웹서비스의 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라 고객 개개인의 특성을 반영한 맞춤형 서비스의 지원 필요성이 증가되었으며, 이러한 개인화 서비스를 지원하는 고객화 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 대부분 고객화 지원 시스템은 각종 수집 가능한 고객의 개별적인 특성을 위주로 하는 정량적으로 표현되는 자료의 분석을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 감성 정보의 경우 정서적인 데이터 특성으로 인해 이를 웹 시스템에 활용하기에는 어려움이 있다. 따라서 웹 환경이라는 기술적인 상황에서도 활용 가능한 감성정보의 활용에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 고객의 감성지수를 이용한 적응적 고객화 서비스를 지원하는 웹 시스템을 설계하고 실험을 통해 분석하였다.

These days, the researches related with the emotional robots are actively investigated and in progress. And human language, expression, action etc. are merged in the emotional robot to understand the human emotion. However, there are so many sound sources and background noise around the robot, that the robots should be able to separate the mixture of these sound sources into the original sound sources, moreover to understand the meaning of voice of a specific person. Also they should be able to turn or move to the direction of a specific person to observe his expression or action effectively. Until now, the researches on the localization and separation of sound sources have been so theoretical and computative that real-time processing is hardly possible. In this reason for the practical emotional robot, fast computation should be realized by using simple principle. In this paper the methods for detecting the direction of sound sources by using the phase difference between peaks on spectrums, and the separating the sound sources by using fundamental frequency and its overtones of human voice, are proposed. Also by using these methods, it is shown that the effective and real-time localization and separation of sound sources in living room are possible.

인간-컴퓨터 상호작용에서 감성 기술(affective computing)을 도입하기 위한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 정의적인 측면에서 감성적 기억은 인지적 처리 활동에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 이러닝 환경에서의 학습자의 감성에 따른 정서적 피드백이 학업 성취도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 인간 교사가 면대면 학습 환경에서 제시하는 정서적 피드백 메시지를 선정하고 이를 콘텐츠에 적용한 시스템을 구현하였다. 학습자의 감성을 알아내기 위해 버튼을 이용한 자기 보고 방법을 사용하고 선정된 정서적 피드백을 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 교실수업에 적용한 결과 이러닝 환경에서 느끼는 학습자의 감정에 정서적 피드백을 제공하는 것이 학업 성취도에 긍정적인 영향을 줌을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between resort selection attributes, emotional responses, and empirical values of scuba diving participants. The general population who enjoys scuba diving in Korea was selected as the population. Using the convenience sampling method, 553 of the 600 questionnaire samples were extracted as the final valid sample. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and Cronbach's α test were performed using SPSS 23, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed with AMOS 18. The results are as follows: First, among the sub-factors of selection attributes, equipment, facility environment, and diving point showed a positive effect on emotional response, but staff service did not have any significant effect. Second, the emotional response positively affected by the selection attribute showed a positive effect on all factors of service excellence, consumer utility, fun value, and aesthetic value of empirical value. Therefore, scuba diving resort managers must recognize the importance of equipment, facility environment, and diving point among these selection attributes of customers. And to satisfy the customer needs the resort must accurately identify the needs for diving equipment, facility environment and diving point. Various methods for this should be explored through the needs of the identified customers, and efforts should be made to provide safe equipment, comfortable facilities, and various diving points.

본 연구의 목적은 일개 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 감정노동과 감성지능이 각각 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향, 감정노동과 감성지능이 통합요인으로 합쳐졌을 때 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 설문조사는 서울 소재 K 종합병원 간호사를 대상으로 2013년 3월 11일부터 3월 29일까지 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 전산 통계 처리하여 분석하였다. 감정 노동 변인 중 감정표현의 빈도는 직무스트레스에 유의미한 부(-)적 영향(${\beta}=-.215$, p<.05)을, 감정표현 규범의 주의성은 유의미한 정(+)적(${\beta}=.263$, p<.01) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 감성지능 변인 중 자기감정이해와 감정조절변인이 직무스트레스에 유의미한 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해, 간호사들이 직무스트레스를 낮추기 위해서는 환자들과 긍정적인 감정표현을 많이 하고, 간호사들이 병원의 감정표현 규범으로 인해 표현하지 못한 감정을 해소할 수 있는 방안이 필요하며, 자신의 감정에 대한 이해와 감성조절능력을 기르도록 스스로 노력이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 이에 따라 간호사들의 직무스트레스를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 역량강화프로그램의 개발과 제공이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the recent trend color of bathroom based on analysis result of digital color image processing, to analyze the emotional color of that, and to suggest the harmony color combination for the bathroom. It leads to the two final results. That is, the main color of bathroom image is recognized as three color classifications such as YR-Y, Y-GY, PB-P, 2) from the point of emotional aspect, the trend color of the bathroom can be classified into four image categories: 'modern', 'mild', 'elegant', 'natural'. Finally, under these categories, this paper propose 12 color harmony schema which can be applied to color in, especially bathroom Interior design.

SNS 의 발전으로 기업이나 공공단체는 소셜 데이터가 가지고 있는 감성이나 의견, 여론 등을 분석해서 신흥 가치를 창출하려 한다. 소셜 데이터를 기반으로 하는 감성 분석은 사람들의 소비 측면 및 제품 평가 파악은 물론 기업 매출 및 정책 수립 등에서 도움이 된다. 하지만 소셜 데이터는 각종 신조어 및 이모티콘이 다수 포함되어 있어 기존 감성 분석 방법으로는 정확한 분석을 하기 어렵다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 신조어 및 이모티콘 감성 사전을 구축하고, 분석 과정에서 기존 감성 사전과 본 논문에서 구축된 신조어 및 이모티콘 감성 사전을 사용하여 감성 분석 정확도를 비교한다.

Sign-in point of interest (POI) are extremely sparse in location-based social networks, hindering recommendation systems from capturing users' deep-level preferences. To solve this problem, we propose a content-aware POI recommendation algorithm based on a convolutional neural network. First, using convolutional neural networks to process comment text information, we model location POI and user latent factors. Subsequently, the objective function is constructed by fusing users' geographical information and obtaining the emotional category information. In addition, the objective function comprises matrix decomposition and maximisation of the probability objective function. Finally, we solve the objective function efficiently. The prediction rate and F1 value on the Instagram-NewYork dataset are 78.32% and 76.37%, respectively, and those on the Instagram-Chicago dataset are 85.16% and 83.29%, respectively. Comparative experiments show that the proposed method can obtain a higher precision rate than several other newer recommended methods.

면접자나 면접관이나 인재들이 해당 조직에서 일을 해보지 않고서는 조직문화와 직무에 적합한지에 대해 확신 할 수 없고 만약 적합하지 않다면 면접자나 조직이나 서로 피해를 입는 상황이 발생한다. 이러한 상황들을 개선하기 위해 감성 어휘를 기반으로 한 이미지 스케일과 감성어휘 분류 시스템을 분석한다. 또한 면접자들의 이력서와 자기소개서에 있는 단어들을 분석하여 조직문화와 해당 직무에 적합한 인재 선발에 참고 자료를 제공할 수 있는 감성 어휘를 기반으로 한 인재 검색 시스템에 기초가 되는 이미지 스케일과 감성 어휘 분류체계에 대해 연구한다.

경찰공무원들의 일상생활은 수많은 범죄행위와 범죄피해 그리고 범죄현장에 직면하는 업무를 담당한다. 이러한 경우 개인의 부정적인 감정이 표현될 수도 있다. 해양경찰 조직 내에서 구성원들의 부정적인 감정은 직장에 대한 기여도와 직무에 대한 성취도 그리고 효과적인 직무처리를 위한 자신감을 향상시켜 준다. 따라서 조직구성원의 감정적 부조화를 통제하는 것은 조직의 발전에도 큰 도움이 된다. 이 연구는 해양경찰공무원의 감정적 부조화가 직무소진에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 감정지능의 매개효과를 검증하는데 집중하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해양경찰공무원의 감정적 부조화 하위요인과 직무소진의 관계에서 의식적으로 감정표현을 하거나 절제하려고 노력할 때 감정적 부조화를 느끼지 않으며 바람직한 감정표현을 하는 과정에서 감정지능이 감소하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 해양경찰공무원의 감정지능은 직무소진에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 해양경찰공무원의 감정적 부조화가 직무소진에 미치는 영향관계에서 감정지능은 통계적으로 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 결국, 직접효과와 매개효과를 비교한 결과, 해양경찰공무원들은 감정적 부조화가 직무소진을 느끼는 것만큼 감정지능에 의해 직접적으로 직무소진을 경험하는 경향이 나타났다.
