Purpose: Even though advanced heart failure (HF) severely affects the patient's health-related quality of life (HRQoL), there is little information regarding this issue. This review is aimed to describe the relevant clinical characteristics of patient with advanced HF and identify factors influencing HRQoL in these patients. Methods: Empirical articles were searched from electronic databases issued from January 2000 to June 2018 with using the key terms 'heart failure' and 'quality of life'. There were a total of 22 articles that met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed for this study. Results: First, nine studies among 22 studies clearly stated that their participants were samples of patients with advanced HF. Most reviewed studies showed the New York Heart Association (NYHA) class as the criteria for identifying advanced HF. Second, the level of HRQoL varied depending on the measurement tools utilized by the researchers. Third, the NYHA class, gender, and symptoms were mainly associated with HRQoL in patients with advanced HF. Also, nurse- or physician-led intervention, exercise, spiritual-focused intervention, and palliative care improved the HRQoL of the patients with advanced HF. Conclusion: This study found that the clear application of criteria for advanced HF and the development of advanced HF-specific HRQoL measurement was needed. Prospective studies should be considered for identifying differences in the levels and factors influencing HRQoL in patients with early stage or advanced HF to design patient-centered care.

본 연구에서는 현재까지 국내에서 진행된 '저작권침해 소송', '손해배상청구 소송' 중에서 음악저작물에 관한 판례들을 통해 법적인 측면에서 판단의 근거를 기반으로 표절여부 판단에 대한 명확한 기준을 정립하여 소송 이전에 논란이 되는 두 곡의 유사성 여부를 판단할 수 있게 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구는 문헌연구와 판례(음악저작물의 요소에 의한 표절 판결 1건, 현재 항소심 진행중인 사건 1건)를 통해 이루어졌다. 연구결과 '음악저작물 표절 판단 기준'은 크게 (1) 창작성, (2) 의거성, (3) 실질적 유사성으로 나타났다. 창작성과 실질적 유사성의 판단방법은 거의 동일하다. 음악저작물의 구성요소인 가락, 화성, 리듬으로 비교분석을 하는 것이다. 하지만 창작성의 경우 원작자의 곡과 또 다른 비교대상물을 분석하고, 실질적 유사성은 사건에 해당하는 두 곡을 분석하는데 차이가 있다. 현재 창작성의 판단기준은 유사성이 인정된 비교대상물의 수를 설정하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 의거성은 객관적인 기준을 수립하는데 한계가 있다. 마지막으로 실질적 유사성은 과거 공연윤리위원회의 사전심의제도를 기반으로 수치화된 기준을 수립해야 한다.

본 연구는 농촌지역인 경북 청송군을 사례로 지방자치단체에서 자체적으로 적용한 관리지역 세분기준의 문제점을 실증적으로 분석하고 그 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 먼저, 도시관리계획 수립지침상의 세분기준과 청송군 세분기준을 비교하였다. 다음으로 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 이용하여 토지적성평가의 결과와 관리지역 세분결과를 비교하였고, 용도지역의 현황분석과 면적 비교를 통해 공간배치에 있어서 인근 용도지역과의 관련성도 검토하였다. 마지막으로 지도분석과 현장조사를 통해 실제 주변 토지이용상황과의 관련성을 검토하였으며, 민원인과 면담을 통해 관리지역 세분에 따른 민원사례를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 용도지역의 불완전한 정형화, 개발가능여부에 대한 판단기준의 미비, 관련부서의 편향적인 협의의견 등과 같은 청송군 관리지역 세분기준의 문제점을 도출하였고 이들에 대한 실증적 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 농촌지역의 올바른 관리지역 세분방향을 제시하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

기후변화를 비롯한 사회 문제가 심각해지면서 ESG 경영에 대한 인식은 전세계적으로 점점 높아지고 있다. 물류산업은 글로벌 공급망에서 중요한 역할을 담당하는 만큼 물류기업에 대한 ESG 경영 이행이 다양한 사회 구성원에게 요구되고 있다. 한국은 모든 기업을 대상으로 ESG 가이드라인을 마련하였으나, 물류기업 특히 중소·중견 물류기업의 특성을 고려하지 못한 한계점이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존 ESG 가이드라인과 대형 물류기업의 지속가능경영 사례, 선행연구 등을 검토함으로써 중소·중견 물류기업을 위한 ESG 경영 진단항목 후보를 정보공시(P), 환경(E), 사회(S), 지배구조(G) 4개 영역으로 도출하였다. 중소·중견 물류기업의 영세기업 특성을 고려한 진단항목을 축소하기 위해 본 연구는 물류기업 종사자 및 학계/연구기관 전문가 총 60명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 조사결과를 토대로 주성분 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 주성분 분석결과는 정보공시의 4개 항목을 하나로 정의할 수 있으며, 환경은 16개 항목에서 3개 항목으로, 사회는 22개 항목에서 7개로, 지배구조는 20개에서 5개로 정의하였다. 본 연구는 중소·중견 물류기업 특성에 맞는 ESG 경영 진단항목을 제시하는 데에 있어 의미가 있다고 판단이 되며, 향후 유관기관에서의 가이드라인 마련과 중소·중견 물류기업에서의 ESG 경영 추진시 본 연구를 참고할 것으로 기대된다.

This study took the conceptual framework of acculturation styles into the empirical investigation of international students in Korea. This research identifies the differences in acculturation styles, the characteristics of each segment, the effect of acculturation styles on clothing involvement (clothing involvement and risk probability), and the effect of cultural orientation values (individualism and collectivism) as covariates. The participants were international students attending a university located in Seoul. Data from 153 international students were used for statistical analysis. Respondents were grouped into four acculturation styles (integration, assimilation, separation, and marginalization). The assimilation group had the highest mean score of clothing interest. Cultural orientation values showed a significant covariate effect. With individualism as covariates, the main effect of acculturation styles on clothing interest was significant. In clothing product evaluation criteria, the integration group regarded design, fit and trend as most important. The marginalization group showed a mean score that was significantly lower in brand preference and satisfaction; however, the assimilation group had a mean score that was significantly higher.

The internet has been giving new business opportunities due to the unlimited and convenience of using it. So, A lot of companies confront many challenges to hold customer. In this situation, The holding many customers of online car insurance company could have very significant meanings, Therefore, this study could be meaningful to analyze the factor of building customer loyalty. The main results of the paper are as follows : Firstly, The attributes and recent situation of online car insurance have been researched. Secondly, The Customer brand relation quality(BRQ) has been shown a important role of building loyalty. Finally, Conceptual criteria for the study, which was modified considering cultural values of Korean customer from Fournier's seminal study, have shown very significant means.

Many IT specialists say that ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is the best way to manage resources in enterprise effectively. Actually lots of companies are using ERP solutions in the hope of getting competitiveness and employing global standard business practice. Wishing to take advantage of ERP S/W, companies have a preference for purchasing it and outsourcing ERP project. This paper is focusing on ERP Package assessment model in business firms. This paper finds out what differences there are in purchasing ERP S/W for organization characteristics and building characteristics, and suggests some guidelines of S/W development to venders. The results would be strong implications for ERP vendors. Especially this paper identify what the reasons and the checkpoints are when firms introduce ERP S/W. To do this, this paper used empirical data obtained from companies in South Korea and analyzed it using statistical software.

The concrete bridge decks are in need of replacement and rehabilitation due to decreasing load carrying capacity. In this study, to propose a strengthening technique that improves usability and structural performance of the bridge deck and to propose an efficient strengthening design technique which satisfies both the strength End serviceability of the bridge deck, this paper shows the failure characteristics of the strengthened bridge decks and proposes an empirical yield criterion. Therefore, strengthening efficiency was proposed based on the experiment and yield line analysis result. The yield line theory which adopts the modified criteria of Johansen is considered to predict the ultimate strength about all strengthening material(Carbon Fiber Sheet, Carbon Fiber Rod, Grid Type Carbon Fiber).

This paper investigates the effect of introducing MBNQA Model, a representative execution system of TQM with strong management innovation capability, and its Korean version, Korean Quality Award Model, to the Korean companies and analyzes the effect to find out whether the application has improved companies' management quality. The empirical result of this study not only provides the company planning to adopt those management innovation models to enhance their management quality with practical guidelines but also suggest a direction to the first class company.

In this study, the natural flaws in welding parts are classified using the signal pattern classification method. The storage digital oscilloscope including FFT function and enveloped waveform generator is used and the signal pattern recognition procedure is made up the digital signal processing, feature extraction, feature selection and classifier design. It is composed with and discussed using the distance classifier that is based on euclidean distance the empirical Bayesian classifier. feature extraction is performed using the class-mean scatter criteria. The signal pattern classification method is applied to the signal pattern recognition of natural flaws.
