A Study on Infra-Technology of RCP Mobility System

  • Most recently, CP(Cellular Phone) has been one of the most important technologies in the IT(Information Tech-nology) field, and it is situated in a position of great importance industrially and economically. To produce the best CP in the world, a new technological concept and its advanced implementation technique is required, due to the extreme level of competition in the world market. The RT(Robot Technology) has been developed as the next generation of a future technology. Current robots require advanced technology, such as soft computing, human-friendly interface, interaction technique, speech recognition, object recognition etc. unlike the industrial robots of the past. Therefore, this paper explains conceptual research for development of the RCP(Robotic Cellular Phone), a new technological concept, in which a synergy effect is generated by the merging of IT & RT. RCP infra consists of $RCP^{Mobility}$ $RCP^{Interaction}$, $RCP^{Integration}$ technologies. For $RCP^{Mobility}$, human-friendly motion automation and personal service with walking and arming ability are developed. $RCP^{Interaction}$ ability is achieved by modeling an emotion-generating engine and $RCP^{Integration}$ that recognizes environmental and self conditions is developed. By joining intelligent algorithms and CP communication network with the three base modules, a RCP system is constructed. Especially, the RCP mobility system is focused in this paper. $RCP^{Mobility}$ is to apply a mobility technology, which is popular robot technology, to CP and combine human-friendly motion and navigation function to CP. It develops a new technological application system of auto-charging and real-world entertainment function etc. This technology can make a CP companion pet robot. It is an automation of human-friendly motions such as opening and closing of CPs, rotation of antenna, manipulation and wheel-walking. It's target is the implementation of wheel and manipulator functions that can give service to humans with human-friendly motion. So, this paper presents the definition, the basic theory and experiment results of the RCP mobility system. We confirm a good performance of the RCP mobility system through the experiment results.

  • Advances in information and telecommunication technology increasingly reveal the potential of computer supported education. However, most computer supported learning systems until recently did not pay much attention to different characteristics of individual learners. Intelligent learning environments adaptive to learner's preferences and tasks are desired. Each learner has different preferences and needs, so it is very crucial to provide the different styles of learners with different learning environments that are more preferred and more efficient to them. This paper reports a study of the intelligent learning environment where the learner's preferences are diagnosed using learner models, and then user interfaces are customized in an adaptive manner to accommodate the preferences. In this research, the learning user interfaces were designed based on a learning-style model by Felder & Silverman, so that different learner preferences are revealed through user interactions with the system. Then, a learning style modeling is done from learner behavior patterns using Decision Tree and Neural Network approaches. In this way, an intelligent learning system adaptive to learning styles can be built. Further research efforts are being made to accommodate various other kinds of learner characteristics such as emotion and motivation as well as learning mastery in providing adaptive learning support.

음악 무드를 이용한 온톨로지 기반 음악 추천 (An Ontological and Rule-based Reasoning for Music Recommendation using Musical Moods)

  • 본 논문에서는 사용자의 음악적 선호를 모델링하고, 사용자가 원하는 감정과 선호를 추론할 수 있게 도와주는 컨텍스트 기반 음악 추천 온톨로지 (COMUS)를 제안한다. COMUS는 제목, 연주자, 장르와 같은 음악의 일반적인 속성과 무드와 상황과 같이 도메인에 특화된 확장을 제공하는 확장성을 계층적인 방식으로 제공한다. COMUS는 음악 추천을 위한 도메인에 특화된 클래스들이 음악 온톨로지와 연동되도록 OWL 언어를 사용하여 개발된 음악 온톨로지이다. COMUS에 표현된 컨텍스트 정보를 사용하면, 컨텍스트 정보의 일관성을 체크할 수 있고, 규칙 기반의 추론을 통해 명시적인 정보 뿐만 아니라, 내재된 컨텍스트를 도출하는 상위 레벨의 추론이 가능하다고. 여기서 제안하는 온톨로지는 음악과 감정과 상황 사이의 복잡하고 자세한 관계를 표현할 수 있어서, 사용자가 음악 추론 어플리케이션을 위해 적절한 음악을 찾을 수 있게 해준다. 이와 관련된 음악 추천을 위한 사례 연구로써 수행한 몇 가지 실험을 보인다.

RGBW LED 이용한 RBFNN 기반 감성조명 시스템 설계 (Design of RBFNN-based Emotional Lighting System Using RGBW LED)

  • In this paper, we introduce the LED emotional lighting system realized with the aid of both intelligent algorithm and RGB LED combined with White LED. Generally, the illumination is known as a design factor to form the living place that affects human's emotion and action in the light- space as well as the purpose to light up the specific space. The LED emotional lighting system that can express emotional atmosphere as well as control the quantity of light is designed by using both RGB LED to form the emotional mood and W LED to get sufficient amount of light. RBFNNs is used as the intelligent algorithm and the network model designed with the aid of LED control parameters (viz. color coordinates (x and y) related to color temperature, and lux as inputs, RGBW current as output) plays an important role to build up the LED emotional lighting system for obtaining appropriate color space. Unlike conventional RBFNNs, Fuzzy C-Means(FCM) clustering method is used to obtain the fitness values of the receptive function, and the connection weights of the consequence part of networks are expressed by polynomial functions. Also, the parameters of RBFNN model are optimized by using PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization). The proposed LED emotional lighting can save the energy by using the LED light source and improve the ability to work as well as to learn by making an adequate mood under diverse surrounding conditions.

자폐 스펙트럼 장애 학생 대상 증강현실기반 교육 콘텐츠 연구에 대한 고찰 (A Review of Research on Augmented Reality Based Educational Contents for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorders)

  • 본 연구는 자폐 스펙트럼 장애 학생을 대상으로 하는 증강현실기반 교육 콘텐츠 연구들을 고찰해 보면서 연구동향과 시사점을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 학술 데이터베이스를 활용하여 2006년에서 2016년까지 발표된 논문들을 수집한 후, 선정기준에 적합한 12편의 국외 연구들을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 연구결과, 선행연구들은 초등학생들을 대상으로한 연구가 많았으며, 연구설계는 단일대상연구가 가장 많았다. 연구도구로는 증강현실을 위한 모바일 기기가 다수를 차지하고 있었으며, 측정방법으로는 행동관찰방법을 많이 사용하였다. 증강현실기반 교육콘텐츠 유형은 사물조작형, 자기모델링 관찰조작형, 현장문제해결형, 위치기반 학습안내형으로 구분되었다. 교육적 효과는 사회적 행동, 놀이 및 모방행동, 타인에 대한 감정인식의 향상이 주로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 자폐 스펙트럼 장애 학생을 위한 증강현실기반 교육 콘텐츠 개발과 적용을 위한 고려사항을 도출하여 제시하였다.

  • 최근 가족의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 결혼으로 인한 새로운 부부의 탄생 이외에 처가와 시가 등 새로운 가족이 형성되어 새로운 가족과 갈등을 빚기도 하고 화목을 이루기도 한다. 이러한 연구들은 주로 사회학적인 측면에서만 연구되고 있고 자연과학적인 측면의 하나인 가족관계에 대한 수학적인 모델링이 없어 근본적인 가족 사이의 거동 현상을 밝혀내지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사회에 대한 비선형 연구의 하나로 가족 구성원 간 특별히 시부모와 며느리의 관계나 처부모와 사위와의 관계를 로미오와 줄리엣의 사랑 모델을 변형하여 보다 확장된 가족 관계 모델을 제안하고 이 모델을 통하여 시계열과 위상공간을 통하여 비선형 거동의 대표적인 특성인 카오스 거동이 있음을 보인다..

외식 동기에 의한 소비 감정이 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 에스닉 레스토랑을 중심으로 - (Research on How Motivation to Dine Out Effects Consumption Impulse and Satisfaction - Focusing on Ethnic Restaurants -)

  • By focusing on the consumers who have experienced ethnic restaurants in Korea for the last three months, this research intends to figure out relations among utility motivation, pleasure motivation, ostentation motivation and feeling of pleasure and how they effect consumers' emotions and level of satisfaction to find out about more desirable services and characteristics for the consumers in order for the ethnic restaurants to secure more competitiveness, and to inform how they should set their aims for more success. This research limited surveyees to online consumers who have experienced ethnic restaurants in the past three months. The period of survey was from April 25 2007 to May 10 2007. For basic analysis of actual research, SPSS program was used to analyze the Cronbach a and factor analysis. And structural equation modeling analysis was used to analyze correlations and grade of effectiveness of variables proposed in the research hypothesis utilizing Window AMOS 5.0. As a result of this research, utility motivation has effect on the happiness and the other motivation has effect on the enjoyment. Enjoyment effect on the happiness and only happiness effect on the satisfaction. Satisfaction has effect on the re-visit intention. Through this research, it could proposes a strategic direction to which the increasing ethnic restaurants should develop themselves.

외식 종사자의 멘토링 역할이 감정표현 및 자아존중감에 미치는 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Foodservice Employees' Mentoring on Expressing Emotions and Self-Esteem)

  • 외식기업 종사자를 대상으로 멘토링 역할이 감정표현 및 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 관계을 알아보기 위하여 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 수집한 통계처리 및 분석방법은 SPSS 18.0와 AMOS을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형을 실시한 결과 첫째, 멘토와 멘티 간의 공감대와 협조관계가 형성되어 개인적인 조언, 상담, 지원 등 심리적인 스트레스의 해소 방안으로 멘토링 역할이 조직의 목표에 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 멘토링 역할은 조직성과 및 팀웍을 형성하는데 심리적 영향력이 멘토의 역할에 따라 조직적응 능력에 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 팀내에서 조직의 갈등은 구성원의 의사소통이나 상호작용 속에서 감정표현은 자아존중감에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 외식 업무 특성상 인적자원 의존도가 높은 산업으로서 조직에서 발생할 수 있는 심리적인 스트레스로 인한 직원들 간의 갈등 관계를 해소할 수 있는 멘토와 멘티 간의 긴밀한 공감대와 협조 관계가 형성되어 조직의 목표를 달성하고 높은 수준의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 것을 알 수 있다.

전통음식점 유니폼 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 - 수(壽)·복(福)문양의 현대화를 중심으로 - (A Study on Developing a Design for the Uniform of Traditional Restaurants - Focusing on Modernizing Soo·Bok Pattern -)

  • As the cultures of the world are getting diverse and plural, many trials to find their own unique culture of their own national and racial characteristics are made where fashion and traditional culture is used as good materials; in Korea, this trend is also studied by many authors. To achieve this goal, this study recognized the importance of tourism industry by inviting hosting of international event like '2005 APEC Summit Conference and Economical Ministers' Conference', and invented a uniform design that can make identification in the world market including Korea 'Gust' and 'Emotion' in developing uniforms for employees of regular traditional restaurant or hotels that contribute to tourism industry. As a material of this study from this perspective, Soo Bok pattern among many other Korean traditional patterns were chosen, and used them to design uniforms by applying diverse expressions methods through modernization task. This study tried to suggest ideas in creating new designs with a modeling sense of our people, by emphasizing on tradition motive through analysis of conditions and problem regarding the current uniforms worn in traditional restaurants. The development of uniform that modernly reinterprets traditional patterns and design that uses tradition on modern design shows endless possibility of development of our uniform, and even shows the possibility of mixture between tradition and modernity. By applying traditional beauty not only in traditional restaurants but also in many places and businesses that foreigners frequently visit can allow to spread the excellency our culture; and the Korean uniform can be successful in the international market as Korean will have pride in our tradition by wearing this new uniform.

Design and Empirical Study of an Online Education Platform Based on B2B2C, Focusing on the Perspective of Art Education

  • The purpose of this study is to provide instructive theoretical models for art (music) education institutions especially when unpredictable risks, such as pandemics, occur again. Based on the customer behavior theory of the business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) platform, and in combination with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and expectation confirmation model (ECM), this study proposes an online education model from the perspective of art education. The framework is based on the three decision-making processes of the customer, and includes the product owner, content owner, and customer area. This paper highlights the factors that influence customers in making decisions when art education institutions are product owners. Regression analysis was introduced to study the factors influencing the expectation confirmation, and the overall fitting testing and six hypotheses testing of 385 effective samples were performed using the structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the course-design and after-service positively influenced the expectation confirmation, and the domain image positively influenced the continuance behavior. Negative emotions skipped the mediator (expectation confirmation) and directly exerted a significant negative impact on customers' willingness to continue system usage (continuance behavior). In addition, expectation confirmation positively influenced continuance behavior. The paths of detailed items comprising course-design, after-service, and negative emotion were also analyzed and discussed. In this path analysis, ordinary art learners did not believe that AI partners can play a very good auxiliary role. The findings contribute to the scope of information systems acting as an art education platform academically, and provide effective and theoretical support for the actual operation of art education institutions.
