전력선 통신에서의 전자파 장해에 관한 연구 (A Study of Electromagnetic Interference in Power Line Communication)

  • In this paper, we studied the emissive electric field due to the communication signal and the noise in medium voltage power-line. There are many types of conductive noise in power-line channel, which gives rise to radiation. And if the DMT carrier signal was excited, the current by this term was added to the current by noise and, generate radiation. We calculated input impedance by means of signal input network model of medium voltage power-line channel for calculating these currents. We calculated currents by input impedance and, calculated the emissive electric field by this calculated currents. From the measurement results, we knew that the measured results are very similar to the calculated results and if the input signal power level was higher than -40 dBm, the emissive electric field exceeds FCC radiation limit level 69.5 dB$\mu$V/m.

원적외선 방출 특성을 갖는 나노 웹의 제조 및 원적외선 방사 특성에 관한 연구 (Fabrication of Ceramic Particles Deposited Nano-web using Electrospinning Process and Its Far-infrared Ray Emission Property)

  • The interest in textile which has far-infrared ray emissive property has been increased in the field of biophysics and medicine. In this study, far-infrared ray emissive polyurethane nano-web was obtained using electrospinning of polyurethane(PU) solution mixed with ceramics powder and far-infrared ray emissive properties of nano-web were evaluated by measuring far-infrared ray emission power and emissivity(%). To investigate the influence of concentration of ceramics powder in PU solution and temperature for far-infrared ray emissive properties, far-infrared ray emissivity was measured at varied temperature using various nano-web including varied concentration of ceramics powder. Polyurethane nano-web was characterized by SEM to observe the deposition of ceramics powder on polyurethane nano-web surface. The far-infrared ray emissivity was increased with the concentration of ceramics powder in the nano-web. The far-infrared ray emission power was enhanced with increasing temperature of the samples; however, far-infrared ray emissivity was decreased with increasing temperature because the increase of emission power of ceramic containing nano-web was lower than the emission power of black body one.

  • In order to predict the thermal radiation induced from alumina particle cloud in the plume of solid propellant motor, view factor method is applied to space shuttle SRB and the result is compared with that of monte carlo method. For this purpose, radiative characteristics, such as particle cloud temperature distribution, effective emissivity or emissive power of particle cloud are studied. In the case of effective emissivity, inverse wavelength method is applied and plume reduction characteristic length is used for emissive power distribution. As a result, thermal radiation using view factor method gives more conservative results than that using monte carlo method. So it can be used for preliminary design of thermal protection system.

  • The highly integrated nature of polymer based organic light emitting diode (POLED) microdisplay technology, coupled with low voltage and low power electroluminescent light generation, combine to offer a very promising technology for use in portable and personal electronics products. We briefly describe the technology before discussing how to engineer the color gamut using whiteemitting polymer materials, microcavity device structure and color filter absorbance.

  • 본 논문은 중 전압 전력선(22.9 kV)에서 방사되는 전자파 특성결과를 보여주고 있다. 측정은 주파수범위 9 kHz∼30 MHz의 통신 신호를 중 전압 전력선로에 인가하였을 때 측정을 하였다. 측정결과 단일 반송신호보다 다중 반송신호에서 방사되는 전자파의 특성이 우수하며 다중반송신호의 세기가 20 dBm일 때 전력선 통신 신호는 1.8 km까지 전송 가능함을 알 수가 있었다. 전기장의 세기는 10 m 법으로 측정하였을 때 30 MHz에서 40 dBuV/m이하의 값을 볼 수가 있었다.

  • In this paper, we studied the radiated electric field of power-line with DMT signal source in the frequency range of $1.7{\sim}30 MHz$. First, we made the midium voltage power-line communication model for PLC and calculated the current through the power-line using the impedance of the power-line model. Second, we calculated the radiated electric field in power range $-50{\sim}-30 dBm$ using the calculated current. Consequently, the calculated emissive electromagnetic field from the DMT signal is similar to the measured result. So this study is applicable to the standard regulation of electromagnetic interference for PLC.

아연의 가열온도와 표면 거칠기가 원적외선 복사량에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Temperature and Surface Roughness of Zinc on the Far-Infrared Ray Emissivity)

  • Effects of surface conditions (temperature and roughness) of test specimens, when measuring emissive power of far-infrared ray, have been investigated using FT-IR spectrometer. Element metal zinc (Zn) was selected in this study as representative specimen of materials consisting of simple element. The zinc specimens were heated to four temperatures, i.e., 333K, 353K, .373K, and also their surface was finished with SiC abrasive papers of 100, 220, 360, 400, 600, 800, and 1000 mesh in size. The results shows that the emissive power (W/㎡) of the far-infrared ray increases with temperature for a given roughness and its relationship may be expressed by the following equations: Yη=1.0=0.142$.$T-0.937 for η=1.0, and Yη=10=0.016$.$T-1.286 for η=10. The emissive power is also known to increase with surface roughness for a given temperature. Their relationship can be represented by the following equations: YT=313K=0.234$.$$\ell$n(η)+3.53, at 313K, YT=353K=0.234$.$$\ell$n(η)+4.02 at 353K and YT=393K=0.243$.$$\ell$n(η)+4.62 at 393K.

ZnS:Cu를 이용한 후막 전계발광소자의 고휘도 특성 (High brightness property of Power Electroluminescent Device using ZnS:Cu)

  • In this paper, to fabricate the AC power electroluminescent device (PELD) with high brightness, new structure that constructed single emissive layer between electrodes was proposed. Dielectric and phosphor material structure that constructed single emissive layer between electrodes was proposed. Dielectric and phosphor material were BaTiO3 and ZnS:Cu respectively. Fabricated AC power EL devices were estimated by optical and electrical properties of EL spectrum, brightness, CIE coordinate system, transferred charge density and EL emission wave in time domain. With above results, we found that brightness of newly proposed AC powder EL power EL device was 2754 cd/m2 at 100V, 400 Hz and compared with conventional device structure.

세라믹스 처리된 나일론 직물의 원적외선 방사성능과 보온효과 (Far IR Emission and Thermal Properties of Ceramics Coated Nylon Fabrics)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the thermal properties of ceramics coated nylon fabrics by determining far infra-red emissive properties, heat storage/release and thermal insulation. Far IR emissivity and emissive power were measured for 7~ 140n at 50'C . Three types of ceramics such as cordierite with $\alpha$-alumina, a-alumina with titanium oxide and a-alumina were chosen as specimens. Cordierite with $\alpha$-alumina was chosen to treat on the fabrics due to the good emissive properties on the fabrics. Add-ons and contents of ceramics were analyzed for ceramics and/or polyurethane coated fabrics. For the physical properties, thickness and air permeability were measured. Results showed a difference in the emissive property between ceramics themselves and ceramics coated fabrics. In the ambient temperature, there was no diffenence in emissivity among the different ceramics contents. Thermography showed that when the fabric was heated with the light, surface mean temperatures of fabrics were increased as the contents of ceramics increased, and the heat storage property was confirmed. In case of same thickness and air permeability, the thermal insulation value increased as the contents of ceramics increased because of increasing heat storage and Far IR reflectivity. So there were absorption and heat storage of ceramics for Far IR from human and reflection to human between ceramics coated fabrics and human.

단일 발광층을 갖는 조명용 2파장 백색 OLED 제작 및 특성 연구 (Fabrication and Characterization of 2-Wavelength White OLED with Single Emissive Layer)

  • In this study, the characteristics of the 2-wavelength white organic light-emitting diod (WOLED) with two colors of yellow and blue were compared and analyzed with 3-wavelength WOLED with three colors of red, green, and blue. The results indicated that the power efficiency of the 2-wavelength WOLED was 1.6 times higher than 3-wavelength WOLED. In addition, the colot coordinate of the 2-wavelenth WOLED which was (0.34, 0.39) was found closer to the optimal color coordinate for the white-lighting application when compared with that of the 3-wavelength WOLED.
