  • Background and objective: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of an agro-healing program on the relationship satisfaction and emotional change between parents and children. Methods: We sent an official letter to D Office of Education with information and recruitment for the agro-healing program. Then D Office of Education has sent the official letter to elementary schools under the jurisdiction to recruit parents who were willing to participate in the programs with their children. The subjects were recruited by order of application, and 27 families participated, but 20 parent-child teams who attended all sessions and fully participated in the program were ultimately selected. From October 12 to November 16, 2019, a total of 6 sessions of the programs were held once a week at a care farm in Gyeongsangbuk-do. In the morning, they participated in a program that utilizes the resources of plants and animals in the care farm, and later participated in an indoor horticultural program in the afternoon. Results: In the parent-child relationship satisfaction test, it was found that communication was significantly increased after participating in the agro-healing program (p = .047). There were no statistically significant changes in the sentence completion tests written by the children, but their potential perception or attitude towards their parents changed more positively than before according to the content of the sentences. Conclusion: The agro-healing program could strengthen the relationship between parent and child by improving the parent-child relationship satisfaction and children's emotional attitude towards their parent.

  • As many people went through Corona, they began to be interested in picture diaries that record their daily lives. However, existing applications have many paid services, and it is difficult to write a picture diary for those who have difficulty drawing themselves. In this paper, an application was developed to solve these problems. Basically, drawing diary writing function is provided, drawing is provided in the hand drawing function to increase convenience, and AI drawing function is added to make it possible to draw through keywords for those who have difficulty drawing. In addition, the emotional analysis function was added so that one could see one's past emotional statistics through the statistical function.

  • We propose a visible light communication system in which the color and brightness are controllable. Pulse width modulation and variable pulse position modulation (VPPM) schemes are used to control the color and brightness, respectively. A digital algorithm to decode VPPM signals is suggested and implemented. A seamless transmission is observed in a testbed experiment under various environmental conditions. The proposed scheme can be applied to emotional-lighting-based wireless optical communication.

  • This paper proposes an algorithm for risk situation recognition using facial expression. The proposed method recognitions the surprise and fear expression among human's various emotional expression for recognizing dangerous situation. The proposed method firstly extracts the facial region using Harr-like technique from input, detects eye region and lip region from the extracted face. And then, the method applies Uniform LBP to each region, detects facial expression, and recognizes dangerous situation. The proposed method is evaluated for MUCT database image and web cam input. The proposed method produces good results of facial expression and discriminates dangerous situation well and the average recognition rate is 91.05%.

  • This article explores : 1) the communication practices with the sellers and 2) the satisfaction with buying behavior of the 217 university students. As a result, there were the tendency of open expression about themselves and the possitive evaluation of their consumer ability related to the communication in the consumer situation. The differences between males and females were found in the aggressiveness, the non-assertiveness, and the responsibility between consumers and sellers. The satisfaction with buying behavior was significantly explained by the concertainty of the control, emotional aggressiveness, self-evaluation, and belief and the responsibility between consumers and sellers.

  • This study tried to the answer to the question : “How does the human communication happen between clinical nurse and patient\ulcorner” To answer that, a micro-ethnographic research method was used and I performed field work at the orthopedic ward in one Korean metropolitan city. After analysis of interview data, observational data and field notes, I could understand that clinical nurse-patient communication performed for clinical decision making, providing patient education and emotional support. Prepared nurse communicate with patient more effectively, eventually can establish more trust relationship with patient. Conclusively I discussed about the way of nurse's skill acquisition, need of collaborative conference with doctor and nurse, and curriculum development to promote nurses's understanding of human.

  • The sign-language tan be used a9 an auxiliary communication means between avatars of different languages. At that time an intelligent communication method can be also utilized to achieve real-time communication, where intelligently coded data (joint angles for arm gestures and action units for facial emotions) are transmitted instead of real pictures. In this paper we design a gesture-emotion keyframe editor to provide the means to get easily the parameter values. To calculate both joint angles of the arms and the hands and to goner-ate the in keyframes realistically, a transformation matrix of inverse kinematics and some kinds of constraints are applied. Also, to edit emotional expressions efficiently, a comic-style facial model having only eyebrows, eyes nose, and mouth is employed. Experimental results show a possibility that the editor could be used for intelligent sign-language image communications between different lan-guages.

The purposes of this study were to identify the different types of brand association, and to examine the influence of brand association and brand communication on brand relationships. The survey which focused on ten casual wear brands and 739 young female students was conducted from August 20 to September 12, 2000. Spss 8.0 was used for factor analysis and regression analysis. Brand association was further delineated into brand value association and brand personality association and each variable consisted of several factors. Both performance value and emotional value among brand value association factors and both pride and sincerity among brand personality association factors showed goons influence on building brand relationship. Brand communication showed significant influence on brand relationship directly and indirectly.
