Alongside the rapid development of AI technology, which is stepping in to do tasks more quickly and less prone to error than humans can, the possibility for MI (multiple intelligence) development warrants equal attention and fervor. Recent theories of human intelligence point beyond standard cognitive capacity, IQ, and shine a light on the other unique potentials naturally endowed to humans. The applicability of MI to aviation is discussed, suggesting that it is important to consider ways to integrate MI development techniques into pilot education and training. Experiential starting points are discussed.

The performance of a teacher has an important role in the success of education in general. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the decline in teacher performance in one of the junior secondary schools in Indonesia. Based on the literature review, four exogenous variables were identified, namely, training, utilization of information technology, intellectual intelligence, and emotional intelligence. This study uses primary data, collected from a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The questionnaire items are measured using a Likert scale. The sample in this study were all teachers at MTS Darul Falah Sirahan, totaling 32 people. The analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis of this study is multiple regression analysis. Statistical product and service solutions are used as analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that only the variable 'utilization of information technology' has a positive and significant effect. However, the variables 'training,' 'intellectual intelligence,' and 'emotional intelligence' did not have a significant effect. This finding contradicts the literature in general. Therefore, this study recommends improving training methods, both those carried out internally by schools and by related agencies, and schools still need to optimize guidance and potential for teacher's intelligence in improving performance.
Objectives : Identify the factors that affect organizational citizenship behavior of hospital nurses, and to provide a basis for developing an effective nursing workforce management system. Methods : Participants of this study were 214 nurses serving at general hospitals located in B Metropolitan City. Data collection was performed from Oct.15th to 25th, 2014. The methods of analyzing data were ANOVA, Scheffe's-Test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient Analysis and the Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis according to the SPSS WIN 18.0 Program. Results : Emotional intelligence explained 42.1% of the subjects' organizational citizenship behaviors. This figure increased to 48.7, 51.3 and 52.3%, respectively when other three factors of job satisfaction, age and educational background were added on a one-by-one basis. Conclusions : Considering that emotional intelligence is a critical factor in organizational citizenship behaviors, general hospitals should develop and implement education and training programs that can raise their nurses' emotional intelligence and job satisfaction and, concomitantly, promote their organizational citizenship behaviors provided that feedbacks is provided later.
Purpose: This study aimed to identify variables influencing the psychosocial adjustment of North Korean adolescent refugees in order to establish a structural equation model and design an intervention strategy to improve psychosocial adjustment. Methods: The subjects included 290 North Korean adolescent refugees aged 16~24 years who were enrolled in alternative schools or regional adaptation centers. They were surveyed using a structured questionnaire. Results: The goodness of fit measures of the model were as follows: $x^2=131.20$ (p<.001), GFI=.93, CFI=.91, TLI=.86, RMSEA=.08, and SRMR=.07. The results estimated from the structural equation model indicated a good fit of data to the hypothesized model, which proposed that stress and emotional intelligence are associated with psychosocial adjustment. The major variables influencing psychosocial adjustment were stress, emotional intelligence, which was a significant direct effect, whereas attitude of parenting showed an indirect effect on psychosocial adjustment through emotional intelligence. These variables account for 50.0% of psychosocial adjustment. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop a program and intervention plan that can enhance emotional intelligence and thereby relieve the stress of North Korean adolescent refugees. The program should also include parenting education so that parents have positive attitude of parenting.

The study makes several contributions to not only the adoption literature by examining the influence of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Big-Five traits on adoption of Augmented Reality (AR) but also given its utility in both industry and research, it contributes to the interesting inter-disciplinary domain of psychology, information systems, and human behaviour. A quantitative based approach using a sample of 275 respondents was undertaken. It is found that emotional intelligence influence both perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness. They in turn influence intention to use. Another important observation is that personality traits (openness and agreeableness) have a significant moderating effect on the relation between attitude and intention to use AR. This research will help academicians and executives working on the adoption of AR in various sectors ranging from retail industry to the education sector. The originality of this study is that it explores the impact of EI on the acceptance of AR and helps in extending the literature in interdisciplinary research.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the applications and possibilities of major programs that provide services using artificial intelligence in mathematics education. For this study, related papers, reports, and materials were collected and analyzed, focusing on materials mostly published within the last five years. The researcher searched the keywords of "artificial intelligence", "artificial intelligence", "AI" and "mathematics education" independently or in combination. As a result of the study, artificial intelligence for mathematics education was mostly supporting learners' personalized mathematics learning, defining it as an auxiliary role to support human mathematics teachers, and upgrading the technology of not only cognitive aspects but also affective aspects. As suggestions, the researcher argued that followings are necessary: Research for the establishment of an elaborate artificial intelligence mathematical system, discovery of artificial intelligence technology for appropriate use to support mathematics education, development of high quality of mathematics contents for artificial intelligence, and the establishment and operation of a cloud-based comprehensive system for mathematics education. The researcher proposed that continuous research to effectively help students study mathematics using artificial intelligence including students' emotional or empathetic abilities, and collaborative learning, which is only possible in offline environments. Also, the researcher suggested that more sophisticated materials should be developed for designing mathematics teaching and learning by using artificial intelligence.
