The purpose of this study is to suggest the implications of social welfare workers' understanding of emotional labor and prevention of psychological exhaustion. In order to achieve this goal, I analyzed the effects of the levels of surface acting and deep acting, which are components of emotional labor in social welfare workers in social welfare center, on emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and lack of sense of personal accomplishment which are components of psychological exhaustion. And I empirically analyzed how emotional labor affects psychological exhaustion, when superior support and fellow support as components of social support play a role as moderating variables. Empirical results show that emotional labor affects psychological exhaustion and social support plays a moderating role. Based on these results, theoretical and policy implications and future research directions are presented.

The purpose of this study is explore stress, problem solving and emotional intelligence in nursing students. Participants were recruited from December 2016 to February 2017 by web base survey. The participants were 237 who nursing students in university. Stress, problem solving and emotional intelligence were assessed using two questionnaires; Korean version of the Perceived stress inventory (PSI), problem solving, and Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS). The responses 237 students were analyzed statistically. Significantly emotional intelligence was a correlation stress and problem solving (p>.001). The findings showed that problem solving (${\beta}=.386$), stress (${\beta}=-.259$, empathy ability (${\beta}=.144$), and satisfaction with a major in nursing (${\beta}=.129$). Our finding show that stress levels of low and the problem solving levels of above moderate in emotional intelligence. Especially, the problem solving was important factor in emotional intelligence.

Recently, to draw the web users' attention and stay in the website for a long time to transmit information efficiently, the website designing is focused on providing emotional experience. Emotional experience is possible through the use of interactive storytelling and multimedia. Users immersion, pleasurable experience and synesthesia satisfaction is connected to the emotional experience due to the interaction operation and multimedia feedback. In this study, application of the parallax scrolling technique's possibility has been studied to induce the emotional experience of the web users that appeared in the technical development of the web. Realizing characteristics of the elements that effect emotional experience through web cases are studied and the possibility of effective emotional experience is proposed as using parallax scrolling technique on web.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify the effect of stress on the relations between emotional intelligence and burnout among nursing college students. Methods: The study is a cross-sectional survey and the participants were 363 students attending a nursing college located in Seoul. Data were collected by convenience sampling using self-reported questionnaires that consisted of general characteristics, emotional intelligence, perceived stress and burnout. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression. Results: Findings of the multiple regression were as follows. First, emotional intelligence had a significant negative-effect on stress. Second, emotional intelligence had a significant negative-effect on burnout. Third, stress had a significant positive-effect on burnout and had a mediating effect on the relationship between emotional intelligence and burnout. Conclusion: Results of the study suggest that as a way to reduce nursing college students' stress and burnout, programs which help improve nursing college students' emotional intelligence should be developed and implemented.

Emotional experience (James, 1884)[1] can affect people's behavior. There are few types of research on VR marketing(Maojun Zhou, Zeru Yan, 2018)[2] design based on emotional experience. This article is based on emotional evaluation theory and empirical research, and the VR marketing case "Buy+" online shopping platform (Wu Yongyi, 2016). It is concluded that there are three levels of emotional experience definition on VR marketing which decompose the features of the VR marketing design of "Buy+ as an online-shop" correspondingly and find out the design features of VR marketing from the perspective of emotional experience. Finally, through the analysis of the questionnaire data, it verified that vividness, functionality and effectiveness could represent the features of VR marketing design. Moreover, it analyzed the correlation among these factors. Vividness and functionality have the closest relationship among them. The definition, the components, and the correlation of the three-layer emotional experience obtained from this research can provide theoretical support and reference for other VR marketing designs.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships among childcare teachers' emotional intelligence, daycare center directors' emotional leadership, and teacher-infant interactions. Also, this study examines whether a daycare center director's emotional leadership would mediate the correlation between a childcare teacher's emotional intelligence and teacher-infant interactions. A questionnaire was given to 293 childcare teachers. Using SPSS version 21.0, the data were analyzed for Pearson's correlation, hierarchical regression analysis, the Sobel-test, and the meditation effect proposed by Baron and Kenny. The findings are as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between a childcare teacher's emotional intelligence, the director's emotional leadership, and teacher-infant interactions. Second, the influence on teacher-infant interactions from directors' emotional leadership was relatively greater than childcare teachers' emotional intelligence. Finally, the emotional leadership of daycare center directors partially mediated the relationship between childcare teachers' emotional intelligence and teacher-infant interactions. This study provides significant empirical data for improving childcare.

This Study Examined the Effects of Disgruntled Customers' Behaviors on the Emotional Dissonance of Service Workers, the Effects of Emotional Dissonance on Emotional Exhaustion, and the Effects of Emotional Dissonance on Turnover Intention and Customer Orientation. In Addition, this Study Examined the Moderating Effects of Emotional Labor Strategies(both surface acting and deep acting), in the Relationship Between Customers' Disgruntled Behaviors and Emotional Dissonance. A Survey was Conducted on Hospital Workers and Drew the Following Results. First, Disgruntled Behavior had a Positively Significant Effect on Emotional Dissonance. Second, Emotional Dissonance had a Positively Significant Effect on Emotional Exhaustion. Third, Emotional Exhaustion had a Positively Significant Effect on Turnover Intention but Negatively Significant Effect on Customer Orientation. Finally, According to a Hierarchical Regression Analysis, Disgruntled Behavior and a Moderating Variable, Surface Acting had a Significant Interaction Effect on Dependent Variable, Emotional Dissonance, but Disgruntled Behavior and a Moderating Variable, Deep Acting did not.

User's selection of music is largely influenced by private tastes as well as emotional states, and it is the unconsciousness projection of user's emotion. Therefore, we think user's emotional states to be music itself. In this paper, we try to grasp user's emotional states from music selected by users at a specific context, and we analyze the correlation between its context and user's emotional state. To get emotional states out of music, the proposed method extracts emotional words as the representative of music from lyrics of user-selected music through morphological analysis, and learns weights of linear classifier for each emotional features of extracted words. Regularities learned by classifier are utilized to calculate predictive weights of virtual music using weights of music chosen by other users in context similar to active user's context. Finally, we propose a method to recommend some pieces of music relative to user's contexts and emotional states. Experimental results shows that the proposed method is more accurate than the traditional collaborative filtering method.

A video-work story analysis system based on emotional state measurement includes a content provision unit which provides story content of a video-work, a display unit which displays content provided by the content provision unit, an emotional state measurement unit which measures a tense-relaxed emotional state of a viewer viewing the displayed story content, a story pattern analysis unit which analyzes the tense-relaxed emotional state measured from the emotional state measurement unit according to a scene in the story content provided by the content provision unit, and a story pattern display unit which prints out an analysis result or displays the analysis result as an image. The emotional state measurement unit measures a tense or relaxed emotional state through one or more analyses among a brainwave analysis, a vital sign analysis, or an ocular state analysis. A writer may obtain support in an additional scenario modification work, and an investor may obtain support in making a decision through the above description. Furthermore, the video-work story analysis system and analysis method based on emotional state measurement may extract a particular pattern with respect to a change in an emotional state of a viewer, compile statistics, and analyze a correlation between a story and an emotional state.

Objectives : This study investigated the fatigue, emotional labor and job embeddedness factors influencing the turnover intention of clinical nurses. Methods : A survey was conducted with 479 hospital nurses. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients. and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results : The mean scores fatigue, emotional labor, job embeddedness. and turnover intention were $3.06{\pm}0.71$, $3.43{\pm}0.60$, $2.94{\pm}0.47$, and $3.39{\pm}0.62$, respectively. Turnover intention was positively correlated with fatigue and emotional labor, but negatively correlated with job embeddedness. Multiple regression analysis showed that the factors affecting turnover intention were job embeddedness, emotional labor, gender, and with studying. Conclusions : The results indicate that emotional labor and job embeddedness are very important factors affecting nurses turnover intention. Therefore nurse managers should decrease nurses emotional labor and maximize their job embeddedness by developing various emotional sensitivity and support programs.
