급신장하고 있는 소셜컴퓨팅은 사회 전반에 걸쳐 그 파급력과 영향력을 확대하고 있는데, 최근 정치 분야로도 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 한편 시민들의 정치적 참여 추세는 '스마트시민정당'이란 혁신적 아이디어를 낳았고, 이는 정당의 개방성과 수용성을 요구하기에 이르렀다. 스마트시민정당은 기존의 ICT(Information Communication Technology)는 물론 소셜컴퓨팅을 기반으로 하는 원활한 소통구조를 요구한다. 즉 스마트시민정당을 구현하기 위해서는 소셜컴퓨팅 환경이 갖추어진 컴퓨팅 프레임워크가 필요한 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 스마트시민정당의 기술적 기반으로서 소셜컴퓨팅 프레임워크를 제안하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 제2절에서 소셜웹의 부상, 공공(정치)부문에서의 ICT와 혁신, 소셜컴퓨팅의 개념과 영향 등을 다룰 것이다. 또한 제 3절에서는 문헌 연구와 전문가 심층면담 을 통해 스마트시민정당의 개념과 특성 및 서비스를 살펴본 다음, 이를 지원하기 위한 쇼셜컴퓨팅 프레임워크 구조와 구성요소 및 서비스 기능에 대해 다룰 것이다.

For the analysis of Acoustic Target Strength(TS) that indicates the scattered acoustic intensity from the underwater vehicles, an analysis program that is applicable to scatterers insonified by spherical wave source in near field is developed. In this program, the Physical Optics(PO) method is embedded as a base component. To increase the accuracy of the program, multiple bounce effects based on Geometrical Optics(GO) method are applied. To implement multiple bounce effects, GO method is used together with PO method. In detail, GO method has a concern in the evaluation of the effective area, and PO method is involved in the calculation of Acoustic Target Strength for the final effective area that is evaluated by GO method. For the embodiment of near field spherical wave source originated multiple bounce effects, image source concept is implemented additively to the existing multiple bounce algorithm which assumes plane wave insonification. Various types of models are tested to evaluate the reliability of the developed program and finally, a submarine is analyzed as an arbitrary scatterer.

ERP 시스템 내에는 각 업종별로 특성에 맞는 업무 프로세스가 구현되어 있어야 함은 필수 불가결한 요소이다. 그러나, 범용 ERP 시스템은 거의 대부된 OEM 생산방식에 의존하고 있는 국내 중소 신발업체의 생산관리 방식과는 맞지 않는 부분이 너무 많다. 그러므로 신발제조회사의 현황에 맞는 ERP 시스템의 개발이 절실하다. 이를 위해서 첫째, 시스템 개발을 위한 신발생산용 업무 프로세스가 표준화되어야 하고 둘째, 프로그램 작성을 위한 표준업무 프로세스에 기초한 통합시스템 프로세스의 모형이 설계되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내 신발제조업체들의 생산관리방식에 적합하고 신발생산 전용의 자원관리 시스템의 개발과 도입을 위한 기초로서 BPR의 수행과 표준 업무 프로세스를 구축하는 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고 이에 따른 신발생산 자원관리 시스템의 프로세스 모형을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 ERP 시스템 중 생산 자원계획을 위한 통합 프로세스 모형의 구축에 초점이 맞추어져 있으며 통합 프로세스 모형은 13개 모듈로 구성되었다.

The recent development of embodiment technology of the medical images makes most medical institutions introduce PACS in haste. However, while many older HIS and PACS systems are not yet capable of some of the integration, several new systems are moving rapidly in that direction. Typical PACS system architecture begins with the HIS since this is where the correct patient demographic information and in many cases the orders originate. So, PACS developed convenience of users and to satisfy user's demand because of financial limitations and administrator-oriented considerations in the process of development. Therefore, we have developed a CDA (Clinical Document Architecture) based PACS with HIS, by which we can search and refer to the patient's medical images and information with few restrictions of time and space for diagnosis and treatment. Target model of this research limited to 135 of hospital have 200 beds. We'll make more effort to develop the application which insures the better quality and information of medical images. Medical Image History manages the patient's image files and various medical informations like film chart in connection with time. This trial will contribute to the reduction of the financial loss caused by unnecessary devices and improve the quality in the medical services. The demand on the development of the program which refers to the medical data quickly and keeps them stable will be continued by the medical institute. This will satisfy the client's demand and improve the service to the patients in that the program will be modified from the standpoint of the users.

본 연구는 토공현장의 토사관리를 중심으로 토공사에 대한 시공관리시스템 구현을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구 결과는 토공사 시공관리에 대한 DB 설계 및 시스템 구현으로 구분한다. 첫째, 토공사 시공관리에 대한 DB설계는 토공사 장비에 대한 작업계획 대비 실적의 분석을 통한 시공관리와 노무관리 등 자원관리 DB를 구성하여 작업과 자원 분류체계를 연계하여 구성하였으며, 둘째 토공사 시공관리 시스템은 토공사 작업계획을 평면도에 구획단위로 구분하여 실적을 그래픽으로 표시하며, 이를 기반으로 공정 현황, 진도보고 등폭 시각적으로 표시하여 현장의 실무자간에 의사소통 및 업무 수행에 원활히 사용하도록 개발하였다. 본 연구는 토공전문회사의 토공사 업무에 특화한 시스템으로 시험적용 단계를 거쳐서 현장에 사용 가능한 시스템이다.

다산(茶山) 정약용(丁若鏞)은 다방면에 걸쳐 많은 저술을 하였다. 그의 사상과 철학은 학문의 산맥이 되었다. 이를 살펴보면 그의 미학사상은 첫째, 담(淡)에서 담(澹)(담박(澹泊))으로, 더 나아가 담(膽)(담역(膽力))에까지 나아갔다. 이는 변화를 도모하는 용기를 가졌기 때문이다. 둘째, 운(韻)의 미학이다. 이는 운치를 추구하는 그의 생활에서 알 수 있다. 다산은 유배로 인하여 현실참여가 어려웠기에 많은 저술을 통하여 우리 문화를 창조할 수 있었다. 이는 우리의 특성이 되었다. 첫째, 이는 남종 문인화의 시원이다. 이는 소치 허유의 운림산방이 남종 문인화의 발원처로 그 시원이 다산에 있기 때문이다. 둘째, 실학을 추구하고 이를 현실에 적용시키는 실사구시의 체현이다. 셋째로, 여민동락(與民同樂)을 추구이다. 이는 다산 미학사상의 한국적 특성을 보여주는 상징이다.

This thesis is to newly understand the value and the meaning of Chonju Palkyong(全州八景) by the specific gravity in making a counter-proposal in other to improve the landscape identity of modern city and at the same time. I intended to group the grafting device for the preservation and regeneration of modern history cultural environment through the interpretation of landscape construction. The meaning system of Chonju Palkyong showed the symbolic system which a landscape construction, four directions and two places has and exhibited the landscape shape possessing a luxuriant local feature peculiar to Chonju, preserving visual bound language of a classical Palkyong. Especially, it implies the use of the substantial landscape experienced factor, the expressions about natural phenomena and the matter which has melted human living circumstances. The landscape construction and it's form show the system which forms the different time field, a far landscape and a mid distance landscape and a near landscape, etc., under the visual, psychological, scenic influenced area, preserving the feature of the similar and typical type of Sosang Palkyoung（瀟湘八景) which intended to seek the local reappearance of the famous site experienced type and natural matter which famous place and local conduct were combined. The object space of Chonju Palkyong area representing the nature of historical landscape cultural assets, pushed by the greater part of the development based theory, shows injured aspects, but needs to play a part to seek such a up-to-date successive plan as the reconstruction of the destroyed historical landscape area which motivated Palkyong, the establishment of useful area, the embodiment of the cultural identity of Palkyong area and the becoming of the educational cultural life space. The analysis of the landscape construction of Chonju Palkyong and the grouping of the modern successive plan which I considered in this thesis, will be able to become a fundamental data to carry out the preservation of historical landscape and the landscape plan in the city.

디지털화된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠는 고속의 디지털 네트워크를 통해 제작자로부터 소비자에게 직접 전달되는 형태로 컨텐츠의 유통 경로가 변화하고 있다. 아울러 디지털 컨텐츠를 손쉽게 소비할 수 있도록 하는 다양한 디지털 장비의 보급은 과거의 멀티미디어 소비 구조를 놀라운 속도로 변화시켜 가고 있다. 특히 멀티미디어 PC와 디지털 텔레비전의 빠른 보급은 양질의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 손쉬운 구매와 소비를 촉진시키는 촉매와 같은 역할을 하고 있다. 하지만, 이런 시스템에서는 디지털 컨텐츠를 판매하고 소비할 뿐 그 컨텐츠에 대한 원 소유주가 주장할 수 있는 권리를 표현할 수 있는 방법이 없다. 때문에 소비자는 구매한 컨텐츠를 복사하여 타인에게 배포할 수 있으며, 뿐만 아니라 사용자가 자신이 필요한 분야에 맞게 다시 재 제작하여 배포할 수 있어 원래 컨텐츠에 대한 의미를 상실할 수 있다. 이에 된 논문에서는 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 저작권 보호를 위해 XML(extensible Markup Language)에 기반하여 디지털 컨텐츠를 사용하는데 필요한 rights, fees, condition 등과 이에 덧붙여 메시지의 무결성과 엔티티인증에 대하여 기술한 XrML(eXtensible Rights Markup Language)를 위한 문서 편집 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

수중 음향 통신은 해양 탐사 및 개발과 군사 등의 여러 목적에 널리 응용되어 왔으며, 최근 잠수정 및 수중 작업 시스템 등에 장착되는 통신 시스템의 구현을 위해 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그동안 주 된 연구의 범위에서 제외되어 왔던 잠수자와의 통신에 관한 내용을 다루었다. 물 속에 있어서 밖의 상황을 알기 힘든 잠수부나 스킨스쿠버들을 위해 밖의 상황을 알려줄 수 있도록 음성을 변조한 후 중심주파수 32KHz인 초음파 트랜스듀서(Transducer)를 사용하여 잠수자가 소형 스피커를 통해 음성을 들을 수 있게 하였다. 또한 수중에서 잠수자에게 응급상황이 발생하였을 경우 키(Key)를 눌러 물 밖에 있는 사람에게 도움을 요청할 수 있고, 물 밖의 사람이 키보드(Keyboard)를 이용해 원하는 문자 데이터를 수중의 사람에게 전송할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 본 시스템을 통하여 수상과 수중간의 음성 및 데이터 전송이 가능하며, 잠수부나 스킨스쿠버들에게 유용하다.

In the Digital Convergence era, the center of social networking is moving into on-line space. This means also that space for public is moving into the on-line space. Along with this, spaces in commercial area, offered as attraction factors, are taking a role as a public space. So, this paper defines these spaces mentioned above as public space and the like. Liberal and affluent communication of Digital Convergence has caused in new spatial cognitions such like, constant social space, flowing space, temporary space, and multiple space. This means the hybridization of on-line and off-line space and the advent of public convergent space. However, it is on-line-centered convergence and has positive effects and negative effects on relationship. This paper suggests the optimization of public convergent space to solve the problems and make better a public space for relationship. For achieving this, social disclosure is grasped as the common way to start relationship both off-line and on-line, and it is proved that social disclosure has three characters such as self-presentation, corporeality, and subjectivity. Subsequently, the differences of the roles of off-line and on-line space are separated by each individual character. These are self-presentation of performance vs. storytelling, corporeality of embodiment vs. disembodiment, and self-subjectivity vs. inter-subjectivity. By recognizing that there are multilevel spectrums between the formers and the latters, this paper presents the direction of the spatial configuration of public convergent space which offers the right of manipulation of self-disclosure. It will be used for presenting the prototype of public convergent space.
