  • For the high-rise buildings, the effective use of the buildings heavily depends on the transportation system inside the buildings. For a long period of time, elevators have been the most effective means for moving people residing in the buildings. As the number of elevators in the building grows, it is very complicated to control and manage the elevator system effectively. Since it is almost impossible to find the accurate mathematical model for the elevator systems, the conventional analysis method using the approximated equations is prone to error. In this work, the elevator simulator for the high-rise buildings is developed to assess the accurate behavior of the elevator systems. This simulator can be used to analyze the performance of the given system, or to facilitate the design of the effective elevator systems for new buildings. In this paper, the structure of the simulator has been explained and the simulation results are presented.

  • In this paper, Elevator is designed for real time security & management. Security & Management System is designed for wireless communication between an Elevator and an manager, between Elevation and an manager. Also, to have remote control capability, embedded system platform with TCP/IP techniques are applied to process control system with independent open structure for the precise data transmission and without constraint of operating system. Security and Management system is designed to solve problem of network port by Bluetooth module. Moved recording, unworked table, life of device and replacement time of device are made database, database is applied to Fuzzy Rule for pre-detection unworked Elevator. Security & Management system is designed safety and convenience for customers using Elevator as well as rapidly treatment with unworked Elevator.

  • 본 논문은 엘리베이터의 분산 제어 시스템을 수학적으로 모델링 하여 이 모델을 기반으로 미리 정의된 제어 목적 하에서 보다 안정되고 향상된 성능을 보이는 제어 알고리즘을 설계하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 승강장 요구 응답 시간 추정과 실제 값을 분석하였다.

  • Because of not accepted on escape using elevators in fire emergency has some background. In the background elevator hoistway has turn into smoke spread route in fire. The escape that used an elevator was not able to make ends meet; of the big confusion is expected that cannot control the escape adequately, and do that elevator facilities breakdown possibility by the fire water, the escaper shut in car. Therefore ban on elevator service in fire time as a general rule. Recently, a few company promote super high-rise architecture in the country, a fire disaster prevention and human life safety measures preparation for PBD(A Performance Based Fire Protection Design) are studied concretely. And there is the escape example in fire time that used an elevator in the foreign country. You must promote it so that the escape measures that used enclosed stairway and an elevator in charge of a function of the mutual supplement. The result of this research can be used for establishing the standard and regulation for using elevators in fire emergency.

고속 엘리베이터 능동진동제어 실험 (Active Control Experiments on High-speed Elevator Vibrations)

  • This paper is concerned with the active control experiments on elevator vibrations by means of the active roller guide. To this end, a roller guide was designed using a voice-coil actuator and linear guide. A simple proportional control algorithm combined with the band-pass filter was implemented using the DSP. Based on the initial experiments, a new control system which can handle lateral and front-back vibrations of elevator was built and tested using the elevator test tower. The experimental results show that the elevator vibrations are reduced by the active control technique.

  • This paper gives the information for fault and malfunction of the Elevator for the passenger. For analyzing the fault and malfunction of the elevator equipment we research the report of fault and malfunction which is written by ATP electric director and Elevator maintenance company during recently one year. We analyze the number of fault and malfunction according to classified by month, season, time and classify the kind of fault and malfunction such as stop, fault of door, malfunction of floor indication and so on. And now we research fault and malfunction for the power quality such as Sag, Swell, Interruption, Harmonic, electric voltage rise and so on at elevator equipments and are testing Elevator imitation equipment.

  • 본 논문의 목적은 엘리베이터에 대한 위험요인 중에서 사고가 재발되고 있는 도어 안전장치(인터록)를 해석하였으며 도어의 안정성을 확인하기 위하여 3차원 유한요소해석 코드인 ANSYS를 이용하여 $40{\sim}100kg$ 하중을 가하여 응력(stress), 변형률(strain)을 구함으로서 안전성을 평가하였다.

박물관에 있어서의 수직동선 요소에 대한 기초적 연구 (A Basic Study on the Vertical Circulation Elements in a Museum)

  • 본 연구는 박물관에 있어서 계단, 엘리베이터 등의 수직동선 요소에 대한 분석을 하고자 한다. 연구 방법에 있어 가장 기초 단계라는 의미로 각 요소별의 개수를 분석하여 수치적으로 접근하였다. 공간적 범위를 우리나라로 한정하였다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수직동선 요소를 가장 많이 지닌 사례는 8개이며, 3~4개가 50%를 차지하였다. 연구 초기에 생각했던 것보다 높은 수치의 사례가 있어 다양한 박물관의 실상을 알 수 있었다. 계단의 경우 5개가 제일 높았으며, 일반적으로는 2개의 계단을 가진 것이었다. 엘리베이터의 경우는 1개를 가진 사례가 79%였다. 경사로는 38개 사례 중 9개의 사례에서만 볼 수 있었으며, 1개를 가진 사례가 66%를 차지하였다. 3개 가진 사례도 있었으며, 앞으로의 건축설계의 추세를 보면 더 많은 경사로를 지닌 사례가 나올 것으로 예측된다. 둘째, 코어의 구성에 있어 계단 단독, 엘리베이터 단독, 경사로 단독, 엘리베이터 + 계단, 계단 + 경사로의 구성을 찾을 수 있었으나 엘리베이터 + 경사로, 엘리베이터 + 계단 + 경사로의 조합은 아직 찾을 수 없었다. 계단 + 경사로의 사례는 단 1개이다. 앞으로 계단 + 경사로, 엘리베이터 + 경사로, 엘리베이터 + 계단 + 경사로의 조합을 이용하여 설계한다면 다양한 모습의 박물관이 나타날 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

딥러닝 모델을 활용한 승강기 결함 분류 (Elevator Fault Classification Using Deep Learning Model)

  • Elevators are the main means of transport in buildings. A malfunction of an elevator in operation may cause in convenience to users. Furthermore, fatal accidents, such as injuries and death, may occur to the passengers also. Therefore, it is important to prevent failure before accidents happen. In related studies, preventive measures are proposed through analyzing failures, and the lifespan of elevator components. However, these methods are limited to existing an elevator model and its surroundings, including operating conditions and installed environments. Vibration occurs when the elevator is operated. Experts have classified types of faults, which are symptoms for malfunctions (failures), via analyzing vibration. This study proposes an artificial intelligent model for classifying faults automatically with deep learning algorithms through elevator vibration data, hereby preventing failures before they occur. In this study, the vibration data of six elevators are collected. The proposed methodology in this paper removes "the measurement error data" with incorrect measurements and extracts operating sections from the input datasets for proceeding deep learning models. As a result of comparing the performance of training five deep learning models, the maximum performance indicates Accuracy 97% and F1 Score 97%, respectively. This paper presents an artificial intelligent model for detecting elevator fault automatically. The users' safety and convenience may increase by detecting fault prior to the fatal malfunctions. In addition, it is possible to reduce manpower and time by assisting experts who have previously classified faults.
