가속수명시험을 통한 전류센서의 수명 예측 (Lifetime estimation for current sensor by accelerated life test)

  • Hall-type current sensors have been widely used in many fields such as elevator and train system. To estimate lifetime of hall-type current sensors, an accelerated life test with real-time monitoring system simultaneously was designed and performed in high temperature environment with three different temperatures. From the experimental results, activation energy was about 0.9 eV, and acceleration factor was about 450 based on Arrhenius model. As a results, $B_{10}$ lifetime of hall-type current sensor is estimated to be 65,460 hours.

공간구문론을 이용한 국내권역외상센터 공간구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Configuration for Regional Trauma Center in Korea by Using Space Syntax)

  • The regional trauma center should be a trauma treatment center equipped with facilities, equipments, and manpower capable of providing optimal treatment from emergency surgery to a severely traumatized patient upon arrival at the hospital. In order to establish a medical system for effective severe diseases, it is necessary to prepare architectural planning guidelines for the regional trauma centers. This study analyzes the connectivity, control, integration, and mean depth of current trauma centers using the convex map of space syntax, And to provide basic data for building for more efficient regional trauma center. The major areas that must be included in the regional trauma center are trauma resuscitation room, trauma operating room, trauma intensive care unit, and trauma general ward. It is necessary to carry out the architectural planning to increase the interconnection of the four areas. Also, the elevator plan for trauma patients should be emphasized. In addition, a regional trauma center should be separated from the existing facility for independent operation. According to the case analysis of the space configuration of the regional trauma center, the location of the operating room is most important considering the connection with each department of the hospital and the treatment flow of the severe trauma patients.

  • Since ancient times, various herbal medicines have been used in folk medicine to treat a variety of diseases. While the majority of drugs belong to the Kingdom of Plantae, some drugs from the Kingdom of Animalia are listed in various Materia medica of alternative medicines. Animal-derived drugs are mentioned in the Unani system of Medicine (USM) and have been used successfully to treat a variety of diseases. Marjān (Corallium rubrum) is a vital marine drug of animal origin that has been used in USM since ancient times and continues to be used today. It possesses a variety of beneficial pharmacological properties, including tonic effects on the heart, brain, stomach, and eyes, pregnancy protection, expectorant, and hemostyptic properties. It is used to treat hemoptysis, palpitation, bleeding piles, hemiplegia, heart failure, and general weakness. It is also an ingredient in a variety of Unani formulations with pharmacological significance. Unani physicians expanded the uses of Marjan and successfully used it to treat a variety of new diseases. There is a dearth of scientific research on its pharmacological and medicinal properties. The urgent need is to validate the Unani claims about its beneficial cardiac and nervine actions, as well as other significant actions mentioned in the Unani literature.

Study on Following of Parmeter ${\alpha}$ of 2-DOF PID Controller Using Fuzzy Algorithm

  • 2-mass system is generally used as controller of the variable-speed to transfer electromotion power to mechanical load such as industrial robot, driving parts of electric vehicle, rolling machine system of steel plant and driving parts of elevator. In this case, PI controller is often used as a velocity controller because of simplicity of system. But PI control algorithm is not enough for obtaining the control characteristics required for this system. To solve this problem, 2-mass system based on the PID controller derives the optimum PID parameters by pole assignment and estimation of the ITAE performance index. In this case, the system have tenacious properties about disturbance, but it causes extreme overshoot and vibration because of rapidly output of controller in early transient response about desired value. And if speed control system is applied by 2-DOF parameter ${\alpha}$, a temporary value, we must induce most suitable parameter by complicate pole assignment and estimation of the ITAE performance index whenever ${\alpha}$ changes. In this paper, to solve this problem we suggest control algorithm to followed exactly value of ${\alpha}$ as 2-DOF parameter by using fuzzy algorithm . So, intelligence algorithm modeled by human knowledge, experience, teachability and judgment follow exact ${\alpha}$ value and it can compose the efficient 2-DOF PID controller to improve following performance, overshoot decrease.

ROS 기반 지능형 무인 배송 로봇 시스템의 구현 (Implementation of ROS-Based Intelligent Unmanned Delivery Robot System)

  • 본 논문에서는 Robot Operating System(ROS) 기반의 모바일 매니퓰레이터(Manipulator)를 이용한 무인 배송 로봇 시스템을 구현하고 시스템 구현을 위해 사용된 기술에 대해 소개한다. 로봇은 엘리베이터를 이용해 건물 내부에서 자율주행이 가능한 모바일 로봇과 진공 펌프를 부착한 Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm(SCARA)-Type의 매니퓰레이터로 구성된다. 로봇은 매니퓰레이터에 부착된 카메라를 이용하여 이미지 분할과 모서리 검출을 통해 배송물을 들어올리기 위한 위치와 자세를 결정할 수 있다. 제안된 시스템은 스마트폰 앱 및 ROS와 연동된 웹서버를 통해 배송 현황을 조회하고 로봇의 실시간 위치를 파악할 수 있도록 사용자 인터페이스를 가지고 있으며, You Only Look Once(YOLO)와 Optical Character Recognition(OCR)을 통해 배송 스테이션에서 배송물과 주소지를 인식한다. 아울러 4층 건물 내부에서 진행한 배송 실험을 통해 시스템의 유효성을 검증하였다.

한국과 주요 외국의 안전보건교육제도에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Safety and Health Education System between Korea and other Countries)

  • After the Se-wol ferry disaster in Korea, the safety issue was highly spotlighted in a number of media, and consequently the ministry of public safety and security was newly established under the public attention. In addition to this, a recent earthquake in Gyeonju suggested the training issues for public such as evacuation and public safety. Regarding the industry, one of significant reasons causing the accidents were inadequate training, in execution of safety manual or inexperienced first response. Although the engineering or scientific study provided a basis of the industry safety and health in Korea a study focusing on the safety and health education system should be highlighted in that the law is the only way to execute the policy. In this manner, the goal of current study was to compare the safety and health education system in Korea to other countries including America, England and Germany. Especially, the law for training method, contents, supervision and punishment was analyzed. Result showed (1) lack of a structured training course for educating safety and health education trainer, (2) no training system of safety and health education to public or workers, and (3) less specific law for supervision and punishment as compared to the America, England and Germany.

Development of High Performance LonWorks Based Control Modules for Network-based Induction Motor Control

  • The ShortStack Micro Server enables any product that contains a microcontroller or microprocessor to quickly and inexpensively become a networked, Internet-accessible device. The ShortStack Micro Server provides a simple way to add LonWorks networking to new or existing smart devices. . It implements the LonTalk protocol and provides the physical interface with the LonWorks communication. The ShortStack host processor can be an 8, 16, or 32-bit microprocessor or microcontrollers. The ShortStack API and driver typically require about 4kbytes of program memory on the host processor and less than 200 bytes of RAM. The interface between host processor and the ShortStack Micro Server may be a Serial Communication Interface (SCI). The LonWorks control module with a high performance is developed, which is composed of the 8 bit PIC Microprocessor for host processor and the smart neuron chip for the ShortStack Micro Server. This intelligent control board is verified as proceeding the various function tests from experimental system with an boost pump and inverter driving systems. It is also confirmed that the developed control module provides stably 0-10VDC linear signal to the input signal of inverter driving system for varying the induction motor speed. Thus, the experimental results show that the fabricating intelligent board carried out very well the various functions in the wide operating ranges of boost pump system. This developed control module expect to apply to industrial fields to require the comparatively exact control and monitoring such as multi-motor driving system with inverter, variable air volume system and the boost pump water supply systems.

조수간만의 차를 고려한 새로운 하역 시스템의 능동 제어 (Active Control of a New Cargo Handling System Adapted for Time-Varying Tide)

  • 본 연구에서는 조수간만의 차가 큰 항만에 적합한 새로운 하역 시스템을 제안하였다. 새로운 하역 시스템은 기존의 갑문 이용 방식 대신에 일종의 유압 엘리베이터를 사용함으로써 조수간만의 차에 따라 변하는 선박의 높이로 실시간 제어하여 선적 흑은 하역을 하는 방식이다. 한번에 대량의 컨테이너를 처리하기 위해 컨테이너 팔레트 운송타를 도입함으로써 기존 시스템에 비해 시간당 처리능력을 높일 수 있고, 선적 및 하역의 전 과정을 자동화함으로써 작업 효율을 극대화할 수 있도록 하였다. 새로운 하역 시스템의 개념 입증을 위해 소형 하역 시스템 모델을 설계 제작하였다. 제작된 모델은 컨테이너 팔레트 운송차, 플랫폼과 리프트 칼럼의 복합 구조물, 그리고 전용 운반선으로 구성된다. ER(electro-rheological) 밸브-실린더에 의해 구동되는 플랫폼은 조수간만의 차와 과도에 의해 변하는 선박의 높이를 능동적으로 추적 제어하게 된다. 동적 모델성을 통해 플랫폼의 운동 지배 방정식을 도출하였고, 파도 가진으로 인한 선박의 거동 및 조수간만의 차를 모델링하였다. 선적 및 하역의 자동화와 플랫폼의 정확한 위치 제어를 위해 시퀀스 제어기와 PID(proportional-integral-derivative) 위치 제어기가 연계된 제어 시스템을 구성하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 제안된 하역 시스템의 유용성을 입증하였다.

  • 복합 병렬 전단벽(Coupled shear walls)은 커플링 보와 철근콘크리트 벽체로 구성되어 바람이나 지진 등의 횡하중으로부터 유발된 전도모멘트의 상당 부분을 철골 연결보의 커플링 작용에 의하여 골조 작용(Frame action)을 의하여 횡력에 효율적으로 저항하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 접합부 상세에 따른 복합병렬 전단벽의 접합부 강도에 대한 규준식을 정립하기 위한 선행연구로서 병렬 전단벽 접합부에서 커플링 보의 매립길이 및 벽체 두께를 주변수로 실험적 연구를 수행하여 접합부 상세에 따른 복합 병렬 전단벽 시스템의 거동특성을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 실험결과, 실험체의 거동 및 내력은 매립길이 및 접합부 상세에 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며 향후 설계시 이에 대한 영향을 반영해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

지면효과익기의 비행특성 해석 및 비행제어 방식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Flight Characteristics and Flight Control Methodology for a Wing In Ground Effect Vehicle)

  • 본 논문에서는 지면효과익기의 종운동 비행특성을 해석하고 비행제어 방식에 관한 비교연구를 한다. 먼저 비행 동특성을 해석하기 위해 지면효과익기가 지닌 것으로 알려진 비선형 특성을 제한 사이클을 통하여 살펴보고 또 선형화되었을 때의 특성과 연관하여 살펴본다. 또한 제어방식을 비교연구하기 위해 순항시에 고도오차가 있는 경우와 상승, 순항, 하강모드에 대한 명령추종관점에서 제어시스템의 성능 및 제어입력 실현 가능성을 비교한다. 제어입력으로는 승강타, 추력제어, 플랩 등의 조합을 고려하고 제어기법으로는 선형이차레귤레이터에 기반한 출력명령추종제어를 적용한다.
