전자상거래시스템의 효율적인 운영과 관리를 위해 더욱 많은 노력이 요구되고 있으며 고객의 요구에 대해 가장 적절한 정보를 제공함으로서 만족을 극대화할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해 많은 지능형 에이전트 기술을 사용한 전자상거래 시스템이 도입되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래시스템에서 CRM 지원을 위한 사례기반 추론과 웹 로그 분석을 기반으로 한 다중 에이전트 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 로그분석을 통해 트래픽과 시스템 정보의 분석과 사례기반 추론을 통해 특정 조건에서 고객의 요구에 대해 적절한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

Based on the risk factor evaluation for the file format, this paper defines the procedures for presenting the long-term preservation plan for that format and the technical information registry necessary for building the system. This is a procedure to perform a risk assessment for the format, evaluate the risk, and select a long-term preservation strategy based on the information registered in the registry and information on the external signature and internal signature of the electronic record. We also reviewed the criteria for selecting appropriate long-term preservation strategies in the process and provided the criteria for adopting each detailed strategy of migration and emulation, which are long-term preservation strategies. And we implemented this process as a long-term preservation decision support system. This system can be used to provide guidelines for the maintenance, management, service and long-term preservation of information resources of electronic records in public institutions such as National Archives of Korea and Libraries.

In this paper, a high-voltage generator with several mA draw output currents using LTPS-TFT technology is proposed. The new generator can be efficiently boosted about +18V output voltages with 5mA draw output currents and power efficiency ${\eta}$ is around 84% under the conditions of +5V power-supply voltage and 250kHz frequency.

본 논문에서는 시프린스호 사고를 거울삼아 이들 사고를 분석하고 이로부터 우리 나라에 도입되어야 할 제도를 검토해 본다. 유류오염방제 국가긴급계획 수립과 해난 사고시 과학적인 의사결정과정을 소개하고, 이를 바탕으로 과학 기술적인 측면에서 구난 및 방제작업을 지원하기 위한 해난사고 신속대응 기술지원체제를 설계하여 제안한다. 신속대응기술체제를 제도적으로 도입함으로써 해양오염사고로부터 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하고 깨끗하고 안전한 바다를 후손에 물려주도록 연구하고자 한다.

This paper is about implementation issues for use of the Internet technology in education. An examination of the current status of virtual university provides guidance for subsequent prototype development. A virtual university is the Internet based process by which students increase their specific knowledge and skills via electronic interaction with content and people. Virtual university enables colleges and universities to provide students and faculty with network access to courseware and educational materials on multimedia servers free from time and geography constraints. In this paper, we present a prototype instruction support system (ISS). The ISS consists of the following components in architecture: Internet, software, hardware, database systems, users, and workflow. The ISS also assists several functions as follows: lecture notes, register processes, attendance checks, built-in boards, grading systems, questions and answers, electronic libraries, chats, and search engines. Our work will provide a guideline for the development of a virtual classroom for distance education and learning.

Human Adaptive Mechatronics (HAM), which is a system concept to adapt human characteristics, has been proposed. As the HAM application, this paper addresses an information emphasis scheme to alert some hazards which are undetectable by a human operator. The emphasis scheme employs cognitive psychological approach to human discrimination characteristics because excess or deficient emphasis may disturb the operation. One of advantages of teleoperation system is able to include human valuable abilities as global environment recognition, planning, prediction and so on. To implement these abilities to mechanical system is difficult because of not enough intelligence. Proposed teleoperation system is designed to progress the human abilities, and moreover, to not disturb the abilities. In this paper, we consider that the discrimination characteristics depend on window positions on GUI display and operator's individuality. Finally, the efficiency of the alert scheme is verified by some experiments.

The Purpose of this study is to examine logistics characteristics related to electronic commerce and to suggest improvement of logistics Service in electronic commerce. This paper concerns the logistics functions which are essential for completing a commerce process even under the EC environment and provides ways to improve the logistics performance. Electronic commerce have introduced two scenes; dramatic change of the existing distribution surroundings and noticeable achievement of the economic advance and social efficiency. But, in the same scene, electronic commerce can be a threat to business condition, especially logistics management. It suggests that for activation of EC it is necessary to strengthen the strategic alliances, introduce GPS and use the third party logistics positively to prepare for the settlements of traffic problems, support the introduction of integrated logistics service and logistics information system.

This paper presents the preliminary study of an interactive rehabilitation support system for both dementia patients and their caregivers, the goal of which is to improve the quality of life(QOL) of the patients suffering from dementia through virtual interaction. To achieve the virtual interaction, three kinds of recognition modules for speech, facial image and pen-mouse gesture are studied. The results of both practical tests and questionnaire surveys show that the proposed system had to be further improved, especially in both speech recognition and user interface for real-world applications. The surveys also revealed that the pen-mouse gesture recognition, as one of possible interactive aids, show us a probability to support weakness of speech recognition.

인터넷에 기반하고 있는 전자상거래에서 무엇보다도 중요한 기술 요소는 거래 정보를 교환하는데 있어서 안정성을 보장하는 것이다. 이러한 보안 문제를 위한 다양한 기술들이 표준으로 제시되고 있다. 그 중에서도 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)이 전자상거래 시스템의 문서 표준으로 다양한 분야에서 사용되면서 XML 보안이 새로운 분야로 등장하였다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스(Web Services) 기반의 전자상거래 시스템에서 거래 정보의 안전한 교환을 위한 XML 보안 모델을 제안한다. XML 문서에 대한 보안을 이루기 위해서 XML 서명, XML 암호화와 XML 키 관리 체계가 기존의 보안과 다른 차이점을 제시하고 고유 특성에 바탕을 둔 새로운 구조를 제시한다. 특히 전자상거래에 필요한 프로세스 관리 시스템과의 통합을 이룰 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

새로운 철도 역사의 시작은 매년 진행되고 있다. 서울의 신림선은 통신기술을 기반으로 하는 신교통철도시스템이다. 신림선은 국가 표준규격인 KTCS-M을 기반으로 하는 국가 최초 무선통신기반 무인열차제어시스템으로 운용된다. 철도교통시스템에서 무선통신기술의 활용은 세계철도 시장으로의 수출 가능성을 시사한다. 이는 정부가 국내 철도산업을 육성하고 수출을 위해 다양한 지원 정책을 개발하고 시행한 결과이다. 본 논문에서는 국가가 시행하고 있는 철도산업기술의 국산화 지원 현황을 살펴보고, 철도부품의 해외 의존도를 벗어나 국산화 부품으로 대체되는 과정을 분석하였다. 이 과정에서 발생하는 산업체의 애로기술을 해결하기 위한 기술지원 플랫폼에 관하여 연구하였다. 향후 플랫폼의 구현과 활용을 위한 실행 개발이 필요하다. 향후 플랫폼이 구축되어 우리나라 산업체가 세계철도시장 수출 확장에 기여하는 기술력 향상에 필요한 도구로 활용되기를 기대한다.
