This study is of elderly care facilities in Seoul oral health care providers survey of recognition and affecting factors. The subjects were selected 92 people who care providers, data were collected using a questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis, duration of carrer and experience of oral care education significantly affected in the presence of factors. As a result, in order to improve the oral health of the elderly nursing staff to promote oral health education and training programs are urgently needed.

In this paper we study the effect of chaos in nonuniform instability with optical fiber based IoT networks. The transient response of optically controlled fiber has also described. Nonlinear optical fiber effects especially fiber scattering in networks has emerged as the essential means active optical devices. The paradigm instability in fiber Internet serves as a test for fundamental study of chaos and its suppression and exploitation in practical application in optical communication. This paper attempts to present a survey and some of our research findings on the nature of chaotic effect on Internet based optical communication. The transient response in optical fiber has been evaluated theoretically by calculating the variation of the scattering function. The lines has used under open ended termination containing optically induced region. The scattered optical waves in a fiber used in optic communications are temporally unstable above certain threshold intensity.

This study sought to measure the influence of HIMs' work environment changes on job stress, and to explore measures for improving job satisfaction among them. A total of 275 hospital HIMs' were surveyed using a structured questionnaire. Significant job stress impact variables were sorted out using a simple linear regression analysis. Then, through multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity was tested. Significant impact factors were identified from among the control variables, and job stress impact was measured. The survey revealed that in public hospitals where the EMR system has been implemented for a longer period, depression scores in HIMs' were increased. HIMs' job stress level was found to be affected by the following factors: computerization of their working environment, experience of depression, unemployment, and manpower reduction, as well as, their lifestyles, including leisure activities. The results of this study suggest that HIMs' job stress can be reduced through work environment improvement and improvement of their personal lifestyle habits.

This paper illustrates newly an outage cost impact index function(OCIIF). The assessment of the OCIIF is described using the Web Based Online Real-time Outage Cost Assessment and Information System(WOROCAIS) for power system outage cost assessment in Korea. The proposed OCIIF is not absolute but relative outage cost impact index function in view point of outage time using web based survey method for outage cost assessment. While conventional methodology does not consider short time outage cost assessment, the proposed OCIIF reflects short time outage. SCOF(Sector Customer Outage Function) in stead of the traditional SCDF(Sector Customer Damage Function) is defined and proposed newly in this paper. Based the SCOF, AVLL(Average Value of Loss Load) is newly proposed. The OCIIF is demonstrated by WOROCAIS in case study around 2,000 sample data surveyed by KEPCO in South Korea in recent.

The business card is regarded as the simplest means as well as a tool the most likely to use as a means of sales. Every day, we are exchanging business cards with many customers, but the paper based business card is easy to discard and difficult for searching information on the business card. As a solution, if we take a photographed business card with a smart phone and make it into a database, we can easily obtain customer information we wanted for sales at any time. In this study, we develop an application solution based on electronic business card database that supports sales management. The system operates in a cloud environment and has various decision support functions such as customer's human network management, customer classification, and finding prospective customers.

Even though B2B EC is becoming popular, there have been not so much studies about performance evaluation methodology for B2B systems. In this paper, after analyzing buyer-carts systematically focusing on the buyer's interactional efforts on the typical buying processes of each buyer-cart, we propose a quantitative performance evaluation model. For this, we categorize buyer-carts in B2B EC as s-cart, i-cart, and b-cart depending upon its residing sites: seller, intermediary, and buyer sites. And after proposing the desired features of buyer-carts in B2B EC as identification, collection, trashing, ordering, payment, tracking, recording, purchasing decision support, and transmission of records to e-procurement systems, we derive a performance evaluation model by calculating detail sub-processes from the desired features' viewpoints. By setting variables from a survey on the actual condition of using buyer-carts in companies in Korea, we try to evaluate the performance of buyer-carts in B2B EC. In this paper, we suggest a new methodology of performance evaluation for B2B systems, and show that the b-cart platform is more efficient than other buyer-carts especially in B2B EC.

Frame relay is a high speed wide area network technology that is used to connect various networks. Combining the advantages of packet switching and circuit switching, frame relay offers high throughput and reliability that is perfect for a variety of today's business applications. In this study, we briefly characterize frame relay technology, survey standardization activities and investigate domestic frame relay market. We developed an experimental system for the dial-up service to access remotely an enterprise network using frame relay network, and tested the performance and cost effect of the experimental system.

It is the personal information protection law is prepared, in the government, to develop a personal information protection basic plan has been implemented. However, year after year, complaints caused by infringement of personal information in public institutions has increased. In this paper, the recognition level of analysis related to the protection of personal information of local governments, public institutions through a questionnaire survey, raised the need for improvement.

This paper proposes the DC offset compensation algorithm with fast response to the sensed grid voltage in the single-phase grid connected inverter. If the sensor of the grid voltage has problems, the DC offset of the grid voltage can be generated. This error must be resolved because the DC offset can generate the estimated grid frequency error of the phase-locked loop (PLL). In conventional algorithm to compensate the DC offset, the DC offset is estimated by integrating the synchronous reference frame d-axis voltage during one period of the grid voltage. The conventional algorithm has a drawback that is a slow dynamic response because monitoring the one period of the grid voltage is required. the proposed algorithm has fast dynamic response because the DC offset is consecutively estimated by transforming the d-axis voltage to synchronous reference frame without monitoring one cycle time of the grid voltage. The proposed algorithm is verified from PSIM simulation and the experiment.

The three main purposes of this paper are to (1) identify critical success factors(CSF's) for electronic commerce(EC), (2) investigate the explanatory power of these CSF's on firm performance, and (3) compare differences in evaluating CSF's and explaining impact of CSF's on performance between Korean and U.S.A. EC managers. Through a literature review and interviews with managers in EC firms, a list of 16 CSF's consisting of 111 items was compiled. In the second stage, questionnaires were administered to managers of EC companies in Seoul, Korea and Texas, U.S.A. Survey results show that CSF's have very significant explanatory power for firm performance in both Korean and U.S.A. While security, privacy, technical expertise, information about goods/services, and variety of goods/services are the most explanatory CSF's in Korea, evaluation of EC operations, technical expertise, and ease of use show most explanatory power in U.S.A. This analysis confirms the fact that customers use EC if they feel comfortable about navigating EC for information about a variety of goods/services without technical difficulty and in a secure and private way.
