째로, 실무적 측면을 보면, 종사원의 영업성과와 직무만족을 향상시키고, 역할모호성을 감소시키기 위하여, 관리자는 종사원을 대상으로 격려, 영업에 대한 지도, 그리고 영업 노하우 등에 교육과 행동을 취해야 한다.

민간경비원의 직무스트레스가 직무만족 및 이직의사에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention among the Employee of Private Guard)

  • 본 연구는 민간경비원의 직무스트레스가 직무만족 및 이직의사에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 2005년 6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 30일간에 걸쳐 서울 및 수도권 소재 민간경비 업체 중, 50명 이상 근무하고 있는 경찰청에 등록된 경비업체를 모집단으로 하여 1단계로 서울, 경기도 지역에 위치한 경비업체를 고려하여 4개 구역으로 구분한 다음, 관할경찰청에 등록된 민간경비업체 8곳을 무선으로 선정하고 2단계로, 선정된 민간경비업체를 직접 방문하여 대상자의 성별, 연령층을 고려하여 각 업체당 70부씩, 총 560명을 집락하였다. 실제분석에서는 표집된 560명중 불성실하게 응답했다고 판단되거나 조사내용의 일부가 누락된 75부의 자료는 제외하고 최종분석에 사용된 사례수는 485명 이었다.각 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 12.0을 이용하여 요인분석, t 검증 및 F 검증, 일원변량분석, 다중회귀분석, 회귀분석 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무스트레스는 직무만족 및 이직의사의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 직무스트레스는 직무만족에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 직무스트레스는 이직의사에 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 직무만족은 이직의사에 영향을 미친다. 직무스트레스는 직무만족 및 이직의사에 직 간접적 영향을 미친다.

지하철보안관제도의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the Subway Protective Guards System)

  • 지하철은 서울에서 수송 분담률이 가장 높은 이동수단 중 하나로서 많은 이용객들이 이용하는 만큼 범죄도 자주 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 2009년 서울메트로에서는 지하철 내에서의 안전을 확보하기 위해 지하철보안관제도를 신설하였다. 그러나 획기적인 제도에도 불구하고 그동안 여러 가지 문제로 인해 그 효과성에 의문을 제기하는 시민들이 많았다. 본 연구에서는 지하철보안관과의 심층면담을 통해 지하철보안관제도의 운영상황을 분석하여 제도의 문제점과 활성화 전략을 도출하고자 시도하였다. 심도 있는 문제점 분석을 위해 본 연구에서는 근무경력 4년 이상의 반장급 지하철보안관들을 대상으로 반구조화된 면담을 실시하였고, 이를 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 강점과 지하철보안관제도의 활성화를 위한 발전요인, 약점과 지하철보안관제도의 활성화를 저지하는 요인을 도출하여 제도의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 개선방안은 체계적 테러대응교육 도입, 인력충원과 정규직 전화, 부분적 사법권부여, 근무환경 개선, 지하철보안관제도에 대한 홍보강화 등이었다.

서울.경기지역 초등학교 급식소의 쓰레기 감량화 프로그램 및 관리업무영역 규명 (Assessment of Waste Management Practices , Source - reduction Programs and Related Tasks in Elementary School Foodservice in Seoul and Kyonggi Province Areas)

  • This study was designed to assess the waste management practices, source-reduction programs and related tasks in elementary school foodservice in Seoul. and Kyonggi Province Areas. A questionnaire mailed to 910 school foodservice managers in Seoul and Kyonggi province: a 202% (N=184) response rate was obtained. About 83.7% of school foodservice managers were responsible for managing solid waste. Most foodservice operations take the responsibility of food waste but not packaging wastes. The average disposal cost per month per person was about 19 won and income was about 35 won. Leftovers were mainly disposed with platewaste. Platewaste was reused for the livestook feed(68.0%), and some platewaste was composted(11.6%). Source reduction programs implemented in half of school foodservice operations were adjustment of portion size', checking the plate waste', 'working with classroom teachers on waste reduction campaign', 'providing information leaflet on food waste minimization', posting education materials, 'classroom instruction about food waste minimization', and 'improving cooking method. According to factor analysis based on importance rating. slid waste management activities of elementary school foodservice operations were divided to 7 dimensions such as communication and cooperation with others', 'employee training', 'product quality control, 'yield control', plate waste control', 'purchasing', and 'public relations'. As a result of Important-Performance Analysis(IPA), sine dimensions such as 'communication and cooperation with others' and 'plate waste control were identified in Focus Here' quardrant area which need more enhanced performance.

사업체 급식서비스 품질의 인구통계적 변인에 따른 비교분석 (Analysis of Demographic Backgrounds on Factory Foodservice Quality for Employee Grouped by Working Types)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify customer expectation, perception and satisfaction of foodservice quality to analyze the influencing factors on foodservice quality and finally to provide basic information for the improvement of foodservice quality. A survey of 4 factory foodservices was undertaken and detailed information was collected from 675 respondents. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS package program for descriptive analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA. Male had higher scores than female in perceptions of foods and services, and the differences were statistically significant. As analysis of expectation, perception and satisfaction result of age, expectation and perception were statistically significant, and mostly expectation and perception increased according as age increased. Expectation and perception showed statistical differences by marital status. Married people had higher scores in expectation and perception of food and service than single. According to family type, respondents living alone showed lower scores in expectation and perception of food and service than those living with family or relatives. Conversely, living alone had high expectation on service. As analysis of work type, office workers showed higher scores of service expectation, food and service perception than production workers. As education level increased, food and service expectation and perception increased mostly. As analysis of work post, food and service expectation and perception increased as work post raised. Meanwhile, married people had higher scores in service quality of satisfaction than single. Result of the study can be summarized as follows the analysis of expectation, perception and satisfaction of foodservice quality, the Quadrant of food and service quality expectation and perception according to demographic variables. Expectation, perception and satisfaction scores of foodservice attributes according to work type. The distribution of attributes with satisfyingly significant difference in grid.

가족친화마을만들기를 위한 모델 및 핵심 요소 (A Discussion of the Family-Friendly Village Model and Important Factors)

  • A law facilitating a family-friendly social environment was legislated in December 2007. According to the law, projects for facilitating a family-friendly social environment consisted of a family-friendly working environment, a community environment, and the promotion of a family-friendly culture. There has been much progress in developing a family-friendly working environment through projects such as those advocating for flexible work hours, an employee support system, and child care and a family care support system. However, in terms of a family-friendly community environment project, there was no noticeable advancement. Hence, this study was conducted to find ways to vitalize the family-friendly village project in terms of the family-friendly community environment project. The major findings of this study were as follows: A family-friendly village could be structured on the three axes of time, space, and relation. The model of the family-friendly village project consists of the following three steps: motivation, systematization, and participating & practicing. In the motivation step, integration, community, and sustainability were needed as basic ideologies for a family-friendly village. In the systematization step, providing systematic educational systems for residents taking on leadership and activist roles was stressed. In the participating & practicing step, many ways to facilitate residents' social relationships were suggested: starting the project from matters of common interests, making the resolution of families' problems a communal task of the residents, accepting the opinions of various groups associated with the matter, and taking a differentiated project process according to the geographic, socio-economic, and demographic characteristics of the groups. It is strongly suggested that the family-friendly village should be taken as a common functional scheme in everyone of eight livable village models because a key factor in a family-friendly village, family care, serves an essential function in any livable village model.

수도권 거주자의 산림 방문수요 결정요인 분석 - 북한산, 관악산, 수락산, 도봉산 방문객을 중심으로 (A Study on the Factors Determining Visits of Seoul Metropolitan Citizens to Forests: Focusing on the Visitors of Mt. Bukhan, Mt. Gwanak, Mt. Surak, and Mt. Dobong)

  • 본 연구는 서울 및 수도권 거주자를 중심으로 산림방문수요를 분석하여 산림방문수요증진을 위한 정책적 시사점 도출을 목적으로 수행되었다. 산림선택속성의 요인분석을 통하여 도출된 총 6개의 요인, 인구통계적 특성, 산림 이용과 관련된 일반적 사항 등의 독립변수를 이용하여 종속변수인 지난 1년간 산림 방문횟수에 대한 결정요인을 파악하였다. 분석결과, 산림방문수요에 정(正)의 영향을 미치는 변수는 산림선택속성 중에서 관광자원요인, 인구통계적 변수들 중에서는 남성, 서울 거주자일수록, 산림이용과 관련된 변수들 중에서는 대중교통을 이용하는 경우인 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 산림방문수요에 부(負)의 영향을 미치는 변수는 산림선택속성요인 중에서 산림외적요인, 인구통계적 특성 중 화이트컬러 직업군 종사자, 대졸이상 학력자인 경우로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 산림방문 수요 확대를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.
