  • Unlike large satellites, small satellites, such as nanosatellite and microsatellite, provide a limited interior space for components mounting. In order to mitigate this issue, the compact Bus Electronic Unit (BEU) that integrates satellite electronic modules, combining most of bus subsystems and payloads electronic modules into one unit, has been developed for HAUSAT-2 nanosatellite. This paper addresses the design and environmental test result analyses of BEU.

  • Electronic boards of Far-ultraviolet IMaging Spectrograph (FIMS) should be designed to maintain their performances, and their temperatures should be remained within the allowed temperatures in operational environments. Thermal analysis at the electronic board level has been performed, and it is confirmed the electronics parts could be kept within their allowed temperature ranges.

  • Ubiquitous Computing is an agriculture revolution, the Industrial Revolution, the fourth revolution to equal an information revolution are Ubiquitous Computing. Historic agriculture was revolutionary, but the Industrial Revolution was a revolution of the physics space that was a base of a mankind civilization, and the information revolution that Cyber Space saw a prime while world wide web service was expanded was a revolution of cyber space. Be charmed with this, and, as for the Ubiquitous Computing revolution, it is achieved a physics space and an intelligent union of cyber space in the space where an off-line space was integrated with compunction on-line. It is combined with a life space naturally, and Ubiquitous creates a new integrated space. The space is the opportunity space that is limitless as soon as it is the unknown world that mankind was not able to experience yet. This paper checks the present situation of currently proceeding Ubiquitous computing technology(RFID, CCTV) in augmented reality environment. Also, The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the concepts analysis of privacy, personal information, and electronic surveillance in augmented reality environment. Thus this paper treated the analysis of case, technological issue, problem and solution and so on.

  • Space charge formation at high temperature was investigated in several polymers using pulsed electro-acoustic (PEA) method. In SXLPE, homocharge is found and increased as an increase of temperature. In a charge of polarity of poling voltage(positive to negative), space charge mainly cause of hole injection. In Ionomer, heterocharge is found because of ion. As an increase of temperature heterocharge is also increased. In PET, As an increase of temperature homocharge is decreased.

  • Fine grayscale data exceeding 8 bits per pixel is mapped into the sRGB color space so as to be displayed on a 24-bit sRGB CRT monitor. The characteristics of the pseudo gray generated by mapping are investigated in terms of the CIELAB color difference and chromaticities.

  • This paper proposes a way to visualize the cyber space with respect to the offline space. In general, people have difficulties to understand the cyber space since it is not tangible and not visible. In businesses, both spaces depend on identical proposition of "salse of merchandise goods to customers". Here, 3 merchandise elements of "customers", "merchandise goods" and "salse" in the cyber space are compared to them in the offline spaces in order to visualize the cyber space in terms of businesses.

  • Face detection is the first step of vision-based driver fatigue detection method. Traditional face detection methods have problems of high false-detection rates and long detection times. A space-time restrained Adaboost method is presented in this paper that resolves these problems. Firstly, the possible position of a driver's face in a video frame is measured relative to the previous frame. Secondly, a space-time restriction strategy is designed to restrain the detection window and scale of the Adaboost method to reduce time consumption and false-detection of face detection. Finally, a face knowledge restriction strategy is designed to confirm that the faces detected by this Adaboost method. Experiments compare the methods and confirm that a driver's face can be detected rapidly and precisely.

  • Digital watermarking is a technical solution to the copyright problem and is a necessary technique to protect copyright of multimedia content. Recently, there are many digital watermarking methods that deal in grey scale still images. However, only a few researchers are interested in digital watermarking fro video and color images. In this paper, we focus on digital watermarking for color images. At first, in order to embed the watermark signal in color image, we converted RGB color space to YCbCr color space which is a world-wide digital component video standard. In addition, we adopted the acceptable degree of color difference in order to keep the invisibility.

  • A new method is proposed for stereo vision where solution to disparity map is presented in terms of Line constraint and Reliability space -- the first constraint proposes a progressive framework for stereo matching which applies local area pixel-values from corresponding lines in the left and right image pairs. The second states that reliability space based on corresponding points records the disparity and then we are able to apply the median filter in order to reduce the noises which occur in the process. A coarse to fine result is presented after the median filtering, which improves the final result qualitatively. Experiment is evaluated by rectified stereo matching images pairs from Middlebury datasets and has proved that those two adopted strategies yield good matching quantitative results in terms of fast running speed.
