외식기업의 기능적 일치성이 정보탐색비용의 절감과 긍정적 감정, 부정적 감정 그리고 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Functional Congruence on the Information Search Cost Reduction, Positive Emotions, Negative Emotions, and Loyalty in Restaurant)

  • Purpose: Consumers' experience of functional attributes is remembered, and the experience lowers the cost of consumers' input from their point of view and reduces uncertainty. It also plays an important role in consumers' positive emotions and responses. Accordingly, if information search costs are reduced in terms of the costs perceived by consumers about restaurants, a strategy differentiated from other companies can be established. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of functional congruence of restaurant stores on information search cost reduction, positive/negative emotions, and loyalty. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: This study investigated functional congruence, information search cost reduction, and positive/negative emotions. The structural relationship between loyalty was analyzed. To verify this, a research hypothesis was established based on previous studies and a research model was constructed. The questionnaire items were modified and used according to the current study, based on previous studies. The data were collected using the questionnaire method from 187 people who had dining out experience. Frequency analysis was performed to confirm demographic characteristics. Reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the collected data were verified. The research model was analyzed with a structural equation modeling (SmartPLS 4). Results: The findings show that functional congruence had significant positive effects on information search cost reduction and positive emotion, but no significant effect on negative emotion. Information search cost reduction had significant positive effects on positive emotion/negative emotion but did not significantly affect loyalty. Lastly, both positive and negative emotions had significant positive effects on loyalty. Conclusion: Based on transaction cost theory, this study found how functional congruence and information search cost reduction influence consumers' emotions. The functional attributes of restaurants were perceived by customers as information, thus uncertainty was decreased. Finally, appropriate management strategies and implications of functional congruence and information search cost in the restaurant were suggested.

  • This study investigated the hotel buffet restaurant's service quality, emotional reaction of customer, recommendation intention, and defection intention. The survey was conducted from January 3 to February 7 in 2011, and 400 respondents were used in the data analysis. As a results of this study, the hotel buffet restaurant's service quality was classified by the interaction, outcome, and physical environment quality. The emotional reaction of hotel buffet restaurant's customer was classified by the positive and negative emotion. The all factors of hotel buffet restaurant's service quality had a positive impact on positive emotion, while it had a negative impact on negative emotion. The positive emotion reaction of hotel buffet restaurant's customer had a positive impact on the recommendation intention, while the negative emotion had a negative impact on the recommendation intention. And the negative emotion had a positive impact on the defection intention in hotel buffet restaurants. In addition, there were partially differences in the service quality and emotional reaction by general characteristics. There were significant differences in the recommendation intention by marriage status and monthly income. Therefore, the hotel buffet restaurants have to design a strategy of service for increasing customer's positive emotion and recommendation intention.

청소년의 부모-자녀의사소통, 정서지능 및 부모화경험이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Parent-Adolescent Communication, Emotional Intelligence and Parentification on the Psychological Well-being of Adolescents)

  • This study investigates the effects of parent-adolescent communication, emotional intelligence and parentification on the psychological well-being of adolescents. Participants were 712 middle and high school students from Seoul. The collected data were analyzed through a Cronbach's $\alpha$, two-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression. The results are as follows: 1) While parent-adolescent communication, parentification, and psychological well-being differed by grade, emotional intelligence did not differ by grade. 2) Father-adolescent communication, regulation of emotion, expression of emotion, practice of emotion, recognition of emotion and mother-adolescent communication were significant predictors of the psychological well-being of middle school students. 3) The recognition of emotion, father-adolescent communication, practice of emotion, regulation of emotion, and mother-adolescent communication were significant predictors of the psychological well-being of high school students. 4) Emotional intelligence played a partially mediating role in the relationship between parent-adolescent communication and psychological well-being.

30대 미혼성인자녀가 지각한 부모-자녀분화, 표현된 정서가 자녀의 심리적 우울에 미치는 영향 (A Study of the Effects on Premarital Adult Children Aged Thirties Psychological Depression by Parents-Children Differentiation and Expressed Emotion)

  • The Purpose of this study was to explore the effects of differentiation, emotion over involvement(expressed emotion), and criticism between middle-or-old aged parent and child, by relation of emotional system, on child's psychological depression. The subject of this study were m premarital adult children over 30 years old. The major findings of this study were as follows. First. it was found that mother-child differentiation was more perceptive than that of father-child. With psychological depression, expressed emotion within family and criticism were shown average score that was lower than middle score. Second, among demographic characteristics, there are significant differences premarital adult children's sex, education, income, family type, father's education, and parents' marital status. Third, as the result of regression analysis, the higher level of psychological depression when the lower differentiation between parent-child, the higher expressed emotion over involvement within family and criticism. Based on the findings in this study, the relation of emotional system is very important. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the therapeutic intervention and relation improvement program when individual and family counseling about parent-child are going on.

조손가족 조모의 자아분화 상태 (The Perceived Self-Differentiation of Custodial Grandmother)

  • Objectives : This study investigated the general characteristics, child rearing characteristics, and the level of self-differentiation of 120 custodial grandmothers. Methods : Data were collected with a self-administered questionnaire from 120 custodial grandmothers who registered Kinship Network in Busan City. Results : For the self-differentiation measure, the mean score of the sample was $2.52{\pm}0.51$. However, the level of the fusion with emotion $1.89{\pm}0.80$ was extremely low partly due to the influence of collectivist culture of Korean society. The levels of emotional reactivity and fusion with emotion were significantly low which were dependent on depression (F=4.387, p=0.015). Conclusions : The findings of this study show the need to improve the level of self-differentiation by increasing the score of emotional reactivity and fusion with the emotion among the kinship network grandmothers. Therefore, supportive programs for kinship network grandmothers need to develop self-differentiation.

디지털 제품의 브랜드 확장에 관한 연구 : 소비자의 제품 애착을 중심으로 (A Study on the Brand Extension of Digital Product : Focused on Consumer's Attachment to Product)

  • With science and technology getting more and more advanced, the scope of digital product is expanding and the new products continuously are introduced on the market. On the basis of consumers' attachment to products, we investigated the consumers' behaviors towards the product when a digital product is extended. As a result of an empirical analysis, it turned out that a consumer tended to have higher trust and a positive emotion about relevant goods if he or she had a strong attachment to digital products. However, even though one had a strong attachment to digital products, the emotion about the corresponding brands did not necessarily appeared to be positive. In the event that a brand of digital products was extended to other new products, only the trust in the brand exerted significant influence on the consumers' behaviors towards the extended products. Finally, this study suggests some theoretical and managerial implications for effective strategies in response to customers' attachment to digital product.

라이프스타일 유형별 특성, 긍정감정, 만족도의 구조적 관계 - 커피전문점 이용 대학생을 중심으로 - (Structural Relationships between Lifestyle Attributes, Positive Emotion, and Satisfaction: The Case of University Students Who Visit Coffeehouses)

  • 본 연구는 커피전문점을 이용하는 대학생의 라이프스타일 유형별 특성에 따른 긍정감정반응과 만족도의 구조적 관계를 통해 이에 따른 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 자료 분석을 위해 2014년 6월 한 달 동안 서울지역 거주 대학생을 중심으로 설문지를 배포하였고, 총 338명의 자료가 실증분석에 적용되었다. 분석은 SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 20.0을 이용 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석과 더불어 공분산구조 분석을 실시하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 라이프스타일의 하위요인으로는 건강추구형, 유형추구형, 미각추구형, 경제추구형, 안정추구형으로 나타났고, 이 중 미각추구형, 경제추구형, 안정추구형은 긍정감정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 긍정감정은 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 커피소비고객의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 유형별 특성에 맞는 차별화된 전략을 통해 긍정감정을 유발하여야 할 것이다. 또한, 지속적인 매출증대와 경쟁적 우위를 선점하기 위해서 표적 마케팅을 통해 전략적 포지셔닝을 할 필요성이 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • 본 연구는 서비스 실패 상황에서 고객의 역할(관계의 질, 고객참여)이 회복공정성 지각에 따른 긍정적 감정, 회복과정에서의 접점만족, 회복만족에 어떤 영향력을 제공하면서 조절역할을 하는지 살펴보는 것이다. 기존의 서비스 실패와 회복에 대한 연구가 서비스 기업의 관점에서 제시되어 왔던 연구의 한계에서 벗어나 '고객의 역할(관계의 질, 고객참여)'이 서비스 실패와 회복에 이르는 과정에서 어떤 영향력을 제공하는지, 그리고 서비스 기업에게 어떤 완충역할을 할 수 있는지를 다차원적으로 살펴봄으로써 이론적, 실무적으로 의미있는 결과를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

비교광고의 메시지 유형에 따른 광고효과 분석 (The Influence of Message Types of Comparative Advertising on Advertising Effect)

  • 본 연구는 비교광고의 메시지 유형이 광고태도와 메시지 수용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 나아가 소비자 정서와 제품유형의 조절효과를 분석하고자 실시되어졌다. 제품유형을 실용재와 쾌락재로 분류하고, 비교광고 메시지는 일면과 양면 메시지로 분류하여 총 4가지 유형의 광고물을 배포하였다. 소비자 정서를 조작하기 위해 절반의 응답자들에게 실험 전 즐겨 마시는 음료수를 제공하여 자연스러운 상황을 연출하였으며, 나머지 절반의 응답자들에게는 아무것도 제공하지 않고 실험을 진행하였다. 실증분석 결과, 비교광고의 메시지유형은 광고태도와 메시지 수용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 소비자 정서와 제품유형의 조절효과도 모두 유의한 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구 결과는 광고메시지의 측면성 효과를 비교광고에 접목시켜 분석했다는 점에서 이론적 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 소비자 정서와 제품유형의 조절효과를 검증함으로써 해당분야의 실무자들에게 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

한국무용 감기 동작 시 표현하고자 하는 감정에 따른 운동역학적 차이 (Kinetic Analysis of Gam-ki in the Korean Traditional Dance during Expressing Different Emotions)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of Gam-ki (double-arm winding) depending on the emotion being expressed. Gam-ki is one of the basic movements of Korean traditional dance. Method : We selected three Korean traditional dancers who belong to National Dance Company of Korea. They were asked to express four different emotions (anger, joy, sadness, and neutral) while performing Gam-ki. We analyzed elapsed time and time ratio, size of movement, ground reaction forces and ground impulses. Results : During Gam-ki the elapsed time for each phase as well as for one cycle was longest when "sadness" was expressed then followed by "neutral" and then "angry" and "joy." Except for the ankle in/eversion, the ROMs of the lower limb joints seem not to be an emotion-characteristic factor. The ROMs of the upper limb joints were largest when "anger" was expressed. Neck rotation is associated with expressing negative emotions ("angry" and "sadness"). For medial-lateral GRF "angry"> "joy" > "neutral" > "sadness" was in order. Therefore, it can be regarded as a factor indicating the activity of the emotion.
